He came back and gave me a follow-up of everything he did with recommendations for parts of the yard that I should be aware of. N W Exterminating removed a wasp nest near the ceiling of our front entry. Everything was arranged over the phone with email follow-up to document what the service would include. Good communication from office staff. Our contractor also used this company a few ago when our house addition was treated for termite prevention.

Northwest has been the very best company we’ve ever had service any of our homes! Scorpions, flies, bees, termites, spiders all be GONE! They’re very considerate of our four pet tortoises in the backyard and have very prompt service from great people!

Awesome company. Had a roach infestation years ago before starting service with them. For years now we have not had one bug in the house and they only spray outside which is good for us and the dog! They are great!! I would highly recommend them!

We have been using their services for several years. Their prices have always been very reasonable. The monthly charge has not increased until recently. And then it only increased by $3.00!<br>The technicians they send out have always been friendly, polite, and professional. Whenever we’ve seen bugs between monthly visits, (which hasn’t happened very often), they’ve quickly sent someone out to re-treat.

We are very happy with our service. We have used their service for ~4 years and we never have any issues with bugs. They give a couple of reminders of upcoming service in the days before, they've respected our instructions to text/call instead of ring the doorbell or knock because of our dog, and their technicians are always very friendly and polite. Timing of service does sometimes vary and go outside the expected window, but that doesn't cause any problem for us since we just get outdoor perimeter service.

I’ve used this company for about 4 years now. Every month they spray around both of the houses on my property as well as in front of some shed doors. I’ve never had a scorpion in any building so as far as I’m concerned they’re 10/10. They’ll even come spray again at no cost if it rains right after their last time spraying. 💪

We've had Northwest for years (it was known as Contractors). Since they bought Contractors, the customer service has gone down.<br>Now, Every year. EVERY. GD. YEAR. I pay the bill. Then I keep getting reminders to pay. When I try to straighten it out, it takes hours.<br>This year they're using AI to reply. It's more frustrating than ever.<br>We just moved to Carefree. If it hadn't been for this constant yearly screw up with my payment, and NOW with a bargain basement AI helper, we'd have contracted them to protect our new home.<br>I can't keep wasting hours every year trying to correct their crappy accounting system.<br>Kevin Etheridge ran this company like a well oiled machine. Northwest broke it.

He took pictures and called me and notified us about the problem. If he had not gone out of his way, we would have had a major problem. They do a good job.They move stuff if necessary, they make sure everything is covered.And the best part of it all is we have zero bugs.I mean, it's zero.Nothing gets in here and if in fact, there is one, it's on its last legs because it walked over the poison.I would recommend this company to anybody that wants to make sure they don't have any bugs.My wife does not like them.So that makes me very happy.When there aren't any here left

I was moved over to Northwest exterminating after we had been with Arizona organic pest control for about 13 years. It has been a struggle. We had a pest control appointment back in April. You wait at your normal window that they give you a few days before. So basically you have to block off your whole day. You receive a multitude of communication about your appointment. And…. then the technician doesn’t show up. No one called me to let me know that they were not coming. Nothing. I had to call them to ask when the person was going to be arriving. It is very frustrating because we were loyal customers to Arizona organic never had any issues.

Noah is the most thorough, knowledgeable, professional, and the nicest person I've ever had servicing our home. We are requesting that he be our permanent service technician. He is definitely an asset!

I have been a customer of NW Exterminating since the takeover of Preventive. After being a long time Preventive customer, I must say I was apprehensive about the change. NW Exterminating did not disappoint. The transition was quite smooth. The techs both old and new, are still very nice and professional. The scheduling reps work very patiently to make it as convenient as possible for the customer. Much appreciated!

Scammers, and no one does their job. Told them I had knee high weeds. They sent a guy out with a backpack, he saw the yard and asked if I had told dispatch about the state of the yard. Which I had he then shook his head and told me that his backpack spraying won’t fix that, and they need the truck.<br><br>Next day I reschedule and emphasizes this time that I need the truck and even reference the notes left by the previous guy. A week goes by new guy calls me Friday telling me he will be at my place in 15 minutes. I ask if he has the truck and explain the situation. He tells me he doesn’t, and that he can go get it since it’s available. Tells me he will call back in 15-20 minutes after getting the truck. An hour goes by no call, so I call dispatch asking where he is, and they tell me the guy told them when he called that I had canceled that day to reschedule.<br><br>At this point I tell them they need to send someone today since I was promised a truck today. They tell me they can’t do that and can only do it the Monday. I then told them to cancel the weed service and drop the bill since the service was never done. They tell me it’s taken care of. Next day Saturday I got a text telling me that I have been scheduled for service on Monday, followed by a reminder email that night for the service payment.<br><br>Call them Monday and at this point make it clear that if any of their guys set foot on my property they will be trespassing. They quickly cancelled that service. However, it turns out that the people you call cannot “Handle Bill Issues” it goes to someone you can’t talk to that then decides if they will fix it. Now they dropped the bill after 3 days of waiting. But I’ve been around long enough to know that this is scam behavior. All it takes is one fool writing down “started service” or something to that effect, and you are now saddled with a bill and the only out is a lawyer.<br><br>But were still not done this company has created a bunch of dummy companies in the valley and pretends to be the other companies. So, you go on google to ask for weed extermination, and then it gives you phone numbers to other companies that redirects you to these scammers. Ended up calling these people 3 times, while trying to find another company.<br><br>Update: As I pointed out they attempted to restart the service. They sent me an email stating they would be servicing the property even thou I explicitly told them that the service was to be fully stopped. They told me I had agreed to the service which I didn’t. I had to tell them that if I see their guy on my property, I’m calling the police for them to back down.

Northwest Exterminating purchased Preventive Pest Control in Phoenix. I had used Preventative Pest for years. Once Northwest Exterminating took over they sent a bill that was due to a former address of mine and it didn’t get forwarded to me. Instead of researching or<br>re-sending the bill to me, Northwest Exterminating sent the bill to Collections (Stuart-Lippman and Associates, Inc.)<br>I only found out about them sending a bill to collections when I called them to set up an appointment to come out again for a service call. - Their telephone customer service both in customer service and in their accounting department is dreadful & lacks understanding, and empathy. They were less than cooperative to deal with, and not helpful. It was not a pleasant experience. I don’t want Nationwide Exterminating ever back on my property nor do I ever want or need to call them again for service. I was sad to see what they’ve done to, and how they treat their previous “Preventative Pest Control” customers. - I now use Frontino Pest Control. Do yourself a favor and call Frontino Pest Control or any other pest control service for all your current, and future pest control needs and say goodbye to Nationwide Exterminating for good. I do not recommend Northwest (NW) Exterminating to new customers either based on my experience with them.

I shopped around for pest control. Everyone was about the same price wise ($200 initial, $69 bi monthly) so, i went with north west because they were able to get me in the soonest. First service was a no call no show. I gave them a couple of days to see if they would catch it and call and explain. Crickets. So 4 days after my appointment I called and asked them to explain. They said they didn’t know and whoever was supposed to show didn’t leave notes. So I requested they cancel my contract and I will find pest control else where. They said their “cancellation department” would need to call me back and discuss with me. 45 minutes later a manager called me and begged me to give them a second chance and offered me $50 off the inital. I decided to give them a second chance, a very kind young man showed up at my home. I expressed my frustration with the company to him and he said that he is the one they send out when they mess up to repair the situation. He Was here for about 15-20 minutes but nothing was done extra than a normal service. (No complaints on him). All was well until today 10/1 when I notice a bill on my card for $60. I called to notify them of their mistake as I am not due for another service yet. They notified me that it’s $60 MONTHLY. Which was never disclosed when quoted. They did not lie but just withheld the facts. If you look at the contract the only place it says anything is at the bottom which is the dollar amount and x 11. Which I now know $60 times the month to fulfill the contract. So it’s actually $120 per service. Which is absurd. When I got originally quoted all they said was $200 initial and $60 after that. Shady practices and not transparent. I Would recommend anyone to go elsewhere for pest control.

Scam number calls from this company. Company not helpful when calling in to request stop and dosent have any problem solving or next step abilities to help. Company may be a scam, unsure with current business practices.

Very disappointed, overall. The first scheduled appointment was a no-show. When the tech (A very polite young man) came and did the service today, even he was surprised at how much I was being charged ($219.00). Having someone spray the perimeter (Outside only) of a 1,000 square foot house is simply not worth $219.00.<br><br>The business model of NW is based around getting homeowners to commit to a subscription (so to speak) where they come out on a regular basis.<br><br>When I called to confirm that this was the price, the manager I spoke with told me the price for a one-time visit will always be $219.00.<br><br>Honestly, folks... you can do better than this.

Ever since the purchased Preventive pest Control, the service immediately went downhill, their systems never work, which prevents appointments from being rescheduled even after calls in to talk to a manager and multiple apologies, promises, scheduling, and the inconsistency of how scheduling of completed .<br><br>would never recommend and encourage to stay away. they literally have never honor their commitments!

We have had Northwest Exterminating (Preventative) for several years. We have pest control and rodent services. They have also provided termite service as well. Marcos was out today and is very knowledgeable about his work. Initially we were going to stop our rodent service however Marcos restored my faith that the bait boxes are working. He didn't mind that I asked questions and I could tell he took pride in his work. Northwest Exterminating is lucky to have him. Thank you Marcos!

I've used them for a few years for pests and weed treatment. I especially like their weed treatment because they come back a few times a year to check on your yard, and will make an extra stop if you call them. They offer really good service. My only complaint is that they are bad at communicating.

Made an appointment last week for today. Called today to see when they would be here and they have no record of the appointment! Told them I spoke to Sam but was informed he is in the Tucson office and the appointment info did not make it to Scottsdale! Now the appointment we have is over 3 weeks away! UPDATE: THEY CALLED MIDDAY AND SAID THEY WERE ON THEIR WAY. NEW COMPUTER SYSTEM SHOWS APPOINTMENTS ON INSPECTORS TABLETS BUT NOT ON OFFICE COMPUTER SO THEY NEED SOME WORK ON THAT.

Terrible service. I still have guaranteed with them and called them out to treat. First they scheduled out so long and I decided to call them back to ask if the can come sooner because I found too many termite activities so I don’t want to wait that long. The front desk lady said she will have someone call me back to schedule sooner but they never called me back. Then the day they supposed to come, I asked if they can call me 30 mins prior arrival because I need them to inspect my whole house. Waiting all day and no one called. By the end of the day I called, they says someone already came abs treated it. I took their words for it. A month later I saw termite activities are back at the same spots. Looks like he only came and flicked off the lines. I ended up call a diff company (action termite) and they inspected my whole house and they found more activities. They told me no one have treated my house yet. Today company is a scam. They ghosted out on me abs lied abs said they came when they didn’t. I elll never recommend this company to anyone. I ended up choose to pay for a new company to treat my house rather than use the guarantee from this company. I called them explained the situation but the did t seems to care. All they says to me was “ok”. No apology

Update: Northwest Exterminating has bought out Contractors. So far the new company has not performed as well. We got notice one day before the contractor was scheduled to come, and then did not show up to perform the pest control service. We're rescheduled for next week, so we'll see what happens. This office staff is not as polite and professional as Vic with Contractors was.<br><br>This is the company our home builder used for the initial termite and pest control. We contacted them when we moved in because we noticed little bugs everywhere and have signed up with an annual agreement.<br><br>Since we began service with them in May 2020 we've only had two live bugs, the rest we've encountered have been dead, which means it's working.<br><br>They contact us prior to coming out so we have the opportunity to change our standing appointment if necessary and just bill the credit card we have on file. Very low maintenance for us.<br><br>The staff have always been professional and courteous anytime we've had to contact someone. Mike or Jake always performs the service and is very friendly, respectful and courteous.<br><br>I would wholeheartedly recommend Contractors Pest Control.

Big thank you to Cory and Contractors Termite who pulled all stops to accommodate us in their busy schedule. They are backed up which is totally understandable but they stood behind their warranty commit G with rapid response (vs. having to wait a week +) great job and service.

We have used Contractors for over 20 years. We have had great service. Our current Technician, Harlan, is top notch. He is professional, does a great job, and is very proactive in taking care of our properties.

We have used Contractor's Termite and Pest Control for over 20 years. My husband used them at his company originally. We have been using them for our homes for about 14 years. We had scorpion issues prior to having Contractor's Termite and Pest Control. They have taken care of the scorpions, roof rats and termites, besides typical pests. I really like having TJ as our service technician every month. I truly appreciate how he lets me know that he's coming the next day and then when he's on his way.

Contractors Pest Control is the best pest control company we’ve found. TJ, our technician, is thorough and communicates with us to let us know when he will be at the house and to see what we need treated. We back a wash and live in an area that is prone to termites and scorpions, but we haven’t had a single issue once we started using Contractors. They come monthly too, which is great, because we started having issues when our other pest control company cut back their frequency. So many of them now will only come out once every 3 or 4 months for service but still charge as much as they would if they were coming out monthly.

We have used this company since we moved in to our new house, almost three years ago. TJ has been our guy the entire time and does a great job. It’s nice when it’s not a different guy every week. Solid service.

We have TJ for our monthly service. He always notifies us a day before and gives us a 2 hour window by text. When he arrives he always asks if we are having any problems and then he gets the work done. Perfect!!

Our whole family has been using TJ for over 3 years and at 4 houses. It started with a scorpion inspection/treatment and has become a monthly visit. We haven’t had any signs of rodents, insects or any other creepy crawlers and have no intentions of using anyone else.

A neighbor referred me to Contractor's for pest control and treatment and they are excellent. Contractor's resolved my pest issues including a serious and ongoing scorpion problem after my house was vacant during a 9 month renovation. They sent a service person out for the initial treatment within 18 hours of my initial call. My monthly service person is Mike and he is awesome, he's always on time, professional, super nice, and very communicative regarding any issues and solutions. I highly recommend.

We have used Contractors Termite Pest Control for years for monthly sprays and keep an annual termite warranty. They are awesome! TJ is our guy, and he is so easy to communicate with and knows his stuff! He is a true professional and always communicates with us for scheduling times, plus texts us when he is on his way and when he arrive ms because we have dogs. He always answers our questions too. For 14 years I had them out to the house to treat for termites. For 14 years we had termites. They never got rid of them. They treated this house from construction until this spring, when they refused to renew our warrenty, they no longer service our geographical location. We were told by the owner, Kevin Etherridge, to never contact them again. We were also left you feel like the termite problem was our fault. They were out 2 to 3 times a year for 14 years. As soon as we saw the termites we called for service. We now have structural damage. Cory, Jeff, and Paul are not someone you want out to your house. All 3 if them are rude. All 3 talk down to you. The office staff and Lionel are great.
