This was an annual inspection of previously placed termite traps. Our yard have been landscape since then and some traps removed. Matthew identified the issue and had Customer Service immediately. Call me to schedule their replacement.

Ulises gave great service and covered Our property for all insects and rodents nicely. He was great with the dogs and checked everywhere formissues!

I have been using Moxie for a couple years and have never had an issue before. Actually, I have been very pleased with the service.<br>But today was different. Kristofer came to my house while I was at work, as usually happens, but only treated the front of the house. He refused to treat my backyard claiming that my dogs were outside. This is false, I do have dogs, but they were both locked inside the house. When my wife got home she confirmed that there were no dogs outside and everything was still shut tight.<br>I can only assume Kristofer F. is afraid of dogs and heard a bark from inside and decided he did not want to even look into the backyard.<br>I will be calling to book a follow up treatment with Moxie, because they do good work. But hopefully Kristofer will not be sent back out to my house.

I have Moxie pest control come spray for mosquitoes every 4 months. The service is always great. Thorough. And easy. Also it’s been really nice not being eaten alive by mosquitoes in my yard 👍

Recently added a second home in phoenix. They reached out all morning telling me they were going to come and do initial service. I confimed, someone would be there. Their technician (Angel) comes out sees the gate is closed, he doesn’t knock to get in. He just leaves. I am notified that he leaves, I reach out and they say because it’s the end of the month they are having difficulty getting someone back out this month. what a frustrating waste of time and money. I am very dissatisfied and will probably look for another company. Maybe this is why the costs have been going up. Not a very good use of their resources. I have been with them for a very long time. What is going on with your company?

Noah gave great knowledge about what termites are and how they act in going in and out of our houses.<br>He gave great service on the Price of the system and how it works.

When I needed them to quickly come out and remove black boxes (for roof rats), they showed up the next day! That's what I call customer service. It's hard these days to get some businesses to respond in a timely manner.

Tristan was absolutely wonderful! He was very knowledgeable and informative as well. He did a great job!

Delaney was very friendly. She asked if I had any concerns and went right to work. She let me know when she was done. I was very happy with her service.

Employees are great but the service model is pathetic and predatory. If you’re out of town for a service, they refuse to reschedule the appt and send someone to your house to service whatevers available regardless if the backyard is locked up. Then it’s the customers responsibility to reschedule a follow appt to have the rest of the yard treated. I’ve asked several times to just delay a treatment until I was back in town and was ignored.. pathetic. Finally when you attempt to cancel your service, no one can help you and you “Have to talk to account Mgmt” which is a 2 hour hold time.. Austin Clark runs a pathetic business focused on profit and not the customer. Complete POS business.

Joe went above and beyond… not only did he do an incredible job on our pest control, but he even brought my trash cans in!!! Who does that?! Joe does and we have the video footage to prove it! Wow. We are blown away! Thank you.

Our tech, Madeleine, was thorough and friendly. She attended to traps in the garage and closed the garage after her service. She gave a report at the end of her visit that was helpful as well.

Have had excellent service over the past few years. Came right out for wasps when they started nesting at our front door. Deven made great conversation before and about the service.

This was a maintenance inspection of our abve ground termite bait station. Matthieu was quick, thorough and informative of the whole process. We appreciate how professional and prompt he was during the process, as termites is already a very stressful situation. We feel very confident Moxie will eradicate this termite situation.

Very detailed and communicate well. Their customer service is superior! I have had another pest control for years and I switch to them due to budget costs and I haven’t seen a bug in my house. If I do, they are there quickly to fix it. I use to still have constant bugs in my house with our old pest control. So glad we switch over to Moxie!

I deeply regret signing up with Moxie Pest Control. My experience has been miserable, starting with their aggressive sales and referral tactics: they routinely call, text, email, and even show up at my house unannounced just to pressure me into referring new customers. This shows a complete lack of respect for customer time and boundaries.<br><br>However, the real nightmare began when I tried to cancel. I have sent two clear, written requests to terminate my services and close my account.<br><br>After the first request, they ignored the cancellation and replied only to say my account was "still active" and demanded I call them (a common tactic to trap customers in a retention pitch).<br><br>After the second request, they changed their tactic. They unilaterally put my account on an unauthorized "hold" and are now messaging me, warning that the "hold on my account will expire soon."<br><br>This is an unacceptable retention strategy. I never asked for a hold; I asked for termination. The fact that Moxie was able to put my account on hold proves they have the capability and access to cancel it without a phone call. They are choosing to ignore my direct instructions and hold my account hostage to force me back into service.<br><br>Avoid this company unless you enjoy being harassed and fighting tooth and nail to end your service agreement. All I want is for Moxie to terminate my services immediately.

I saw some activity in my yard rocks, they came out the next day, tech , Matthieu, made sure to introduce himself, very kind and efficient. Once under contract with them good luck getting out. They cannot help at all with small flies, one of our biggest problems that we had. Found another company to fix the issue and cancelled with Moxie who in turn charged my $289.00 to cancel. That is simply wrong, and a poor way of doing business. Just a company that simply does not care about their customers.

Delta Dust was not put on back Fence as requested. Not was it put under the mats outdoors as requested the last time they were here. I called the office after they left the 1st time no notes were left. The ants were also not addressed as requested… I did call the office she said she would try to get the guy back up here..We will see….This is not a good look for sure. I will update if they come. I will be back.<br>He came back miscommunication with office is what I was told. He was very nice. Good job Moxie.

Moxie is top of the line when it comes to getting rid of termites/bugs!!!! Instead of the traditional way of killing termites (drill and treat) they use new tech that actually kills the whole colony+queen (yummy bait tricks them yay). The company itself amazing. And then our tech Noah was so professional, knowledgeable, and made things easy for us to understand. I felt at ease about our termite problem after the inspection and quote. They also have payment plans!!! Which allowed us to start our treatment asap. I fully trust Moxie/Noah know the best solutions for our home!!!

I have had Moxie service 3 properties since 2010. They are always polite, punctual, communicative and patient. They value long term patrons but show plenty of value to new customers. I speak from experience, since I have both their regular home care and termite protection system added this year. Logan provided excellent service. He was very professional, courteous and took the time to ask questions. He made sure he covered all of our issues.

Always quick and painless. If I ever have an issue they will come asap to re service my home. I’ve had a couple people come to do the service and the service is always equal in quality.

Another great service! Logan was thorough, professional, and worked quickly. He covered area in the backyard, front yard, and house. We have been customers for a long time and rarely see bugs. Moxie always comes back out if we have issues quickly. We are thankful for this service!

Booked an appointment. They said they would be there on a specific day from 8-11.<br><br>No one ever showed up. A representative called that evening to discuss a treatment plan. I advised I took the day off work to be there for the appointment. I advised of two dates I had off to reschedule. They said they couldn’t make it on those days either. I advised I was calling someone else. Poor customer service.

He did end up finding some and was very detailed about the process, he showed us, and was patient answering all our questions even with our crying kids in the background. I don’t care what Pest Control company you are with right now, switch and go with these guys. They are not only the friendliest, but they show up at a moments notice and they make sure the entire process is complete for you. I’ve never seen a company this attentive and this Interested in pleasing their customers.

I want to share my experience with MOXIE Pest Control. I've been a client now for 2 years and am very happy with this company and the job these people do. Actually, the relaltionship is probably as good as one can get between a service company and customer. I think the reason is due to their staff. From the folks that work in the office to my technician. All are remarkable. After all, the company is made up of either a great staff or the people that show up to work. I've found that the Moxie Staff are the Company. These young people go the extra mile to ensure the job is done and done well. My little gal, Madaline is remarkable. Always good to discuss the job before and after. I know exactly what is being done and why. This is the best service work and relationship one can imagine. Tech came with a very short notice to treat my yard so he was not able to do the job as the side gate was locked but they called to ask if they can come back and do the job whenever it’s convenient. So they came back to do the treatment and did a good job. Thanks Moxie.

This was my first time using a pest control company as I've always been a DIY kind of person. Ive since moved to Arizona and its a whole different breed out her, I heard about Moxie through a TV ad, ironically right after finding a scorpion in my kitchen. Mya the sales lady was very nice and got me set up for my first service. Tristan did my first service and he was amazing, I had a lot of questions about the chemicals and their safety but he went through everything he was gonna use, how it was safe for me and my pets, and gave me a run down of what kind of kind of stuff I should expect to see in Arizona, he was absolutely amazing, and I would recommend Moxie to anyone!

I was in the middle of a conference call when Josh showed up, I explained to him what my situation was and told him to leave the information on the door. Josh did all the things that were supposed to be done, including the mosquito spray, left the information on the door so that I could continue my conference call Uninterrupted. Great service!

Tristan R. was our technician. He was very kind and respectful of our home. He put out some glue traps and sprayed inside and outside the home. He also gave me a few extra glue traps in case I wanted to place some where I preferred. We’ve had a major silver fish problem being near construction and he paid extra attention to where they hid most. I’m looking forward to seeing way less of those soon! Thank you Tristan R.<br><br>Update: I will say one thing that didn’t sit well with me was, when we had an update service 3 weeks out because the bugs were still coming…the technician (not Tristan this time) let himself into our backyard when we didn’t answer the door. We ended up not being home and I saw it on the camera and it was bizarre to me. I was taken back by the “what ifs” of what if my kids were in the backyard and you surprised them or if we had been home and you scared us. Seems like a phone call to the account holder could be put in place if a homeowner doesn’t answer the door. Also when I notified Moxie, they told me technicians are trained to let themselves into peoples backyards. Feel like that shouldn’t be the case.<br>Anyways, still thankful they are coming back this Friday to remedy the situation. Just thought I’d be honest.
