We highly recommend Krasiva Windows and Doors! From administration to sales to installers, they were all professional, kind and great to work with. They gave us top quality windows at a great price and changed the way our home looked for the better! We chose top quality windows that work very well in both summer and winter temperatures. We will definitely use Krasiva again for additional upgrades to our home!

We purchased our windows from Krasiva 12 years ago. This was THE BEST investment to date for our home! Our energy bills are lower, the noise reduction is amazing and the customer service is second to none! With all of our service disappointments in the Valley, it is refreshing to have a company that values their customers and has the best product in the industry.

We had the pleasure of having Dustin and his crew install our front entry door and our back patio doors. They did an outstanding job. They were all very professional and master craftsman . They kept us informed of what they were doing and made sure we were satisfied with the final product before they left. It should be noted they were also very tidy and did not leave any debris or dust behind. We will definitely use them when we have our windows replaced

The company does not give a price until you agree on a full home window replacement; Which was frustrating. I thought the sales person was friendly, but talked too much without giving any clear answers. When I asked the price of each window, I was given the answer that they use a spreadsheet. I went with them based on a Friend’s referral, but my quote was much higher than theirs, and their house is bigger and has unique windows. My home has run of the mill windows; nothing unique or special. I was not impressed with the lack of transparency or the fact that if I use their company to get the additional windows replaced, they will then give me a discount. I gave two stars because the person who measured the windows was extremely professional. Windows take approximately 11 weeks to order. Lastly, if you pay using a debit card, they will charge you a 3% fee. I understand about fees for credit cards, but not debit cards. Just my opinion

Replacing eight windows in your home at one time is an upgrade and an investment, so we decided to select three companies and get quotes. After reviewing multiple companies websites, online reviews, and availability in our area, Krasiva made the list. I loved everything they promised and all their reviews were amazing. I also loved that they are a local family owned small business and not a big box corporate company. We also chose another small local company and one of the large national ones that email spams and drops flyers at your door all the time. Brad Drenning from Krasiva was the absolute best. He brought lots of visual aides and was very prepared, even for my "interesting" and hard questions. He was our first interview, and the other two couldn't compare. The quality of the products that Krasiva offers are just not comparable to everyone else, they are THAT much better in our opinion. Their guarantee is above and beyond any other competitor as well. Krasiva's process from initial sales appointment to install was very smooth, and even though they quoted about 4 months before we would have our windows, they were made and installed around 2 months after the initial appointment with Brad. The windows are gorgeous and a few of our neighbors have even asked who we used, as they have window upgrades on their to-do list also. Price point is not the cheapest, but not the most expensive. The quote we got from the big name corporate company we interviewed was much higher and their product was the least impressive. Overall, if I could give Krasiva higher than a 5 star rating, I would. With Krasiva, you definitely get what you pay for and more.<br>Edit/Addition: Last year we needed our front door replaced and we reached out to Krasiva again. My review is long overdue after the install, but they did an amazing job again! We love our door, I love that we have a peep hole now and the colors we chose for the paint and stain look great too! All of their staff is so customer-centric and they are so professional. They are definitely worth it!

Great Investment!<br>Installation was quick, and the guys worked Clean. I knew my old window would let in a lot of heat, but I didn't realize how much until today! there was an immediate difference! I can not wait to finish and get it done on my full house!

The Krasiva windows are outstanding. I love having the breeze at night and can not wait for spring. The installation was effortless with the guys taking care to watch out for the dog so it couldn’t escape and cleaning the areas around the install to look better than the dusty original area. Krasiva Windows and Doors did an amazing job upgrading six windows and a sliding patio door at my mom’s home. The sales team was knowledgeable and presented a superior product compared to others we had seen—and at a very fair price.<br><br>The installation crew was excellent: professional, clean, and very respectful. I appreciated that they let me watch the install and answered all my questions.<br><br>The results have been incredible—there’s a huge reduction in road noise (we live close to the freeway), and the A/C is running much less often thanks to improved energy efficiency.<br><br>We’re so satisfied that I’ll be using Krasiva again soon to upgrade the windows in my own home. Personnel were on-time and efficient. Work was completed on schedule and in a highly satisfactory manner. The windows and slider that were installed work extremely well and have helped reduce heat transfer, especially the west-side windows exposed to the sun.

I had them install the majority of the windows in my house. The customer service was excellent and Joseph who installed the windows with another gentleman were very friendly. They took their time in installing and were very precise and thorough in the two days of installation. Once they were done, they cleaned up so well you couldn’t even tell they had removed windows , etc. And ultimately, the windows looked so beautiful. I would highly recommend them and would use them again if I needed any other services from them.

From the time we made the appointment to the end of the install was one of the best experiences we have had. Tim our sales associate was great. Tim did the heat test on the window. Couldn't believe the difference between the windows we had and the Krasiva window. Tim also explained the warranty and answered all our questions. The install crew worked around my work day, they were very polite and they cleaned up when they were done. We would definitely recommend Krasiva Windows and Doors to all our friends. Great windows at a fair price. Everybody was professional and courteous the whole time. This week Jose and his son Jacob installed all new windows for us. We found them to be extremely polite and willing to go above and beyond. They arrived on time and cleaned up after themselves.<br><br>We have some mobility issues and needed them to move furniture for us and replaced the magnets in the shutters that had deteriorated from the intense sun light over the years.When a grate was removed from the front window, Jose took it upon himself to fill the holes, used stucco to complete job and all that is left is for us to paint four small areas.<br><br>The windows are beautiful and this was definitely an upgrade to our home.

At 21 years old, all South and West facing windows in my house had failed seals in-between the two panes. I selected the 4 worst windows and ordered them from Krasiva. Although the wait time was extended due to getting HOA approval, the first 4 windows were actually ready for installation 3-4 weeks ahead of expectations. While waiting for my initial order to be completed, I took a chance and ordered 4 additional windows without even knowing if I'd be happy. Those are still in the manufacturing stage. The 2-person install crew replaced the first 4 windows correctly and efficiently. I do have to give up my sun screens on every window I'm opting to replace and wish that wasn't the case, but the look from the exterior is better than I expected. There was absolutely no need for any paint touch-up on the stucco. I highly recommend that anyone considering replacement windows get a quote from Krasiva in addition to any other well-reviewed contractors, and to beware of selecting one based on cost alone.

The gentleman that came and installed, the windows were very polite, courteous, and kept the work area clean the entire time and even when they left and they were coming back the next day they still made sure the whole work area was clean and nothing was left behind or out of place and when they finished the job the second day again They were clean courteous and made sure that they left the works environment and a clean manner. If you are looking for new windows and doors, do yourself a favor and get a bid from Krasiva! I recently replaced two patio doors and two windows with Krasiva safety glass. This was a significant expenditure for me, but I am so glad I did it! The service I received was excellent, from the first contact with Perry Anderson in sales through the installation process. Derrick, Dick, Joe, Spenser, Dustin and the whole team were professional and the follow-through was excellent. They even handled the paperwork required by my HOA for me. The recent heat wave was still underway when my new doors and windows were installed, and I cannot get over the difference it has made in the comfort level inside my house! I no longer have to close the curtains when the afternoon sun comes in! It’s a lot quieter, too, and I feel more secure with the safety glass. Thank you, Krasiva!

We had been considering replacing the back windows and doors ever since we moved into our house back in 2018 but the timing and finances never seemed to align. Earlier this year, a polite young man from Krasiva showed up at our door passing out info in our neighborhood. It was a no pressure situation and I called to schedule a consult when I was ready a few days later. Their sales rep Tim came out a few days later and spent a good amount of time with my husband and I, showing us the quality (first and foremost), efficiency and the aesthetics of their products. Tim was very personable and pleasure to work with.<br><br>After we decided to buy, another man came out to do exact measurements for two standard windows, one large window and our French doors. The lead time to get them in was long but that’s an industry standard these days. Once they got our windows and door in, they installed them within the week. We were blessed with a larger crew than normal because of how the schedule worked. They were able to finish everything that day! Their installers were polite, respectful and cognizant of our little ones, who were home on summer break.<br><br>Our family is very happy with the results! I can’t wait to open on the windows in the fall to let the cool air without the bugs while my kids play outside. The west side of our house is noticeably cooler and has been more enjoyable to use this summer. We used to be able to feel sun’s heat beaming in from our window onto our floor and that is no more since getting our new windows from Krasiva. Overall it was a great experience from start to finish!<br><br>One more thing to note that was interesting and unique. Usually when you work with other companies you get bombarded with texts, emails and over communication. With Krasiva, it was just enough intentional communication to get the job done. I ordered 3 windows for the front of my home with Krasiva and I could not be happier. They were professional and very easy to work with from the sales portion all the way through to the installation phase.<br><br>The window quality is fantastic and has made a dramatic improvement on my home with respect to the insulation value and the curb appeal. We live in Arizona. Krasiva Windows approached us a while back and we were pretty skeptical about it. Once we sat down with one of their sales people and saw how well designed and built their windows are, we were hooked. These windows are well insulated, not just the panes, but the frame itself is designed so that outdoor heat stays outdoors.<br><br>It took only a few hours for the installation and now a seating area in our home that has direct sun is actually usable in the summer. We used to block the windows with thick foam and insulated curtains. Now we can sit in front of the windows and enjoy the view of our backyard.<br><br>The glass does keep the heat out. After the installation we actually stood in front of the windows and saw the sunlight but held our hands by the glass and DIDN'T feel the heat.<br><br>Our electric bill is a bit lower now but we only had two windows installed. For us, the big thing was being able to let the sunlight in during summer. It was depressing keeping all the curtains drawn and the sunlight out.<br><br>We plan on getting more done later, but we're on fixed income, so we didn't want to owe a lot. Hope this helps you.

Just love my new windows by Krasiva. They were easy to work with and provided quality work. We only started with our first floor windows but ready to start the second level soon. If you're looking for something different and want a good quality window I highly recommend Krasiva Windows and Doors.

We noticed a big difference with the new windows very little noise from outside and a bigger difference with the summer heat not transferring through. Our bedrooms feel cooler day and night! I also love the fact that the owner pays his employees per hour and not by the job. I’m a contractor as well and my experience is that it makes a difference between workers rushing to get to the next job or taking a little more time to do the job right.

This company did a great job on my back door. They took there time it was in 2022 the end of Nov. I am writing this review now and couldn't focus back then because had lost my son. I was looking at commercial and remembered I had not done review. I always like to give where It is deserved. Geat job and the employees know there job and did it well. I would recommend them. Future I would like to replace some windows and they are the ones I would be calling.

We were referred to Krasiva and specifically Greg through a friend that had completed some significant projects. The referring friend’s first comments were, “their guys do great work.” It couldn’t have turned out to be more true. Starting with Greg’s expertise walking my wife and I (neophytes) through what makes a good window, what to look for and what to watch out for…all sounded great and we were happy with the pre-sales process. But, then their crew came to install the windows and somehow, the experience was even better. The crew was quick, clean, professional and took great care with our house. Efficiency is great, but not when it comes with sacrificing quality and I’m excited to say we received both efficiency and quality.<br><br>Lastly, the stucco team was beyond amazing and proactive. I truly walked away with the feeling they treated our home like it was theirs. We had some random stucco pieces in need of repair, that had nothing to do with the window project, and the stucco team went ahead and patched them while they were here. Small gesture, but in our experience, extremely rare for contractors to take that kind of care.<br><br>From start to finish, the entire Krasiva team was diligent, respectful and professional. We’re already signed up for our next project with Greg and team (a door) and can’t wait to do more. Cannot recommend enough as this has been our best contractor experience.

Getting new windows at Krasiva was a pleasant experience from start to finish! He was friendly, low-pressure, and answered all our questions directly.<br><br>Derrick (General Manager) was exceptionally helpful when I called to ask about the status of our order, or when I had technical questions about the windows themselves. He went out of his way to talk me through the window features and sent me all the information I requested in detail.<br><br>Tyrone and team (Install) got all our windows installed in two days (10 windows!). They were professional and took their time to do the job right. We were able to get our windows installed a couple weeks earlier than estimated as well, which was a nice surprise.<br><br>The windows look great and we love how they let in so much light. (we were able to discard our solar screens due to the energy efficiency of the Desert Mountain Windows) I can't wait to see how much cooler they make the house this summer! We only did half the windows in our house, but I will definitely be calling Krasiva back when we are ready to do the rest.

The salesperson was very nice and knowledgeable, as well as honest. We finally got our door installed and has great extra security on top. The door slides open easily and they came on time when they said they'd be in. It was overall a good experience and would recommend.

On January 24, 2024 we had a new door installed on our home. We had been looking for several years to do this but had not found the right combination of product, quality, and service. When we were contacted by the Krasiva representative we decided to hear them out.<br>The initial contact demonstrated a professional approach helping our decision on the product. After investigation we were impressed with not only the appearance but the quality of the craftsmanship. Six weeks later the installation actually was even more impressive. We would like to say ‘thank you’ to the entire staff at Krasiva Windows & Doors. Diana and I had been discussing upgrading the windows in our home for a few years. We had a recommendation from a friend who had used Krasiva and highly recommended them. We made an appointment with Mike Goldman who came to our home, looked at all of the windows, and asked us what we were looking for. He mentioned he had a demonstration he could show us if we were interested that compared several of the windows on the market which he thought might help us. We were impressed with Mike - he is very knowledgeable and personable. I appreciated that he did not use a high pressure sales pitch at all. He answered all of our questions and we pretty quickly decided the direction we wanted to go. The windows have to be measured to order and Joe was by to do this within 2 days. They also helped us get approval from the HOA which was hassle free. When the windows came in - they called and scheduled a date and time for delivery and installation. The crew (Tyrone, Spencer, & Dustin) arrived on time and started to work, The crew was very professional and skilled - and they completed everything in 2 days! I was impressed how they treated us and our home. Mary Rexall (the office manager) sent us the lifetime and transferable warranty the next day. Mike Goldman dropped by to look over the new windows and asked us if we had any questions. Krasiva was 100% amazing. The entire team was professional. They kept us informed while we waited for our windows & doors. They kept us informed throughout the whole process and we got daily updates on what got done and what still needed done. It was worth the wait. The windows are beautiful. The instal and outside stucco work was outstanding a complete texture match. The performance of the gas seal is as advertised. We replaced two master bathroom windows that were original and leaked and they have added value to our bathroom remodel. We will be looking to replace more windows with Krasiva in the future.

This team was great from the beginning of the product the the end. I even made a slight change. They accommodated me perfectly. Everyone did a great job. The finished product is awesome. Krasiva Windows and Doors: Review, June 2023<br><br>I recently replaced my front entryway (Double French) and the pool/patio entry (Large Sliding) doors at our home. First let me say: If you wand Cheep and Quick, Krasiva may not be for you. BUT… Remember: “ You get what you pay for.” If you want a Quality Product, Custom made Doors for your home, along with open and professional communication. “Krasiva IS the one for you.”<br><br>(Quality Note: I am a retired Aerospace - Manufacturing Quality Engineer. What sold me, on these doors, was the overall Product Quality, from design to the hardware used.)<br>From my first contact with the sales representative/estimator (Mike Goldman), inspection and measurement (Kurt), to the installation team (Anthony, Isaiah, Joe and Ron) and additional support from Dustin: It was a great experience. And lets not forget the energy of Stephanie, at the front office desk. Keep up the good work everyone.<br><br>The Installation Crew: Anthony, Isaiah, Joe and Ron: Worked professionally to ensure minimal dust and dirt entered the house. It was obvious that they all work well together. I was very impressed. I have done enough home projects over the years to recognize when people really care about what they're working on. This installation team met and exceeded my expectations. They did find an Issue with the sliding glass door frame. They contacted the office and a new frame is being ordered. Yes, this will delay final completion but, they caught the issue and took corrective action immediately. I would not have readily seen it. Even with the frame issue, they sealed the doors and ensured they were energy efficient before departing.<br><br>The exterior finish team (Dustin), worked the next day on the Front door, after final installation, to ensure the trim seals were all in place.<br><br>Bottom Line: Yes, it was expensive, and Yes, it took some time…. But… If you want a Positive Experience and a Great Quality Product: Krasiva is the 5 Star Company for you.

Krasiva Windows was wonderful to work with on this home project. Everyone we spoke with was so kind and professional. The installers were terrific and cleaned so well you could not tell anything had be done. We will be using them for the rest of our window needs.

I am very happy with my purchase and the installation of new windows from Krasiva. The salesman was very knowledgeable and made the decision to buy new windows an overall exciting experience. It truly is unbelievable the improvement I immediately noticed with new windows with professional installation. The installers were friendly, showed up on time, finished the job in two days, and made sure any issues were brought to my attention before leaving my home. I am so glad I found this local business to assist with my window installation! After not quite 10 years in my current home I found that about half my windows had become weather beaten from direct sun exposure, with seals failing between the pains, drafts and excessive heat in some of the rooms. Working with Krasiva was a terrific experience from start to finish. The team quickly responded to my request for a quote and they were able to schedule an in-home consultation with Steve on my schedule, at my convenience. I was surprised he would come so late in the evening. I enjoyed the professional presentation and the ability to compare and contrast various samples of windows. All my questions were answered and the estimate was more than reasonable for the amount of work requested. Even the installation crew started and finished on time and cleaned up the work area very well. They even hauled away an unwanted piece of furniture saving me time and trouble. After the installation the rooms immediately felt 10 degrees cooler! Hopefully I can save a few bucks for electricity as efficient as these windows appear. I was also very impressed by the responsiveness of Derrick, who I found out later was the general manager. Derrick kept me up to date on projected delivery schedule and was prompt to return my emails or phone calls. I appreciated how they could work with my house paining and maintenance schedule. Now, several weeks later and coat of paint, the windows look great! Should we keep this home, we are definitely calling on Krasiva to replace the other windows too.

We decided to replace all our windows and Krasiva was an excellent choice and met our satisfaction in every way. The crew leader, Kurt, was a great communicator and made sure everything was done accurately, he went the extra mile when fitting was a challenge. Derrick was also great to work with making sure the roll-a-shields all went back on as requested. I would definitely recommend this company. If something goes wrong, they make it right. Love the windows!

Hired the Krasiva team several times to replace our windows as we wanted to do it in groups (2 at a time). Most contractors frown or don't do this. Bonus star there. Every time they arrive, they do a fantastic job, leave the site clean (wife loved that) and even helped with things outside the "contract". it is rare to find genuine people such as these. I even had to call back out due to slight shipping damage and they honor the warranty as expected. No questions asked. You might find a better price, especially if you do it yourself, however, you probably should consider the warranty especially if you want to keep your home owners insurance happy. Also the quality of the windows are excellent and they have withstood several monsoons without even a rattle. I recommend the thermal bells and whistles too. Cooled our rooms down by 5 -10 degrees.

We recently got our three panel sliding door upgraded with Krasiva & are already reaping the rewards! Our living room is quieter & cooler & the door is gorgeous! The installation was quick, crew was friendly, and communication went smoothly the whole process.

We appreciated the time taken to inform us about our options and keep us updated. The installers did a great job replacing our front windows with six new ones and the outside could not look better. We immediately noticed that it felt cooler inside and there was definitely increased noise reduction. The installers worked a full day to complete the job and created as little disruption as possible to our day. Our salesman came during the day to make sure all was going well and confirm with the installers they'd finish the same day. Everyone we've communicated with from the company has been highly professional and helpful.

I would highly recommend this company. The workmanship and professionalism of the teams was outstanding. Tyrone and his crew did the new slider and three new windows the first time. After such great service, I decided to immediately replace the remaining 5 windows. Joe and Isiah installed the second set. They were as great as the first. I wish all companies worked like this.

From the moment we met with the Sales Manager, to the email that our windows had arrived and then the install…AMAZING experience! The gentlemen that installed the widows were professional, updated us, knew what they were doing! Our windows look great, can feel the difference with heat staying outside and reduced noise from outside. Love them!

We just wrapped up having a second story sliding glass door replaced and 2 large windows replaced in our townhouse. Krasiva Windows and Doors completed the work and I have nothing but positive things to say. There were some hiccups along the way (due to 1980’s construction, not the actual installation) and Derrick was always communicative and positive. He walked us through everything and was always willing to take the time to answer all questions that we had. The crew, led by Tyrone, was always professional and did an amazing job. I would recommend Krasiva in a heartbeat to anyone that wanted a quality product professionally installed.

We bought our house a couple years ago and had some of the windows replaced but not all. When it came to replacing the rest of the windows, we decided to go with Krasiva Windows because they gave us the best deal for good windows. The installation team was professional and cleaned up after themselves every day. They even had to make some adjustments due to them using the existing frames of the old windows. The team was great from start to finish. Highly recommend.

Update: After installing the doors, I had to return/exchange an extra lock set I bought. I verified that since I was not getting the locks I wouldn't be billed for them. Two weeks later I check my statement to see they did bill the full amount. Frustrating yes, but not terrible. 2-3 weeks later they install the lock set and again I verify that we are even. Now about a month later I get a bill for said lock set. Also frustrating. Owner reached out to apologize for the mix-up. Showed me they do care about the customer.<br><br>I bought two exterior doors and they are great. From sales to installation to staining, everyone was professional and sought to insure I was getting exactly what I wanted. I got a Mahogany stain and these fiberglass doors look like real wood!

Krasiva did an absolutely amazing job on our windows! They handled them with care and did a wonderful job with install we did 10 windows in total and they were so quick to get it done! Highly recommend this company

I love my new Krasiva windows. I had them installed in Jan '22 and I give 5 stars for both the product and the service.<br>The windows are beautiful and let in so much more light now that I don't need solar screens. Even better, my house is much more quiet. I live on a semi-busy residential street and the road noise has been reduced considerably. The windows are very nice looking, much better on both the inside and out than the builder grade windows from the 90's I had before. And much easier to keep clean.<br>As for the installation, the crew at my house that day was amazingly fast, well organized, had a step-by-step process set up that made the install go very quickly and smoothly. They were even able to deal with the difficult framing of a couple of my windows without missing a beat. They were very good at cleaning up after themselves; leaving no mess behind inside or out. And most importantly they were professional, well spoken, polite and answered all my questions.<br>I highly recommend both the product and the Krasiva team.

Every part of the window upgrade project in my house was a pleasure thanks to Krasiva. From the time the sales team walked into our house until the installation crew left a few months later, my wife and I were very pleased.<br>We weren't the easiest client. We changed the order during the process, and we asked them to hold off installation after the windows showed up for a couple of weeks. However, Krasiva didn't miss a beat and were very accommodating.<br>As for the windows, I couldn't be happier. I definitely have the best-looking windows in my neighborhood. The installation crew was professional and did a masterful job during install. The installation took a little longer than projected, but it was due to the care the crew took to make sure the work was done correctly, not quickly.<br>Thanks guys, I've been bragging about these windows to everyone I know.

We hired Krasiva to replace all of the windows and doors in our home, and cannot recommend them highly enough. Each step of the process was painless and straightforward, from the ordering to the installation days. The installation crew was polite and accommodating of our rotating menagerie of pets and children and left everything cleaned up each day. Their prices were competitive, their service was unbeatable, and the windows were ready and installed well before their projected timeline.

The windows look better than what we expected. Our house is much quieter now. The heater comes on way less. It's nice not to have sun screens.<br><br>The installation crew was very neat, cleaning up the mess, and doing a very neat job both with the removal and replacement. They answered my questions politely and professionally. The windows were installed quickly and with minimum disturbance of our household actives. These windows look great. Krasiva removed my old front door (1938!) and installed a new one. I liked the variety of choices I had in choosing the style of the new front door. Plus I was able to choose my paint colors....whatever I liked from Dunn Edwards. The new door was installed professionally, and all material from the old door was hauled away and the perimeter around the door was left clean. The workmen were punctual and cared about the quality of their work. I ended up with a great looking entrance to my home.

Very good experience overall! Given we were already in the market for new windows, the sales pitch, while lengthy, was informative and helpful. Engaging with the sales team was not cumbersome and very streamlined. Lead time for actually getting the windows was as expected, given supply chain concerns, and the projected delivery date was met as expected. Install was very pleasant and the team worked with us to ensure that the order matched what could be handled given that both my wife and I were working from home at the time. One window did get slightly scratched during transit, but the installer saw it prior to install, called out the need for a replacement window, made the order and the replacement window was installed without incident. Overall, a very good experience for such a large purchase and many different stages over a number of months! I’d very much suggest Krasiva be included when shopping for new windows/doors.

We love our windows!! The whole process was super easy, and we felt confident that we went with the right company. Nick didn’t pressure us at all. He was super informative and helpful. Our install team (Richard and Adam) were professional, clean and fast. We highly recommended getting windows from this company!

Update: They came back and fixed the security system sensor. They subcontract the staining and those guys came back and put another coat of stain on the door. Krasiva's guys are pretty good. The subcontractor guys that did the staining needed me to point out all the spots that they missed. They are okay, but when they say they are done, you have to have a close look. They were "done" about 3 times when I came and found areas that were completely missed. They eventually got them and it looks much better now, but they do need some supervision since they seem to miss a lot of details.<br><br>All and all I am much happier with it now.<br><br>Update: Owner has contacted us and is now coming over to check it out. I'll keep this updated.<br><br>The door was a decent quality but the install left a lot to be desired. First of all, the old door had a built in security system sensor. When they replaced the frame, they didn't preserve the wires that came from the wall and fish them through the new frame or anything. They just framed over them so now we can't put a new sensor in the door/frame. Also, the stain job was awful. There are lots of spaces that they missed with stain, especially around hinges or any harder to reach spots. It was overall blotchy and somehow they even managed to smear stain on an adjacent wall. For the price we paid, I expected a better job. We contacted the company several times. Each time they said they would look into it or send someone to inspect it but they never got back to us. It's been months (maybe over a year) and they haven't responded to any of our complaints.

We had a very positive experience with Krasiva Windows, from the salesperson through the installation. Our home was built in 1994 and the old aluminum frame windows and patio door were not energy efficient by today’s standards. The Krasiva estimate we received from Nick was informative and reasonable in price given the high-quality product and the excellent energy ratings. We replaced all the large windows and the three-panel patio door. The installation crew (Richard and Adam) completed the job in four days as estimated. They did excellent work, from carefully removing the blinds, to removing the old windows, installing the new windows, and sealing and trimming the edges, and replacing the blinds. They were very conscientious and had impressive attention to details, including matching the existing stucco texture seamlessly around the newly installed patio door. We highly recommend Krasiva Windows.

I am once again revising my review. All of the positives outweigh the single negative experience that I had. I will say this, the owner - Greg - really went above and beyond to bring me around and restore my respect for the company. I originally had the windows/slider in the back replaced a few years ago. The products used are well above par and the technicians were very friendly, professional and cleaned up after themselves. This year I had the front of the house done and I'm happy to be able to say the same about the product and technicians! And the warranty is especially generous! What really impresses me is the pride that Greg and the technicians take in their business and workmanship. Greg really communicated and worked with me to make sure that I would end up a very satisfied customer...and I am! I wish the entire Krasiva team many more years of success!

We finally got our windows installed and they look great. It is amazing how much cooler our west facing rooms are now. Also, didn't expect how much noise they eliminate as well. The guys who installed them were great - Richard Espinosa along with Adam and Nick. They were very courteous, helpful, and clean. We will definitely request them for the rest of the windows left to be installed in our home. Overall, great installation of great windows!

Buying new windows turned out to much more of an adventure than we anticipated. The difference for us turned out to simply be the quality of the product. We loved every aspect of their windows. Their sales representative did a great job demonstrating the multiple features of the windows. We were given an installation date of May because of the number of jobs already scheduled before us, but much to our surprise, the windows arrived and were actually installed in April.<br><br>Unsure of what to expect we were concerned about the installation of the windows. The two men that did the installation were very courteous and polite, but even more importantly, were extremely hardworking, meticulous and diligent. They took great care of our house, wrapping things in plastic, cleaning up each area as they worked around our house replacing all of our windows. They picked up everything outside and did their best to leave everything as they found it when they started. When they were gone we had little more than our typical weekly housecleaning and our home was back in shape.<br><br>While we have only had our new windows for a few weeks, we love the finished product. Everything about the new windows has made a noticeable difference to our home inside and out. We can't wait to see the difference they will make in our summer utility costs. Obviously, we highly recommend you consider using Krasiva for your home as well.

This was a wonderful experience from start to finish. In just a month and a half I have brand new beautiful windows that have been installed perfectly. From the time of the estimate, to the day of installation, every single person from this company has been nothing but friendly, honest, and knowledgeable. I think the highlight for me was the day of installation, because when I received the call that my windows were ready I was told installation would normally take three to four days with one crew, so I was promised that two crews would show up to make things go faster before the weather got too hot. The first day only one crew arrived. Now, normally that would be a bad thing, but Nick and his crew (special shout out to Carlos, Scott, Solo, and Larry) were able to complete the job within eight hours and I can't say it enough: Everything was perfect. The crew Krasiva sent blew me away. They treated my house like it was their own, and what I mean by that is they took extra special care when they had to move things, keep from tracking dirt in from outside, and put everything back where it had been before they arrived. The whole crew worked like a symphony together. They joked, they laughed, they measured and measured again, they cleaned up after themselves; they obviously take a lot of pride in their work. I really can't say enough about my opinion of the quality work Krasiva puts into their products either. Every window was beautiful and was exactly what I wanted. Funnily enough, an hour after the crew had finished and left, a small rainstorm blew over my house, and not a leak was found (the old windows however, failed in that department so I was glad my new ones were sealed properly). I can't recommend this company enough; it's been a joy! Thank you all so much for your work!

I recently had the front picture window of my home replaced by Krasiva. I choose them for the job because of the superior quality that they offered. Sales rep John spent the time to explain all of my options and answer all of my questions, and never pressured me toward a decision. They were helpful in submitting request paperwork to my HOA. The day of the install a 3 man crew arrived on time and completed the install. They also answered questions and did an exceptional and complete job. When they left there was no sign that they had even been there except for my awesome new window. From my first contact call to Krasiva to the completion of the job everyone was very helpful and professional. I will be calling on them again in the future to replace other windows.<br>Thank you to all the Krasiva personal that were involved.

We have had windows and sliders done at two homes by Greg and team. We are very happy with the quality and customer service and cost. I had another vender over to give me a quote and got he mad that I asked for one when I told him we had Krasiva as ‘If I was willing to pay up for Krasiva then I would never buy his windows ’... then he gave me quote higher than Krasiva per window for a more builder grade style.<br><br>Another big piece for me is the stability of the employees. Even though I have had work done over a decade I still see the same people. People like working there enough to stay. We will do more work them over time and I have recommended them to friends.

I live on a second floor condo and had all 14 windows+a huge sliding glass door replaced...that being said, not many companies would take on such a difficult+dangerous job. I also have 2 HOAs that Krasiva had to deal with. They handled that with care+got approval before proceeding. From start to finish, Krasiva kept great communication+professionalism. Sales rep, Perry, was extremely informative. He spent a good amount of time with us as he explained everything, showed us a visual demonstration, and answered all our questions. Derrick, the office manager, and his assistant always kept us informed and had exceptional communication with us throughout the entire process. Joe and his crew are very skilled and knowledgeable. They did an amazing job on the windows, doors, and matched the stucco perfectly. They always cleaned up after themselves and were very respectful+professional. We had 8 windows replaced by Krasiva Windows in 8 hours which has made our house quieter and cooler. Krasiva sent two young men who never stopped working, smiling, and answering questions by our neighbors as they installed our windows. They cleaned up after installing each window so there was no mess or sign that they replaced our windows. We were pleased with the product and the work.

Rodger is very knowledgeable, warm and friendly and told me everything I needed to know about Windows. My windows are now installed and they are gorgeous. Krasiva and Vision windows get my enthusiastic support!<br>Sales - Steve did an excellent job describing the product, the differences between this and competing products as well as the installation process in general. This was not a high pressure sales experience. He presented a quality product and educated us on its benefits.<br>Ordering and Preparation - Final measurements, working with the HOA for approval and getting product to my residence when promised went smoothly. Derek and Stephanie provided timely communication and were always responsive to our inquiries.<br>Installation - We cannot say enough good things about the Krasiva crew installing our new windows. Joe, Kirk and Gavin were professional, knowledgeable and courteous. We felt they worked toward an installation that they would have completed in their own homes. They took their time and "did things right". Everyone took time to answer my questions and explained how things worked when I didn't understand. Cleanup was like no one was ever there.<br>Product - Now that we have had the 11 large windows (and 1 sliding door) in place for a few weeks, we can tell you that our expectations have been exceeded. We already had builder grade dual pane windows in the home and expected a slight decrease in heat transfer, but the Vision 2500 weather shield product has proven to be more of an improvement. Example – Our master bedroom has a large south facing window in an 8x8 foot alcove. It has always been hot. We had a thermal shade, heavy curtains and an A/C vent right there. With the new window, we have not installed the shade and I have had to partially close the A/C vent to keep the alcove comfortable for my wife (her desk is in this alcove). The curtains and furniture next to two large west facing windows were always warm to the touch. While our max temperatures have only hit 110+ a half dozen times, we have noticed that even in direct afternoon sun, the glass itself is cool to the touch. The new windows even block external noise more effectively.<br>Overall, I would recommend this product and Krasiva to anyone (in fact I already have :-) ).

Bought a couple of new windows from Krasiva recently. Great service and value. Salesperson Rodger was nice, showed us the amazing value, no pressure approach - felt very comfortable during initial consultation. Service techs kept a clean job and completed installation within timelines promised. Windows look great and we feel safer and house is more quiet too. We’ll use them again. Highly recommend Krasiva for anyone replacing their windows soon.

We recently had all of the windows of our house and also the sliding glass door replaced by Krasiva Windows and Doors. I was so impressed by the installers and their work. They were very careful to protect the furniture and area surrounding each window. They worked quickly and carefully and cleaned up thoroughly after each installation. I was particularly thankful for the care they took with my piano and the area where my computer desk sat. They were well organized and completed the work in a relatively short time. Now we have beautiful new air-tight windows and a sliding glass door that looks good and actually slides! I appreciate their work and the quality of their product!

From start to finish- the service was excellent! Mike, our salesman, was very open with us on all things that could be done and what costs would look like. He gave us very break we could hope for. The measurements were exact and the fit of the windows and doors was perfect. The installation particularly impressed us as they were the most dependable and punctual construction crew I have ever experienced. They said they would be at our home, ready to work at 8:00 am each morning, and they did just that. There was no window of time for arrival given- they did what they said they would do. Likewise with the care and attention to detail given to the staining of the doors. George is a true craftsman, and met every adjustment we asked of him. The quality of the products is exceptional! We love our windows and doors and highly recommend Krasiva to anyone looking for high end windows and doors to enhance the beauty and security of their home.

When I decided to remodel my home, windows were not a priority nor were they in my budget. Always open minded and looking down the rode to possibly replacing windows, I scheduled an appointment with Jerry. I also scheduled appointments with two other well known window replacement companies so I could makes comparisons. After meeting with all three and doing some research, I felt Krasiva met all of my criteria. Jerry explained everything I needed to make an educated decision, Derrick was great to work with on the scheduling and customer service aspect, Kirk and the install team was prompt, courteous, professional, and cleaned up after themselves. Lastly, Stephanie was wonderful on the follow up. After 40 years in the field of customer service, I can truly say, "Krasiva provided me with world class service and an exceptional product." They replaced 18 windows and it was well worth it to me and a great investment.

Krasiva did a great job explaining and demonstrating the products and differences in quality levels in them. The new patio door was built and arrived when they said it would. The installation crew were very polite, professional and did a great job. The salesman stopped by during the installation to ensure everything was to our satisfaction. We love the new door!

I give Krasiva 5 stars!! Any time I hire someone to do work at my house, I always stress about who they will send to do the work. I have had the worst experience. I have to say I was THRILLED with the Krasiva staff. The gentlemen that installed my windows were the absolute best. They were professional, courteous, and they even cleaned up after themselves. Our windows are beautiful, high quality, and installed with minimal touch up. If you are looking for new windows this is the group to hire.

We recently decided to replace the old original custom sized single-pane windows and 2 glass doors in our home (one standard sliding and one custom sized hinged door). My husband and I had started looking around at pricing with other companies, and during that time an agent with Krasiva came to our door. We are so glad for that bit of kismet.<br><br>We scheduled to have someone come to our home and provide an estimate and show their product. After researching the company and speaking with agent who came to our home we quickly realized that Krasiva had the window product we were looking for, reasonable prices, and were highly recommended on their customer service as well, which is very important to us. Knowing they were also a local company, and had a window product that was specifically designed to handle Phoenix climate challenges was a major plus as well.<br><br>We arranged to have them take the job in late November, and within a few days someone from Krasiva was at our home measuring for our specific window and door needs for their fabrication. By late January our windows and doors were fabricated, and we scheduled our installation for February. The crew that came to our home were very professional, friendly, fast and did a wonderful job. They arrived slightly before 8:00 am as scheduled, and were done a little after 2:00 pm, and that includes the cleaning, sweeping, vacuuming, and re-installing of our existing blinds. There was even extra unplanned work when dealing with the one custom-sized door, as it was originally a poorly-done do-it-yourself job by the previous owner. The crew knew exactly what to do to deal with the problems encountered by that and have our new door installed correctly. I can't fully express how impressed I was with the crew doing the work.<br><br>As for the product itself, we already have noticed an immediate and drastic decrease in noise from the streets in our home. Also, we've found that certain areas of our home that had previously felt drafty in the evenings and early mornings in winter were now just as warm as the rest of the house. Those same areas of our home become super-heated in the summer. With these new windows I can't wait to see how well those same areas will do in a couple months, let alone our power bill!

this is the second time I've used Krasiva. In the beginning of the year I had two front bedroom windows replaced. I was so happy with the way they looked and the difference they made in the comfort of the room. I just had the living room windows replaced and I couldn't be happier. They put in a brand new picture window in replacing two old ones. The service was great from beginning to end. The salesman is very friendly and informative. I was notified ahead of schedule that my windows were in and 2 days later they were installed. the installers did an amazing job and we're very professional cleaning up after themselves every step of the way. Krasiva Windows & Doors installed 21 new windows and 5 new doors in our home, the work was all done in a professional manner and completed on time. All our concerns and questions were handled by Julie or the owner Greg. Each day a crew of six came to our home and worked as a team, 2 workers would remove the old window, 2 workers would come behind them and install the new window, the final 2 would follow and clean up. Everyday the only way you would know any work was done was the new window. Wayne and his crew cleaned everyday and left nothing, they completed 20 windows in 2 1/2 days, widow 21 was a little more difficult. Krasiva's crew had to deal with a broken garden window, not something they normally replace, but they took care of the window and it is beautiful. After all the work was completed I called Jack, the recommended painter for the doors, he is also very professional and neat, when he came he matched paint and repainted the replacement stucco around the garden window, at no cost, all payed for by Krasiva Windows. The process was easy, clean and we are very happy with all of the work done. The new windows have reduced noise from outside and look great. I would highly recommend Krasiva Window and Doors. Greg, the owner, is hands on and checks the progress of the work. We haven't been through a summer yet with our new windows but know our energy cost will show a savings.<br>Great Company couldn't be happier!

A couple of years ago Krasiva installed my front door and side panel. At that time I was very happy with the people and service that I received. Because of that experience, when it came time for me to replace my windows I only spoke with Krasiva Windows. I was impressed with the complete information I was given, consideration for my budget, and their follow up. I appreciated the respect my home was given in the way the installers took the time to place protective runners on my new carpet as well as protective coverings on surrounding window areas. All work was done with care and professionalism. I am very pleased with the results.
