I had Luis Z to help facilitate the placement of my new return. He worked seamlessly with the Asbestos Abatement company. We ran into a snag with my old home and some drywall supports in the attic. He was able to quickly problem solve with the other company to get a resolution. I trust KOTA with my home and to do the right thing. This is the 3rd time I have had KOTA in my home (Cody, Tony, Luis). They are always professional. They look professional. They keep me in the loop of what’s going on. They are respectful of my property and cleaning up after themselves. This is a company I trust. I also appreciate the details regarding my technician that are included in the “in route” text messages.

I dont usually write reviews, but I had such a great experience with this company that I had to say something. My sales guy, Cody was a pro. Totally opened my eyes to obvious (in retrospect) inefficiencies in my house. They came fixed up my ducts and airflow immediately improved. Wish I would have done this the day I moved in. Definitely recommend these guys.

10/10 business. Can’t believe how much these guys can help out. It’s actually ridiculous how bad duct work is in AZ. Better air quality. Even temps throughout the house, lower bills especially in the hottest months. Very grateful for this company.

Knights of the Attic was the best thing we could’ve done for our home! All the staff was very courteous, professional and clean. They needed to turn off the AC unit to do their work in the attic and since I work from home, they put a portable AC unit in my office to keep me comfortable. This was very considerate and accommodating. When they were done, the difference was like night and day. Our master bedroom, bath and closet was always between 81-85 degrees depending on the season of the year. I called it the “sauna” because you could easily work up a sweat while moving around in there. The house is so much cooler now everywhere and evenly distributed throughout. It was a great investment and definitely worth it! I would recommend Knights of the Attic to anyone!

I had my ductwork sealed. The estimators/ energy auditors and installers were all punctual and courteous. It was clear that they had extensive knowledge and experience, and they explained the process in terms that were easy to understand. They followed up to see if I had any questions and I scheduled the ductwork sealing. They worked efficiently and expertly. The process was relatively quiet and they conscientiously cleaned up really well when they left. They discovered that I had significant leakage in the ducts. They provided me with the pre- and post- sealing information to compare their work results so their service was backed by data and measurable results. It was incredible to see how much more efficiently the air conditioning units were running after the ducts were sealed. In addition, now you can't even hear when the units are running. With the sealant, there are no air leaks which make more noise than you realize! Thank you for your professionalism and expertise. I highly recommend all services provided by Knights of the Attic.

I am so excited to experience a home this cool and comfortable. I didn’t think this was possible even after getting a new air conditioner. Knights of the Attic is the only company in Arizona that fixes the root problem - poor ducting systems and poor attics. The amount of homes suffering from this in Arizona have to be endless. Homeowners need to know that replacing air conditioners only does so much for your home. My home has never been this comfortable before.
