The experience with foam insulation of my garage was exceptional, and the results are unbelievable. The entire team—sales, owner, and installers—was easy to work with, professional, and applied zero pressure. The thermal performance is night and day. Even when it's scorching hot outside, the interior temperature is drastically reduced and remains manageable. My mini-split rarely runs, and when it does, it cools by 10∘F in just one hour! This efficiency is a massive improvement. A huge thank you to Dustin, the installer, who went above and beyond. He added extra insulation in corners and patched everything so cleanly that I won't need to repaint. In fact, the results were so impressive that I showed two neighbors, and they both instantly decided to foam insulate their own garages. Highest recommendation!

From the time I called and they came out to my home for an evaluation on what I needed, was 2 days. The next week I was scheduled and the work was done in a manner of hours. I have the walls and attic of two particular rooms in my house that were on the south and west side, they were extremely hot. The day after the temperature inside those rooms was easily 15 degrees cooler. Even though the rest of the house may have been cooler because of the air conditioning, those rooms stayed much hotter. I'm grateful for Patrick and his team that came out and took care of this issue I had. I would highly recommend Kasi Home Engineers. I will be calling them to do the rest of my attic soon.

The installation was grea!. The prep team set everything up prior to starting and then cleaned up after they were done. You could not even tell they had been here other than the walls in the ceiling room how much cooler in the garage? Kasi was the only company that came out to bid on my job. I was impressed with how much detail and work went into the bid itself. Then the crew actually showed up when they were supposed to and did a great job of prep, execution and clean up. Then I noticed a couple of areas that required touch up and they were back out within two days to make good on the repair. Dustin their team leader is a solid guy and is a pleasure to work with. He makes Kasi the great company to do business with what it is!

We had the foam installed on part of the south and east facing part of our house (garage being on the west). We also had insulation from another company added to our attic. It is cooler, but I'm not sure which was most effective. We haven't seen a reduction in our electric bills, however that's hard to gauge due to inflation. I plan on hiring them to do our casita when we are ready since we do not want to drywall.

They were very kind and flexible with our ever changing delays (yay construction!). They kept everything very clean and I’m shocked how much cooler the house is even though we don’t have the AC system installed yet. Thank you!!!

Came out for a quote.... but could not explain how many sq feet the 1600 minimum would cover. Then takes very rough measurements. And can not answer any questions on how much temperature change or what the benefits of them doing the insulation. Better look to the next company. These guys were not very impressive. The sales guy was mad I was asking questions. Like I should just pay and assume the job would be done correct. Owner of the company was also not willing to come to the home and give me a more accurate estimate.

My adventure of finding the right spray foam company happened after our fluffy insulation got into our attic air handler drain and clogged it-causing an overflowed drip pan and ultimately a huge leak in our ceiling. This led to a massive repair and paint job. So we looked into multiple companies. I chose Kasi- but ultimately we decided once we got a new roof, then we would get spray foam. About 2 years after the initial, we had gone thru another clogged drain in the air handler (not leading to a leak), we got our roof. Then we contacted Paul and Patrick for our spray foam. They re answered a lot of my questions and even worked with our roofer team to make sure we got everything done for best insulation. They were so nice, even remembered our house. They sent their team, who took their time and was thorough.... they pay by the hour and not by job, btw. Kasi gives you a sensor and a thermometer to monitor your attic which should not get more than 10-15 hotter than your house. We did this in January 2024. The team accidently knocked our nest wires out, so Kasi sent their own AC person over to fix the issue and they didn't bat an eye at paying to do so. They are honest and have integrity. We were displaced due to sewer in Feb 2024 for 3 months. We didn't need to run our AC at all while we were gone. The spray foam kept the house temp excellent even for all of the remodeling and reconstruction. Since being back, not only is our house cooler, and our AC bill down, but it's so much quieter too. WE JUST LOVE IT. 12/10 would recommend Kasi to everyone.

Kassi put foam in my existing walls of my house as well l as my garage. I am beyond thrilled with the end result as well as their customer service throughout the entire process. I am also doing an addition to my house and will be calling them to do spray foam when I am ready.

Great company that does a fantastic job! Paul came to do my estimate and was extremely friendly and explained everything clearly. Went through the pricing with me and made me feel comfortable with choosing which option fit me best. No hard sales pitch at all. Then Dustin and the crew showed up to do the job right on time and were just as nice. They worked quickly and did a quality installation of Retrofoam in all my block walls. I highly recommend this family run company for all your insulation needs.

This last occasion was performed to a high level of excellence by the team that included: Removal of prior Attic insulation, replacing with Attic Foam Insulation, Cavity Wall insulation for interior and exterior walls. They were reasonable in addressing complexity and provided excellent pre and post sales support. I cannot recommend the company and the team enough for all needs and to help with the Arizona heat and rising costs of cooling. Well done.... Great Job and will use Kasi again, no hesitation!

Käsi Foam went above and beyond my expectations. I needed to have the interior roof deck of my shop foamed, as the interior during the summer month were typically 10° warmer than the outside temperature. Joe and Able came early in the morning and prepped my shop, covering floors and walls and a couple of pieces of equipment that couldn’t be moved. Dustin came in and sprayed the roof deck and the gables which I didn’t expect. They were in and out, in under 5 hours. Very professional, courteous and clean. I very much appreciate them and the work they did and highly recommend Käsi Foam.

Patrick was exceptional in the discovery phase as we looked to remove old insulation from the attic and replace it all with 6 inch foam that adheres to the inside ceiling of the home. The idea is this would keep the attic about 10 degrees warmer than the temperature of the inside of the home. The crew that removed the old insulation were exceptional, clean, and very professional. Then the foam insulation spray was completed by Dustin who absolutely knocked it out of the park. He is very professional, clean, thorough, and calm the entire time during the one day of foam spraying in very hot temperatures. But if I had to call out one more thing Dustin was extremely courteous. I am going to pound the tables here and recommend this company to anyone looking for a better home insulation solution. After just two days we’ve noticed that the house stays cooler and the AC unit is working far less to keep the temperature steady at 71 degrees all-day. Amazing team and company. So thrilled we went with KÄSI.

We bought an older (1976) Phoenix home two years ago and became concerned about high temperatures in our garage during summer heat. (Friends told us that garage temps can exceed 140 deg F). We were lead by several positive reviews to KÄSI Spray Foam, a family-owned contractor in Phoenix. We were absolutely pleased with every aspect of the job. Paul Kariniemi explained the process of removing and disposing all of the old rock wool insulation on the attic floor then blowing spray foam on the underside of the roof, injecting foam into the hollow centers of our cinder block walls and then lining our garage walls and door with 1-1/2” foam panels. I placed a recording thermometer in my garage for the summer of 2021 and the temperature in the garage never exceeded 90 degrees. The KÄSI team was on time, they were clean, and they met their cost estimate. I rank them at five stars plus.

They worked very very hard, professional crew, and worked well with my contractor. The house is noticeably cooler! I would recommend them to anyone!

Had our house sprayed at the beginning of August. Before the foam was installed our house had hot flashes for a couple hours as the sun was setting and temps would not fall below 81 degrees. Our daily usage was around 11$ After the foam was installed temps dropped to 73 degrees ( which is what we has the thermostat set at before and after) and the heat flashes dissapeared. Daily usage is now around 8$ well worth the investment.

We wanted to give a big show of thanks and appreciation for KASI Spray foam installers. This is the second home they have been able to correct our heating and cooling issues for us. The first home had hot rooms that were unbearable to be in in the summer. They filled our walls with retro-foam and the problem was solved. Our new home was having a cooling loss issue. They came and assessed our problem. They ended up vacuuming out the inadequate celulose insulation from our attic. Then they sprayed foam in our attic, which made a huge difference the first day. It lowered our cooling costs immediately. The workers were very diligent and committed to their job. We can’t give them enough praise. The attic was very hot while they removed the old insulation and sprayed in the new foam. They earned their money. Kasi left us with a monitoring system that shows our inside house temperature and the temp in the inside the attic. The gauge says outside temp but it is referring to the attic temp. It is just as they guaranteed 10 degrees or less difference. Attached are some pictures taken July 17th 2019. The hottest day of the year so far 113 outside, 87 in the attic and 79 in the house. We are very happy with Kasi. They do what they say they will do, they don’t try to sell you more than you need, they meet their guarantee, and we would recommend them to everyone. We used KASI in a commercial building and found them to be very professional. They were especially accommodating, as they had to work around another trade. They arrived promptly, kept their workplace neat, and completed their work in a timely fashion.

I'm a construction worker I do electrical drywall and insulation in New and remodel properties this foam is a rip-off and does absolutely nothing. you're much better off getting the old fashioned Standard fiberglass insulation

Other than the fact that we have seen zero reduction in energy costs as promised, after a recent camera install that required getting into certain parts of the ceiling that we can not see otherwise, we noticed the following. In ceiling speakers were not covered and now have overspray which likely effects the quality of the sound. Also areas that are clearly foamed, compared to areas that clearly did not get any treatment.

Very poor customer service

Now that several years have gone by since Retrofoam insulated my attic I can really attest to the benefits. First, my power bill has decreased by one-third! Also my A/C does not cycle on and off as frequently. This is great! And an unanticipated benefit is just how useful and pleasant it is to have a clean and climate-controlled attic. Retrofoam did a great job, and I am a very pleased customer.

Had Retrofoam foam my east and west walls, After a year I noticed no difference in comfort or electricity usage. The foam did not work for me and it was a waste of money. Buyer beware!!

They came to our home on time. They did an excellent job. We had some siding installed by a "handy man" a couple a years ago. Retrofoam noticed that they had not adequately screwed down about half of the siding that was installed. They fixed it for us at no additional charge. The man that came was very courteous and finished the job within the time he said he would. Our home is cooler in summer, and warmer in winter. Plus, it is quietier as well. We are very happy with the work they did and would highly recommend them to anyone who wants to make their home more energy efficient.
