Insulation Commandos of Greater Phoenix

We were so impressed with our initial consultation with Jackson. He was very thorough and knowledgeable about the products they provide. He was the reason we chose to go with this company. Like that they are Veteran owned.<br>First, he listened to our particular concerns about our home and then did a complete inspection of our attic - including a bunch of pictures (because when was the last time you were in your attic?) Our home is 33 years old and totally under-insulated. Our biggest complaint was the "hot in the summer, cold in the winter" temperature of our master bedroom. He showed us the existing 2" of original blown-in insulation that remained currently in our attic and explained how upping the amount to "code" would make a huge difference.<br>We opted for a total removal of the old insulation so that they could fill all the cracks and openings where air escapes. We also had them install a radiant barrier on the undersides of our roof rafters which will reflect additional heat from the attic area.<br>The whole job took two days. On day one, they vacuumed out all the old insulation which they collected in a bladder-filled dumpster which had been delivered. Then they filled all the cracks and applied the radiant barrier. There was a big crew of guys here and they kept the mess to a minimum by draping plastic from the attic opening in my hall and completely covered my floors where they were walking and the wall corners where their hoses might rub. I really appreciated that because once they left I didn't have a big mess to clean up! On the second day, they blew in 40 bags of new insulation.<br>I waited a month since the install to write a review because I wanted to live in my newly insulated home for a while before I weighed in. First thing we noticed was the sound - it's actually quieter in our house! The last few days it's been windy, rainy and gross outside - we haven't felt the need to "take the chill off the house" by turning the heat on for a little bit. We're so comfortable now.<br>We had a lot of work done by the Commandos and felt the price was super competitive! I would highly recommend this company.

I got several bids for insulation and by far insulation commandos was the most reasonable. Jackson came to assess my attic. There was a lot of debrie up there after all the years. He also found that the water heater flue pipe was disconnected and just open to the attic. He took pictures of everything. I hired them and with jackson supervising the job johnnie and angel cleaned two big bags of debrie out of the attic and chalked some places and blew in new insulation. Jackson fixed the hot water heater exhaust and even went on the roof to look for openings and to put webbing over pipes that were open. For quite a while i was having musty smells in my house and couldn’t figure out what was causing it. Since the water heater exhaust was fixed, no more smells. Beyond the call of duty i would say and all for a reasonable price. Thank you insulation commando’s!

They were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I live in a park model which does not lend itself to wall insulation. They have the solution! And it works! Have used my furnace 3 times. These 80+ degrees my house stays under 78 degrees! Worth every reasonable penny!

Very professional and clean

Three previous companies tried to eliminate noise and vibrations from a chiller tower at the mall. Insulation Commandos was the only company to eliminate not only the noise but the vibrations as well. I will definitely be using them again for any future projects. I would recommend them if you want the job to get done correctly the first time.

We had Insulation Commandos insulate our large warehouse, and they did an outstanding job from start to finish. We've done several remodels, but this one was the most challenging. Insulation Commandos went above and beyond all expectations to work with us as the remodel progressed. We had a rat infestation problem. They were amazing at cleaning up the issue, sealing the house so that more rats couldn't get in, and installing new insulation. I would give them 10 stars if possible. If you need insulation, this is the company to call!

I went with this company out of all of them! They described everything that was to be done unlike the other competitors. They emptied my attic completely of all debris, deodorized and covered all my recess lighting and sealed them as promised throughout. Then came the insulation which made my attic brand new where I had little to no insulation in many areas with pictures they give you along the way till it’s all complete! We are very happy with the outcome overall and would recommend Jackson and his team to everyone who if you don’t know if you need insulation give them a call and get it done! Definitely will make a huge difference leave it to the professionals to take of you.

I had a great experience with Insulation Commandos (Greater Phoenix) and would highly recommend them. During the initial inspection, they identified several serious issues in my attic that I wasn’t even aware of and documented everything with photos. This included mouse and rat droppings, bird eggs, holes leading to the roof, a wasp nest, outdated insulation from 1985, and dryer lint buildup that was a potential fire hazard. Having everything clearly explained and backed by photos gave me a lot of confidence in their assessment. They then provided a very fair and competitive price to clean everything up within just a few days. The work included full attic cleanup, rodent proofing, and installing new insulation up to current standards. The crew was professional, showed up on schedule, and kept the work area clean throughout the process. After the job was completed, they shared before-and-after photos, which really showed the quality of their work and attention to detail. Overall, the team was professional, thorough, and reliable, and the entire process was smooth and well-organized. I’m extremely happy with the results and would absolutely give them 5 stars.

Insulation Commandos was terrific throughout the entire process, from initial inspection to show me the age of my insulation to the removal and install of the new insulation. I had my attic professionally cleaned and all the old insulation removed, and the team did an outstanding job. They were incredibly thorough and careful, making sure not to disturb any wiring or ductwork while they worked. Had a wonderful experience with Insulation Commandos of Greater Phoenix. My request for a no-cost estimate was addressed quickly, the appt was set and Jackson arrived right on time. A thorough analysis of my attic was made, photos were taken and options were discussed. I had a lot of questions and Jackson answered every one of them. On the scheduled day, Jackson and John arrived on time to begin the work. Jackson, a master communicator, kept me apprised of their progress along the way. After the super rains Phoenix experienced in October, we had roof leaks. Opening the attic crawl space access we were met with not only wet wood smell but musty mildew smell. I called Insulation Commandos and one other company. Jackson (from Insulation Commandos) spent time reviewing the entire crawl space and showed us photos of the insulation mess up there, which definitely identified a need to remove all and install new. All through the process the staff was professional, hard workers that endured warm temps in tight spaces, were respectful of our home and also assisted us in getting the ceilings (that were rotted through) replaced in two sections of the house. Overall a well executed process at a reasonable cost, giving us confidence that our ceiling crawl space is sealed, sanitized and better insulated than ever.

Jackson was super thorough and understood my budget. He got the job done and went above and beyond with his team solving a leak issue. Super impressed by the teams here. Insulation Commandos really went above and beyond and did an amazing job for us. After living in our house for about 10 years we decided we had enough of the 2nd floor being noticeably hotter all the time. We got estimates from 3 companies and Insulation Commandos came in on top regarding reviews and in the middle as far as price. Eric (owner) and Jackson (Operations Manager) came out and did a full survey. They checked some walls with thermal imaging, climbed up in the attic and took a lot of before photos. They discovered some minor roof leaks under our AC and north/south facing walls that we were unaware of. They presented us with several options and ultimately we decided to go with a full removal of the the old cellulose and replace with brand new fiberglass up to the R49 thermal rating. They anticipated the job would take 2 full days to complete and they got started the week after we first met them. Their crew took care to protect our floors / belongings and they were polite and easy to communicate with. The job ended up taking 1 day longer than expected due to unforeseen circumstances, but they were very communicative and the job still got completed within about 2 1/2 to 3 days total. They picked up when they were done, provided me with after photos and had me climb up into the crawl space to confirm I was happy with how it looked. The pride in their work was evident and the price was completely reasonable. All in all it was a great experience and we would definitely use Insulation Commandos again. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FROM THE BEGINNING I SAW RED FLAGS I SHOULD HAVE RAN THEN WHAT A NIGHTMARE THIS COMPANY WOULD NOT Communicate with me what so ever they got the insulation all over my master bedroom,bathroom closet I got very sick from breathing that insulation they tried to make it right but with lil Communication they came a 2nd time n did the same dam thing the owner came the 2nd time I couldn’t believe it n now they refuse to compensate me for all the money I spent to get the cleaning done twice mind you I paid out my pocket for the clean up what a nightmare I know many many people here we won’t use this company again I pray you guys get it together especial Jackson I have so many texts to this man n pictures I’m so happy to be done with them

I've had a very positive experience with Insulation Commandos of Greater Phoenix. After having had three other companies come out to try and diagnose my air conditioning problem Jackson was the first person that got it right on the first try. He came out several times determined to fix the problem as the temperature in my manufactured home was 86° He has been professional and courteous on each of his visits, and did a thorough job, consulting with others when necessary. Our project manager, Jackson as well as their entire team were very professional, courteous and thorough. After shopping around for an insulation installation company that would work with my timeline, I can’t say enough about the experience I had with insulation Commandos of Greater Phoenix. Had Insulation Commandos out for an estimate to add inslulation to our attic. Thier price was in my budget so today they came out and did the work. All 3 guys were friendly, professional and went above and beyond in the work performance they did on the house. Definitely a 5 job. Well done guys and thanks! So now that the temps are heating up here, we've noticed the deference after the insulation work you guys did for us. Huge difference! The AC does not common until mid afternoon, and runs for a much shorter duration. Also I notice the house is quieter inside from the outdoor ambient noises. We wished we would have had this done years ago!

Wow! If I could give these guys a 25 star rating I would! This team was beyond respectful and all around the absolute BEST! We could not be any happier with our experience of having our home from 1965 insulated today. The professionalism displayed was unlike any other service provider we've had at our house and just can't say enough good about them. They put plastic everywhere they'd be trafficking, cleaned up thoroughly, and even brought their own trash bin to dispose of everything! We had a hard time finding someone that uses Rockwool and these guys made it happen at an unbeatable price. They removed the old insulation, performed a full attic air seal, installed a radiant barrier, and blew in new fiberglass insulation. The crew was professional, friendly and really knew their stuff.
