One of the issues I had Chris look at was an old Delta shower faucet leaking from the handle area in front of ball assembly. I had been told by another plumber that he could not get the front cover off the assembly to work on it and that tiles would need to be removed and the wall opened up to replace the entire valve. Chris, however, was able to cut the cover and gain access to the valve and replace the interior parts and cover. Unfortunately, when the water was back on we discovered that the back of the cartridge also had pinhole leaks. This surprise forced Chris to do some problem solving. By trimming the tile opening a bit, he was able to cut the old valve assembly out and then install a new one. He was able to do this in a very small space and did not have to remove tiles and cut open the wall. Within the space of a few hours, I had new functioning shower fixtures. Chris also quickly replaced a sink supply valve and changed out a bathroom faucet. Chris was knowledgeable, creative, and patient in dealing with surprises and courteous and friendly. I was very happy with his work and would certainly want him back if I have other plumbing issues.

Since the biggest part of the project involved a roofing leak in an undetermined place, the project involved patient troubleshooting. Greg was clearly the person for the job.

A hole in our roof caused the bedroom ceiling to collapse. Called Handyman Connection and thet addressed the problem quickly. The roofer worked for 3 days repairing the rooj. The indoor ceiling repairman, Ivan, was exceptionally careful, thorough, and polite. Wonderful outcome.

These guys are great! I had the most stressful experience with a guest trashing my Airbnb. It was urgent, among many things they ripped off the front door. It happened last night - I called Handyman Connection at 8 AM and someone was at my house by 11. The door is back to new, they me to accommodate the urgent things and we’ve got a scheduled plan to take care of the rest less urgent items in a couple days. Where do I begin? The customer service Allen and Ryan provide is impeccable. Their guys show up on time, are very efficient and treat your place with respect. Mark and Joe are amazing. I had a hall bath remodel at my father's house done (he had moved out to assisted living). I have no idea what I wanted or any design knowledge - just wanted to get the original bathroom re-done. After asking me a questions about what I wanted, my standard response became, "Whatever you think is best Jessi". Thank goodness for Jessi and her design skills. It was like having my own personal Interior Decorator (that I didn't have to pay extra for) :) The craftsmen were wonderful too. I bought a special bidet toilet not realizing that you don't just put a plug in the wall. They did the extra work needed to get a plug installed, per code, at a very reasonable price. The remodel looks great! It was a simple remodel (except for the toilet) and I think I'm kind of handy but it was a great example of sticking with what your good at and let others do what they're good at. Handyman sent craftsmen who knew what they were doing. As for Jessi, I'm having her redesign the master bath and laundry room next.

Chris was great, he fixed our pocket doors and put our shower doors back on and all these old products work great again. I would definitely use handyman again.

The Handyman Connection was very easy to work with. I had noticed facia wood looking rotted on my roof. It needed to be replace and they told me when they could come by and look at the job to provide a quote, they gave me the quote the very next day. I thought it was a bit high so I got a few other quotes and decided the Handyman Connection was the best company for the job I had. During work directed by the ROC, damages occurred to our property this morning. Despite my wife being at home, Greg from Handyman Connections arrived in the afternoon after being called by the company responsible for the damage. He performed work without our consent and did not discuss any repairs. When my wife questioned the scope of the work, he responded unprofessionally, as captured on our home security system, mocking her and then laughing with the company responsible for the damage. This behavior was completely inappropriate and unprofessional.

Recently had Chris from Handyman Connection come out to give an estimate on a little drywall patching and replacing a fan in the kitchen with a new light over the island. Once I okayed the estimate I could have had him out within days but that didn't work with my schedule. Handyman Connection was very easy to work with when setting up the appointment. Chris came out first thing in the morning and the job took about half a day. We have 14 foot ceilings so this was no easy job. Chris did a fantastic job with everything and even cleaned up. The pricing was very reasonable and the service was top notch, plus Chris is fun to talk with as he worked.

Chris did a great job finding out the root cause of the problem for each door and fixed it. I recently had some windows removed from a bathroom. Framing the open space an adding insulation and drywall. Has the outside wall removed and replaced with new wood paneling and trim. Greg and Anthony and his team worked very hard keeping the area around and inside the house clean and orderly. They were very knowledgeable on the work that needed to be performed. After going through an extensive bidding process with several remodeling companies, we decided on Handyman Connection (HC). My wife and I greatly appreciated the transparency in HC's quotes. Their labor cost is a bit higher than the competition, but they allow you full control of purchasing materials which can net you significant savings in the full scope of the project. With HC, you know exactly what your project will cost. In contrast, the other companies would usually bake in an ambiguous "job materials" line charge or something similar.<br><br>Working with HC was also a pleasant experience. Management is very communicative and their operations are well organized. Our project was on the larger side, and like any large-scale project, road bumps are to be expected. Our experience was no different with some hiccups along the way. However, the important factor here is how management responds to the hiccups. In this regard, HC Management was phenomenal. They addressed each of our concerns in a timely manner and left us satisfied. They also have a generous warranty on their workmanship.<br><br>All in all, HC is easily a 5/5 company. To summarize HC in three words positively, I would say "transparency, communicative, and honesty." We have future projects in mind and we will be coming back to them soon.

After months of searching for people including having an electrician come out and not finish my home, I had this company come and install Google Nest Cameras, new shower glass door, large custom curtain rods, and an attic access in my garage promptly and with outstanding customer service. I used Handyman Connection today for a couple jobs (Hanging rods and drapes and mounting a TV on a wall) and I feel compelled to sing the praises of Handyman Connection and my Handyman, Randy. He arrived promptly at the appointed time and proceeded to finish the drape hanging that I had started but had to abandon. He was very attentive to detail and followed my design plan to the letter. I am so pleased I found Handyman Connection of Phoenix. Good work is so hard to find. George was my contractor and he helped me every step of the way. I needed to redo my bathroom tub area. He always answered my text, he set the dates and was on time. He was very polite and easy to speak with.<br>Shelly was in the office and very accommodating when it came time to pay the bill.<br>I will keep them as my go to for my next need.<br>The price was very reasonable

Ron Sparks from Handyman Connection did a number of varied jobs from repairing my toilet and shut-off valve to patching a section of footing on my house to replacing some pickets in one of my gates to replacing a couple of light fixtures. We had 2 jobs we needed a plumber to help with, one was a dripping tub faucet, and the other was the removal of the kitchen faucet then installation of the new one we purchased. Ron was really good, professional, polite, and respectful of our home. He went the extra steps to ensure both jobs were done to our satisfaction, including thoroughly cleaning the kitchen sink deck area where the old faucet was removed before installing the new one. I appreciated that as I was going to ask if I could clean it but he beat me to it and started scraping off the old adhesive and wiping it down. After both jobs were done he made sure to clean up any debris, and made sure everything was in working order. Very happy with the work performed and the price was very reasonable. We've used Handyman Connection in the past and will continue to do so.

The folks from Handyman Connection helped me with a few things around the house: installing a ceiling fan, a ceiling light, and a range hood.<br><br>They did a wonderful job. The craftsman, Ron, was really nice, and really clear about what he was doing and what it meant. When something was a bit odd (some appliances hadn't been hooked up to the houses electricity), he let me know and talked me through options. Everything he installed looks amazing, and I am so happy I chose to use Handyman Connection.<br><br>I also want to shout out Shelly in the scheduling office - the scheduling experience is one of the easiest I have encountered.

I have had Mark C. do various handyman jobs at my home on 3 occasions now. In fact, after the first time, I requested him again recently. I have been extremely happy with his work and knowledge. How refreshing to hire Handyman Connection for miscellaneous home improvement projects! I can’t even count the number of times I’ve made appointments for miscellaneous jobs and the companies/individuals do not show up or have the courtesy to call with a cancellation. Not so with Handyman Connection. The company is responsive, timely and the charges are quite reasonable. Ron Sparks installed 3 light fixtures at my home. He was on time, careful and respectful and completed the installation with my 100% satisfaction.

Handyman Connection completed a list of repairs & improvements inside & outside of my Peoria home. Jonathan did a great job patching siding, removing an old diving board, upgrading my dryer vent ducting and installing dimmer switches. I was particularly pleased with Jonathan's installation of a dog door, which required moving some electrical wiring. He worked quick and cleaned up completely. I had a bit of a wait to get an estimate and then again to schedule the work, but I'll definitely use Handyman Connection again.

They did a great job on multiple projects in the house including 1000 sq ft of new tile, some drywall repairs and other minor tasks that were part of the larger project. Allen worked hard to address supplier issues and was readily available when needed. Everything was done in a timely manner.

I have used Handyman Connection for a few projects and have been extremely happy with them. The project start is very professional. They get a full understanding of your needs, ask for pictures or videos of the area. An estimate is then provided and the project can be scheduled. We've had Greg out for both projects. (Garage storage installation, bathroom baseboard and wall repair) Greg has been fantastic! He is a great communicator via text, keeping me updated on his arrival etc. He is professional, skilled and has done a great job on both projects. I've got a list and I know we will have him back for more. Highly recommend Handyman Connection!

Handyman Connection is the best handyman service, hands down. We own a rental property in Scottsdale and live out-of-state, and we can trust Handyman Connection to take care of needed repairs to keep our tenants happy and our unit in great shape. Shelly in the office is extremely responsive and will provide referrals if the needed repairs are out of their scope of work (all their referrals have been equally fantastic companies). Greg has come out to our unit several times and each time takes care of the needs with good quality and a fair price. They aren't the cheapest and it's worth paying for their great quality of work and top-notch staff. I am so grateful to have found them and will continue to use them for our handyman needs.

Love my new shower. 49 year old shower demo'd down to the studs - a complete remodel. All contractors were excellent - the tile crew Daniel and Rick, the plumber Tim, and Jonathan the shower doors installer - leak-proof! The owner-Allen and office staffs Shelly and Lana were all great to work with and ensured complete satisfaction. Love taking a shower now, recommend.
