Greenleaf Pest Control

Our home has been covered under warranty by Greenleaf for the past 5 years. Service is professional, the technicians are prompt and responsive with annual and ad hoc inspections when requested. We are very happy with their service.

The service was acceptable, however they are now insisting I am under contract, when I explicitly told the sales staff that I would, not and could not, pay for a year as I lived in a rental and would leave in 6 months. I agreed to service for 6 months, and now they want me to pay a cancellation fee. I will do no such thing. Card Canceled and I will dispute any claims otherwise to the fullest extant of the law.

No one wants to deal with pests. But when you do, you want it done right. Andrew and Allen have helped us keep any issues at bay, are prompt and professional. Thank you guys!

Employee was polite and did a nice job.<br>However, bcuz someone new seems to come every time, I would like them to know how to access our backyard. This info should be in our file but this employee did not know. As you should be aware, with a pool in Arizona, we must lock our gates. We can’t always be present when your techs arrive. This shouldn’t be a new issue for you. I shouldn’t have to do your job for you. You need to communicate better with your techs.

I have a phobia of bugs and I found a huge American cockroach in my bathroom at night. I called the next morning and they only had a appointment tomorrow. I really wanted to have them come out the same day so I asked if there were any cancellations today and she said I could call back before 12pm so I did and lucky got someone out today! Alex was very helpful and kind and put me at ease. I’m happy that if I ever need a pest problem I can call them and not have to deal with it myself!

Great company and Josh is our tech and we would love to have him as our only tech as he is nice, super informative and communicates well with us and our needs and mindful of our pets!

Always great service and friendly technicians. I use their services at several of my properties and I could not be happier with Greenleaf.

The technician introduced himself upon arrival and asked if there were any issues needing to be addressed. I explained I had seen the starts of two soft mounds like those made by ants and he said he would be sure to look them over. He then went ahead with our normal treatment around the outside of the house. When done outside he returned to the front door ready to treat the inside of my house. He was polite and efficient.<br>We have used this company for the six years that we have been here and they have always addressed our concerns and we have never had any issues crop up between treatments.

Excellent Service and Proactive Communication!<br>I recently had spraying done at my home, and I was thoroughly impressed with the service. When the tech arrived and didn't get an answer at the door, customer service proactively called to confirm I still wanted the spraying done, which I really appreciated. The technician then patiently waited for my confirmation before proceeding. Once confirmed, they did a fantastic job, thoroughly spraying the entire house. It's rare to find such attentive customer service and a dedicated technician. Highly recommend!

I love these guys! It's been at least 3 years that they have serviced my home for pests and weeds. Their prices have increased. But reasonably. They are do friendly on the phone and in person. You don't have to know anyone or be related. They are good to everyone. I'm still VERY satisfied and I highly recommend this company.

Pest guy went to different house. Then didn't take much time spraying area and before leaving, did not ask if we wanted the inside sprayed. We usually do. Usually service is great. Not this time.

Excellent service from Greenleaf! Our regular technician is an expert in giving us options for control of rodents we experience since our home backs to a mountain. He listens to our pest control needs (recently moths and flys), and thoroughly sprays yard and house. He diligently inspects our house for any potential problem areas and treats them promptly. So happy we have Greenleaf Pest Control do our home.

They came out and went straight to it . The technician answered all of my questions had alot of knowledge. I mentioned about a scorpion and a roach I had gotten rid of and ever since they came out I haven't encountered any others. Highly satisfied with their service !

My GreenLeaf technician was excellent. He approached a difficult situation with complete professionalism and handled it with care and respect. He took the time to walk me through each step of the process and reassured me that he would return in a couple of weeks to ensure the issue has been resolved.

I did not receive a “heads-up” text from my technician, Dallin, although I did get a message a tech would be stopping by today for my bi-monthly service. I pointed out where the “sticky traps” and the rodent boxes were located, asked Dallin to spray outside only & to please keep the liquid repellant off of the glass sliders. Dallin went to work, he was fast & efficient & the only reason he didn’t get 5 stars is because no “heads-up” & I’m not sure he checked the rodent boxes - 1 is in the small garage & he never asked for access - was the check of the rodent boxes part of today’s service?

The technician was very polite and sprayed all of the ant hills we showed him. He also scoured the yard looking for any we might have missed. Good job!

I’ve been using Greenleaf for years now and I absolutely love them. The pricing is good and I love that they offer more than just basic extermination. I’m disabled so it’s very hard to do any kind of yard work so I have them take care of my weeds as well. The workers are incredible, they are very friendly and knowledgable and always make sure you are informed and will come out at no cost if there are issues or even if you just would like them to come and spray again. I highly recommend them to anyone. There are too many creepy crawlers in Arizona so it’s better to be safe than sorry.

We have pest and weed control through Greenleaf every technician has been so kind and thoughtful. Always has a pleasant attitude and we have yet (knock on wood) to see a single scorpion back in our house since starting with them!!!

I’ve been using Greenleaf Pest Control since we moved here 4 1/2 years ago. I am very happy with their service. They are always prompt and complete. I do not want bugs in my house or yard, and have not seen any.

The technician was friendly he was knowledgeable and very patient cuz I had to let my dogs in for him to do my yard. setting up the whole process was good and appreciated.

The technicians are always great! We don't see bugs between our monthly services. The office used to call me and give me a window but they don't anymore. I like the window because I can have my dogs ready where they need to be. Overall great company to keep these pest away

Super thorough. They always get everything. Super Conscious of animals and they use quality stuff cuz I never have a problem. And if I have any issues in between with even one single pest (random spider in my room) they come back out free of charge.

Greenleaf was absolutely amazing! I noticed some german roaches in a home i was moving in and called first thing in the morning. Within 2 hours they showed up and serviced our home. They were extremely educational and understanding of our fear of the roaches. Within 1 day i noticed a drastic difference in the amount we saw and every day that goes by i see less and less. They are coming for a second service this weekend and couldn't be happier with my expierience.

Just starting with this company, but so far I am very satisfied. Needed help with roof rats. Initial contact with Hunter was great. He carefully explained Greenleaf's services, pricing, scheduling. In addition to the rat control I added termite/bug and weed control. All together I wound up paying a lot less then previous companies. On top of the reasonable price I was given a discount and same day service - on a Saturday. The over the phone contract process was very easy. Mark was also great for my initial pest control tech, also explaining everything and answering all my questions. He was very professional and personable. All in all Hunter and Mark gave me confidence that I made the right choice to contract with Greenleaf.

Overall they did a good job. Great Customer service and will accommodate if there are any issues, but the results from the spray they use varies. Sometimes it works, sometimes I have to have them come spray again for ants and other insects.

I've only used Greenleaf Pest Control since arriving in Phoenix in early November. They provide pest and termite control services for me. Thus far, they have been very good to work with. All their staff are professional, and all promote an exceptional level of customer service.

If we have issues between our service calls, all you have to do is make a phone call and you will have a Technician out the next day if needs be. They have done there job. Paying a reasonable price and they have successfully elicited 2 rats in 1 1/2months.<br><br>I'm continuing the service to make sure all have been eliminated.<br><br>Used them before and they put down there box. Remove the killed rats.<br><br>Only con. These are boxes anyone can pay for. Benefit is they spray and take the dead rat with them. Customer service has been great.<br><br>No complaints and reasonable monthly price in my opinion.

Matt did my service on New Year's Eve. He also did my last service visit two months ago. As usual, Matt was pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful. He even remembered that I like the back of my sheds sprayed, even though I forgot to mention it. He is a good Greenleaf representative.

No issues received several friendly reminders of upcoming treatment. I placed a note on the door indicating to the technician that gate was unlocked for entry. No issues everything was completed. I highly recommend Greenleaf for their professional service..

On multiple occasions, I attempted to reach out for assistance, but my calls were not returned. After emailing, I was informed that someone would contact me, yet no follow-up occurred, prompting me to reach out once more.<br>We have utilized pest control services for a year, but we continue to experience multiple scorpion sightings both inside and outside our home. During the recent visit, the technician was asked to service our backyard but did not make any attempt to do so. Additionally, I observed through my Ring camera that the spraying of the house was minimal, consisting of just two quick sprays near the front door.<br>While this may not reflect the overall quality of your services, I have decided to cancel my subscription and return to my previous pest control provider. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Technician Isaiah showed up to my home on time. He was very friendly and polite. He was knowledgeable and able to answer all of my questions. He conducted an interior and exterior termite inspection with no evidence of termite activity. Within an hour after he left, someone from his office called me with price quotes as he had promised. Although I'm still considering other companies, I was very satisfied with this initial experience with Greenleaf!

I love it that I get the same technician Jake most of the time ,and he goes out of his way to make sure everything is taken care of down to making sure the boxes by doors are changed, and always asking if I have any other concerns! The price is a little high but, always fast and friendly service. They call 30 minutes ahead of time before they arrive to your home so you're not surprised by arrival. They send reminders of up coming services and the ladies that manage the phones are always kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. We are out in Buckeye so for us scheduling can be a little difficult as we work during operating hours but they always try to come to us first thing in the morning before we work. 10/10 recommend this company

Great company! Greenleaf agents are always friendly and thorough when they come to perform spray and treatments on my property. My only complaint would be that they only offer a subscription service and require you to sign a contract, instead of allowing for one-time visits.

We’ve been using their service for 2 years and have been very satisfied. We transferred the service when we moved last summer and there were no hassles. Any time there has been an issue, they have been quick to come back out and take care of it, even if it’s been something like me forgetting to unlock my gate so they couldn’t access the backyard.
