We had a house fire in January of this year. We wanted to make sure repairs were done right. Doan came highly recommended and after working with them to get us back to normal, we understand why. They did a very thorough inspection and caught things that our insurance company had either not caught, or chosen to ignore and get the ball rolling quickly on making sure the issue was truly fixed, not just with a bandaid solution.<br><br>I having worked with other companies prior, I am confident that if we had not connected up with Doan, our home would not have been restored to the quality that it now is and we would have settled for the initial subpar scope of work that was laid out for us by insurance. Doan ensured that no corners were cut, and helped us advocate for true restoration.<br><br>All of their employees were incredibly professional and even stopped to answer my 4 year old daughter’s many questions. It one good thing to get a job done professionally, it’s next-level to do so while treating a child with as much respect as anyone else. I had some major damages in my home over the weekend thankfully Ricardo & his team came out. I have some drywall and flooring missing but that’s the least of my worries. We have drying equipment in all the rooms. Top notch services I’d recommend to everyone.

After having a national restoration company come to our home to inspect our shower, they told us the shower was leaking water, and that there was water in the floor under the tile and up the walls of the shower. We were skeptical of this report since we had never seen water visible outside of the shower. Needing a second opinion, we called Doan restoration. We spoke with Ricardo who dispatched Brian to our home. Bryon used a meter and an infrared camera and found no moisture in the floor or in the walls of the shower. He showed us how the meter will read hot on cold tile, but that doesn’t necessarily mean there’s water there. Thanks to Doan Restorations honesty, We were saved a major repair. We highly recommend them for all your restoration needs.

I wasn't aware the metal piece in your tub was absolutely necessary. So mine came off and I continued to shower and one day I decided to take a bath. Doan restoration helped my mom at her home when she had a leak from an air conditioning drain. They quickly came in, removed only what was needed, thoroughly dried everything and then prepped the area to be rebuilt. They were clean, informative, polite and lost importantly…. Effective. We had a fire sprinkler break in an apartment, causing a lot of water damage. Doan Restoration was called out to handle the demolition of the affected areas, and they did an excellent job. Spencer and Scott were extremely knowledgeable, professional, and on top of everything throughout the process. Highly recommend their services!

The staff/crew were all friendly. I cannot give 5* though since discovering that they cut deep into many of my studs (from both sides of the wall) due to carelessness when trying to remove the drywall. There's no need to cut 2+ inches deep to remove 1/2" thick drywall. Hopefully in the future they will use the right tools to ensure they aren't damaging homes.

Seth and Herberto were very prompt and professional. They got the job done quick considering it was during Thanksgiving. Highly recommended going Doan for your restoration needs.

After being away for several months, we turned the water back on in our condo. The next day our downstairs neighbor let us know that he had a leak in his garage which is directly below us. After the leak was found, Juan and his team very professionally assessed the damage and took steps to mitigate the damage. Nine days later, things are dry, opened up and ready for reconstruction. Juan and the entire crew from Doan reconstruction were personable, hard working, and very helpful with advice about the process to eliminate issues down the road. Would highly recommend this company and Juan if you happen to have a water damage issue.

Juan and his team have been great! The job ended up being more extensive than we planned for but Juan has communicated every issue as soon as it came up, and answered all of our questions thoroughly. We have kids in the house and he’s been very considerate of them while spraying the sanitizers which is so appreciated, plus he was super patient with them when they wanted to watch him work. He’s also given us really helpful advice about preventing certain issues from happening again. We had a great experience with Ricardo as well, both when we first got the quote for the project and when we had some questions pop up after-hours on the first day of work.<br><br>I would highly recommend this company if you’re in the unfortunate position of needing restoration!

The company responded really quickly. Spencer and Scott did a great job taking out our damaged cabinets and drywall. They didn’t leave a huge mess, which I really appreciate.

Down restoration came out due to Water Damage in a bedroom closet. Juan’s and Dustin came out and did an excellent job on the remediation. They were courteous and cleaned everything up and told us what they were doing every step of the way.

We had an emergency situation on Sunday where our sewer pipe got clogged and flooded our entire den area with sewer water. We called the company and within an hour we had a plumber out here who fixed the issue. And then soon after Eric and Brian came out and assessed the damage. Eric was amazing, he was thorough, very kind and answered all my questions. They removed carpet, disposed of rugs for us, set up equipment to dry the area, set up an air scrubber and sanitized the entire area. We could not be more thankful they could come out on such short notice to help us with this nightmare situation, especially because it was already 5pm when this happened. And again I could not say more great things about Eric and Brian! They calmed my nerves about everything and even sprayed other areas we walked through to give me peace of mind about the bacteria.<br>They were both so professional, very knowledgeable and the best part was how caring they were about us and our home. Love this company, I’ve used them at several properties. They are better then titan and a lot of other major companies! There response times are amazing, Jeff is the man! The techs were very efficient on their work. They cleaned the mess that was in my bathroom from the insulation and dry wall damage from the leak we had. I really recommend them, they were respectful towards me and my belongings in the bathroom. They were knowledgeable of what had to be done and they explained every step that was happening and is going to happen.

Eric and Bryan were fantastic. They showed up on time and were way more knowledgeable then myself. At first assessment I thought the fix was simple but they used their equipment to show me that my knew build was in danger of mold due to our flooding. I came home at night to a huge flood stemming from my toilet line bursting. Several rooms were saturated with water. I had no idea how to clean up something like this so I googled the first water restoration company I could find and boy am I so thankful that Doans was the first company to pop up on my feed. They sent a crew out immediately which was after hours over the holiday weekend. Javier and Allen were the tech team that came out and they were courteous , professional, fast and answered all my questions (and I had many). They sucked up the water out the rooms and placed fans and humidifiers strategically where the water damage is. There's still lots of work to do once everything dries, but I'm beyond thankful and impressed so far with this company and crew!

When my bathroom ceiling collapsed on a Sunday night, raining down a large amount of attic insulation and drywall, and water dripping down, I called Doan in a panic. Russ and another worker were here within less than 45 minutes, removed all the debris, cleaned up as much as possible, and put up a temporary plastic ceiling. They installed two machines to dry out the moisture and clean the air. They worked for nearly three hours into the late night. They were very professional and efficient. Russ explained everything, so I knew what to expect, and I felt reassured that this disaster wasn't as bad as it looked.<br>Over the next week various crew members came back several times, checking the equipment and doing further cleanup. Russ was very accommodating to make sure he could be here when the insurance inspector came to assess the damage. That was very helpful. When I found that a couple of small items had mistakenly been taken away with the debris, I was generously compensated. Margaret in Accounts Receivable was also very nice to deal with. Overall, my experience with this company was a very positive one.

I used Don Restoration for the demolition side of a water damage claim and mold removal. I am very happy with my experience, the entire process was smooth, Ally was the person that helped me schedule everything, she was very responsive and helpful with all my questions regarding the process and what to expect. The workers that took care of everything were Russ, Chris R, and Scott, they did very good, quality work and were great at briefing me on the work that had to be done each day when I would stop by to take a look at the progress. As an accountant I also have to congratulate their Accounts Receivable department for providing such detailed documentation of the work performed as back up for the insurance regarding their billing. Doan Restoration crew saved my disaster situation with improperly installed windows and roof. I had major window leaks causing severe water damage which lead to mold. Also the improper installation or roof flashing cause major water damage to back wall of entire garage. The crew was able to save the frame treating the mold, demo out the damaged drywall, the fan blowers, and sealed area off. Their attention to every detail made this experience turn around.
