I have been very happy with this service. The people are so nice and friendly, from the office to the field. They have helped me through some really icky times. I couldn’t recommend them more highly.

These guys worked wonders for me, not just once, but twice. The first time was for the roof rats in the attic, about which I was in the news about (btw, don't hire just hire a pest control company for roof rats, as it requires expertise). The second time was for some version of wasps at my new home. They were in and out, and the wasps were gone. Also, customer service is a pet peeve of mine, and these folks were pros.

I have had the pleasure of Scott coming to service our rental home for three different, unrelated, wasp issues, and each time, he has been super fast, and he takes the time to chat with me about the issue and I end up learning a lot. He is so kind and personable, and he really knows hits critters. While I don't like having pest issues, it is really nice when a person like Scott shows up to help me.

We get treatment for scorpions and crickets mostly, as our house backs up to a preserve and scorpions are plentiful here. We have used Critter Tech for approximately 8 or 9 years now. They are extremely reliable, responsive, and most importantly thorough. Our technician, Jesse, comes every month, always on time and it’s nice to have the same person come every time, as he’s familiar with our issues and our property. They send reminder texts for our appointments, are very fair in their price structure, and we have been very happy with our service for years. I don’t give my business to people who haven’t done a good job, so the fact that we’ve been with them for so long when there are many pest control choices, says these guys are excellent. Highly recommended!

We have used this family owned company for monthly indoor and outdoor services since we moved into our home in Scottsdale years ago to battle a scorpion issue. The staff and services they provide exceed all expectations we had. They go above and beyond to accommodate for our needs. Many times we needed to reschedule our service dates and they were always happy to reschedule. They are incredibly professional, take their time, are respectful of our home and personal space, and the cost is very fair. They boot up before they come inside and always inquire about any insect issues we have experienced (if any) so they can address them. Scott, Jessie and Vickie have been a pleasure to work with. I recommend this company without reservations to everyone I know! Working with them provides our family peace of mind and we are grateful to have found such a great company!

After wasting time and money with other companies, we hired Jason. He is THE RAT WHISPERER. He found where they were gaining entry into the crawl space without a smoke test. We caught the large mother right where he found the break in the pipe. Handyman fixed the break and drywall. Problem solved. This guy is amazing!! Also cost less than other companies.

We paid another exterminator to take care of a supposed rat problem in our attic. After months of them telling us-"there is still activity, but no rats in traps yet," we fired them and did a few estimates with other exterminators who wanted to charge us 500-1000 dollars without even looking in our attic first.<br><br>Brought in Critter Tech, Jason did an AMAZING job actually going in and assessing our attic, discovered that part of the problem was birds and not rats, and even let us know how to handle potential issues on our own in the future.<br><br>For potential rat problems, definitely choose Critter Tech.

Great people and service, extremely reasonable pricing and proficient at what they do. Solved our problem in no time and could have charged us a lot more for repeat visits but told us we could handle it ourselves and save money. I chose them from these reviews and highly recommend this company. They did NOT ask me to write a review, I think we should take the time to post the positive stuff and not just bother to write the awful reviews for bad service.

Excellent company! I can't stress it enough. My wife and I have been battling rats for months. We hired other companies but none of them could resolve our problem. We called Critter Ridder and Jason came out to our home and quickly found the problem. He had his technicians get right to work and after a few of days (and many captured rats), we are delighted to say we no longer have any rats issues! Thank you Critter Ridder for an outstanding job.
