From the moment I called, Kat answered the phone (ironic that her name is Kat and its a pest control company) I was treated with respect. Other companies I called all wanted me to wait a few days to come out. Kat heard the worry and concern in my voice and Alex and Eddie were able to come out that same day. Another associated named James came out to do follow up a few follow up inspections. All three of these gentlemen were great to work with and showed respect and courtesy that I have not experienced with other companies. They talked to us like we were family and had know them our whole lives.<br><br>What stood out most is they offered a real solution that actually fixed the problem, not a temporary band-aid. You can tell they take pride in their work and care about doing the job right the first time. All the other companies wanted to set a couple traps and go on with their day. Alex and Eddie provided and explained in detail how they planned to handle the issue. For that reason, I was not hesitant in any way to go ahead with their service.<br><br>If you’re dealing with pests and want a company that’s reliable and straightforward, I’d definitely recommend asking for Alex, James, and Eddie.

I was extremely impressed by Copperstate Pest. They were recommended to me by a past customer, and I am glad I connected with them. They are friendly, professional, and very willing to answer questions and address concerns. Alex went above and beyond in terms of responding to my questions in depth and detail, even doing some research to provide to me. He even spent time talking to me on the phone about a rodent issue that, due to circumstances, I had to use a different company for. Despite it not being his job, Alex was willing to spend a considerable amount of his valuable time giving me feedback and advice on this issue, as did Eddie later on. That says a lot about the high level of service and character of Alex, Eddie, and Copperstate! Highly recommend!

Alex provided a great explanation of what was going on with my home and gave a quote that would typically be the max and explained where it could be more (i.e. prolonged extensive services, etc.) This was a great comfort to me because a lot of companies try to nickel and dime you with different charges not put in the quote.

We have termites. I reached out to two other termite companies and left a VM or text. Copper State answered the phone the first time I called and had a tech scheduled to come out the next day. They are very responsive and I thought reasonable on a 5 year treatment for a detached garage and our home. Definitely recommend Copperstate.

The Roaches are GONE!!! The guys are FANTASTIC. Alex, James, and Dennis!!! They moved appliances to get under them, the stove, refrigerator and the dishwasher which they also took apart and treated. Huge thanks to Copper State Pest Management, especially Alex, for coming out so quickly and taking care of five wasp nests hiding in our massive rosemary bushes!<br><br>It was 110 degrees out, and he still took his time digging through the dense bushes to find every single nest, even one that was hidden underground. Alex is the best! He always does an excellent job with pest control. Recently, I had a serious bee problem—Africanized bees were attacking my dog and me. I couldn’t find the hive, but Alex came over, assessed the situation, and discovered the hive up the hill at my neighbor’s house. Since my neighbors rarely use their front door, the bees had built a hive inside their wall.<br><br>Alex truly cares and goes above and beyond. I highly recommend him!

Alex and this company is absolutely amazing! I’ve been having some issues with cockroaches at my house. Alex did a thorough inspection including the vents pipes the baseboards etc. and pointed out all the areas the cockroaches could be coming in and give me amazing advice on how to deal with it. Not only he sprayed everywhere in the house he also help sealed some of the entry points/problematic areas. He is extremely knowledgeable with pest control. He patiently answered all my questions and taught me so much. I’m absolutely terrified of cockroaches and felt so helpless that they keep coming in no matter how hard I tried to keep the house clean. Update to my reviews below - I'd give a higher rating if there was one. Still VERY happy with Copperstate, the owner Alex and my service tech Nick, who is awesome! I would tell anyone who is shopping around or waiting because they feel loyalty to their current company, but their product is just not working, to move on and try Copperstate. I am still kicking myself for waiting so long out of loyalty to my previous company. Copperstate actually gets rid of the bugs! Completely!<br><br>Previous reviews: I waited 2 months before writing this review because they guaranteed their product would last at least 2 months. (They suggest service every two months for me). I want to always make sure my reviews are legit and that my word means something. Sure enough, their product did indeed keep the sewer roaches and other bugs gone for the entire two months. Prior to finding Copper State, I had used another pest control service for over 20 years. They were OK for a while until they started to grow, and was taken over by corporate. And when I started having these sewer roach problems about 3 years ago, they never really fixed the issue. They would come out and spray and then have to come out again two weeks later, and then two weeks later, etc. it never went away. It was frustrating and no way to live, always worried about finding a large sewer roach in my house. After talking to Alex and others at Copper State, I decided to give them a try. Meanwhile, I cancelled my long standing relationship with the other company, who have since been trying to rectify and make things right. They are now telling me they could have used stronger solutions and other things to get rid of the sewer roaches. But, they had plenty of time to do that, and they never did. I have since learned from my previous bug guy who left that company, and we remain in touch, that this other company waters down their solutions, uses cheaper product etc. I've learned so much from Alex and his company, Copper State, about the quality of their product, and have seen the results after the very first visit. Seriously, there is a difference. Not only that, but Alex, Mia, Nick and especially Kylee - are amazing! Kylee was my tech guy yesterday. He is extremely knowledgeable and truly cares about the service and experience he provides. He is an excellent example of someone who cares about his job, and the company he works for. You can always tell when the owner is awesome, when the people that work for him reflect in such a way that Kylee ( and Nick) do. He knew exactly what needed to be done in each area of my house, inside and out to get rid of all the "creatures"' we do not want inside and outside our house. And he is just a super kind, amazing human being. I am mad at myself for not trying Copper State sooner, and instead kept giving my previous place one more try, one more chance. I've been working with Alex for years and this review is long overdue. Alex and his team at Copper State are simply the BEST and ONLY pest service you'll need in the valley. Stop looking now. Seriously. I switched to Alex after trying (unsuccessfully) several other reputable pest companies. While the other companies were nice and professional, Alex was the only tech who actually fixed our issues each and every time. And he has a ton of experience addressing the gamut of desert specific pest issues and has successfully dealt with them on our property. The first, and most advanced issue, was a scorpion infestation. By using a number of techniques, he stopped the problem entirely. We had multiple, weekly sightings inside and out and that went down to zero after Alex was done. Additionally, he's quickly shut down wasp, ant, termite and rodent issues for us. The Copper State team is well versed in ALL of the pest challenges we face here and they'll use a number of methods to identify and address the problem. On top of all that, they are a great group of technicians - friendly, professional and very informative as they'll walk you through easy to understand explanations of what's happening and how they are addressing it. Kylee was our exterminator. He's been so friendly, continuous and knowledgeable of our ant problem. Copper State stands behind their guarantee that if your problem isn't gone in 30 days, they'll come back and treat free of charge which is what we had to do with our ant problem outside. Copper State is very responsive when you call. I give them 10 thumbs up!

Kylee was very professional and communicative with his estimated arrival times. He was very knowledgeable. He also understood our concerns and was reassured my husband and I. Within the first few hours after spraying our home, we saw so many dead bugs. Our home is now bug-free.

Came home from a long vacation to a scorpion infestation. With 2 littles at home, we were eager to get this dealt with quickly. Copper State responded immediately and sent Nick out the same morning! I selected Copper State Pest Management last year to address bug extermination at my home based solely on their perfect 5 point reviews. I found that they deserved that perfect rating. The owner, Alex, is focused on building his young company focused on customer service and customer satisfaction and is willing to put in the hard work and commitment needed to accomplish. I have lived here 30 years tomorrow and haven’t had a history of bug issues but I had Alex come out again and he informed me of rodent activity around, an in, my orange trees. Alex is now my in charge of my overall pest control.

We had an ongoing problem over many months. We had trapped several rats, but they kept coming back. Alex realized that it was a bigger issue and required a smoke test to determine if our vent pipes had a breach. We discovered a broken cast iron vent pipe in the wall that had been letting sewer rats into our home. We are so grateful that we did this test and finally have peace of mind that the source has been located. It has been a really frustrating process and Alex solved it for us. Very grateful!

Our family stayed in a vacation home in the area and upon our arrival we noticed a lot of unwanted critters. The owner authorized us to have Alex come and and take care of the property. Alex the owner is awesome, I’m sure like everyone we wanted no bugs , scorpions, or any creepy crawlers in our house, with that said we purchased a new home, and when we got there after the people had moved out, we found roaches, ticks, scorpions, and some other stuff that I don’t even want to mention, and we were freaked out.<br>Our realtor heard about Alex and recommended him to us , Thank you Alex thanks for your patience. Thank you for taking care of us. I don’t know what more to say but we picked the right pest control guy. I would definitely recommend Copper State to any of my family or friends,very satisfied with his work and was very professional coming in and out my house . Yes it's a small business but he does and offers what the big guys offer for their services and do have to say his prices are reasonable. Just like the big guys the work is guaranteed was very surprised how many bugs,insects etc.. I found the next day very satisfied with the work and if I have any further pest problems I know who to call.

Alex was and his team are absolutely amazing. My wife and I moved to the area 2 months ago from out of the state. Coming from a high-rise, my wife was alarmed when she met her first cockroach. I figured it was normal to find these critters inside every once in a while, but 5 or so a week seemed excessive. We reached out to several companies who had just wanted us to start with a basic spray. Alex was different. He came out for a FREE inspection of the area. He was able to not only find an open sewer drain in the house, which operated as a front door for the roaches into our house, he was able to identify a potential water leak near this open drain. He explained to us why this was a problem, and how this is what is attracting the roaches. Unlike other companies that just wanted to spray the perimeter of the house, he worked inside out. Alex sealed the open sewer, and because of his water leak identification, we were able to eliminate what attracted the roaches to us in the first place. Had we just treated our perimeter, this would have done nothing to fix our problem.....and of course we had Alex do our perimeter as well. Haven't seen a bug, of any kind, at all since his treatment. My family and I have been using Alex for over a year now. We had him first come out last year in November and just this month had to call him to come back. We never had any issues with insects, scorpions or spiders in 11 months!!! Alex came out today and now I can be sure to go another whole year with no worries 🤗

Words cannot describe the extraordinary service that Alex provides. Having just moved to the area, we had a single treatment of our house. However we were staying at a nearby temporary rental and saw what we thought we would never have to see - a scorpion. I simply texted Alex for advice - he called immediately and offered to come and deal with the scorpion within the next 15 minutes (again at my rental not even our house). Even with such a new relationship he provided service that I would have never expected - I could not imagine ever using another service and would highly recommend him to everyone!!

We had a small issue with a migratory bug, that seemed to be gone by the time Alex came out, but we wanted to have prevention from anything coming around my home in the near future. Alex was recommended to me and I had a great experience as he was thorough before and after the treatment around my home. Great attitude and focused on making sure we felt value in the service. Alex is amazing and I am so lucky that I chose this company for my service. I called 2 other companies before him due to close proximity- and they were difficult to reach. I called Alex and he immediately contacted me back and set up an appointment to come see the issue that same day! He was very punctual, polite, and respectful in the house. He is also very knowledgeable in his field. I had (so happy to say HAD and not have) a roach problem and Alex diagnosed the issue and was very accurate in his estimate of how many treatments I would need. He is a very honest person because originally we were set for 5 treatments and because of his work i see no roaches after 4 treatments - I wasn’t sure if we needed the 5th and Alex, himself, stated 4 should be fine, gave me a recommendation for a household product, and set up treatment for every so months now for maintenance. He could have just as easily came in for that 5th treatment, I wouldn’t know any better, but he was very honest and has great integrity. His prices are affordable and worth every penny. I appreciate his services so much and would recommend him to anyone including all my family members. If you need an exterminator, Alex is your guy!

Alex was so amazing when my husband and I hired him to service our home. I am TERRIFIED of anything creepy crawly and Alex was on time, even slightly early (kept me informed the whole time on his way), and not only did he spray and evaluate the active bug areas but he also explained to my husband things we can do to watch out for and increase or to do to avoid altogether! Alex with Copper State Pest Management did a wonderful job addressing an outdoor infestation I had of springtails (tiny bugs) throughout the perimeter of my home! I was going out of town the next week and desperate for assistance before I left, and I spoke with Alex and he said he could come over within two hours for an inspection. He arrived in a timely fashion and let me know what was going on, and how these bugs needed to be addressed. For an affordable fee he said he could do the outside and inside that day, and I said yes. Alex was very understanding in answering all of my questions about the safety of the pest spray (I have animals and wanted total safety). He was prompt, pleasant, and went above and beyond to make sure both the front and back yards, garage, and indoor window frames were sprayed safely and effectively to address the springtail infestation. A month later, all is well! Alex and Copper State Pest Management will be who I use from now on for any issues of this nature that may arise in the future.

Alex has very good integrity. I often communicate with other pest control companies to take care of people with wildlife problems outside of the typical pest services offered by most companies, and it has been a pleasure getting to know Alex. We had a great experience having Alex out to survey our home and treat it for all sorts of creepy crawlers. We’d had issues with crickets, scorpions, spiders, roaches etc.<br><br>After the first treatment (daytime photo) we already saw the effects it had. Alex was kind enough to give us a black light to scout for scorpions should they return.<br><br>Upon finding a batch of scorpions still in our palms, Alex was quick to return and remedy the issue. Black light photo shows the scorpions found dead after he came and retreated the palm trees.<br><br>Besides the physical service, Alex’s professionalism and hospitality was splendid. Anytime you welcome someone into your home, you can feel sort of uneasy, that’s not how we felt with Alex. He was courteous and did a great job explaining the process and actually took interest in our personal lives. It was obvious this was more than just a pay check for him.<br><br>We will continue to trust Alex with the protection and service of our home.

I've had Alex spraying my property every 6 weeks for a while now and have nothing but good things to say. Most companies will give you a 2 hour arrival window. Alex tells me 8am, gives me a notice that he's on his way, and he's there at 8am. He's punctual, professional, courteous, and gets the job done. He doesn't rush out the door to wrap up in 45 minutes; he takes the time it takes to properly spray, set traps, etc. I've had various pest insects and he's had a solution for all of them. We used to find a dozen scorpions or more a night hanging around the block walls. That's now a problem of the past. I don't *need* to spray as often as we do anymore, but the peace of mind and quality of service is worth it.

I had used multiple pest control companies at my house for the past 5 years and always had a continuous scorpions. I thought I would just have to live with them forever. I can now say I haven't seen a scorpion for over 3 months now (A NEW RECORD!!!).<br><br>Alex, with Copper State came out. Alex goes beyond your every day exterminator service that just sprays pesticides; he will try to find the root of the problem and spend as much time as it takes to correct it. He sealed some gaps we found in the structure of my condo, he offered suggestions, and assured me he would eliminate the roach problem in my new home.
