Carter helped me with my roof rat problem. He was very through and also explained to me what can be done to prevent rat issues in the future. A solid company. They have great reviews for a reason.

One day I get a knock on my door asking me if I had any bug infections liking to have a clean and free house sounds nice and interesting to me so I agree to the subscription mode they had of them stopping by and sprinkling some bug poison and that'll help keep it clean. Well they did the first spray there and then they told me they where already doing a one of my neighbors house so they where going around. They kept sending messages to set up dates I did Tuesday's because they are my days off and I'm there all day in the morning and afternoon we go out when the sun goes down it's hot I have kids, nothing I get messages saying there going to show up no one. Today I got one message for someone was coming don't know why I did set it up it's not Tuesday, someone knocked on my door one time out a coupon on my door and left didn't spray the inside got a message saying they did the job this had been going on since last year I looked at my bank statements I started it in March only saw them the one time and today there's always someone at the house I have kids they are in school yet soo... Yeah don't do it just burn your money in the trash you'll at least get something out of it or buy a game basically the same thing

Tech Shawn C. was very professional and friendly. He arrived with in a couple of hours after our call. Reviewed the bee issue on the roof. Gave us a quote and retuned the next day to remediate the issue. Problem was taken care of quickly! Very happy with the service.

Wow!!! Fast service from this company!!! They were able to send a technician out within two hours of my call. The technician was very nice and took the time to explain what he would do and why. Offered several options for my bee issue and ensured that I was understanding of the process.<br>He walked my yard to ensure the bees weren’t building a hive on the property. Ryan was punctual. Great start. He explained everything thoroughly, and was patient while I got my animals (including an 80lb sulcata tortoise) inside, and safe from the angry bees. Ryan even stood in silence while I said a prayer for the bees (I wanted to humanely relocate them, but being that they were African, that wasn’t feasible). My story is not about bees, my wife and I converted our barn into a casita and home office and over time there were noises in the attic and the e last straw was my air conditioner was being chewed though and I decided something needed to be done. I called busy bee pest solutions and Sean was sent iut and from the original communication and appointment, he showed up when he said he would, I was able to communicate with him during the week with the progress of the rat eradication. He told me what needed to be done in the future and I know do I have a problem, I will call and he will respond. Thank you Sean.

I got rodent removal for my garage. He came on time, explained what he was doing and what the next steps would be, put down traps, and actually was able to walk out with one he caught while we were making the next appointment for him to come back and check the traps. He was nice, professional, and knowledgeable. The price was also reasonable at a little over $400 total for the initial visit, inspection, set up of 4 traps, and two follow up visits to check, empty, and relocate traps to different areas as needed based on his observations and notes about the activity.

When I called, they clearly explained the process, what would happen with the bees, the warranty period, and the cost, which I really appreciated.<br><br>Evan was able to come out the same day and got to work right away. What I expected to be a difficult removal (the hive was under a planter box) turned out to be quick and careful. He flipped the planter, removed the honeycomb, and set everything back in place with minimal disruption. He answered all of our questions, showed us photos and explained that the bees had likely been there longer than we realized based on the size of the hive.<br><br>Overall, it was a great experience. I’d absolutely recommend Busy Bee for their professionalism, expertise, and fast response.

He came and assessed the bee hive which was inside a dead hollow tree, but unfortunately there was no way to relocate them, and they were seemingly aggressive. Chester came and treated the tree and applied pheromone blocker to prevent future hives. I highly recommend.

Great experince with Carter from Busy Bees. We had Carter come out for a 2nd opinion, and he charged us $1300 LESS than the previous company. He was super communicative and walked us through each step. Would definitely recommend!

Chester was awesome! He came in very carefully, did his job and explained the entire process to me from beginning to end. He even saved some of the honeycomb so I could have fresh honey from my bees. I called them my bees because I’ve been talking to them for six months I had no idea the hive became as big as it was. It filled an entire valve box for irrigation drip lines. Ryan did a removal of a basketball+ size beehive from my mesquite tree. He explained my removal options and everything he was doing as he did the job. He explained what to expect in the coming hours and days after the removal. He was very informative.

I was at work today when my landscaper notified me that I had a high of growing in my front yard. My house is on a street that has children walking to and from the elementary school close by, making this a real concern. I placed a call and within five minutes, Carter was on his way to my house to take care of the hive. After walking me through the various options, he quickly and professionally removed the hive and the majority of the bees without anyone getting stung. He did an excellent job, and is a fine example of what customer service really means.

I don’t even know where to begin with my review! I called last minute at 430 and Bryan answered immediately. He heard how scared and panicked I was with the new critter who decided to move in. My experience with Busy Bee was excellent. After calling this morning at 8 am and speaking with Greg, I had a tech over here by 10 am to address a rat problem. The tech, Carter, was very professional, informative, and thorough in finding the open spaces around my home and explaining the process and costs. He listened to all of my concerns and made sure to address them all. I am very happy I selected this company and highly recommend them!

Technician Evan explained to us what he going do. Check around the house for any openings, where rodents can get in.<br>He entered the ceiling found some traces of activity. Evan explained that the job was completed, mention traps were placed. Explained he will be back in 7 days, unless there are certain things to look out for. Service was fine. I just think their advertised pricing is deceptive. Price was supposed to be $29. Final price was 12 x that: $345. Lots of conditions that added up to $345. Again, service was fine. Won’t be using them again because of the deception.

Shaun was great! After calling the company of a bee hive at our roof line he was at our house in 45 mins. Problem was taken care of quickly and professionally.

Adam was extremely thorough when he came out to investigate. He was able to locate the access point and even found honey. The next day when he came out, he carefully disassembled our roof and made minimal cuts to extract the honey. He communicated throughly during the process and provided pictures. We had a new huge bee hive form in the afternoon. The gentlemen came out within a few hours and removed them. The guys were professional, friendly and took all the precautions to stay safe during the process.

This review has taken some time and money to write.<br>A couple of weeks ago, I called Busy Bee and spoke to someone very knowledgeable about rats, both pack rats and roof rats.<br>He sent a young man to my house.<br>He went up on my roof. He came down and showed me pictures of the issues on my roof--and I was shocked into speechlessness.<br>He was showing me a huge hole where a stove vent used to be, and a couple of other spots on my roof. Then he was ready to set traps that moment.<br>I had a couple of problems with that.<br><br>Firstly, I'd like my quote in writing since he wanted $1300.00.<br><br>Secondly, he was showing me pictures of SOMEONE ELSE'S ROOF!!!<br><br>I was completely stunned and stuttering to get him out of my house.<br><br>I've seen drone footage of my roof, I've seen Google photos of my roof, my gardener goes up there often to remove leaves, he gives me pictures, the roofing company I hire periodically gives me photos of my roof...<br><br>But... Just in case, I had a good friend go up there (I had to wait for him to be available which is why the delay in the review-I wanted to be SURE.)<br>and he spent the afternoon making me a detailed video of my entire roof.<br><br>I'm sad to say, Busy Bee is another complete rip off company.<br><br>Why???? Why show me someone else's roof???<br>Craziness!!!

My whole experience with Busy Bee Solutions was great. Greg scheduled my appointment very quickly and Evan came to the house to take care of our bee situation and did a great job removing the bees cleaning up too. He even provided some bee knowledge. Thanks Evan!
