Discovered termites in kitchen ceiling on Friday......called Burns.....Burns Tech. arrived following Tuesday and treated house for termites and installed termite bait all around the house.....I signed up for monthly bug spraying.....sprayer came on following Thursday......great, fast and complete service......the kind I'm happy to pay for!!!........

Feeling conflicted. The inspector did a really good job at selling me the service and fairly priced. However afterwards nothing but disappointment. I had scheduled service their very first day setting up the termite baiting system. No call no show. Following day I canceled the service. However today I received a bill for a monthly service charge. Without any service ever being performed on the property.

Burns is literally the WORST company ever. They have no called no showed for treatments dozens of times. To top it off. They sent me a bill, I live in an apt, for work there DIDNT EVEN DO! When I called them she said “that bill isn’t for you”. I tried to explain to her “why are you sending a bill for work you didn’t do!?” She couldn’t fathom why people don’t want to pay for work that was never done. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.

Literally the worst possible thing just happened to me and can’t you can’t even imagine how UNSAFE this makes me feel. Someone came into my apartment at around 11:40am as a request from my apartment complex to set up traps for critters. The service man LEFT MY DOOR WIDE OPEN. Not just unlocked, but WIDE OPEN. For FOUR HOURS. Unreal. This is literally the worst thing that could happen. I don’t even know if anything had been stolen, and of course, my air has been running the entire time. SHAME ON YOU GUYS. I can’t believe you not only left my door UNLOCKED, but you didn’t even CLOSE IT, leaving it WIDE OPEN to the world for FOUR HOURS. UNREAL.

Had a appointment scheduled from 8 am to 10 am and didn't receive service until after 4:30 pm. There was zero communication from the scheduled technician Garrett. My whole day waisted with no consideration for having to continuous rearrange my day. Wasn't a pleasant experience with this particular technician at all.

Zero stars. When I called to make an appointment for service, I made it clear what time I had to work until. I would be unavailable until I was done at work. Service was scheduled for today. The tech called me 56 minutes before I was even allowed to clock out for the day. I missed the call because I am at work working. Some employers don't allow their employees to use their phones while at work. The camera catches the tech ringing my doorbell 15 minutes before I can clock out for the day. I called Burns to see if the tech was going to come back. I was told probably not and said I needed to reschedule. If you are looking for pest control, DO NOT CHOOSE BURNS. They lack respect for people who have to work, and they are not accommodating.

Burns has been very good to us. This new house has had issues. We saw Termites outside the house, so we are on the Termite plan, for which, so far, no termites eating my house.<br>We have had Pigeon problems. Burns did their thing, a wonderful hawk moved in the area, no more pigeons on our house for quite a while.<br>And now we have Mr. Rat in our attic. I have faith that Burns will Evict him.<br>I'm very pleased with what Burns has done for this house and the other homes we have owned.<br>I highly recommend Burns Pest.

I’d like to share how much Burn’s pest control has helped with my cockroach issue in my apartments here in Phoenix. My initial guy, James, who does not work for Burns anymore because he moved away was super understanding and kind to me and tried to comfort me and to help me not be scared as I am legally blind, and I do not like bugs at all. He treated my old apartment for over a year, then I moved to a bigger unit with my roommate in the same complex and this building is the worst with roaches. The new guy that replaced James and comes every two weeks to spray. I always look forward to seeing him. He’s so kind to me. He always puts a smile on my face When he comes. He gives me really good advice on how I can prevent the roaches and he’s so helpful and supportive when I have done good and cleaned up, good enough and he’s just a pleasure to be around my experience with burns all around is a five star rating. And the accommodations and compassion that the pest control techs Have shown me is absolutely Indescribable. It is really embarrassing having to deal with the roaches. We didn’t have that problem back in my home State, but here we do being blind, makes it really challenging for me and my roommate But your technicians are not judgmental and help us a lot And just make the situation feel a lot less scary. They’ve even gone out of their way to educate me. And teach me not to be scared of bugs Even though I have them come every two weeks And we are working on dealing with it it’s become a pleasure having your guys come they do a great job spraying And they don’t spray around my Pet rabbit and I always look forward to seeing Their smiling faces. I have been very satisfied with my relations with Burns Pest, most notably through my interactions with my lead serviceman.<br><br>My serviceman, Gilbert, is unbelievable! He goes way above and beyond what one could expect. My service is always good… Except I had a schedule from 7 to 10… No call no show so I called the office at 11 o’clock and I was put on hold so they can contact technician and as I’m on hold the technician causes as I’m on my way. This is unacceptable when they’re already an hour late… In addition when technician arrived, I was not a happy camper… And I expressed that to them…. I don’t know if it’s your policy or not but when you run late or whatever the reason, even if it’s because of a previous appointment, somebody should’ve called me instead of leaving me hanging. And then I called the office in the same time, the tech called me which could mean that they were just hanging out somewhere The other thing is when I expressed my concern as to why they’re late. I never got an apology… is that BURNS PEST side training don’t apologize to a customer… Specially, a longtime customer like me.

I do not want Montgomery working on my home again. I explained to him I have a home warranty. I explained to him I was told by the first Burns Elimination inspector that I was only going to pay $150. He told me my charge was $995 for the service. Again, I explained I was told because of my home warranty I was only paying the initial $150. He told me I still owned $995. He charged my credit card for the $995. I am thankful that either Burns or Fidelity caught the mistake and returned the $995. Still very upset my card was charged $995. Please communicate better with your staff that if a customer tells them they have a home warranty and that they do not owe money to believe the customer.<br><br>Also, he was unprofessional and asked "where my husband was at." Which as a single woman with a 7 month old baby was a scary question. He also went on a rant about his religion and how there are no evil spirits when my child sneezed and I told my son "Bless You." As a non religious person I do not want to hear about your opinions on why I should not tell my son "Bless You."

Gilbert has been FANTASTIC. We’ve had him over at our apartment several times (fortunately and unfortunately) for cockroach sprays, and he has been an absolute pleasure to work with. I have had an issue with squirrels burrowing under my house, and learned that they are also on my roof accessing an entry point to my attic. Didn’t realize there was a breach in my home’s Integrity at the roofline where the second story, joins the first story at an angle. The gentleman by the name of Ascary discovered this. He was exceptionally professional, well groomed, very well spoken, and I did not feel that I was being up, sold or taken advantage of. He definitely knew his business. Wyatt also arrived today to set the bait traps to catch the squirrels. Additionally, I was able to get an appointment rather quickly to address an additional entrance point for the squirrels through the vents on the roof, because there are no screens on them. I have so much more peace of mind right now knowing that this is being addressed, and these rodents will be eliminated and no longer a problem by the end of the month. Well worth the money, which was not outrageous, very reasonable. I would highly recommend Burns pest control, they really know what they’re doing when it comes to rodent extermination. And spraying for insects and scorpions. I also had that done today as an additional service that I requested. I’m sorry I forget that young man’s name, but he was equally professional and expedient yet thorough. I couldn’t be more pleased with the services I’ve received thus far from Burns pest elimination.

I have been using Burns Pest Elimination for termites since 2012 when I bought a home in Tucson. They treated the home and surrounding structures for termites and performed annual inspections and treatments as needed. Their associates are friendly, helpful and reliable. I sold that home and recently moved to the Phoenix area but the company who treated our new home for termites never followed up to renew the termite warranty so I am having to start over. Initial treatments are expensive and I want a company who stays on top of the warranty to save money and save our home from termites. I had such a good experience with Burns before so I decided to go with them again. I noticed termite activity last week and Burns came out the same day! In addition to termites, we've been seeing an increase in scorpions so I am adding pest control for scorpions this time, too, and have had the same great customer service I experienced in the past. No complaints. Just good service. GREAT COMPANY!

Initially, the one employee they sent out to take care of my house worked very hard and appeared to do a very good job even though it took her nine hours in the house that had been completely emptied out. However later I discovered that there were 50 or 60 holes that were not filled. I have called this company several times and asked them to come out and finish filling the holes as the construction can’t go any further until they do this and I have not received any calls back. I highly recommend not using this company if you want any kind of follow up<br>I am amending this as a supervisor did come out and completed this job. Again, everyone was very friendly at this company, however it should not have taken several calls to get this done correctly.

My apartment has a contract with this company of con artists… I put in a work order because my neighbor above me recently saw a mouse in her house and a week later i saw one in mine. 3 days later Mr. Magoo from burns comes over and walks a round my kitchen for two minutes and informs me he doesn’t see any mouse activity and leaves without putting up any traps despite me telling him I witnessed said mouse, but he this professional must have been dead as well. Luckily Amazon sells glue traps and I have caught three mice in 2 days. I am sure they charged the apt complex some stupid fee for this guy to waive a flashlight around… all in a days work for this group, but I would recommend you save your money and buy your own traps. I wouldn’t even be upset if their customer service was bad as long as they did the one thing they advertise correctly, but the are not even good at pest control. Maybe remove the mouse from the side of your trucks and replace with this 🤷 because you obviously don’t know what you’re doing.

Update 4/22<br><br>Robert my technician always listens to my concerns and addresses them. I feel when he leaves I am protected! He is thorough and kind! I am very satisfied with my service.<br><br>I have used Burns for years! I appreciate the speed they have when I call with weeds or bugs. My hoa i think stands in my yard waiting for a weed to grow do they can send me a letter! With all the rain my yard had 1 or 2 weeds I could pull easily while other yards have lots.<br>Bugs... I think they are afraid of Tommy! He is the best. If I have an issue he addresses it right away! I always know he will take care of them.<br>Dillon did a great job on my weeds and was so kind, communicating about all he was doing.<br><br>Ben in billing was great to work with.<br>I always know that my issues will be addressed and I am just as important as anyone else,.

You could start by being on time. I scheduled service for 6/16/22 and was VERY clear the time I needed you to be here since we both work at home and can't have your person causing our dogs to bark. So I had to reschedule for 6/23/22. When I called, the girl said she saw the notes and didn't know why they scheduled a later time on the 16th. She said she was going to talk to a supervisor about it. So then on 6/23 your person was 1 1/2 hours late. Again, past the time when we needed to be able to work again. About the bill. I was told when booking the appointment that I needed to provide a credit card. I told the rep that I wanted to pay with a check at the time of service. I was assured that wouldn't be a problem. So when the service was done, the tech not only didn't let me know he was finished. He just left. So I am assuming that my credit card is going to be billed, the opposite of what I wanted.

Sal is our technician for our business and he is amazing. He is very detailed and efficient everyday and is always on top of what needs to be done that day as well as next services. He makes sure he stops and speaks to us about anything that needs to be done and gives us his opinion of any treatment suggestions and basically he is not here to just "collect a paycheck." We are very appreciative of the service that Burns provides us and our business and having Sal as our technician.

Couldn’t be happier. Burns is the best. I used to be a technician for Burns Pest when I was younger, and because of what a good company I know they are, I use them now and have for many years. The technician I have assigned to my home, Joe Angelini has the best communication not only about the services, but with scheduling too. Seeing someone that takes such pride in his work, with great professional customer service, that is a pleasure to have in our home I felt the need to express my thanks to him and to the company he works for. Burns is a great company that I feel; has the best pest control application which causes the need for less resprays and extra appointments. You couldn’t go wrong with their services... and if Joe is your tech, then you will especially be taken care of.

I had a great experience. We have been on their annual plan for termites for just over 2 years and it is DEFINITELY worth the annual fee. They came out for their second annual inspection and found termites. They scheduled us for a treatment a few days later. The crew was on time and very professional. About 3 weeks later we noticed more termite activity and called them back. The Burns crew came back again a few days later and did a more extensive treatment. Again, they were very professional, on time, and took care of business quickly. Overall, I am very happy with their service at my home as well as over the phone. I highly recommend them.<br>EDIT: I dont remember the names of the first crew but the second time it was 1 guy. His name was Miguel

Our Service guy Enrique is absolutely amazing! He is very informative about what is doing, why he is doing it and very knowledgeable about the things he is treating which what we would typically want in a tech who is treating pest right? I had given a 4 star due to us having used them for years now and I enjoy the service but wish there warranties were a bit longer and wish that they would assist people prep for some treatments. However there service is great and there prices are really reasonable.

We have used Burns' services for several years now and have always been very pleased with their service. We have been especially pleased with our technician, Michael. He has always been on time, has not missed appointments, is very attentive to detail and instructions, and is always very polite. And the pests go away and don't come back. I recommend them highly.

He provides you with a cell phone number where you can reach him any time and returns calls within the same day. So impressive to receive such excellent customer service in this day and age.
