Ease to get an appointment. Inspector arrived ahead of schedule for termites . The inspector walked around the perimeter of the home and identified a bit of activity in the casita and garage. Left the home after about 20 minutes and we were promptly sent a proposal. Price seemed comparable to other quotes given.

We’ve been with Bill pest for over 15 years. Paulina services our house and does an amazing job. Our dogs love to chase her from window to window from inside the house, just wanting to chew on her broom as she sweeps away cobwebs. This was a yearly check for my service agreement renewal. The inspector was professional, knowledgeable and personable. He answered several questions that I had and the inspection for the renewal was completed.

Not happy. This company have treated my house 5 times. My issue is that when the technician arrives, the first thing he says is that he doesnt have much time and will need to come back another time.<br>Thanks God I found another company who will be on sight next week and will treat the house by standard. After pulling up the data online of previous treatments by Bill’s crew, expert opinion is they never executed the treatment right!<br>Im just happy I found a more reliable vendor who actually has the time it takes.

He was extremely thorough and detailed in his assessment, taking the time to explain everything clearly. He also determined an area where the termites are traveling and offered additional prevention measures.<br><br>The pricing was right in line with the other quotes I received, yet he will be providing a much more thorough treatment. He also spoke very highly of the company he works for and its owner, Bob, which says a lot about their values and the pride they take in their work.<br><br>Overall, it was an excellent experience, and I truly appreciate the care, expertise, and integrity Billy brought to the inspection.

Bill is very knowledgeable about termites. He mentioned all the possible ways termites come into the property. They could be there for years and the customer will never know, which was something I’ve never hear before. Bill was very professional and respectful. The quote was a bit much for my budget.

Terrible company. Don't use! Gave us a $1,275 price to treat termites when we don't have termites! I asked Phoenix Pest to check our home as we have had many years of good service with Phoenix Pest at our old home and they found NO TERMITES!!<br>USE PHOENIX PEST, NOT BILLS!!

After Bill’s treated my house for termites, I didn’t find any more for 8 years. So when I found a small mud tube on the house recently, I went with Bill’s again. Ricky came out and treated parts that weren’t needed the first time. He did a great job job and I appreciate his professionalism and thorough work. We had A technician from Bill‘s pest control come out to treat some termites. He showed up on time was respectful of the property and did all the services required to hopefully eliminate them altogether. There was no cost as we have an annual termite agreement with them.

Once the project was finished, they left our roof and patio area immaculately clean—it was better than new. The cost was reasonable and they never asked for a penny until the job was completed. They even independently extended the service one week longer than agreed on. Scott was very thorough in explaining how termites got in the center of my ceiling. Angle drilling into the stem wall is new to me. I did find him pleasant and believe he knows what he is talking about.

Our 1st time using Bills. The ladies in the office where very nice , professional and answered all my questions promptly. Dallas, my tech was very nice and informative about my service needed. He even had recommendations for dog collars against ticks due to the problem here at home.

Honest, on time, communication was great. Scott called before arriving, was expedient but also did a thorough check. He gave an honest assessment of what he found which luckily was no signs of termites. We appreciated his honesty and will contact the company if we end up needing services.

Fantasia stopped by to assess a rodent situation after my partner noticed one in the backyard. Fantasia didn't notice any obvious signs of infestation, but decided to leave a trap behind just to see. After a week, and nothing in the trap, she came back to pick it up. Many companies will overcharge you for services you don't need, and this company did not. For this reason, they will be my first call if/when I need these services, and will be the first company I recommend to friends, family, and colleagues. Fantasia was also extremely friendly, professional, and great with my dogs. Thank you!

Bobby was great. Being new to Arizona, he explained what i thought were issues of rodent and termite. He was honest and didn't try to sell me anything since I didn't have any issue after all. And no charge for the visit but I did leave a tip. He suggested a future inspection. Will definitely use Bill's Pest Service if needed in the future.

We had 4 companies come out and give us quotes for active termites. Rep was very knowledgeable, but when they sent the quote, it was for a cheaper termicide (centerfire 75 WSP), that doesn't last as long as the "gold standard", Termidor (5-7 years for Centerfire, versus up to 10 for Termidor).<br>All the other companies quoted Termidor, and a couple gave 2 options (with Termidor and another less expensive option), but Bill's only quoted Centerfire, and didn't provide any explanation/options.<br>We decided to go with another company.<br>UofA research shows fipronil (Termidor) is more effective than imidacloprid (Centerfire, which is generic version of Premise).

The tech who came out, Scott, was very thorough in his inspection. He explaned how termites work and how they treat them to kill off the nest. The price was very competitive with other quotes, but Bill's treatment method seems much more robust then others.

Scott recently performed our annual inspection. He was very courteous and prompt. His knowledge of termite habitat and prevention was really amazing, he was very thorough and specific in how handled our inspection. We’d be glad to have him back anytime.

I had called Scott for a second opinion on my home. Scott did an amazing job educating me on termites. He took the time to show me how the treatment was going to be done around my home and what product was going to be used. Although I didn't end up using Bill's pest and termite, due to already having a warranty elsewhere, I'd like to say their plan of treatment and reasonable pricing is a company I definitely would've went with.

Dustin seemed knowledgeable, he was punctual and competed his job in a timely manner. After treating the affected area he performed a visual inspection of the entire house for additional piece of mind. He also took the time to share some of his knowledge and educate me on termite behavior and what to expect in the upcoming weeks following treatment.

After a large corporate pest company left us unimpressed during a bug crisis, I called around to about 10 different bug companies to try to find help. Karen spoke with me on the phone and spent 15 min giving me information and advice (at no charge and never pressured me to sign up for service). She helped me more in 15 minutes than our normal company helped in 3 home visits. We immediately switched over and just had our first home visit with Bill's today. Our tech, Fantasia, was amazing. If I hadn't already signed up for recurring service, she would have convinced me. I have been so impressed by everyone so far that I have dealt with. Don't be fooled by large corporate companies and their 5 star reviews, having a family owned local company makes a HUGE difference. Thanks again!!

May 2025<br>Dallas of Bill's is my service technician.<br>In 15 years Bill's is most definitely the best service I've ever used in the valley. Bill's is a "hands on" family business that is thorough and very detailed.To many of the big companies just don't get the job done for numerous reasons including "cheap" chemicals and underpaid route techs who don't care. I've previously used them all<br>That is until someone in my neighborhood recommended Bill's. 4 years now and plenty of dead scorpions outside and zero inside!!!!<br>You will not be disappointed.

We have termites and decided to use a different company even before Bill’s came out to inspect, but I’m writing this review because they have been SO incredibly nice and easy to work with over the phone that I thought they deserved recognition. I’ve spoken with Bill’s now 3 times - the initial call, once to reschedule, and once to cancel the inspection and all 3 times have been a good experience. The fact that these brief exchanges even stand out to me makes me realize how unusual pleasant & helpful customer service actually is. I will DEFINITELY keep Bill’s Pest Control on my list of who to call the next time we need service.

Second time using Bill’s Pest Control. 1st was blocking out the pigeons under my solar panels. Now I have rodents digging under my foundation. On both occasions I am well pleased with the technicians and office communications. Prompt responses to both issues! Thanks.

One of their drivers, bald man, HIT MY CAR. Clearly had road rage, hit me from behind, and then drove off before the cops arrived. I called the company to report this and they did NOT CARE. They denied it was them. I have photos, including license plate and the car vehicle id number. The lady I spoke to was not helpful and said they’re not responsible. Very irresponsible & unprofessional. -Update to response, your phone number is listed on his truck.
