I've been with Beebe's for years now and I would never change to somebody else. They are not only effective but they are nice and kind and understand what you need done and without hesitation they do it.

Beebe’s Pest Control does our monthly pest control. They also handles our termite issue and did the termite treatment for a great price. They also offer an excellent termite warranty coverage plan to protect your home from the possible reoccurrence of termites, which we have had. This was our second time using Beebe's Pest Control for an Africanized bee infestation & we will continue to use them in the future if we have another infestation (we live on an old citrus grove). The service performed as well as the customer service is always great. They were able to send someone out the same day both times to take care of our problem. I withheld that 5th star only because it is a bit pricey, but for all I know that's just how much it costs. Highly recommend Beebe's!!

Have had Beebe's service our home for termites since 2014. They've always arrived as scheduled, inspected and treated areas as required with explanations of their treatment. A good and reliable company.

Beebe's is a family owned and operated company. Besides being good at all the pest control issues that I have thrown at them, bees, scorpions, termites, ants, etc., they are good at customer service! That's my trigger point. They listen, they are helpful, they hire good people, and they will talk to you and work with you. Showing that being human and empowered is a rarer commodity in business. I recommend giving them a try.

Don’t use this company. They came to check for termite only to find out they charged me 420.00 dollars just to tell me we don’t have termites. I have tried to get a refund for over a month they declined my request. I asked at lest 1/2 of the money they still said no. So I was charged for nothing

The locations quoted weren’t all sprayed, the guarantee wasn’t handled in a timely manner I was told when they have another job on my side of town they would stop by. I had to pay out of pocket extra to get rid of them with chemicals from a store in order to move into my home. If it’s urgency you need I do not recommend. They bees though fewer now thanks to extra work done by myself are still there.

After reading the other reviews for this company, I'm almost concerned that those prior reviewers have the wrong company. I've used them for ages at my townhouse. Their service desk and technicians have always been prompt and professional. I've never had a technician not show for a service. I've never interacted with this "rude owner" people talk about. After their service we frequently find dead or dying insects, indicating their service is working well. Would definitely recommend!

We have used Beebee for many years. I liked that it is a family owned company & the office staff was very friendly & helpful in scheduling. However, the chemicals they used did not work. I would find live bugs even a few days after they sprayed. I would need to have them come out very often which added up to a lot of money each month. For months I had asked for an inspection to determine how the bugs & lizards were getting in. They kept saying they would perform this service, but never did. I had one final interaction with the owner who was extremely rude & hostile, so I canceled my service. I called Orkin and after one treatment I never saw another bug! Don’t waste your time with Beebee, call Orkin!

Don't let the negative 1-star reviews on this page indicate what this business represents, because as a customer for over 2 years they have shown that if there's ever a problem I still feel hasn't been resolved, the owner and the customer service make sure they reach out and do everything they can until the issue is worked out.

I love Beebe’s! They have been my go to pest control for YEARS and I’ve never had any issues. The monsoon season brought us unwanted mosquitoes that were no challenge for this awesome team! Every time I call I am greeted with friendly professional customer service reps that know all their stuff. I recommend them to all my friends and family.

I had noticed a few termite tubes in my house. I called Beebes pest control in Mesa, AZ and had someone come out. The inspector showed up on time and was very courteous. He explained the process to me while I showed him the termite tubes. He went on to spray the base of my house, however I was told he would do much more than just spray. 4 days after the service 5 more tubes developed, I called another company(Proof Pest Control). As I suspected they confirmed that the service promised was not performed. This time the service was done and he showed me the proof. I will not be using Beebes pest control ever again, which kind of sucks because they were prompt and nice. But i didn't pay over $400.00 to meet a nice person I wanted a service. You live and learn i guess.<br>Brian

I found out that there was a bee nest near our house in a tree. I wanted to get rid of it. So I contacted Beebe's Pest Termite. They came with their team the next day to fix this problem of mine. They started doing their work just as they told they would do. They got rid of the nest and all the bee's in just a day. I'm glad I contacted them to do this stuff. Greatly recommended.

Used for home and business service is good.<br>They could use customer service training in office. New staff was not confident in the products and services they offer and how to accommodate if you make a mistake. In all fairness...they are working on it with Management. I'm going to continue my service with them as things seem to be turning around. Ashley is the best and the owner!!

Sasha, is an absolute sweetheart, so professional, & very personable. This company is just amazing. I have had to reschedule due to my kids being sick - then myself..I felt absolutely horrible because it was for initial treatment, but Sasha was very genuine and caring. She made sure I knew it wasnt a problem and was understandable, despite it happening multiple times for the same service. She did great making sure they could accommodate my times/days. Daniel came out and was VERY thorough in our problem area. Didn't skimp or rush, I was surprised & extremely happy with what I saw. He wasnt there to "get in and out", you could tell he takes pride in his work & really wanted to get to the root of our issue and have it 100% taken care of. It was REAL customer and service care - not "just because it's his job". He explained everything to me to where I could actually understand what was going on. Sasha and Daniel, I believe went above and beyond to help me and my little family. To top it all off, as he left he handed me a card. It was a card from Sasha and the rest of the team, telling me they hope I feel better soon. Now THAT is the sweetest thing and something I never would've imagined coming from ANY company. Beebe's truly cares for their customers and I am beyond happy that I contacted them for service. I would definitely recommend! Thank you Beebe's! You have a great staff on your hands that does amazing work inside and out of the office!

My wife and I have been using Beebe's Pest control for more than 10 years. We have always had the very best of service, and, even more importantly, our house and property has been virtually free of bugs for all that time. Ashley, the scheduler is always cheery and willing to help. The guys that come out to do the spraying are careful, friendly and easy to work with. I've recommended them to several other friends and even to my church.

Set up my 3 services so I could be covered with warranty just like "Niki" said everything done great guy came all 3 times. They charged my debit card 3 times. Now they say they were only here twice "when I was charged 3 times" then she said they only offer 30 day warranty on flees and ticks!!!! They need to train their employees better so they don't do false advertisement!!!

I hired Beebe's on 3/7/16 to remove a bee hive from under a shipping container. When I arrived on 3/14/16 with the transporter to move the shipping container the bees were still very active. I called Beebe's immediately and was told they would call me right back once they talked to a tech. 1 hour late no return call. I called back and got the same response that they would talk to a tech and get right back to me....I am still waiting for that return call as well. I ended up calling another company. They responded within the hour and did the job correctly the first time allowing the transporter to move the container. Beebe's ultimately cost me 3 hours of waiting and, $100 extra for the transporters extra time and $150 for the treatment by the second company.

I used beebe's pest a few times this summer for black widow problems. I used their organic monthly reoccurring service which was a bit expensive but worth the upgrade for organic. It worked great and no bugs at all.<br><br>There was one issue where on the same day I cancelled any future pest service they came to my home on an unscheduled visit to spray while I wasn't home. I got an invoice for the service even though I cancelled. I called up explained the situation and without any arguing or issues they waived the balance due. When I need pest control again, I am definitely calling Bebee's! Great customer service!

We had a bee problem in our tree, the next day Beebe Pest was out and took care of the bee's. Never had a bee problem since. I was most impressed by how quickly they came out, the (bee) knowledge of the service technician and the courtesy shown. They made me feel like a valued customer. I highly recommend Beebe's!
