The guys from Attic Construction arrived at my home on time and did a wonderful job. They removed old insulation and installed new. They were very professional and made sure the furniture they moved was put back in place. Rudy even came out to check on me and the guys. I would definitely recommend them to family and friends.

Did a ton of research before choosing them and so glad we did. Master bedroom was always 10 degrees hotter than the rest of the house - couldn't sleep. They figured out the air leaks and fixed the whole temperature balancing issue. Now every room is comfortable. The crew was respectful, wore booties, and cleaned up completely. Highly recommend.

We had the best experience with ATTIC Construction, they were very punctual, started & finished the job on time and left our home & yard SPOTLESS! We would highly recommend them…they replaced our existing (1935) attic insulation with 18” thick insulation. They provided photos before during & after the job and what a huge difference!

The two Attic Construction technicians, Angel and Kyler, exceeded our expectations with having insulation blown in attic! They were professional, clean, laid plastic on garage floor, explained process, pics & gave us confidence the job would be done right. In Arizona, it’s necessary to insulate garage bc heat will destroy computer components in cars, batteries, even extra pool hoses (per pool guy) These home builders do bare minimum, sadly. Extremely happy we decided to have this project done with Attic Construction.

I am the owner of an older (1961) Hallmark home in the Park II Subdivision in Scottsdale. The home has the original insulation and my electric bills are the clearest evidence of my need to get better insulation. After an extensive search of various other installers including Parker & Sons and 1st Choice Air Conditioning, Plumbing & Insulation, I was sold on Jim Rogge's proposal. He was thorough and they had many other positive reviews, both on Google and perfect A+ on Better Business Bureau. The crew was extremely professional and courteous throughout the very laborious process (thank goodness I didn't attempt to do this myself!). The crew lead Kyler kept me informed of the process and was such a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend Attic Construction, LLC.

My HVAC guy said insulation was the problem and recommended Attic Construction. They did air leak repair throughout the attic and added more insulation where it was basically missing. The difference is crazy - HVAC runs maybe half as much now and every room stays consistent. David was great about explaining what they were doing and why.

Attic Construction did a beautiful thorough job. Kyler, Milton and Angel took care to respect my home and performed a job above my expectations. They worked diligently until the job was complete. My home was built in 1947 and had the original insulation about 2 inches high and filthy, there was a lot of debris from past roofers who did not take the care they should have. Attic construction cleaned it all immaculately and then put my new insulation in. I am beyond pleased and grateful I chose them. From the first consult with Liron who explained everything clearly and even took the time to make my scared rescue dog feel safe, to the final results, I have zero complaints. My photos show before, during and after. I strongly recommend Attic Construction. (And so does my rescue dog)

Angel and Milton with attic construction did a great job adding insulation to our attic. Liron explained the process and was able to fit the job in before the rebates expires at the end of the year. We felt a difference that evening and our heat pump is not running as often.

Honestly wasn't sure about spending this much but my neighbor used them and wouldn't stop raving about the results. Now I get it. Our kids' bedrooms are finally comfortable and the house just feels cleaner somehow. They removed all the old deteriorated insulation and installed fiberglass blown insulation. No more dust everywhere either which has helped with allergies.

Tyler and his crew did a great job of removing the old insulation, cleaning, then sealing and adding new insulation into my attic. The difference was noticeable during the first night with the house maintaining temperature with ease.

Home office was either freezing or boiling depending on the season. Got them out here to do an energy efficiency upgrade and they nailed it. Temperature stays consistent now which makes working from home actually comfortable. Also they finished way faster than estimated.

If you want an honest company to work on your home that you value so much. They are the ones. I felt great after they inspected my attic and ONLY recommended something that I needed and told me what I didn't need. Many other companies might not be transparent but they are. I will already tell a difference after just a couple weeks, both through the warm weather we'd had as well as now that it's cooled down. I'll have them come out to insulate my garage next. Communication through the whole process from scheduling to pics of the final product was great. Rudy and Kyler showed up on time, placed plastic on the floor all the way up to the attic access, and protected the house from damage from their tools. Cleaned everything up as though they were never there, and showed us pics of the work both before and after. They even let us know we had an air handler leak. Quick review - upstairs bedrooms were unbearable last summer. Got the radiant barrier installed plus new insulation and it's night and day. Kids actually sleep through the night now because their rooms stay cool. Worth every penny for that alone.

Had rodent droppings everywhere up there and the smell was awful. These guys did the full decontamination, sealed up all the entry points, then put in fresh blown-in insulation. Problem solved and no more nasty smells. Crew was super respectful of our home too.

Had squirrels living in our attic and they destroyed the insulation. Attic Construction did the rodent exclusion work so they can't get back in, cleaned everything out, and put in new stuff. Been six months and no issues. Plus our heating bill went down which was a nice bonus.

Didn't expect this level of service. Robert came out, showed us thermal imaging of where all the heat was escaping, then his crew knocked out the whole attic restoration in one day. House feels completely different now and the AC isn't running constantly anymore.

No more weird smells and our allergies have improved dramatically. Also they wore booties and left zero mess which we appreciated.

They did a top notch job in my attic and was very professional, respectful and a pleasure to work with - Milton and his team cleared out the attic, sealed all vents, added flex pipe to exhaust vents and rodent proof (screened) as needed, it was hot at 106 degrees and they keep a pleasant helpful demeanor the entire time. We contacted Attic Construction to remove very old dusty cellulose insulation, clean our attic and install blown in fiberglass insulation. They were amenable to providing their services in two phases. We were delighted that they were also able to install a folding attic access ladder on the first phase. They returned at a later date to install the insulation which allowed us time to have other attic services completed. The crew was excellent. They were friendly and cleaned up work areas before leaving. We appreciated the professionalism of everyone at Attic Construction from Jim who did our initial inspection to the office staff and attic crews.

So I found or Facebook/ Instagram found this wonderful company for me. My initial contact was with this absolute gem of woman named Erin. She absolutely sold me on the idea this is the company to go with. I had interest in other insulation companies as well, but once I spoke with Erin and her amazing character and charm, I setup an appointment for an evaluation. It was a little more than I expected as a new homeowner, but that is where Jim the inspector/ guide came in. He was amazing. Truly walked me through everything with the process from removal, cleanup and the lifetime warranty. He explained how the Pink Panther insulation would cover the ducts as well, which will reduce the energy costs over time. He explained that this isn't a foam insulation, which can hurt the home value on resale. I was pleased with his candor and work ethic. I was sold, I booked my appointment that moment. Today 3.17.25 was the clean out and install. Dayton, Josh, Milton and Anthony came over. They walked me through the process and laughed at my dumb puns. They seriously went above and beyond. The put plastic all over my new flooring I just installed. They put door jam protection so the hoses would scuff the paint. They showed me before and after pictures throughout each step. They deserve a kudos and a free lunch, as well as Erin & Jim. The quality of the people and their care is why you should pick Attic Construction over other companies. I am truly pleased.

My particular job required rodent elimination and exclusion, in addition to insulation removal and replacement. I awarded the job to Attic Construction after entertaining a half-dozen proposals. I was pleased with, and impressed by, every AC employee I interacted with, including Shawn (Sales), Jacob (Ownership) and Rudy and his crew (Operations). I appreciated their patient, deliberative approach, and their focus on delivering a satisfactory outcome above all else.

Called Attic for a second opinion on insulation/heat barrier after the company I had a maintenance agreement with told me that my insulation was low in places and recommended I also get a radiant heat barrier. Israel came to the house and walked the entire attic and took pictures. He then informed me that not only did we not need insulation--we had over 9 inches throughout, we already had a radiant heat barrier. Needless to say, I was extremely grateful for the honesty. He also immediately air dropped the photos so I could see for myself. The previous tech claimed his phone was "broken." Would highly recommend both Attic and Israel.

You get what you pay for. Attic was much more expensive than other companies, but was worth it. In addition to blowing 17 inches of fiberglass (R49) on to the floor (floor is much better than under the roof) of my Scottsdale, AZ attic, they sealed all of the openings in the attic floor (ducts, lights, electricity, pipes), removed old insulation from under the roof, and installed gable vents. I could tell the difference immediately.

Kyler, and the crew removed the existing insulation, sanitized the attic, put protective covers over the can lights, sealed the vents and ducts going from the attic into the house. They took pictures before and after to show us what they did. They did a great job! Very thorough and pleasant to work with.

When my husband told me he wanted to get new insulation, I laughed. I was skeptical the whole time, UNTIL, first, when I saw what was actually up there, which was basically a few inches of paper. Then what sealed the deal for me, was the first night we had our attic sealed and they put 17" of Owens Corning insulation in. It is SO much cooler in the house!! The process took a few days and the installers and the owner, were fantastic! They cleaned up perfectly and made sure we were 100% satisfied! Highly recommend!!

They cancelled on me 2 times right before appointment Gave them one more chance then tech did not show up. Claimed he called before coming to my house . There was no call in phone call log. Too bad . Need to refresh my insulation but holding me up over 2 weeks. 1st cancel was tech is sick second time cancelled not enough staff then just plane do not show up. Sorry but not professional at all

My wife and I used Attic Construction AZ to install more and higher quality insulation in our attic after having some HVAC work done in our North PHX home. The crew that came out to explain what they would do and how they would do it were incredibly friendly, very knowledgeable and really made us understand what the process would be like. When they arrived at the property to perform the job, they were nothing but highly professional and very clean! A young man representing Attic Construction, came out to my house for an estimate to seal my flat roof home against rodents. Suprisingly, he told me that the bid would be too small for the company to be interested in-and convinced me that he could seal my house against rodents as he was an expert. It turns out that this is some kind of scam cooked up between Mr. Enright and his bosses-as they apparently approve of this-and he used the company car while here. He has no expertise at all and even his rudimentary skills are in question. He used duct tape on two areas, and a piece of my own tile to block a hole, and laughed at me when I asked if he was even going to use glue, promised to seal the roof vent and didn't even go on the roof. I tried to voice my concerns, but he was argumentative and dismissive, and even tried to tell me that I was wrong several times-yet I live here, and he couldn't even remember which room was which. The man is large ( he made a POINT of telling me that he's 6'4" and 240) , and didn't leave right away after being paid either. At that point I was SUPER uncomfortable, very very tired, and not happy with what was done. The next morning all HELL broke loose-both of my dogs started acting funny. The big one had found poison balls that Dean had hidden ON MY KITCHEN COUNTERS. The little dog caught one that the big dog dropped on the floor. The very worst part of this is not the money and time thrown away-but that both of my dogs ate poison that he had left hidden behind an appliance on my kitchen counter-even after having been told MULTIPLE times that I didn't want any poison in the house. My dogs aren't dead-but they would have been if I had spent the day outside of my home today and wasn't watching them. There's a special place for people like that-and it isn't Heaven.

Having never dealt with ot before, we had no idea who to contact - or even what KIND of business to contact when we found evidence of rats living in our attic. Luckily I found this company and they explained everything and offered services for the whole process - rodent removal, removal of the destroyed insulation, shoring up the house against new rodent visitors, and replacement insulation. The project manager - Dayton - and Ethan and his team who carried out the work of insulation/rat removal were all great in making sure we knew what was happening, that our pets were securely kept in the house and out of the work area, and that everything was clean when they left. I hope I don't need their services again soon, but I would go to them again if I do!

Attic Construction came out today for an Insulation project at my house. This crew was extremely professional and very polite. They were clean and very efficient. They worked diligently to get the job done on time. All went as planned and I received what I paid for as quoted. I would definitely use these folks again for my next project.

We were very impressed with the great job that Ethan and Marissa did while installing Owen’s Corning Insulation in our attic. They ensured all holes leading to our attic were sealed, area was clean and sanitized, before installing the insulation. Kudos to the owners for hiring such great, respectful and caring employees.

Attic Construction is a five star business. We had roof rats in our attic. As opposed to other places we called, they took care of everything. Jacob, the owner, quickly provided us with an estimate for the work and explained everything thoroughly. At the time, we felt it was pricey but when we saw the work they did and the number of employees who worked on it, it seemed fair. Everyone who came to our house was a pleasure to deal with. They respected our house and left it as clean as could be. Ethan, the crew chief, was knowledgeable and communicated everything we needed to know. We especially appreciated his professionalism. He and all the other workers who crawled through out attic were hardworking. Rudy was also thorough and communicative when he came to inspect.

We needed an evaluation of our attic insulation. Unfortunately the area we wanted to be updated is not easily accessible. They were HONEST about the effort/cost it would take to remove the existing insulation and recommended that we leave as is. Honesty goes a long way.

Guy came to my house and inspected my attic, shared many photos from up there, and advised on the many aspects and stages of remediating a Rat Problem. The advice was long-term oriented, which I loved. Unfortunately, was not able to hire for the full remediation due to financial challenges, but will be implementing the controls I can afford and really got great service and advice from this company. I had a rodent infestation in the attic that traps were not resolving. Jason came for an assessment and showed me pictures throughout the attic. The rodents had chewed a significant amount of electrical wiring and their evidence was everywhere. He had a crew come the next day to remove the existing insulation, clean and sanitize. They closed any gaps with sealant and installed mesh over all openings. After a week to insure the attic was clear (and an electrician visit to repair the wiring) they blew in new insulation. The crews were professional throughout the entire experience. I should have done this years ago.

Attic construction brought our attic up to R39, it was around R19 or so. What a difference! They took before and after photos and cleaned up after the job was completed. The price was comparable with other insulation contractors in the area. Thanks guys!

I had an opportunity to use Attic Construction’s services this month due to rodents in my attic. I contacted them through an online form on their website and within an hour received a call from a very helpful representative. She was very friendly and professional, asked me questions and scheduled an appointment within a week for an inspection. I received a reminder call the day before and the day of the appointment I received a call from Guy, Project Manager 30 minutes prior to arrival. When he arrived, he was very professional and informative. He did a thorough inspection of my attic and exterior of my house. He explained my options and also provided helpful suggestions. I scheduled work to be done and received a reminder call the day before and the morning the work was to begin, crew leader called 30 minutes prior to let me know they were on their way. Upon arrival they explained exactly what they were going to be doing and letting me know it would be loud at times. They also communicated with me throughout the day. They vacuumed out the old insulation, sanitized, did repairs and rodent proofed attic. Once cleaned they set traps in case any rodents were still there. They came back in 7 days to inspect. Once they determined rodents were gone, they blew in new insulation, which was much higher quality then original and at R-38 standard. They provide a portal for you to see all pictures they take during all stages from inspection, to work done to completion. All through process they were all very professional and communicated every step of the way. Although it was more expensive then I had hoped, they were very transparent and I would recommend their services to anyone needing this type of service. We hired Attic Construction to come and assess a serious rodent problem in our attic, as well as 20 year old insulation problems. We worked directly with "Israel" and his team. We were very pleased with the service and they did a fantastic job of putting together a plan to fix the issues and set realistic deadlines and dates. Israel was fantastic to work with. He was always available any time of day for questions, would always look to find the best solutions, was great at communicating throughout the project of where they were at and what needed to be done. His team was very friendly, took extra precautions to plastic off the walls, carpet, floors, etc. to make sure there were no issues or damage from their equipment to our home. Israel went out of his way on a number of issues that popped up during the project (found a beehive in the walls, discovered other areas that needed repair, etc.) and made sure we were aware at all times. He also followed up weeks after the project was completed to make sure there were no more lingering issues or questions. We were very happy with the service. My experience was amazing and I will be referring them to my friends and clients. In a time when contractors are taking advantage of homeowners, this company shines through. I had called to have my attic insulation inspected thinking I needed to add more before it got hot outside. I called two companies and one wanted to charge me $179 to inspect through SRP. The second was Attic Construction. They booked right away, did so at no cost to me, and were available almost a week before the other company. Their communication throughout the process was amazing. They even called to verify the appointment a day in advance. The tech named Israel had shown up, calling me to let me know he was on his way. He arrived in a clean company-sponsored vehicle. he was clean-cut and presented very well. He walked the property to gain my insight on what I wanted him to look at and any symptoms I had regarding the insulation. He then suited up and went into the attic. After 20-30 minutes. He came down and got cleaned up. We sat at my table where we viewed photos he had taken of the attic. Much to my surprise, he had recommended that the insulation the builder had put in was top of the line 40 years ago and was still doing its job, it only needed to be redistributed where can lights were installed or ceiling repairs were done to create that blanket. It was nice to know that construction companies were upfront and honest. He spent about 20 minutes reviewing photos and educating me on the insulation I have and what the new stuff offered- which was very little and not worth the added investment. I was so pleased I can shift that money to other projects but will keep Attic Construction in mind for my future projects as they come up. I worked with Guy Geva from AC to draw up a quote to have my attic insulation replaced He was very helpful in negotiating a fair and reasonable price to have the job completed in a rather quick timeframe The crew that worked on the project were very professional and thorough in removing the existing insulation, cleaning the space, and then replacing with new product. There were a few issues resulting from the install and AC was extremely accommodating in getting them resolved in a satisfactory manner. I would recommend AC to anyone looking for a contractor

The cellulose insulation in our 31 year old home had turned to dust. We needed new insulation badly. Guy came to our home and looked at our situation, measured the size of the attic including the garage which had none. They came and completely removed what was left of the old insulation, sanitized it, then sealed any openings around lights, fans, vents and places vermon could get in. On the second day, they installed measuring sticks around the attic to make sure we had the correct depth of insulation throughout. They took the precaution of setting up blockades to prevent insulation from obstructing the opening for air to move through the attic too. They blew in the insulation and at each step of the way they took videos and photos to show us what was being done. This was so reassuring. The young men who worked our job were polite, courteous and professional. Guy, the foreman who signed us up came by to make sure everything was going well and we were satisfied. I cannot say enough great things about the work done and how well it was handled from the signing of the contract to completion. we can already feel the difference in the temperature of the house! From the initial sale call and estimate in early Oct with Guy to the final visit today (early Nov) this company has exceeded expectations in every way. EVERY member of the team is polite, informative, on time, clean and they all have a smile on their face, all the time. This can be an awful job--cleaning out attics in Arizona in the heat--they all seem to truly enjoy their job and the people they work for. Israel with Attic Construction by far had the best presentation of the three companies we interviewed for cleaning out our roof rat infested attic. They had professional brochures/handouts, walked us through the process. Their sales estimate was clear and concise and was followed with both paper and online estimate and invoices. We paid for service by phase upon completion. Jacob, an owner, came and worked during the installation of our new Owens-Corning insulation due to injury of his workers the day prior. Better than having to wait. He is very personable, easy to talk to, and professional. They did not miss a beat. You can really tell he and his workers are dedicated to their business. Attic Construction came out to my 1974 home I just purchased and did a complete clean out of the attic. Not only did they remove old insulation but everything else that had been stored up in the attic. Very professional, and kept me up to date on the whole project. Hard working crew and I'd highly recommend them.

Jacob provided detailed information and his team did an amazing job on the install. They were friendly and exhibited great teamwork. Even in the extreme heat. And the best part is the lack of dust in my home now that the old dirty cellulose has been removed! Truly thankful for this service!

Riley (salesperson) thoroughly checked attic and gave honest and detailed quote, also helped me hang a heavy mirror on the wall. Was happy to hear that he could get a crew out 2 days later to do the job. Trey and his crew were busting their humps in the extreme AZ heat for over 8 hours in my attic. Attic construction is well worth the cost to do the job right the first time. Home is dust free of old insulation and any critters that might’ve been in attic living rent free. Plus they seal up any leaks that might be coming from your J-boxes or duct work. End result is that my home is a lot cooler now and A/C doesn’t run as often to keep house cool.

I don’t usually write reviews for people, but the level of service provided by Attic Construction really is review-worthy. The crew that came out to my property introduced themselves to me (Hi Zack, Chandler, Diego, and Rudy!) and explained what work they were going to do for the day. After doing that, they all were working and finished up what I expected to be a 2-day job in one working day. I am writing this review because not only was the work done effectively and efficiently, but also because the gentleman working really are great guys. Over the course of the day as I was entering and exiting my home, I got to know a little bit about each of these individuals and would highly recommend them with replacing and cleaning out insulation.

I contacted attic construction Az and they set up appointment with Jacob and Paul These guys are very professional they came out to my property and made sure to investigate my attic in great detail. They are a very reassuring contractor on the day of the installation they sent Diego and his crew these guys are top-notch. Totally professional, on time, very proficient. First they protected my property by taping everything off, Then they removed all the insulation from my attic, they made sure to sanitize my attic, they took precaution to safeguard against any critters getting into my attic, and then blew in the new Owens Corning fiber insulation! He was very friendly and spent extra time explaining pros and cons of each insulation material options. His company uses top notch AttiCat Fiberglass made by Owens Corning. His crews came timely on the project day and spent almost two hours just to prepare the worksite, covering walls, furnitures, etc. Everyone was polite and very professional. They used a special machine to vacuum out old cellulose material, sanitized the attic, and then blew in the loose fiberglass material. They performed their job neatly and ensured they left the worksite as clean as possible without any damages.
