​Stop and call ATI before you let anyone else touch your property.<br><br>​We recently dealt with a complicated leak in a second-floor unit at one of our apartment buildings in the SF Bay Area. The first restoration company we called was a nightmare—they set up a single blower with no heat or containment and told us that if it wasn’t dry in 24 hours, they would have to start a full-scale demolition of the downstairs unit. Their lack of expertise was going to cost us thousands in unnecessary repairs and lost rent.<br><br>​I called ATI, and the difference was night and day. Eric had Billy and his team on-site within 2 hours.<br>Instead of jumping straight to demolition, ATI used a sophisticated strategy involving heated blowers and professional containment barriers. They actually understand the science of drying.<br><br>Superior methods:<br>They used moisture meters and sensors to find several wet areas the first company completely missed. Had we listened to the first guys, we would have missed areas of moisture leading to mold.<br><br>​Compliance & Documentation: They provided a formal plan immediately, including diagrams, timelines, and a clear explanation of how they would meet local ordinances.<br><br>​Tenant Management: Dealing with an irate tenant is the hardest part of property management. Terrible customer service. Company doesn't communicate with the customer at all. This company was assigned to fix my roof back in August, it is now November and only more damage has happened to my home which has added 10s of thousands worth of extra damage all due to ATI not doing the job that they were paid for. Every time I have called, everyone is in a meeting that lasts all day and they don't return calls.<br>If you plan to use this company to work on your home, be prepared to wait in silence for months, without updates, and without work even starting after you've paid for the service. 1 out of 5 stars.

This morning, I was at the Home Depot parking lot trying to load two heavy shelves into my truck. They were really heavy, and I was struggling. Richie from This company Coming happened to be there and immediately ran over, saying, “I can’t see you struggling and not help.<br><br>I own an HVAC company myself, and it’s rare to find someone like Richie who genuinely cares and goes out of his way to help others. From now on, I’ll be calling this company for any work I need, and I’ll be recommending them to my friends and family as well.

If your rental ever gets hit with a protein fire (aka the “smells like burnt food” special), call Armando and the crew at ATI Restoration.<br><br>My tenant in Phoenix managed to turn a cooking mishap into a full-blown smoke-and-soot disaster. Cabinets? Gone. Asbestos? Yep, we had that too. Armando rolled in like the restoration superhero I didn’t know I needed.<br><br>The communication was spot on from day one, no guessing games or wondering where things stood. They coordinated everything with State Farm, so all I had to do was pay my deductible and sip coffee while they handled the chaos. Quick, great service and amazing quality of work

We recently experienced a dishwasher leak that ran the entire length of our kitchen wall. ATI disaster recovery services came out survey the damages and put in the work to get my restoration Completed within eight weeks.<br>This was a very quick timeline to complete this major project of removing my kitchen cabinets, my living room wall, drying out the area, making sure there was no mold (which there wasn’t thankfully) and then rebuilding the living room wall and all of my cabinets from scratch.You can’t even tell my cabinets were ever removed.<br>The cabinetry work from this company is absolutely amazing. The different teams of employees that they have that work on your project are all phenomenal and know their stuff.<br>I would recommend ATI disaster, recovery services, time and time again for any work that needs to be done in your Home. The best experience I have had with restoration. Juan Martinez (JJ) went above and beyond to help us. Our pipes were leaking 4 weeks before our baby was born, it was so stressful. Juan pulled in our date of completion by more than 10 days so we would have time to prepare! He was extremely courteous and prompt in responding to all my questions. He and Leon really knew their stuff, explained everything to me, and worked fast! They moved things for us and did everything they could to accommodate us. I would highly recommend Juan and ATI restoration!

I am pleased with the work and customer service provided by Juan at ATI. ATI responded quickly and it was a little jarring at first. There was a bit of confusion, challenges in finding the location of the leak to open the appropriate location. Juan came in after all of that to address putting things back together. He was responsive regardless of the time of day. When the first crew came out and what they did was not what I was told, Juan immediately looked into it and handled it promptly. Because this was going through insurance, I wanted to make sure everything was exactly as insurance ordered so that the record was accurate. Juan did not make me feel bad for being so exact and, at the end of project, I felt comfortable and settled. Given how nerve-wracking the whole situation made me, I found a nice person who was dependable and allowed me to feel like I could begin to relax. Thanks Juan.

We are SO glad our homeowners insurance company recommended ATI Restoration when our hot water heater leaked and flooded our hallway, 2 bathrooms and master bedroom. Yikes! Did a Good Job on my water damage claim

Jay Bell brought in a very skilled group for pluming, carpentry and painting. The total job looks great and if there were questions Jay responded quickly. They deserve 5 stars. FYI - the damage was created but Amazon delivery in the neighborhood and we never got responses to inquiries over 3 to 4 weeks … thank you USAA.

This is a very reliable company. They tell you what they plan to do. And they do it exceptionally well and on time. The workers don’t waste time. Kelly and Jay were very respectful. Terrible. Used them through our home insurance claim…took them more 6+ months to do a job that should have taken a few days to<br>Complete. We would have to proactively call several times just simply to get them to come out and do more work. In the end, they did a terrible job repainting our ceiling. They said that they would come back. Months went by and they never came back and simply closed out our order without me ever approving their work. Terrible.

Not to complain too much, other than, I would highly recommend to never work with this company. In fairness, they came right out when we found out about the water leak. The problem, is that after coming right out and turning on all of their fans, they didn't come back for 10 days. I could not get ahold of them. Leaving those fans on, in Phoenix in the summer, without moving our wine collection, or turning off our air conditioners. Well, $20,000 later in replacing a couple of A/C units, and having 8 cases of wine ruined because of the heat. Did I mention, they never said they were sorry that they messed up, or even admitted they messed up. I learned from my insurance adjuster, that 3 days is the max those fans should have been on. Stay away from this horrible company.

I would be very pleased if someone from ATI would come and pick up their lock box and return my key to me. I have sent texts and called the office and yet no action.<br><br>Their service was good except for the cheap tarp and very poorly installed.

ATI helped me out when a pipe burst in my wall causing major damage to my home. They were incredibly communicative and informative on what the proper steps would be to mitigate my damage, I always felt “in the know” regarding the process. A gentleman named Boston was the project manager tasked to my home project and this guy is nothing less than a professional, it can be intimidating dealing with insurance claims and damage at this magnitude but he seriously prioritized trust between us and I couldn’t have had a better partner in my repairs. Some examples of what he did for me were; He trimmed down the estimate so I could allocate a heavier budget toward the floors, he made statements on my behalf to insurance knowing some of my concerns without me asking, when I was dissatisfied with some damage the flooring team made, he brought his team in to repair all the damages. Mind you the flooring team is separate from ATI. Also Big shout out to ATI’s team member Alejandro Garcia, he did drywall repairs, and cleanup from the flooring crew, this kid was a hard worker, unbelievably kind and intelligent. I can truly say ATI gets a 10 out of 10 from me!

ATI has been awesome. Severe water leak in my brothers home and he is handicap in a wheelchair. They have been super understanding with his needs and have done so much to make this difficult situation bearable. Richie is the demolitions supervisor and has gone above his responsibilities to help with this process. So glad we picked them to help us.

Over two years ago we had a terrible fire at our house. We were assigned ATI by our insurance to handle our repairs. While there were bumps in the road due to supply chain issues, battles with insurance, etc. I felt like the people assigned to our case at ATI treated me with dignity, saw me as a person who just experienced a big loss, and were invested in finding solutions when problems arose. I would also like to add that both the project director and manager were responsive to emails, phone calls, and my frustrations. If I could go back and make a different choice, I would still choose to use this company for its services.

This company is horrible to work with. They have to many excuses for everything. No communication. They low ball contract to get the job then at the end charge extremely more. They are horrible people to work with. I found out that on these reviews some of the 4 stars come from their employees. Stay away from this company. Check with the BBB and see how there reviews are horrible and have many complaints.

ATI was quick to respond to my initial call, quick to prepare and send quote and quick to complete the job. Boston was my main contact and he was a delight to work with. Great Customer service skills. We had one little hiccup but Boston addressed it very quickly and efficiently which only solidified ATIs reputation for me. The ATI Did an excellent job of keeping me informed each step of the way during the repair process on my home . It was a pleasure working with ATI.

No one communicates within the company. To date I have had 5 inspections on my roof and no work has started. The agreement I signed stated work would have started on December 16, 2023. The date of this review is January 10, 2024. A vendor is not even hired at this point.<br><br>The first person did an evaluation of the roof and now the project manager of the same company had to do an inspection of the roof. And the companies they are hiring are also doing inspections of the roof.<br><br>The idea of this company is to save the customer time dealing with this, yet honestly I could have learned how and replace my roof by the time this job is even started.<br><br>They can't even be bothered with updating customers information when receiving bad email address replies.<br><br>I have had to manage this process more myself than I would have very imagined.<br><br>I wish I never had to interact with this company.<br><br>Update: January 18th, ATI received their required 3 quotes. These quotes were not good enough for them to make a profit, thus they were going to delay this job even longer. This company inability to estimate repairs effectively and hire companies in a timely fashion is not the customers problem.

Ati replaced my roof. They did a fantastic job, faster than expected, no incidents at all and on budget with no surprises. I'd recommend than strongly.

I had several businesses (suggested by my insurance company) to select from for repairs following a burst pipe in my home, and I'm so happy that I selected ATI to do the work. The job expanded beyond my original expectations due to the design of the home, but as the task progressed, the coordinators -- John Clabeaux and Jose Almanza -- professionally planned and accomplished the complex work, coordinating several subcontractors and teams, and frequently communicating with me about the progress over several months as I was out of state for the majority of the time. ATI's decades of experience in complex jobs was evident in the work on my home, and I truly appreciated their professionalism and attention to detail to help recover from this incident. Wish all businesses' customer service and task coordination were this wonderful!

John Clarabaux whom I think is the owner of the company is extremely rude and cuts off his customers when talking to them. He never told me who or when people were coming over to the house, he didn’t give me anyone else as a contact point when he went on vacation and he is very unorganized. He had people doing interior restoration to my ceiling before they even started on the root cause of the leak in my roof. Needless to say, the work they did to dry out my ceiling was all destroyed after the very next rain. I would not work with ATI but especially John Clarabaux again.

ATI Restoration-Ryan & Riccardo were VERY kind & professional while taking care of major issues a water leak & damage that had caused damage in multiple areas of our apartment. They were always very respectful, communication was great, they let us know step by step what needed to be done & scheduling to get things done. The apartment complex failed to get things taken care of in a timely manner and made the whole situation take over a month & half - total of 63 total days to finish. ATI Restoration will be who we will call if we ever need them when we have our own home instead of renting. They would have been done quicker if the apartment complex would have let them do what they needed to with trying to cut corners (being cheap).<br><br>Safety protocols were in place & they made sure that we and our pets were safe while we were going through it all. Again Ryan & Riccardo highly recommended. Very knowledgeable, take pride in their work, and work to get things done the right way.

My insurance company recommended ATI after a sewer line break flooded the house. Through the process we have had some really nice people who've done great work. This is where we met Jon. We had some issues with a bathroom vanity that were not his doing but oddly place plumbing from home builder. Jon has been so patient and kind with my indecisiveness. His attention to detail and precision are impressive. It's been a pleasure to get to know him.

I had Craig Spencer come to my house for an estimate for our water damage. He spent time taking measurements and seemed great. I planned on working with this company until I never heard back from him with the estimate. When I called the office they didn’t have my information on file and said they would reach out to Craig. After weeks trying to work with them with no return communication from the office or Craig I moved on. Even the insurance adjuster tried multiple times to communicate with them. I still haven’t heard back from the management anyone.

I could not possibly be more displeased with my experience using ATI as a restoration company. It took them 3.5 months to install a new shower in my home after the water mitigation, mold removal, and floor repairs had been completed. They consistently fail to show for appointments or call when they are going to be late or need to re-schedule. They failed to order the flooring that I asked them to on time, and whey they finally attempted to order it, it was out of stock, so I couldn't match the flooring in the rest of my house. They even installed my shower in someone else's home, so it had to be manufactured again, which led to even further delays. I requested that my insurance deductible be waived and they said they would follow up. They never followed up until the job was complete and then said that they wouldn't waive the deductible. Extremely unprofessional and poor service. Do yourself a favor and select a different company.

I am very concerned about this company requesting that I pay $4951.34 for a job at my condo that was requested by the owner of the condo next door, he requested the job and is listed as our tenant! I will be looking into a lawyer for this, I feel this is unethical, fraud and misrepresentation. I hope they contact me ASAP.

ATI has been working on a project at our<br>apartment complex for two weeks now. It seemed like everything was going smoothly in the beginning, but I was so wrong. Our apartment wasn't terribly affected by the fire that happened, but there was minor water damage after it all. It's been two weeks of in and out for minor water damage. Then, we get told that they need to actually rip our entire ceiling out and I was livid. It's bad enough that we've been dealing with their inconsistent stop ins and losing sleep through the process, and now we have to deal with a completely ruined apartment for what? Something told me to question it, that it was probably a huge mistake about to be made. I'm glad I did because I was right! I asked them to check with the supervisor first and come back, so they did. And now it's a different guy who said the same thing as us, "why would we need to rip the whole ceiling out?". Thank God for the one person who actually cared enough to double check for us because it's been hell trying to lead a normal life with ATI around. I wish I had the guys name who questioned it but I only know one of their names. Get it together ATI because you are interfering with real people's normal lives. You might see this apartment as a worksite, but to us, it's our home and you're making it feel dreadful to even wake up lately because we know you're coming soon. I really hope this review helps someone else speak up because this is our life and it's bad enough as it is lately, we don't need situations like this pushing us over the edge too. I pray this message gets to the intended Target and I pray that they listen and that they take action because this has been one of the most difficult things to ever happen in my life and now, ATI is on that list too.

What a great restoration experience. All the guys including Ryan and Ricardo did AMAZING work, we are truly impressed. They were fast and efficient. The level of professionalism was high. Ryan and Ricardo were very courteous and asked what was the best time in the morning to start working. When they were done, our wall looked brand new again. I will definitely recommend ATI to others.

ATI price list #AZPH28_OCT19 - Water Damage Repair. Ongoing since 10/19/19 NO substantive work performed in 8 weeks. Lived in hotel for 34 days until rental house found. No completion date provided after multiple requests. Project Director and Manager nice guys, but unproductive and non-responsive. 4 weeks minimum amount of work to do with 4 1/2 weeks to get it done before I lose my rental home. If I had known this is the kind of construction management I would experience, I would have hired someone off the street! Worst construction mangement experience in my 40+ years in construction work. If I could post a negative star review it would be a Black Hole!

ATI was quick to respond to the needs of our family during this very emotional event of an unattended death. The staff of ATI displayed knowledge and professionalism from the initial phone call to the biohazard cleaners working onsite. Their ability to help us the very next day on a weekend was so appreciated. I would definitely recommend ATI!

I discovered some old water damage on my ceiling after I scraped away some old popcorn ceiling. This is an old home, with a flat roof, and I didn't want to just cover it up in case the water damage was more severe than what I could see, or in case there was mold. I called my insurance company, USAA, to file a claim. They recommended ATI as the contractor to assess the damage.<br><br>The workers were courteous, polite, respectful, and their work was excellent. The room had some old water damage on the ceiling and the room looks better than before. Everything was very easy and I wouldn't hesitate to work with ATI again.<br><br>One of the workers even noticed what NFL team I'm a fan of, and had an old NFL contract from the 30's that he made a copy of and gave to me. That is top notch. I am 100% happy with the work they did and how they did the work.

ATI was hired by the landlord of my apartment complex to help out after a fire. These guy went into high gear securing my place.. with a new door, boarded up window & cleaned mu unit. I like these guys, as much as anyone can like someone violating their personal space.. 5 star experience.

ATI only gets this high because the crews have been pretty good. However the service from the rest of the company has been horrendous. We had a water leak in our kitchen floor back in the middle of July and it is now the middle of December and they are not done. The Superintendent covering our job doesn't answer phone calls. Seldom answers messages. Never follows through on promises. Literally takes months to answer questions. They have been told for a month that we are hosting the Christmas party for the local fire department. It is now 3 days away and I can't get anyone to commit to having the floor done. They won't even commit to starting. They ignore that question like I have never asked. I even left a message for a gentleman that is supposed to be the regional manager and he has never returned my message either. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone.<br><br>A follow up. The Regional manager did get ahold of me now. Seems like things will finally get done.<br><br>They finally finished once the regional manager was involved but it still took another month plus. So 6 1/2 months to finish. In my construction days I built a stand alone bank with a TI in less time. That was from the ground up.

Worst company EVER!<br>I had some wind damage to my roof and my insurance company recommended these people to tarp the roof. They went to home depot and purchased the cheapest tarps they could find and clear plastic bags to put the sand in. Hmmm. Plastic sitting on a roof in the summer heat in Arizona. Yep, you guessed it. I soon had disintegrated tarps and bags all over my roof and yard with the sand pouring down my roof. Not only that, but they assured us that they would send everything to the insurance company. Well, several months and phone calls later, my insurance company still has not received a bill, and I am getting past due notices. Buyer Beware!

This is an all star company to work with, almost like family. We had a plumbing issue which caused a flood. As soon as my husband called the insurance company the process began. ATI was a joy to work with, especially Beatrice and her crew. They took great care in packing and unpacking our treasures and furniture etc., OUTSTANDING! I had to give him a 5-star review their facility is awesome the staff super friendly. The main reason I wanted to give a review there's a young lady that came up or review because construction companies Place mechanic's liens on properties when they're performing the work. It's the only way to assure that you're going to get paid it's common practice the young lady that gave the review should do a little research before criticizing common practice

I am sooo glad my Insurance Company chose such an awesome contracting company. They truly go above and beyond. They are prompt to respond, and stay until the job is done. On Saturday, Oct 7th, they promptly replied to my plea for help...they came out and removed a litter of 6 kittens that had fallen inside a wall in my house. The compassion Kurt showed because I was so distraught...he would not give up, and skillfully came up with a plan that saved their lives...kudos Kurt, I can't thank you enough. Do not do business with this company. They will try to place a lien against your home even after they have been paid & verified that they have been paid by the insurance company!!! This is undue stress placed on a homeowner that is already suffering from a loss!!

Best place to work

This company tried hard, but stumbled all along the way. After our house fire we were encouraged by our insurance company to hire ATI and ATI assured us we needed their help. The job took 3 times longer than they estimated, they lost multiple items of our salvageable personal property (nothing highly valuable), put us in difficult and awkward situations, hired some really good subcontractors (and a few lousy ones), but finally got the job completed. Overall, they tried hard to make things right. We are pleased with the final project, but we felt that it didn't have to be so difficult. If I had to do it all over again, I would have acted as the general contractor and ran the job myself.
