Scam and rip off I have 4 different names in just one dealing. Sprayed Kilz in my HVAC System which apparently is a big no no. Said I had mold. Praying they haven't messed up my system. Finance company has photos and stopped all future payments...now they are ghosting me. I have filed police report next week I speak to a lawyer. Kilz on floor hopefully i can get over spray off.

Do NOT recommend this company! Would give zero stars if possible. Two service techs showed up hours earlier than agreed (company had contacted us earlier that am which was fine) without company identification of any type. Questioned a lack of company identification and got immediate attitude. Was told I could call the company if I felt I needed to verify them. After looking at my dryer, they reported the internet special of $79 for dryer vent cleaning (which originally prompted me to try this company) now changed to $400 because my vent was completely blocked. My dryer was working fine, drying quickly with no shut offs or high heat alarms so I questioned this and got more attitude from the tech. On my refusal of this outrageous price the two left the home and said they needed to call the office to see if they could get the price lowered for me. They returned a few minutes later and let themselves into my home without knocking! They told me the price was now $275 and I would not find a better deal anywhere for such a dangerously blocked vent. Told me the vent as is, was a huge fire risk. Tech displayed poor to no eye contact, arrogant tone of voice, argumentative and all around abysmal customer service. Zero confidence in this company. Paid the service fee which was a rip-off/scam and dryer vent service now scheduled with another company for tomorrow am for $150 which INCLUDES clearing of any blockage. Beware.

Glad to get rid of mold with Johnny, but he never cleaned to system other than by the air handlers. Never looked at the vents.

Fake service, came to my home a couple days ago and didn’t do none of what I saw in the infomercial. Tried to up sale me on some fake black mold crap and dude was walking around my house while his vacuum was running. Caught him coming out of one of my rooms upstairs. Oh he also pissed in my toilet, didn’t ask, and didn’t flush his piss. Went on the web site to call his leadership team and the phone number didn’t work. He call another guy who sound like he was sleep. It’s all a scam to instill fear so you pay for a service that they are not qualified to do. I filed a complaint with the BBB and noticed that they don’t event have a rating with BBB but they did have a lot of other bad reviews on BBB. Stay away from these folks!!

This business is a scam. These people came out and lied and said I had mold. Called the back the number on their site is disconnected. I call the Tech Daniel and he is ghosting me. The company doesn’t exist. I can contact anyone about the work that wasn’t done. I have to contact legal to deal with this BS

We had a tech come out this morning for inspection and clean our chimneystack was on time and after inspection ,he advised us that the flashing around the base of chimney was bad. He gave us a price of $550.00 to reseal the base. Less then 20mins later he was done. He only placed henrys sealer around the flashing.Henry's is $26.00 gallon and he used a very small amount. I have been treated better at a used car lot

I had AZ Right Choice come out on April 25, 2025. He arrived wearing EXTREMELY strong cologne-which triggers my asthma as I'm very sensitive to chemicals, car exhaust, etc) Despite my reservations, I allowed him to come in, but explained I would have to keep my distance. He inquired into when I had last had my cleaned, and when I told him I had not, he very haughtily informed me that 'EVERYBODY has their ducts cleaned every 6 months'. I told him that I didn't know anyone who did it that often-or at all. He went up into the attic, and returned within a few minutes with several pictures he said were of my attic. He was unhappy that I would not sit or stand beside him to view the pictures. I reminded him that his cologne was too strong & so text me the pictures. He told me that 4 of the 6 legs of my ducting , were disconnected and cooling only the attic. He also showed an area that he said was a huge pile of rat and mouse droppings, a picture he purported to be my very rusted coil and the inside of ductwork he said had black mold and rodent droppings. He also showed an area of insulation that he said had black mold. Further, he said by STATE LAW I have to have 14" of insulation and I only have 7". He then said that he would call his company and get prices for everything. I told him not to bother, and he demanded to know what I expected him to do. I told him I just wanted him to do what I had requested. He became furious and stormed past me, and went back to the attic. He had a small hose with him that he pulled from his ratty van (hose was about twice the size of a house vacuum hose) and I heard the vacuum turn on. About 15-20 minutes later, he came back inside and mentioned the dryer. I told him I had changed my mind, and did not want it done as I could not physically deal with his cologne inside the house. He became very angry, and said he had already cleaned the dryer vent. I questioned how he could have done that as the dryer vents to the roof, and he had not been anywhere close to my dryer. He claimed he had cleaned it from the attic, that there were several ways to clean a dryer vent. He demanded to know how I planned to pay for his work, and I told him with my credit card. He started writing up the invoice, then glanced at me and demanded to know how much I intended to tip him. I was startled, and then replied that I did not plan to do so. He became angrier, and then discovered he did not have a Wi-Fi and DEMANDED that I give him my Wi-Fi password. I refused, telling him that I do not give that to anyone. I told him I would write a check. He began screaming at me, telling me that I was an awful person and his company would never work for me again. I told him no one had ever said that to me before, and that I had no intentions of ever calling his company again. He responded that they were all lying to me and that everyone hates me. I contacted my AC company and requested a tech to come check for damage, as I was concerned that AC or the ducts may have been damaged. I was correct. When my tech came out, not only was one of the ducts damaged, but the pictures AZ Right Choice had shown me were not from my attic at all. The very 'rusty' coil was not even the same type coil I have. Fortunately, the damage was repaired, and Dukes of Air came out and actually cleaned my AC and dryer vent. I would NEVER hire this company again.<br><br>BUYER BEWARE!!

BUYER BEWARE!!!<br><br>I was reluctant to post however I think it's important to share my experience for those looking for a professional, honest company.<br><br>I found this company in a local neighborhood FB group. I was looking for a company to clean the air ducts in my elderly father's home as he will be coming home soon from rehab. I was told it would be $199 for all ducts to be cleaned with a free inspection.<br>Lucas came out and said the whole HVAC system had mold and that it would cost $2,100 to clean. He proceeded to tell me the $199 wouldn't apply to me because of the location of my unit. He sent me pictures of the return, duct and plenum box. I told him I would get back to him as I didn't anticipate that cost. He said I could just pay the $100 for the service call. I thought about it and remembered I was told there was free inspection. I sent him a text stating that. He responded via text saying it wasn't and to not mess with his money and living. He also said he'd post my number on 5 different service groups so they wouldn't give me service. Needless to say I referred him to my husband.<br><br>However I was concerned about mold so I sent the pics to another ait duct cleaning company as well as a contractor, mold specialist and my HVAC technician. They all said the same thing---that there was alot of debris but no mold they could see. For peace of mind we had mold testing completed by a reputable company. They took 5 samples in the home, results indicate NO MOLD!!<br><br>Please BE CAREFUL!! This was dishonest and unprofessional. Research the company you're considering and don't hesitate to get a 2nd or 3rd opinion.<br><br>***PICS of encounter***

100% bait and switch. Tried to convince my wife there was mold in the ducts and the original $99 skyrockets to over $1k. She called me for approval to proceed, I said hell no, that I needed to look at it myself. He then said they could do it do a little under $1k instead and again I said no, I needed to see it myself (I wasn’t home) and wouldn’t decide right away. After I hung up he tried to convince my wife to do it without my input and I wouldn’t know. She obviously declined.<br><br>I arrived at the house a few hours later and went to where there was “an aggressive mold problem” per his video and found NO Mold, through any of my ducts. Homie tried to convince my wife to do it without me cuz he knew I’d come home and find out there wasn’t any mold in the first place. And he kept bugging her to choose on the spot.<br><br>Do not use, and if u do be firm and do your research before so you’re not scammed.

This company is a scam the address is an Apartment Complex, they did a really bad service in my house and I am being calling them to get it fix a they blocked me from fb, phone number. I just through away $500 dollars thinking they were honest people

I’ve never wrote a bad review in my life. Here’s my experience: they told me I had a plugged dryer vent and it needed to be cleaned. They quoted 500$ because they needed to “unplug” it and then clean it. I told them no that was too expensive. Tech said he would make a call to lower price and give me a better deal if I gave 5 star review.<br><br>I’m pro Small business so I agreed and said yes. He worked on it for 10 mins said it was good to go and left. He left my dryer away from the wall with lent sitting on the ground. I cleaned that up and tried my dryer. It worked worse than when he came. It went from drying decent to not drying at all.<br><br>I called back the next day explained this, and the gentleman was super rude and told me he would get back to me by end of day.. no response. I called every day for 4 days straight, twice a day. No one answered and I just got their AI voice bot.<br><br>Super frustrated, I got a sewer camera to see if it really was them who made it worse and to rule out my dryer being broke. I ran the camera in the vent, and not only was the vent not cleaned, but there was a plug made. I will attach the photos from my sewer camera.<br><br>So not only did I get charged 450$ (which is WAY beyond market price for dryer vent cleaning), they left a mess in my kitchen, never responded to me after days of calling, and didn’t even fix the problem, in fact made it worse.<br><br>Again I have never wrote a bad review, huge proponent of small businesses. I would never recommend these people to anyone ever. And I hope this saves someone in the future from getting scammed. Look elsewhere. if you ever get Leo as a tech just say no right away.

I had my dryer vent cleaned by David yesterday. It badly needed it, and I believe he did a competent job. However, $600 seems a bit over the top expensive for 45 minutes of work. Beware!

Leo was a great fireplace technician coming from a place of not knowing anything about chimneys or fireplaces. He had great recommendations on how to make the fireplace easier to use, safer, pigeon free, and also look better.<br>Leo was very patient with me as I had many questions as I am a first time homebuyer.<br><br>Thank you again for your great work!!

Today we got air vents duct cleaning service done from Daniel and Chase. It was amazing experience. My one of the AC unit was fine but other one had mold issues then Daniel and Chase suggest to get the deep cleaning and also UV light too prevent the mold, not to happen again. They took their time to finish the whole service. Daniel and Chase did wonderful work very happy with the job. Definitely recommend to everyone.

We’ve been our home for two years and have yet felt comfortable with using the fireplace/chimney as we weren’t sure the last time it was used, cleared and cleaned. Bait and switch. Vent cleaning was to be $69 yet he stated was clogged and would cost additional $400 to clear. I said NO .. he then said talked to office and good news it was going to be $300 including the $69 fee. Again said NO. The methods of cleaning were also questionable. Wanted to use a solution to break up the clog. Lint and water of any kind does not work. Sorry but I can not recommend ...
