I had a new HVAC SYSTEM installed. All of the crew went above and beyond my expectations.

I have been a customer of alien air for several years now and have been extremely happy with their service. Most recently I had a routine service appointment scheduled and both the company and the individual repair guy called me the day of to keep me updated on his arrival time. He was punctual and polite and knowledgeable. He was happy to answer any questions I had and explain what was being done before he did it. Overall, great service for a reasonable price!<br><br>Update: Jeremy was here today to do a indoor and outdoor coil cleaning. He called ahead to let me know his arrival time. He performed the cleaning efficiently and communicated what was being done well. He also double checked my gates before leaving to make sure my dogs wouldn't get out.<br>Very happy with his service today!

After another company unsuccessfully couldn't figure out our a/c zoning and cooling issue. Jeremy from Alien Air conditioning found the issue, and repaired it quickly. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and obviously had many years of experience. He explained every step as he thoroughly inspected and repaired our issue. First time homeowner here and I had no idea what to do regarding my AC. I reached out to Ailen Air Conditioning and Heating and spoke to Chris.<br><br>Chris was very friendly over the phone and came out the next day to see what wrong with my AC. I dreaded with the thought that I would have to replace my entire AC, but Chris reassured me that my AC is pretty much new and under warranty.<br><br>Chris was able to figure out that the blower fan went out and some small maintenance issues could be fixed if I liked. He never tried to oversell me on additional things which I greatly appreciate.<br><br>Chris and Jose came out the next morning and was able to replace the part and fix some small issues including replacing an old thermostat for me just like I requested. My ac went out on a Friday evening and I didn't think we would get it fixed until Monday but alien ac came out on a Sunday and fixed it in less than 20 minutes. Would highly recommend them and the ac tech was very professional and nice. He also gave us some helpful tips to hopefully stop the ac breaking again or atleast to prevent the same thing from happening.

After I called within 3 hours our air conditioner was repaired. In 100 degree weather in Phoenix that is very important. Very fast and friendly service by Jeremy.

Alien Air saved my air conditioner! When we originally bought it, it was not cooling our house fast enough and once it hit 108 or higher, it ran 24/7. After they sealed our air ducts and walls joints, and cleaned up the unit, our a/c runs half the time as it used to per day! Huge difference! Jeremy did a great job at our follow up appointment 3 months after completion of the work and everything is still running great!

Jeremy is hands down THE best technician! He has saved us on multiple occasions when our AC has stopped working. My daughter and I live in an older home built in the 50’s. The original metal pipes are still in our home and of course have a tendency to rust and clog the drain pipe. He knows exactly what to do to get our problem pipe clear and back on track to having cold AC blowing. Jeremy calls beforehand to verify your address and gives an estimated time of arrival which he has always been earlier than later. He’s very respectful of your property, doesn’t mind dogs, answers any and all questions you ask of him, extremely friendly and knowledgeable and very affordable reasonable prices. Alien Air takes care of you! Jeremy came out and got the story from me about how my A/C was acting weird. It worked, but only sometimes and couldnt keep up. I usually check everything I can myself until its beyond my capabilities. Well Jeremy verified everything I had checked myself and then ruled out a few more things but turns out the compressor is taking a dump...<br><br>But I'm thankful they got recommended to me. We had 2 companies come over and diagnose our AC issues: Incorrectly, and with a very high repair estimate. Gave Alien a call, they scheduled and came within a week of the call ready to repair and after a very brief examination we able to determine the actual issue, were able to perform the repair and were on their way for a fraction of the time and cost estimated by other companies. Highly recommend.

Alien first responded within a hour of my call when my home warranty couldn’t find a tech until 5 days later. Chris not only replaced my upper fan blower motor, but did a thorough inspection of the entire HVAC system. I was sent an email with my identifying info and a view of every part he checked along with recommendations and costs. We scheduled another appointment to do most of the recommendations. He was on time. His colleagues were as thorough and professional as he is. The entire Alien team is phenomenal! I highly recommend them!! Oh and the team actually vacuumed my home when they were done.

We've used Alien Air for a few years now and the level of service has never changed. Their technicians are prompt, professional and courteous. Chris was able to quickly secure the new unit we wanted, and worked to schedule us right away. Today Mike and crew showed up right on time and before we knew it the old unit was removed and the NEW unit was installed. This is now my go-to place for my AC work. After having four techs and four parts replaced, they still couldn't fix it. I called Alien and they diagnosed the problem quickly, drove to the distributor to pick up the part, and installed it. It's working great ever since. Jeremy told me some things about my filters and air flow and didn't try to sell me anything! Nearly unheard of. I love that they don't work on commission, they were more interested in solving the problem than trying to upsale me on various items. You won't regret calling them!

He courteously reminded us that our annual maintenance agreement had expired and offered a renewal discount if we continued our contract. The best outcome possible on this visit was some savings and the continuous relief from the heat provided by our AC. Alien AC walks the talk. My mother's AC quit few nights ago I suspected cap, or condenser fan. Didn't have time to look at it she needed it fixed ASAP. Alien Air came first thing in the AM turned out to be the condenser fan start CAP cost $440 he gave her a $90 discount was $350 to replace it. They did a full check of the system, and found some other repairs needed to be done in the future. Also replaced the filter. Prompt service got the AC going fast which was great. I would recommend them to anyone needed quick service.

We purchased a new Trane heating-air conditioning system from Alien about a year ago. They were on time and and the install went smoothy. The clean up was wonderful. Recent;y, we had to call out one of their technicians this summer when the system shut off and we could not determine the cause. Alien promptly sent out a very nice young man to check it out. He quickly determined the problem and took care of it, There was no charge. We plan to have them out on a regular basis to clean and service the system.

This review is a little late, but it’s honestly because I’ve been enjoying my AC during this record heatwave and haven’t had to worry about my AC going out!!<br><br>I can’t express enough how genuinely impressed I was with this company! I called them in the Spring, to inspect and service my AC, which is a very old unit. Most companies, would have told me to replace the entire unit, and I’m sure anyone reading this knows how expensive that can be.<br><br>But not Alien. They put together a video presentation for me, detailing with actual photos of my unit, what parts they thought needed to be replaced or cleaned. They provided me a detailed estimate with no pushy sales tactics. They told me my older unit was a workhorse and would continue to run for many years with a little TLC.<br><br>It’s almost unheard of these days for a company to be so transparent and honest, especially when they know they could easily gouge you for a product you literally can’t live without.<br><br>YOU ARE OUT OF THIS WORLD ALIEN!

We're coming up on four years since Alien Air Conditioning installed the new (at the time) heat pump HVAC on our home. It has been one of the smartest upgrades we've made towards our home. The unit they installed still blows cold or heat as needed while using far less electricity to run. The guys from the company walked me through everything they were doing and they genuinely cared about doing business with us. Alien Air is AMAZING!! I had a part replaced on my air conditioner and mentioned I needed some duct repair from the October storm. Other places stayed a minimum of $2500 to work on it. Alien not only fixed the ductwork but sealed and a bit more for more than less than half the others price.<br>BEST? Jamison and Jose were professional, friendly and actually cleaned up after their work was done. They explained everything; offered suggestions but never pushed anything.<br>I HIGHLY recommend this company.

Alien AC has been amazing since our move to Arizona. They installed a whole new unit in our upstairs, repaired the unit downstairs, and when our heat went out this morning, they talked me through how to re-program our thermostat over the phone. Really recommend this company! They are super friendly and provide quick service which is significant in Arizona heat. My AC broke on a Monday morning, called them, and they were over diagnosing the issue within a couple hours. They were able to get a brand new AC unit, order a crane, and install my new AC unit by 8am on Tuesday morning. Not even 24 hours had passed since I called them and my AC was fixed!

Alien Air was responsive and willing to work with our situation. They were on time and professional, and our replacement unit is 100% functional and cooling our house as expected. The workers were courteous and understanding, and the experience was very positive overall.

Chris at Alien Air goes the extra mile to give excellent service. We had a little leak and he responded quickly to keep our air conditioner running. While there he did our preventative maintenance and as usual we are more than pleased with his work.

I first contacted Chris with Alien Air Conditioning and Heating at 6:05 a.m.on Thursday May 26, without expecting somebody to answer the phone. Chris answered the phone, was very polite listening to what I have to say. I'm out of State owner, he asked me to text him the address and promised me that his team will do the job to get the A/C working at least 75% same day. I was amazed that the job was done as Chris promised due to upcoming memorial day weekend. I am talking about the A/C that another company went to service barely 9 days through management company before I found Alien Air Conditioning and Heating. Chris never try to sell me something my house didn't need. Chris and his team went to my renting house and access what need to be done and see what was done a week before to the A/C. Chris sent me an estimate with pictures of what need to be done and say that he want to do what is necessary to lower the cost. Chris care about owner's compare to other company that has went to my house. Please if you are living out of State I advice you to use Alien Air Conditioning and Heating for A/C services. The company can be trusted 100% and if I have to give this company million stars I will do it. Alien Air Conditioning and Heating went above my expectation. The company is HONEST. We have used Alien AC several times now for our annual AC cleaning and check-up, as well as for duct and platform sealing. They have always been responsive, very fairly-priced, friendly and done quality work. One of their techs, Jeremy, in particular has been fantastic. (Request him if he's available!)<br><br>Also, although our AC units do not yet need to be replaced, I called several companies for estimates, and Alien's was by far the best. Definitely worth keeping them in mind for new installations, too.

We've used Alien Air to service/fix our AC since 2017. They have always been great to work with. Our AC is newer but "too big" for our house, but they never tried to sell us a new one unlike some other companies who just want to make a sale. Alien Air Conditioning and Heating recently installed a new AC unit at my condo and I'm extremely happy and 110% satisfied with the exceptional customer service provided throughout the process. Accessing the AC unit was not the easiest task, as the unit was located on the second floor with a very steep pitched roof and a parapet wall. The team were experts in performing the highest quality service given the challenges. They went above and beyond ensuring my smart thermostat was properly installed, replaced air filters with higher quality filters, and provided me with great preventative maintenance advice. Jeremy is awesome! Best A/C maintenance person I have ever had. He has been servicing our Trane XR17 unit that we had Alien install in 2015 for the last several years. Happy with the install and the unit. Jeremy is professional, very personable, knowledgeable, offers quality service, communication, etc. In short...he is great to work with and a breath of fresh air in the service industry! I had Mike come out early today. After leaving them a voicemail at 4 in the morning. They replied to me even before they opened for business. And had Mike come out just before 10am. And before the heat got too bad. He did a great job explaining. And going over options. And made short work of the issue we were having. I could tell he was recommending what was best for us. Alien Air is the only ac company I fully trust. I have been exclusively using this company for years. I am always pleased with their professional service. I have recommended Alien Air to many people who were all extremely pleased with their work quality and customer service. Alien Air does not try to upsell you or sell you anything that you don't need. Alien Air shows up when other's company's won't. Their techs are neat and knowledgeable.

I'm not one to write reviews but i've made an exeption for Alien Air due to the extremely positive interactions I've had with them. I originally contacted them for an energy audit and had the owner, Chris, come out. Not once did he try and upsell me on something I didn't need. After having several companies come out for a general AC install/repair estimate, Chris was the only one who didn't turn that into a sales pitch.<br><br>I ended up having Alien install a new unit and add insulation to my home to take advantage of the SRP rebates program. Chris was honest, direct, on time and always answered any questions I had. One month into having the work completed I've noticed a cooler home, less run time on my unit and a reduction in my electricity bill compared to last year. I will definitely use Alien air moving forward for my AC needs.

I highly recommend Alien Air Conditioning! When my A/C was out, they came the same day and fixed the problem! Completely "COVID" friendly...we were able to communicate by phone and text to resolve the problem in a short period of time. There are a TON of AC repair companies....Alien Air came to me due to my property manager...and they made a GREAT choice selecting Alien Air :)!!!

Chris at Alien Air was fair and honest. My roof A/C was replaced without any problems, the crew got to my place at 6 am and was done in 3 hours. The employees were extremely professional and answered all my questions. I was very surprised to have such honesty from a company. Chris decided I didn't need any ductwork and saved me $1100. My air conditioning stopped cooling earlier this month so I called my Home Warranty company. They sent out Chris at Alien A/C. He did an inspection like no other company that has done check ups on my A/C. He advised the unit was over 30 years old and it was on it's last leg. He was here over hour checking wiring and components and showing me the problems. I elected to buy a new unit, since it was 115 degrees. He had it installed within 2 days. They had my new unit up and running within 3 hours. Cleaned up all the mess and gave me a box of filters for this type of unit. I can't say enough about this company. Integrity, honesty, prompt, friendly and a family company. I will always call them for any air conditioning or heating problems. Thank you guys, you're the best!!!!!!

Have you ever come home mid summer to a roasting hot house, only to find your air conditioner had died? Well, we have. Alien Air Conditioning came to our rescue 10 years ago with a fast response, knowledgeable technicians, and excellent choices of repair or replacement.<br><br>10 years in how do we feel about Alien AC? They continue to offer excellent service, they are responsive, and they are reasonably priced. About 5 years ago I decided to price other AC businesses’ services, just to see. I found they either refused to give clear pricing up front or were much more expensive. Alien AC continues to be our informed AC service of choice.

These guys are great! I talked with one of those big name companies first. Then I talked to Chris over at Alien. He explained that it would be about 3x LESS than what the big companies were charging. He never tried to upsell me (which is a big deal to me)... in fact, he explained that I actually needed to downsize for better efficiency. Jeremy and Mike were professional and thorough. Everyone explained every bit of what they were installing and what they were doing. And when my Nest thermostat was giving me issues not long after the install, Chris came by the same day to take a look at the wiring.... He fixed it in minutes! (it was an improper install from the Nest people) I love my new AC unit! It's working GREAT! And it's nice to know I have some knowledgeable and trustworthy people to lean on when I need help!

Alien AC are the only guys I trust! I've been using them for all my heating and cooling needs for years. I get honest upfront advice and service, and feel they always have my best interest at heart. I purchased a new unit from them several years ago plus they are able to keep by other original Trane running at minimum cost.

I called Chris Anderson at Alien AC today, because the air conditioning stopped working at my aunt’s house. She was very worried her AC would not get fixed, since it was a holiday. I left a message and in less than 15 minutes, he returned my call. He was at her house with in the hour and he had the unit running right away. Chris was really friendly, honest and very professional. He only charged her for a service call, since it was an easy fix. There was no extra charge for being after hours or on a holiday. I think he will be her AC guy from now on!

Alien AC is great!<br>First of all, that little alien on their trucks is super cute. There. I said it.<br>So, after the first air conditioner they installed ran it's course we knew exactly who to call. And once again they gave us a great deal, amazing service and had our new unit up and running the next morning. Whether you need your ac fixed or replaced you should call Alien AC. Our family has used them for years and wouldn't use anyone else.

Alien AC installed our A/C unit for us 8 1/2 years ago. We came home yesterday to a 90 degree house and realized our fan motor wasn't blowing. Alien A/C is the best company I have ever used for assistance with a/c problems. We have used them for several years. They are quick to respond and go out of their way to make sure issues are addressed as soon as possible even in the worst heat of the summer! Most recently on a 105+ day our heat pump stopped working, the evening before I was to leave out of town. The owner was able to get someone out very early the next morning before I had to leave for the airport. I felt very comfortable and confident in Mike's ability to take care of our a/c. i had to leave, but he stayed and finished the job very nicely, and the cost was very reasonable. My husband and daughters were very happy to have the a/c fixed so quickly (as was I). I would highly recommend this company!

Chris did a great job repairing my A/C unit. He was able to fix in one day. Select Home warranty sucks at life but at least Alien A/C got it done. At first I was less then impressed with Alien but soon found out not was Select Home Warranty that sucked at life.
