First, second, third, and probably even fourth time I dealt with this company I absolutely despised them for their warranty service after buying a home. Left a terrible review swearing that I’d never use them again. But at the end of the day, their prices are unmatched for full home treatment. I gave it another shot and thankfully had AJ come out and treat our home. We are having some work done in our master bathroom and AJ advised for us to reach out to him as he wanted to treat the soil underneath the shower. After he came out a few times without being able to treat the area, (poor communication on our contractors and us) he was able to finish the job dark and early this morning. Though I’ll never agree with their warranty services taking 2+ weeks to schedule, I will say they have some quality employees and seem to truly care about what they do. Give AJ his flowers Action, because I assume I am one out of many customers that he’s retained for ya’ll.

Bill and his associate, Al, arrived on time. They clearly explained what they will do and what we were expected to do. They proceeded to drill the necessary holes and apply the material. Everything went smoothly.

Setting up my appointment was fast and easy. Day of my appointment AJ provided great communication and was friendly. He was also very informative.

Daren was very friendly and very knowledgeable about what he was going to do to help us get the best results.

I have been using this company for over a year. They are easy to reach, always show up on time and come back in between if needed. My tech Johnny is friendly, polite, and listens to any concerns.

I work from home and have 2 dogs in the house so I really appreciate that Carl is quiet and swift in his inspection and spraying. Plus and most importantly, service is effective! We have had a history of black widows in our backyard, and with consistent (monthly) visits, we haven’t had any further issues.

Action Termite is a very good company to work with. They took care of our original problem and we’ve had to have them come back a couple of times. You call them they set a time they come out when they say they’re coming out and they take care of the problem. Darren came out to take care of our latest problem and he’s very professional and you can tell he knows the business.

Tori did an excellent job with the quarterly treatment for spiders, scorpions, etc. She went above and beyond in answering my questions and providing advice. She did an especially comprehensive job spraying inside and out and setting new sticky traps. Very pleased with the service I received!

Nick was great. He sent a “head’s up” text message that he was on his way in advance of my appointment time. He arrived promptly & was very professional. Nick looked at the area in question & determined what needed to be done. He treated the area & then reviewed it with me to explain was he did. After spotting some new termite activity, I called Action for a service call. Nick came out and checked not only the spots I noted but the rest of the house as well. He did some troubleshooting with the spots and attentively answered some of my additional questions. Daren M. Was very knowledgeable and informative. Easy to talk to and respectful of my home. Talked about future treatment plans and how termites work giving me all the information I need to make a knowledgeable decision for the future.

My Appt was 7-9 for indoor treatment today. No show no call-I waited here from 7 until 11 then he came and treated the outside!!! I called office 4 times -no one ever called me back. Extremely disappointed with the service. As a property manager I will not recommend or use.

Terrible service. Every pest I contacted them for they had an additional fee for that termination except for basic pest control service which requires a one year contract and the dude will show up and leave within ten minutes. Complete waste of time and money. Had to pay an Early Termination Fee of $240 for canceling their worthless monthly pest service that costs $40 a month. Worst mistake I ever made was contacting these people.

We have been very happy with Action Termite and their employees. Today Aj performed an annual inspection to ensure no termites. He was on time, and called first to let us know he was on his way. He was friendly and very professional- from his uniform to his inspection. We highly recommend.

They canceled the original appointment of 12/26 and had rescheduled our appointment. I get it! Things happen, especially during the holidays. We agreed to reschedule Jan 2 from 1-4.<br><br>We received a call the morning of Jan 2 at 9:45 that the technician was 45 minutes out and on his way- more than 2.5 hours before the rescheduled appointment- which we couldn't do because I had a doctor’s appointment and would not be home (thus the request for 1-4). The technician coming over said he had family coming in town so our scheduled time was not convenient for him and he'd call the office to let them know to have someone else come.<br><br>We then got a confirmation text for the correct time of 1-4. We waited (also planning for family coming over) and they were a no show!<br><br>3 weeks later- we will find another company.

Herbert was great showed up when they said they would., answered all my questions and went straight to work. Made me feel at ease and as a new homeowner i that’s exactly what I needed. Thank you!!

AJ came on time and gave me a call 20 min out so I could unlock my gate. He stared inspection and called me so I coild meet him out back. Also suggested I got my pool pump working soon to prevent stagnation of water an a mosquito issue. Thanks for the great service.

Worse company for pest control I have ever dealt with for new business. No call back twice and a no show after being on their schedule. How you ever got a 4.9 rating is beyond me, they must not be real. Now their rep that came out to look at my problem (Joe) you better give him a raise cause he talked you guys up something unbelievable, thanks for your time Joe, you are the reason I was going with Action. I hired them 4 years ago for termites which included a 5-year warranty. I have had recurrent termites every 6 months during this time. When I call them to ask them what more I can do to get rid of them they just say they'll send a technician out. The technicians have been very professional and site treat the area with active termites. The termites have have continued to come back. Unfortunately, some of studs in my walls have been damaged to the point where when I put a nail in them they feel completely hollow.<br>After calling them this last time and explain my recurrent issue and asked what else we can do. I got the same old response. I've since hired a new company.

Rachelle Keller is the best we have worked with. She has extraordinary attention to detail and does the extra things that really make her service special. We ask for additional spraying in the garage and extra sticky boards to leave behind and she accommodated with no problem whatsoever. We also mentioned we have seen a ground squirrel in the yard And she had Some suggestions for handling that issue. Overall, just a great person to deal with very knowledgeable person!

I called for pest control (specifically for a scorpion problem) on Monday night, and they called me back first thing Tuesday morning and were able to send Johnny out that same day. He sprayed my parents’ house inside and out for scorpions and did an excellent job. Johnny was professional, friendly, and explained everything clearly, including where scorpions like to hide and how to help prevent them from coming back. One of the best Pest control companies in AZ. I thought I had a minor termite problem but, when our exterminator Marcos came he found that it was bigger than expected. None the less he assured us it wasn’t anything they couldn’t handle and it was taken care of almost immediately. We’ve used Action for Termites and bug control for several years. Today A.J. Came by to perform our annual warranty service for termites. He let us know he was on his way 15 minutes before, showed up on time and completed the service quickly. He was pleasant and efficient and made the whole process easy.

This company has been nothing but unprofessional. My technician, Ben, promised a 48-hour follow-up after setting traps but didn’t return for nearly three weeks. When he finally showed up, the traps contained decomposing, maggot-ridden rats.<br><br>He came out one more time, set sticky traps, and then I got bumped from his schedule for a scheduled 1 week follow-up. When another rat got caught and was still alive, I had to remove and dispatch it myself because Ben ignored my message. He tried to reschedule with me, then, he stopped responding altogether. Completely unacceptable communication. This company does not care about its smaller clients or basic follow-through — avoid them.

He was very knowledgeable and gave me several options, the one he recommended was not to sell me on their service, but to wait and see if any additional issues came about, and see what the best course of action would be. I had a time gram from 2-4 nobody ever came then got a text saying the technician truck broke I had reschedule for the next day then I got a text from another technician Rachelle Keller and she said she could come. When she came, I explained how nervous I was about scorpion, and that I had a dog and a young grandbaby she listened her me. She went above and beyond she was very thorough. I appreciate her coming when she did not have to I see she takes pride in her job. I would give her 10 star rating if it went that high she was happy and understanding to my need. Codie at ACTION was so kind and helpful and went above and beyond when he came back to treat my garage that wasn't able to be accessed during my last treatment. He explained everything thoroughly and is coming back to treat the middle of my garage where I had moved everything so he could get to the perimeter. I wish more companies were as thorough and easy to work with as ACTION!!

AJ is a professional. We identified a termite issue with our wood floors. AJ suggested before he drilled that it would be best to have a couple planks removed so he could insure he was drilling as close to the crack where the termites were coming in. We did, and then AJ treated the area. His knowledge of how to tackle our problem was appreciated. I have used Action Termite for 10 years and highly recommend them and AJ!

These guys are awesome. Been to my house twice, first for gopher extermination. Second was to follow up to see if the gophers were gone. YES, no more gophers.<br>Additionally, their communication is great. Both visits Andrew called first to confirm the time. Plus, Tammy from the office sent me a reminder text.<br>Now the best part; there was a bee hive in one of our trees, Andrew got rid of the (killer) bees while he was there. Last Saturday, Aaron came out for our regular service and he was so thorough. He even had a special tool for removing cob and spider webs from under the roof eves.
