They came to Dallas to insulate my exterior walls last month. They did a great job and were very, very nice. There were some minor hiccups, this being a 90-year-old house that is normal, they made it right. I would definitely recommend them.

USA Insulation did an incredible job for us. They added insulation to my attic to an R-49, repaired my radiant barrier and installed solar fans. Jason, the owner did a very thorough job of inspecting everything before the work was done and gave detailed instructions to the crew. Their crew was very conscientious and did an excellent job. The pricing was very fair for the work done. I highly recommend them!!

I am an HVAC technician in Lakeway Texas so I see a lot of spray foam jobs, I wanted my Dutch barn spray foamed and while searching for the best I came across USA insulation... Everything from the quote to the completion of the job was absolutely flawless... The spray foam team was very diligent and skilled in his trade and took the extra time to tape off areas and keep a clean job site which I definitely appreciate... 10 out of 10 will definitely use these guys again in the future as well as steer my customers in their direction... The owner does a detailed analysis of the home's insulation needs. He spent about two hours inspecting the attic; crawl spaces and walls. His installation crew is experienced and works quickly. I highly recommend USA Insulation.

USA Insulation of Austin did a fantastic job insulating my attic with blown-in fiberglass insulation (R-38). Before their visit, my attic had no insulation at all, and now it has a full 15-inch depth as promised. Ellie, the manager, was especially helpful and impressively prompt with communication, making the scheduling and setup very easy. Cody, the crew leader, and his team were careful, efficient, and genuinely friendly throughout the installation process. I particularly appreciated their patience and understanding when I was late letting them into the house due to losing track of time on a run, and when I forgot to leave clear instructions about locking up afterward. Despite these hiccups on my part, they handled everything professionally and courteously. Overall, I highly recommend USA Insulation of Austin for their professionalism, quality of work, and excellent customer service.

I hired USA Insulation for our garage remodel project. They have a straight forward process and completed work quite quickly. Foam seems to be a better product than blown in insulation for a number of reasons, looking forward to our now air conditioned garage!

What a great company! They do Customer service the way it should be! I spoke with Jason and Ellie about a shower that was freezing sometimes. Ellie was very knowledgeable about insulation and how they might or might not be able to help me. She booked the appointment and explained what they would be looking for. Jason came by this morning and made a very thorough investigation of my entire house - exterior, interior and attic so that he could understand where the water to the shower was coming from. In the end he told me where he suspected the freezing was occurring and that a plumber might be a better solution. He gave me lots of knowledge and suggested a couple of experiments I can try this winter to further isolate the problem area. He never tried to sell me anything I did not need. He took the time to explain how my attic ventilation worked. He even identified a very small gas leak at my AC (which is being fixed as I type this).

It has been a wonderful experience working with them. They are very accommodating with scheduling, and I was fortunate that they had an appointment available promptly. They took the time to thoroughly explain everything to me. We decided to insulate the entire house in order to take advantage of the tax incentive. The injections were administered from the exterior of the house, so there are no visible holes. Our house has three sides made of brick. The entire process took two days. The insulation has made a significant positive impact on the comfort level of our home. They have been very responsive to all of my emails and phone calls, even when I had random questions. Jason is fully dedicated to his product, and both he and Ellie have provided excellent customer service. I highly recommend their team.

Could not speak more highly about USA Insulation. They have taken care of blown in insulation for us as well as in wall injection foam. We encountered a bit of a snafu (an honest mistake) with our blown in insulation, and it was rectified in less than 48 hours. Jason, the owner of the company came over and did the work himself and went above and beyond. A stand up company run by stand up people.

It took two days and they did injection foam insulation as well as some blowing fiberglass and installing a solar vent. A great job in a complicated situation. Jason ( the owner) himself spent a good amount of time supervising the crew and addressing all of my concerns.

I called several insulation companies to get an attic inspected while during option period as house was under contract. USA Insulation came out (Jason) and did a thorough inspection and provided a report and quote for me to present to the sellers as we asked for a concession. Concession was accepted and the team was hired to complete the job. Professional crew, on time, provided follow up. USA Insulation was great to work with.

I wanted to give Team USA Insulation of Austin a big “pat on the back” for today’s work! Your team of Cody, Brittany & Preston were great! They arrived right when they said they would and got right to work. Brittany and Preston got up on the roof to remove the old roof vent and install the solar attic fan. Meanwhile Cody was installing the recessed can light covers in the attic. Your team members (especially Cody) were like Cirque d’Soleil acrobats! They got into those tight (and very hot) spaces with ease and did a great job of blowing in the fiberglass insulation. We appreciated the great care they took with our belongings and the safe manner in which they worked. We highly recommend their services!

Couldn't have asked for a better experience! Jason came out quickly, inspected our insulation situation, determined we were lacking in a lot of areas. We chose to do full coverage of all exterior walls, as well as additional insulation in attic space and WOW, what a difference. I waited to write this review until we received a full month electric bill. Our electric bill and usage was not only cut in half from the previous month, it was cut more than half comparing to same time last year. We are bummed that we waited so long!! Very happy!

Honest company! The inspector checked that the current insulation in my attic is still good compared to another that recommended to extract and replace that would have cost me a lot of money. Will use them in the future.

USA Insulation helped us add exterior wall and inner wall insulation to parts of our home. We've slowly been updating our home to keep the place properly cool in the summer and heated in the winter. Equally our aim was to reduce the noise from outside. We met the team for a consultation. John was great! He was personable, and he was very transparent with what they could do. From there our quest began! We signed papers... and took a photo! A couple of days later the crew arrived! The team did work fast making holes in the exterior walls and then the inner walls. The holes are almost two inches in diameter. Anway, they were helpful at keeping a reduced messed, helping to move things back into place, and were also an excellent group of people. The job ended up working out well. We have an AC unit that does not do much work. We have less sound coming in from the outside, and we also have some rooms blocking sounds too. It's truly a step in the right direction. Would we use them again? yes!

The installers were fast and took great care with the process, but the real bonus was the instant change in my electric bill. The week after the install my electricity usage had dropped by 33%. The same weather, nothing changed but the insulation and now that rates are increasing this will pay for itself. Very happy.

When the installation was performed, the team ran into some unexpected challenges. However, CJ and the team followed through with solutions and was able to get the job done in a timely fashion. USA Insulation installed foam insulation in all of the exterior walls. The house was built in the 1960's. We knew it needed insulation. We didn't realize how little insulation was in the walls until after USA Insulation came. The crew said a house this size normally takes a little over half a barrel of insulation. Our house took an entire barrel. The difference the insulation has made is noticeable. It has been a week since the insulation. Prior to the insulation, the air conditioning would kick on around 3 pm each day and then cycle back on about every 1.5 hrs. Now, the temperature barely changes some days. For days when the temperature changes a little more, it takes to 7 pm or later for the air conditioning to kick on or it doesn't even need to kick on until it is time for sleep settings. For once, I'm excited to get a utility bill, so I can see the savings. Everyone on the staff is amazing. Everyone encouraged questions and took the time to throughly explain information and make sure I was satisfied. During the installation, they took the time to explain each step. They even encouraged me to come watch each step and explained all of the different tools they were using. It was fascinating. This is truly one of the best customer service experiences we've had with a home repair (and we've had a LOT of repairs over the years). We've already recommend USA Insulation to friends and family. This is a great company to work with and the results are instantly noticeable.

USA Insulation did an amazing job!! I thought it would be fun to buy and old, quirky house. As you can imagine, it's had a TON of problems. The newest of which I found was that it had next to no insulation in the attic and either no or terrible insulation in the exterior walls (which I found out by my house being freezing even with the heater on full blast and my utility bills being astronomical). The initial inspection and estimate were very thorough and informative. I was able to get on the calendar quickly, too. They worked with me in regards to my budget and had really fair and competitive pricing. Day of the install, the team was on time and made sure to communicate with me every step of the way. They were incredibly friendly and answered all of my questions. After the job was completed, they also did an excellent job with cleaning up the mess so that you'd never tell anything had happened. I can't recommend them enough. 10/10

Excellent service done in a quick and timely manner for reasonable price!! The company came out and insulated my garage attic and walls. The walls were insulated with a new type of foam type material which not only allows for a more consistent temperature but also significantly reduces the outdoor noise. I was really impressed by this and consider having them come back to service the rest of the house.

Even though I didn't purchase insulation from USA I was very impressed with Victor. He called the day before to confirm the appointment and he showed up right on time. He even took his shoes off when he entered my house without being asked which I thought was very considerate. He explained the wall insulation clearly and even showed me a sample. He presented an estimate at that time and answered my questions. I thought the product was great and may decide to have it installed at a future date. However, my experience with Victor was first-rate all the way.

Price was very good. Very responsive. On time Great work crew, and was definitely interested in making sure I was pleased with every aspect of the job. Truck was neat, and we'll organized.
