There needs to be a 6th star because Stacey and the Vintage Pest Management team deserve that and more!<br><br>Prior to getting Vintage’s info from a friend, we’d tried 4 other pest control companies for our roof rats. Each company came out, charged us, laid traps, and then said they did all they could, even when they caught no rats.<br><br>Enter Vintage. From Day 1, I could tell this was going to be a different experience. They were incredibly thorough in their initial assessment, and built a clear plan to both trap the existing rats AND diagnose how they were getting in to stop it at the source.<br><br>They diagnosed the issue when no one else could, gave us the resources to address the structural needs (turns out it was sewer rats living in the attic) and the result:::<br><br>We are RAT FREE!!!!<br><br>I wish we’d found Vintage Pest Management sooner, but boy am I glad we found them now.<br><br>I can’t recommend VPM enough. I rarely leave reviews because I’m overly critical in general. I have very high expectations and have learned that the world doesn’t operate to that standard. I was cleaning out my office which had a desk, boxes and paper everywhere for last 5 years we’ve been here. When I removed everything I found dust, hair ( gross) food and dirt. Do you know what I didn’t find ???? A bug! Not one dead or alive. Then it dawned on me that after living here 6 years I’ve never seen a bug in the house!<br><br>This company always communicates. Great service reliable people

We've been using Vintage Pest for a few years, and they are the best pest management company we've had in 20 plus years living in the valley. Technicians are professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and on time. The office staff will text you when they're coming to your property, and if there's any change what-so-ever, they text you again. When I've spoken to the office staff, they're also friendly and engaging. All around, a great company.

I have been using this business not only for my current home in Surprise, but my prior home in Peoria. The fact that they are growing and developing an ever-changing menu of items to choose from, shows you the hard work and natural progression of an excellent company. They treat their employees well – they are always happy, treat their customers with respect, even when dumb questions are asked, and provide excellent, thorough service. When something comes up, ants for example, they not only take care of the problem, they let us know how to continue to make sure we don't have the problem back again. Highly recommend Vintage! We stumbled across them for a second opinion about 8 months ago and they have now provided many services across several of our apartment communities. They are always on time, willing to get creative to solve problems, provide reminders of services, etc. Our favorite aspect is that they are truthful in every situation and personable with our tenants. When I moved to a neighborhood filled with scorpions I freaked out! I tried one pest management company, who people raved about killing scorpions, that didn't seem to faze those nasty stingers! A friend recommended this company and I couldn't be happier! Whatever they use works, but is also safe. I have had the same person service my house since I started using them in 2017, making it even more personable. They take their time and do the job right. My tolerance is not very high for creepy crawlies and anytime I have had any questions or concerns about pests I have texted them pics/videos to which they have responded promptly to. This is a locally owned company and you can tell that customer satisfaction is important to them.
