Ive generally been happy with the service Truly Nolan performs. However for this service, no one showed up on originally scheduled date & time. After waiting 2 hours past my service window, I called & rescheduled This time my service rep showed up 2 hours after the scheduled window. Apparently he was doubled booked by someone back in the office. Very inconvenient when I've adjusted my schedule twice to be home.

Nathan checked our home for openings on the roof and outside of our home to make sure nothing could enter and cause problems. He sealed the vent openings on the roof and thoroughly inspected the attic. Placed traps to confirm we had no issues. Our community has been having a huge problem with rodents. Nathan was friendly, professional, and thorough. I encourage everyone to have their home inspected and take action to prevent the problem before it happens. Very pleased with Truly Nolen and the work done by Nathan.

It has been a bad summer here in Arizona for ants. Our back yard had an area that was constantly full of ants. Nathan patiently followed the trails as there were no anthills in our yard and found out our neighbors had ants that infiltrated our back yard! He was able to take care of my problems but until my neighbor takes care of her ant problem, they could return. I am so grateful, Truly Nolan try very hard to sent out someone as soon as possible when you tell them of your problem. Nathan is a gem!

Nathan and Paul were friendly, professional and acted like they cared about my business. They were respectful while in my home. They alleviated my fears of having roof rats and came up with a plan to eradicate them that I was comfortable with. I highly recommend Truly Nolan and this team.

Thoroughly checked out my front and back yard in search of paper wasps. Jesse is very knowledgeable and had good advice about wasps landing in my swimming pool.

We had our regularly scheduled outside spray. The tech was extremely thorough and "truly" cared about our needs. With our previous tech, he did a special spray for areas that we pointed out. This tech thoroughly inspected the entire area for ant issues and took action to eliminate them and lure some AWAY from our home. For the first time in the four years we have lived here, ALL of the ants outside, including around pool and retaining wall areas, are totally gone now! Outstanding work!!!!

I contacted Truly Nolen because of termite activity. The previous company I had contracted with would not return my calls. Shawn from Truly Nolen sent Corey out the same day for an inspection, and Corey subsequently scheduled treatment. Nathan, the technician, arrived early today and spent 2 and a half hours treating the indoor infestation and trenching and drilling around the perimeter of the house and in the garage. Both Corey and Nathan were exceptionally thorough in the inspection and treatment process for termites. In addition, they were very pleasant and professional, as was Shawn, with whom I spoke initially. Exceptional customer care and service from this company!

I called Truly Nolan after my husband was stung by a scorpion in his shower. They came the next day. Jesse was the service professional. He gave some helpful advice and sprayed. What was also great was that I’m not being charged for the extra spraying. Good job!

Truly Nolen first came to our house to help us with a pest problem. They assigned Jackie Mitchell to our account. Since then we have been pest free. The customer service we receive is world class. Great communications from the office and we always know when Jackie is on his way. These guys are the real thing. Don’t be fooled by fad solutions to your problem. My house recently needed re-treating for termites. I couldn't be more impressed with the young man, Elliott, who arrived to do the treatment. He is friendly, efficient, knowledgeable and willing to explain anything about the procedure, if you're interested. It turned out that he was also the one who had done the original treatment under my foundation and I remembered him and how pleasant and professional he had been. I should have written a review before, but forgot. Consider this two 5 star reviews!

The service was not on my property but it was at a storage company. I saw these guys worked very hard. They dug, they drilled, they sealed up and cleaned their miss. It was a very big building. I want to give a special shout out to Elliot because he never took a break and he worked his a$$ that day for sure and the new guy. Elliot is a great guy! We have been loyal customers of Truly Nolen for more than 20 years, who we have hired to specifically treat for scorpions and termites. We live in a very rural area of Goodyear where encounters with many types of creepy crawly creatures is inevitable. Truly Nolen offers quick and reliable service to control the creepy crawly creatures as well as employs trustworthy and knowledgeable technicians such as ours, Jackie. Jackie takes the time to get to know our home. He takes time to treat the areas prone to bug encounters, even to the point where he meticulously uses a tiny brush to make sure the treatment is completely and evenly dispersed in those areas. He also makes sure he addresses any and all of my concerns by asking me about bug activity since his last visit. Because of Jackie's incredible service, we have very few encounters with any bugs! Thank you Truly Nolen for providing bug service to our home and allowing Jackie to be our amazing technician!

UPDATE 11-21-23 to previous review below: Today, I received the next scheduled quarterly service from Truly Nolen. It was MUCH better! I received a text four days before indicating the date and time the technician would be there. Had it not been convenient for me, I could have called them to reschedule. But, it was, so I confirmed the appointment. I received a text on the day of the service letting me know he was on the way. The technician (I didn't get his name, but it wasn't Jessie V.) arrived during the time slot he said he would. He rang my doorbell to let me know he was there and asked if the gate was open. He was professional, friendly, courteous and reminded me of the excellent customer service I always received from Truly Nolen in the past. That's why I changed the rating to 5 stars. Excellent communication!<br><br>PREVIOUS REVIEW: I am a 20-year customer of Truly Nolen. Until the last couple of years, they were excellent and I recommended them to everyone. They REFUSE to schedule my pest and rodent services; they just show up. I am a widow living alone and I don’t answer my door if I’m not expecting someone. I have told them this repeatedly and they just ignore it. This morning, Jessie V. walked into my backyard (the gate is normally locked) and scared my visiting daughter to death. I’ve had it with them!!<br><br>How hard is to communicate with your customer and ask if the date/time they would like to come is convenient? It’s impossibly hard for Truly Nolen! Many, many multiple complaints about this in the past have been ignored. They keep saying they’ll put a note on my account not to perform service if it isn't confirmed with the customer. If they honestly are doing that, no one is reading them.<br><br>The original owners of Truly Nolen were excellent. The current owners do not know how to give good customer service. I have no complaints about their pest/rodent control, only their non-existent customer service. I do NOT recommend Truly Nolen. If I wasn’t moving out of state in a couple of months, I would be switching. I will DEFINITELY tell the new owners of my home NOT to use Truly Nolen.

Per insulation removal and installation - 2 days were scheduled for removal of the insulation. The first day went fine however on the second day after being here just over an hour they packed up to leave and I asked them if they were finished and they confirmed they were. The next day I inspected the attic and found that they had not touched approximately 25% of the attic. I called my contact and upon inspection he confirmed my observation. Another day was scheduled for removal.<br>It's difficult to establish trust when performance and communication are inadequate.

We've been using Truly Nolan for years and have always been happy with the results. Obviously, that's why we keep using them.<br><br>The techs that work for Truly Nolan have always been courteous, professional and most importantly, on time. I will always highly recommended them to others. Thank you.

Had a problem with bees. Jesse V. Came out and took care of them. Have had three different techs in less than a year. Jesse is by far the best the company has. Very knowledgeable, polite and always answers any questions I have.

Jesse V was knowledgeable and took the time to listen to us. We explained what bugs/spiders we had been seeing around the house. He was thorough in explaining what he was doing and how it would help. He is very thorough, patient to listen to any of my bug complaints & very willing to explain how to rectify the problem & with a smile. We signed up for their yearly service. On our first visit, we actually had an inspector from the company show up prior to the tech arriving. She was very thorough and friendly. The tech who arrived later, was able to act upon her findings. They are very prompt, courteous and professional. They know what they are doing. I felt very confident with them.
