Jason is great, very informative and through.

I had trouble with my original tech, but those things happen. What I was impressed by was Orkin's ability to send out somebody else (Angel) who gave fantastic service, I'm glad I gave them the chance to fix it, Angel was great.

I've had service from Orkin since 2021. Termites. They eliminated the pest issues and continue to monitor my home yearly. My Tech, Christian, was friendly, polite and explained everything. I actually look forward to their visit!

I will never do business with orkin again. I have never left a review but the way they handled my account and problems were very unprofessional. I had contact them 2 weeks postpartum for an issue I was having. When I originally called I was told this wasn’t a contract nor an agreement. I would pay month to month and can cancel anytime. When I tried cancelling I was told I couldn’t because it was a contract and I had to be with them till June of 2026. I was already Irritated because I was never made aware of that when I asked for a manager to call me no one ever did. I just spoke with them yesterday and I asked when I was able to cancel guess what they told me I could cancel at anytime . So you’re telling me I could’ve cancelled when I originally called. The customer service part of it is horrible it’s like they don’t notate conversations. They made me pay almost a full year of service I didn’t even want from the beginning it’s ridiculous! I wouldn’t recommend to anyone. You’re better off going to another company.

So gar so good. My orkin guy, Jose has been great. He checks in and also, I have not had any ant or rug Beatles at all since the last treatment.

Miguel always goes through everything with me. Very patiently I may add.

Our technician does a great job. Always checks with us for any concerns we have and gives us updates of what he is seeing.

Service tech (Miguel) is always personable, punctual, and very professional. I have already referred my neighbor to him and she is always pleased with the job he does. Been using Orkin for a few years now and I feel like we have had Miguel pretty much the whole time. Miguel is FANTASTIC! He’s personable, remembers us, our previous issues and the house. Would recommend to anyone. Bugs have not been an issue since starting to use them and when we once had bugs come back, they were out here earlier than scheduled the next time to address it.

Jeff was awesome. He's knowledgeable and professional and offered up his mobile number in case we need to change our appointment out have a sudden infestation.

They arrive clean and well dressed. They are very professional, well mannered, and educate you on your service thoroughly. They are well trained and really know what they are doing which instills confidence that the customer made the right decision choosing Orkin.

Rafael did a very thorough job. I told him that I saw a couple of cockroaches in the back yard so he used granular and liquid. Amazing job as usual.

While we've been customers for a good number of years, I personally didn't have much interaction. Things have changed recently, and I have to say, these guys are top notch! The Technician, Roberto is by far the most client centric person I've encountered in a very long time. Excellent Customer Service and Delivery. Notifications are sent out in a timely manner and the work gets completed and bugs be gone! I also had an opportunity to call the office with some account updates and again, staff are amazing! Thank you!

Jason was very thorough! He gave me options and his opinion on next steps. He made me feel very comfortable with my decision on next steps!

Johnathan was quick, efficient, and answered all my questions. No pushy sales techniques, just did the job and was on his way.<br><br>Update 2024: still great! Knowledgeable, efficient, and wasn't bothered by my 18 year old cat following him around. It was Johnathan again. Having the same technician makes you feel like a regular.

David has done a great job keeping our house clean of bugs, scorpions. Excellent, friendly technician, highly recommend him .<br>Jonathon is our new termite inspector, he came today to check our house, all was good and I remembered him as he treated the house 9 years ago, excellent person and technician. Highly recommended him also.

The service took care of our pest problem, so they get 5 stars for that. But since our first meeting/evaluation, nothing that we were told has been accurate. They have scheduled extra appointments we were not told about, they switched techs which they said they never do. Dealing with the “office” or main number has been frustrating. Trying to get them to cancel the extra appointments that our tech did not schedule with us has been a hassle and they didn’t and wouldn’t cancel that appointment. I had to call the initial salesman to get that extra appointment cancelled. They have some internal issues that they need to work out. We’ll see how the rest of the year goes.

We called Orkin after our home was invaded by fire ants and crazy ants. Jeff, the technician was great and was very personable. I was disappointed however, in that they told me on the phone that the technician could go into my crawlspace to check for ants, but Jeff said because of his poisons, he would be prevented from doing so. He eventually did enter the crawlspace and explored about 1/3 of of it. He also sprayed the crawlspace thru the vents.<br>I was also expecting him to remove the webs around the rear exterior of my home. This was not done.<br>This morning I found a scorpion in our dog run. Fortunately, I was able to take care of it before it stung my puppies.<br>Overall, I'd say I'm a bit disappointed.

Great service! Ryan is absolutely amazing, always on time, extremely thorough and if I have extra needs, he takes care of it with zero issue. The office ladies, whom I have had to reach out to a couple times for scheduling issues, are always sweet and kind, and change the dates with ease. I am very pleased with Orkin. Two very nice younge men came to check on bait traps around the yard. I had to leave them on their own for a short period, but they were done and gone when I arrived home. Ralph is great with communication and very informative. I haven’t seen any bugs in months and that’s a big relief. I’m thankful for this service I never thought with me living in an apartment it would be possible .

The guys that came to the house were super nice, I will have to come back and update my rating once I see the bugs disappear too early to tell.<br><br>Update it's been about 8 months and I have seen no pest at all, ants or other little critters. They send an email before they show up a few days before definitely happy with the service.

Our service man Jeff has always done a thorough termite inspection and calls to obtain approval for inspection date/time and calls 20 to 30 minutes prior to scheduled arrival time to confirm. He has always been very courteous and professional.<br>The annual price for continued termite protection and home site review is very reasonable. Considering the damage that termites can do in a short period of time is well worth the cost.

Had our first bait check since installation last year. Technician arrived on time and was pleasant and efficient. Checked out all baits and reported all well. Email report followed. Great service.

Orkin is not what it used to be, the service, the quality…. The price is high for service but the quality and service is lacking! No communication with the customer or minimal communication, I pay for 2 units to be sprayed and only one gets done. There was a roach last time they were here, the service guy did not even ask if there were any more issues. I can go on and on about how bad the service with Orkin is.

Luciano explained everything to us and made sure we understood what he recommended. He’s personable, polite and was very thorough. Very confident he knows what is needed and will get it accomplished.

Recently contacted Orkin for new termite service 🤦🏻‍♂️ completed treatment waiting for results hoping I don’t have to deal with it again.<br><br>Friendly service , great communication clean work definitely recommend giving them a try. Added reg pest control service's as well thanks Jeff.

They treat for ants and I always have ants. They were just here three days ago and I just went outside with ant killer to get rid of them myself. The same anthills have been in the same spots all summer.

I was lied to about the services provided. They claim for about $400 down plus over $100 a month they will take care of all your extermination needs. So far all they did was use dollar store mouse traps and spry a couple times. Hasn't slowed the mouse problem at all. $600 for absolutely nothing. Do not fall for their lies. After telling me my monthly fee covers plus my $400 down covered everything from mice to ants to pigeons and mosquitos. After calling them to take care of a pigeon nest on the roof and the continuing mouse issue they said I had a gap by my air-conditioning that would cost $600 to fill and to keep pigeons off the roof $1800. Doesn't sound like everything is included to me. Just straight liars.

Impressed with Jeff, salesman as well as Austin the person who came out to do the work. Unfortunately there was a water pipe in our bedroom that was drilled through and created quite the water feature in our bedroom. Austin acted quickly but water was running outside through our dining room and our bedroom. The plumbers came and Jack hammered out some of the concrete floor to repair the pipe. The plumbers did mix some concrete and did a rough finish on the patch. It took 2 weeks for the carpet, pad and concrete patch to dry out. Austin did his best to lay the carpet back in place but he is not a carpet layer. I was hoping the carpet would work its way down but that is not going to happen because the carpet is not next to the wall and after 2 weeks needs a carpet installer to get it laid correctly. So, I will be able to review more complete once we know how Orkin will handle the carpet issue.<br>Well we finally got the check to reimburse us for paying the carpet layer. Took about two months but we got it..<br><br>Jeff did the fup appt today and was very thorough . Rose in the office stated in contact with me to make sure we got the reimbursement check. 4/12/2024

This is the first time actually that they service provider as I have been out of town and he has been working with my sister. We have used working in the past that our other house for years. I asked for a bait box was told it cost $50. We never paid for a bait box before and was told that I would have to change my plan for the tune of 900 and some dollars which negated the current plan that I have which goes for another almost 6 months and several Treatments that have already paid for . I said I’ve already paid for several treatments on the current plan so I just lose those? Well, yeah was the answer that didn’t sit very well with me so I told him just to forget it. I’d buy a box off of Amazon and do it myself and I can change that so that was very poor service as far as I was concerned so in this current year is over, I will be sure to be changing providers.

Luciano is awesome as our Orkin tech he is very thorough and takes pride in his work. We moved from one community to another and I made sure Luciano would continue to take great care of our new home/property!!!!

My technician Alexis took great care of us for about a year. He was patient and willing to work around my schedule, and active in working to resolve our issues in a strategic way. He did well explaining what we were doing and how best to get rid of our pests.

Jonathan was amazing! & that's the only reason why your getting the 3 stars. Who ever I talked to said they did payment plans for my situation & my situation was the only one they didn't do payment plans on. I was literally devastated. But Jonathan was a super friendly guy! It's just super sad they can't help me but said they could. Total let down.

David has been serving our home for a while now and he is always professional, kind, helpful, thoughtful, and happy. Since moving into this home we've have almost no bug problems. I'll always keep Orkin as my go to for pest control.

Ryan B from Orkin has been my exterminator now for about 5 months. He does exceptional work, is a professional and takes my requests on trouble spots very seriously. Ryan knows what he is doing and explains why a certain bug is in the area and then treats the home. Ryan is great.

Orkin has been great with our termite care. They contact us about coming out to inspect traps to make sure we do not have termites again. We had a broken trap from the mower and it was replaced. This visit, we could not find where the trap was and Ralph took time to try to find, but could not. He then took the time to dig and replace to make sure we have good coverage. Thank you Ralph!

Awesome customer service both on the phone and in person!! Such a great example on how quality pest control should be done! So glad I chose to get cockroach elimination/prevention services with them and for such a reasonable price (143 initial) with as many FREE follow up treatments as needed after the first major spray treatment, monthly thereafter 43$ a month. I can't compliment this company enough! Even their technicians are very knowledgeable in the field, VERY professional attitude and attire. I haven't seen this great of service for a VERY long time. Austin and Rafael, the techs, we're on time. Worked diligently and patiently listened to us. They were polite, efficient and completed the job as promised. We will know in 90 days if they missed any spots. A 3rd Orkin member, a manager named Ryan, came by to check the work and assist for a bit.

When we first started with Orkin, we really liked the service we received and thought the price was reasonable. We’ve been on a monthly plan for over 9 years. I recently realized that they had been steadily increasing the price without notifying us. It was double what we originally started at ($45 vs $89 per monthly service). I decided to switch to bi-monthly instead and they increased the per service price to $120 per visit. That would be bad enough itself to warrant dropping them, but to add to the problem the service level has also dropped significantly over the past couple years. I will be finding a new service provider very soon.

Jason has always been extremely helpful, prompt, and responsive. I contacted him today for a new concern I had and he was at my house within just a couple of hours to treat the area. Very very much appreciated.

In overall, I really recommend this business. Orkin has been servicing my home about two years ago and i feel great with the results i don’t have scorpions, spiders other type of bug near my house; their technicians are very polite, professional with lots of expertise on the subject. This is a great service, I’ve had the same guy (Mario M) the last two times come out to spray my house and he is always incredibly kind and helpful and makes sure to ask how the house has been doing and if we have seen any pests. Even at 7am on a Saturday this man is positive and kind and I feel very comfortable with him around my house. Good hire, Orkin!

They are always on time. Ken is very polite and very nice and does a wonderful job ever since we started using the service we haven’t had any roaches. Any mice and very few bugs. Only a fly now and again so I would recommend them to anyone

From calling customer service to the technicians, they’re so friendly and professional. David is awesome! He was able to come a little bit earlier, which was amazing! He was so kind and patient with me as I was explaining all of my concerns with regarding our cockroach problems. In addition, he also heard my concerns about my termite issues and he right away was able to get me in contact with another Orkin technician that would be able to assist me in this matter! We had just moved into our home, and we thought this was taken care of but it looks like it wasn’t treated well. The other company our sellers went through were so rude and unhelpful. David reassured me that he would send over my contact information to the other technician which he did because Mark called me right away and was able to come and see me! This is really great service and communication and I’m just so impressed and I’m so glad I decided to go with Orkin! David, let me know exactly what he was doing inside the home asked me if I had any questions or if there was any areas of concern that I really wanted to make sure that would get sprayed. He was very friendly and professional and overall I am definitely satisfied with using Orkin as my pest control company.

I called to notify the day prior to my service that we had an ant issue and the person on the phone was so nice and easy to work with. When my technician arrived, he was aware of my conversation the day prior and he was also very nice and responsive to our issue. I hope the extra outdoor spraying has taken care of our ants and I look forward to continuing our relationship with Orkin.

Jonathan was great! Responded immediately to my texts and calls, came out to my place multiple times, and worked with me to get my old house suitable for warranty coverage.<br><br>He came out the day after my service request and again the day prior to treatment to re-evaluate access. Also he was straight forward and very clear about the cost (not cheap!).<br><br>Stephen performed the termite treatment and was very friendly and informative of all that they were doing. No tiles were cracked, and drill locations outside are barely noticeable.

Orkin has been great. I have had service for a long time and have not been disappointed. They make recommendations for different services based on the season. They even call when they notice trends in the area.<br>You don't get that level of service from every company.<br>Yes, they are more expensive than some other places, but the peace of mind is worth the cost for me!

I just moved to this part of the country, and I called Orkin due to the previous owner’s contract. Jeff F. was very professional with me; taking time to look at the pictures of insects that I had taken (and reassured me they were common in this area)! Jeff explained the different programs available and provide his professional recommendations to what my specific home needs were based on my geographical location!<br>I loved the individual support (not just “cookie cutter” sales pitch! 09/26/2022 - New home and new Tech. Jason was really thorough. Since we didn’t know when house was treated last he did a little more than usual and reminded us to call if we needed extra service. 22 years with Orkin and still extremely happy.<br><br>Another great service today. Have been using Orkin 18 years and have never considered switching to another vendor. Brandon is very professional and very pleasant.<br><br>12/10/2021 - Brandon came by for our regular bi-monthly treatment. As always, he was very polite and professional. Still haven’t seen an insect inside our home. We are very pleased with Orkin and the added convenience of bi-monthly service.

We have Omar that comes and sprays. He's very polite and professional, explains what he's done and gives us info that helps in between scheduled sprays. Orkin has reduced the scorpions that we have had and we're very pleased with the job Omar has done.<br>Their customer service is outstanding, we were scheduled for service and I wanted to push it back for next month. I have just recently started a new job and wasn't sure if we qould be financially stable this month. Customer service representative helped me out and pushed back payment for next month. I wasn't aware they did that. They pride themselves in taking care of the clients and will help reschedule payments. Way to go Orkin, you have us as customers for life.

Originally, they did a termite extermination which was very thorough and I was very pleased with their service. Since then I’ve been doing a yearly follow up inspection and should they find any further termite evidence, they will perform another extermination at no cost to me. They are always thorough and very pleasant and provide lots of information on what I should look for as well as other areas that may be of potential concern in the future and what I can do for self maintenance. They are always very helpful. I am very pleased with Orkin and highly recommend their stellar service!

I rarely ever use big name brands but my friend recommended Orkin so I thought I’d try it. The difference in their service is night and day from the last few local bug guys I’ve tried. They mix their product to the max allowed the technician told me, he said he’s worked for several companies and Orkin is the best he’s seen. It has made a huge difference all we see is carnage, since we are essentially on the desert that is what we wanted. Couldn’t be happier and well worth the money and I’m kind of a bargain shopper ;)

I switched to Orkin after having communication with a previous company. Orkin has been great. The first visit, they did in home and took care of any problems. They come every few months to do the outside perimeter and we don't have any problems with bugs getting inside. They're polite and get the job done quickly. I'm happy to continue using them into the future.

We had called another major company and my wife didnt have a good experience with their inspector. So I had called Orkin for a second opinion due to their high reputation. Mark was our inspector and was hands down the best! Amazing presentation and took his time to really go into details about our options. Mark was very polite and made my wife feel comfortable. He went above and beyond with everything he did! The technicians that came out were very friendly and clean! They made sure everything was perfect! Also two managers happened to do an inspection the same day to make sure everything was being done properly! Very impressive company that I highly recommend! You get what you pay for!

Excellent customer service! All the people I talked to were very professional and polite. They got me in super fast and the actual service was quick too. Technician was very friendly and explained everything he was doing and answered all my questions in regards to my baby and dog crawling and running around. Our Orkin rep, Miguel, was quite good. He made sure to go over all the services I discussed with the 1-800 representative prior to commencing service. He completed the agreed tasks efficiently and professionally. Miguel also ensured were informed of the recurring fees going forward and provided us with the local number if we needed further information. No complaints with the Orkin service as long as it works.

Horrible customer service.. called for 2 weeks straight and got the run around to finally get someone out to look at my foundation where they drilled at a caved it in.. the tech just left it and didn't fix it.. if I wouldn't of walked my house to check the work I dont think they would have fixed it. I'm still waiting on the fix.

I have been so impressed with my service! I requested a specific Representative because he is knowledgeable, listens and takes time to make suggestions and literally solved our problem the first time! I feel that he really wanted to help and was not rushing through to get done. He finished and came back to explain what he had done and ask if I had any additional questions. Chris is very kind and courteous. He took excellent care of our home inside and out. He made sure what we needed was completed. Thank You Orkin. Since beginning regular bi-monthly service we have no more issues with ants and spiders. It is also good to know we can call anytime for additional service if needed.
