From the sales appointment with Rich to the installation with Michael and his teammate, everything went smoothly. They arrived on time, the insulation installation was just over two hours but they did have to return due to a problem with the insulated cover for the attic entrance. They were so kind and waived the fee for it since it was an inconvenience to us. They explained everything including the warranty for insulation, labor and the attic fans. It's just nice to do business with people who care about what they do. I highly recommend this company for insulation installation.

I found them at the Maricopa County Home Show and I couldn't be more pleased with their service.<br><br>I had three, solar attic fans installed on my roof because I had zero air circulation in my attic. The temperatures in my attic were so hot in the summertime due to the lack of circulation, my energy bills were beyond imaginable. I got a couple of attic insulation bids. This company's consultant was thorough and explained everything to me, and was not pushy! The installers were on time, called ahead to let me know they were on the way. The guys Michael and Sean were great, cleaned everything up afterwards too! I had a couple of questions the next day and Michael answered both of my questions. I would highly recommend this company to anyone wanting to add insulation to their attics.

They added insulation to an area of our attic and added a solar fan. We were very pleased with work.

Professional, knowledgeable, kind, efficient, and very communicative. They did everything they promised and more. When they came out, they indicated it would take a while to remove the old insulation, the removal went much better than anticipated, the sealing, sanitizing and blowing in the new as fast. They were 100% complete, cleaned and packed up by noon. I was very impressed with the process and now I'm excited to see how it will help with the heating and cooling of our home. I highly recommend them ... and that's a wrap!!

We had our garage ceiling insulated so that we could air condition it in the summer and use it as a workshop. The job went quickly and easily and the price was reasonable.

No more hot house! My house turns into a sweltering cave in teh summer time, the original insulation just wasn't cutting it anymore. Koala added a BUNCH of fiberglass and a draft seal to my attic space, the house already feels so much better, I can't wait to see the difference in my electric bill next summer!

Excellent communication, showed up on time, worked hard., Cleaned out old insulation from attic, sprayed with their nice lemon cleaner, sprayed new insulation, made repairs, installed two solar fans even got our old rickety ladder replaced with a safer one all in a day They even sent us a series of photographs showing what it looks like up in the attic...nice touch because it's hard for us to get up there these days. Koala was super enjoyable during the sales visit to my house. The person was candid, relaxed and did not push anything on me. He did a thorough inspection of my attic and recommended ways for me to save money by removing heat and insulating better. I had to reschedule several times and Koala was very understanding each time. On the day of solar fans install, it went quickly and professionally. They even cleaned up nicely after themselves. They made it a point to also point out where insulation in the attic was thin, which was already discussed with the sales person. All the team at Koala is tip top. Glad we are using them.

My 28 year old attic had blown-in cellulose insulation that had both settled and degraded. The degraded portion was a fine dust that made its way indoors, creating more house keeping than necessary. The Koala North and West Phoenix team removed all of the existing material, vacuumed the entire attic, installed a premium insulation product and included solar powered attic fans to minimize heat buildup. A service to seal all possible penetrations into the interior space was included and done well. The installation was done without any damage or issues. The install team were polite and decent to work with. No clean up problems. Coordination was a breeze with this company.<br>As a DIY'er and a Professional Engineer - Certified Energy Manager, I can be picky with construction work. These guys did not disappoint.

Had my attic re-insulated since my house was having issues keeping heat out. They were excellent in giving me photos of all the discrepancies in my attic and explained all they could do to help alleviate/fix my issues. Everything was installed quick and professionally with post-install photos to show the before and after. 100% would recommend.

Absolutely fantastic experience. The sales person explained everything very well and in excellent detail that made it easy to understand. He was absolutely honest about everything and did not try to upsell me by any means. The technicians that did the install were excellent communicators and were very neat and tidy. They were also absolutely on time. I liked them so much that I will absolutely hire them to do another house for us about a block away. I am very fussy and I would not hesitate to recommend this company.

Everyone I dealt with was completely professional, and the work they did was everything they said it would be. One aspect of the job that really impressed me was when I asked if I could have a few days between the removal of the old insulation and the installation of the new so I could get some electrical work done in the attic. They had no problem with my request and told me to let them know when I was ready. They could have jerks about it and weren't, which in my eye shows the customer comes first in their approach to each job.

Could not be happier with my experience with Koala insulation. From the contact with the office, right thru the installation by the two very professional technicians, the experience was exceptional.<br>I’ll admit, I shopped prices doing it myself. (I’ve blown in insulation at other houses). In this case Koala insulated my garage ceiling with almost twice fiberglass than what I planned to use for about $400 more than my DIY estimate.<br>Money well spent!

All in all, I had a very positive experience with Koala! Their initial appointment was very informative…Rich did a great review of the project including what to expect. Jesse was the tech who setup the new garage door & did a great job other than the new garage door tract blocked the ability to access my garage storage doors. So, another appt is set for tomorrow to redo the garage door tracts.I believe the company to be responsive and accountable for their work and overall, a great company to work with!

Koala is a family run business who go the extra mile. They provided me a detailed estimate with options so I could decide what I wanted them to do. No pressure at all. Then, when they came to install the attic insulation, they got way back to the far corners of my attic (which aren't easy to reach) and provided pictures of their work. I highly recommend Koala for any insulation needs!!

Koala Insulation went above and beyond to insulate my attic with 18" of Blow-in insulation. They took photographs though out the installation process, so I could see it was done correctly. I would recommend to anyone. Finding honest people working in the trades is getting almost impossible today. I feel I received my money worth.

My Koala salesman, was very honest in the review of our attic.<br>where other companies didn't tell the full truth.<br>He pointed out how well the attic was covered with insulation.<br>That we didn't need any over the house.<br>One issue I was going to address was no insulation over the garage, where so much heat gain affected the rest of the house.<br>I had them blow in the correct coverage over the garage.<br>We then installed a solar powered fan in the peak of the roof to facilitate air circulation.
