Marc always does a great job ro ensure all ares of my house are treated inside and out. He is very curteous and thorough. It's always good to have him on the job! Great job!

We have been a customer since 2021 . Never had any bug problems by being proactive . Some of the wonderful things about this company is that they rotate their chemicals so that bugs do not become used One chemical. Love, the fact that they always have the appointments in a 30 minute window and always make it . Also, they’ve had wonderful flexibility whenever we’ve had an issue come up and needed to move our appointment date. The crewmember they sent out is always kind, smiling and very thorough in the job that they do. We are extremely pleased with this company and cannot think of ever using anyone else.

We have been using Eco Guard for several years. They are always so responsive and always stand behind their service. We recently moved to a new home and had our first service today with Rhett. He did a great job and answered any questions that I had.

EcoGuard does a great job, we continue using their services because they work, no bugs! Today, Dallin came by and did the usual outside service, he was polite and thorough.

He called me about 20 minutes before the appointment so I could be ready for his arrival. That was great because I had misread the appointment time I thought it was 6:00 to 6:30 PM but it was AM it gave me a chance to he all the lights so he could do his job. It all worked out great. Thanks Jay.

My first visit with them, and he was very kind. Didn't mind that my puppy is in training, And very protective over the yard. Made sure to close the gate and make sure it locked. Of course.I went to go check, it's so kind him to make sure it locked. He even closed the garage door for me by the pin pad. Very happy with the service so far!

I had Josh out today to perform routine pest control. He messaged me when he was on his way and was very prompt on his arrival. He was very friendly and explained everything he was going to do and what he was using. He took great care around my plants and fruit trees during treatment. After completing service he went over everything he accomplished and asked if I wanted to walk around and look at what was done.<br>I am a very happy customer 😎

Derick recently sprayed my house for bugs, spiders, scorpions etc and I must say he was so kind, efficient and thorough. Not only did Derick do a good job bet he took the time to explain the warranty on the bug service again as well as speak to me in detail about the gopher repellent and weed service that EcoGuard offers. Such a professional young man and quite knowledgeable about many of the services EcoGuard Pest Control offers.

Kyle came by to do the first annual serrvice of our Trelona ATBS anti-termite protections. He inspected and rebaited the bait stations, replaced a few broken or weathered parts as necessary, and was done in less than an hour. Kyle is very competent, efficient and kind, with pleasant demeanor and personality. We are very happy with his and Ecoguard’s services.

Reddin was wonderful. He covered everything even our more tricky requests. This is why I use Ecoguard they have the friendliest techs. Absolutely wonderful service every time.

We are very impressed with the service today, the tech used granular treatment in the front yard, heavy duty spray outside the house/garage and hand carry sprayer inside the house. Much different and better than previous company service.

Ecoguard did the pest control service plus weed mitigation & gopher baiting. I use them for all of those things plus termite treatment. They are excellent and their Employees are some of the kindest people I've ever met. Parker did an great job today!

Services rendered were very quick and to the point! They were more than willing to educate with the next steps of weed sprays but their continued services with the bug sprays have kept the bugs to a minimum.

Jay did an excellent job spraying around the house and inside the kitchen thresholds to make sure ants or any other bugs didn't want to try to come in as the weather gets colder. He was very personable and did his job quickly and thoroughly. I get the bimonthly service and I haven't had any pest problems.

Tech David who visited today did a great job inside and out with our regulat treatment and was very informative--he proactively saw I had alot of bird remnants/excrement around my perimeter (usually I clean by sweeping it or blow it to the street but I hadn't got to that yet) so he referred me for Ecoguard bird roof treatment also, Im eager to hear of options and pricing for that next. Actually there already is a text for that on my phone. Good service and referral, much appreciated.

Zane provided excellent customer service for Eco Guard. Office had a mix up in the schedule and he still came out to take care of the service not once, but twice and it wasn’t even his mess up. He went above and beyond!!

Excellent customer service by Kade. We had some “mystery holes” that he looked at for us and sprayed, he set all the sticky traps, took off all the webs and debris from the eaves and also added granuales around the door ways. He thoroughly sprayed, even our river rocks as we’ve had an abundance of pests. He was very friendly and professional! Thank you for the hard work!

EcoGuard has been my go to pest control company for over a year or so now. Today the tech that came out was Rhett, and I really appreciated how thorough he was! Since they come out every other month (and there were heavy rains for a few days between services) the regular amount of critters and then some decided to hang out lately. Carson B. was right on time for my appointment. He introduced himself, asked if I had any issues. He was friendly, polite, and very professional. Carson explained the process and went to work right away. Upon completion of service, he explained what treatments had been performed and informed me that he treated several ant colonies in my front and back yards. We have been with EcoGuard since 2013 when we lived with my in-laws back in Chandler. Mike is so kind and his staff has never wavered on their great customer service and friendliness. Josh stopped in today for our bi-monthly service and was just as cordial, respectful and mindful of our needs as all other techs have been. I hired them and got the termite warranty. Months after treatment, I discovered termites inside my house! They promptly sent someone to treat it at no extra charge.

Today’s visit from Derick with Ecoguard was great! All of their technicians are friendly and hard working. We used to see scorpions on a daily basis, even during the winter. As usual, we normally get a different guy every time. We try to reply with information though we slipped a couple times this year. This Service tech person seemed to be a little quick. We don’t know if he was in a rush or he was running late for something next, but he just seemed to be a little too quick at the things he was doing. Thank you for servicing our home bi monthly.

Jeff from EcoGuard was great for my bi-monthly pest control appointment today. Friendly, laughed with me at the crazy dogs, & went above & beyond.<br>We do not see any bugs in the house, and the few we see outside are dead or dying. We won’t use any other pest control service! All their techs are great!

We have been using Ecoguard for years now and are extremely happy with their service. Easy to communicate with and always willing to help with any issues we have with bugs and other critters. All employees are awesome and especially Zane. He and all the techs are clean, well spoken and eager to help. They start each service by taking the time to ask if there is anything that will need extra attention. Zane is willing to explain the reasons why and how to prevent further issues. We live on a large lot in the desert. Poison and sticky traps aren’t an option for us as it can hurt the wildlife that surrounds us. They helped us get the bug and mouse issues under control. We will always use Ecoguard.

Always flexible on our timelines and arrives on time! Gave us some box traps for the garages when he noticed we did not have any. I appreciated the shoe covers for inside without having to ask. Always great service!

They also adapt easily to whatever I have going on particularly with my dogs. Marc from EcoGuard was extremely professional. I was nervous about spraying our home for the first time, and Marc listened to all my concerns and patiently answered my questions. He was very thorough through our property removing webs and spraying any hills. I had some areas I wanted to avoid spraying and he again listened closely and did not spray those areas, but took the time to physically remove webs there. Marc was awesome, and I highly recommend him!

Very knowledgeable and professional. We would definitely recommend this company and especially Tate. It was the third company we had come and give us a quote and assessment of our “roof rats”in our attic. This was far the best company we spoke to.

Derek came out yesterday and took care of my entire property and did an excellent job. Got a heads up text message indicating it was time.
