This place has been a great place to stay! My mom stays here as well and she loves that management is extremely responsive to any issues. I definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for something in the area.

Living here has been nothing but amazing! I’ve been here for over a year now and I love it! The staff, the maintenance crew are so attentive and responds quickly to my needs. Anything I need done they handle right away. I couldn’t have asked for a better community! There is always things to do for the residents. I’m greeted by everyone every time I go in the office or walking around the complex. Live here, I promise you won’t be disappointed.

I’ve had a great experience living at Townhomes at Lake Park in Pearland, Texas. The community is well-maintained, quiet, and feels very safe, which made it a comfortable place to call home. The townhomes are spacious and thoughtfully designed, with plenty of room and a layout that truly feels like a home rather than just an apartment. Management and maintenance were always professional, responsive, and helpful whenever I needed assistance. Any issues were handled quickly, which made living here stress-free. I also appreciated how clean and organized the property was—it’s clear that a lot of care goes into maintaining the community. The location is another big plus. It’s conveniently close to shopping, restaurants, and major roads, while still feeling peaceful and tucked away. Overall, Townhomes at Lake Park provided a positive living experience, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed place to live in Pearland

If you are looking for a peaceful, calm, and polished way of living, try out this place. There is plenty of space for me and my daughter. There is even a man made pond near the club house. I feel safe here and I 10/10 recommend

This property is extremely well maintained and truly trustworthy. From the moment I arrived, I felt safe and comfortable, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The location is a huge plus because it’s close to everything you could need. Getting around is easy, and there are plenty of nearby shops, dining, and attractions. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a safe, convenient, and reliable place to stay.

I’ve called this place home for six years. While there have been some kinks to work out and issues to resolve over time, overall it’s a very peaceful and secure community. Maintenance doesn’t hesitate to come in and get the job done—and they do it right. The new management staff is surely working hard to cleaned up the mess left by the previous manager.

The young ladies in the office are amazing! The community is quiet and the amenities are super convenient. Maintenance is amazing and very friendly! I highly recommended this community!

Quiet community with great amenities!

I’ve been here for about 2 weeks now and it’s not bad so far. I did encounter an issue upon moving in that my calling fan isn’t fixed after letting them know multiple times but they were on it and quickly resolved the issue. I like the community and amenities that have to offer and the staff here is nice and approachable. The location is also great and I would definitely recommend living here!

I enjoy living here! Its a very quiet neighborhood. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. Plus it's in walking distance of Tom Bass park which is convenient.

As a current resident, I enjoy the swift customer service from the office employees and manager to the maintenance individuals. The townhome amenities are always clean and properly maintained with the grass areas maintained. The townhomes are always quiet, kid and pet friendly which is a positive.

After two years of living here, I must say that the new Venterra management team has really impressed me! The employees are helpful, considerate, and always ready to assist with any queries or issues. You can tell they genuinely care about the residents' experiences because they have made the transfer process easy and stress-free. Maintenance requests are handled promptly and expertly, and the community feels more welcoming than before. Anyone looking for a fantastic place to live with an amazing staff should definitely check out these apartments!

I have lived here for 6 months and I plan on extending my lease. Its very peaceful and quiet. I love the townhome I am in and the neighborhood.

I’ve really enjoyed living in this community. The pool and gym are great amenities and are always well maintained. The front office staff has been wonderful—Mikayla is warm, welcoming, and extremely helpful whenever I need assistance. Maintenance has also been excellent; Miguel and Marco are very professional and provide prompt responses to any requests. Overall, the community is well cared for and feels like a comfortable place to call home. I would definitely recommend it to others

Neighborhood is quiet. I really like the easy access to 288 and Beltway 8. There is a great deal of effort to upkeep the property. Office staff truly do want residents happy in the community. Not five stars because: Some (not all) people who have pets do not pick up their feces. The dog poop is a continuous problem. That has got to be frustrating to the property management, it certainly is for the rest of us with pets that have to maneuver the landmines left by other discourteous residents. Additionally, the property really does need to invest in another dumpster area for property trash. What they have now is not enough to accommodate the current residents.

My husband and I have been residents since 2024 & we have noticed a great change in the new management. They have improved this community. The apartments are well maintained, comfortable and truly feel like home. The community is also quiet and very welcoming. Maintenance requests are handled properly and all staff has been nothing but friendly, professional and responsive whenever I had questions or needed assistance. This was a big reason why we decided to renew and move to a bigger space. We have enjoyed living here and would recommend these apartments to anyone looking for a comfortable, well managed place to call home.

My family & I have lived at this property for 4 years . We love that it’s quiet and clean at all times . My maintenance request are always answered fast . I originally posted a review after touring the community. I was so impressed with the community that I moved in about 2 weeks ago. I love everything single thing about this place. I almost moved to a different community and thank goodness I changed my mind. I am beyond impressed with my unit and the community. It’s so clean, bright and quiet. I had a small maintenance request to put in and they were on top of it the same day. The move-in was seamless and the leasing office is amazing. I don’t drink but they even left a bottle of wine, wine glasses and laundry beads for me. I love the app that allows me to control my AC and locks from anywhere. Don’t get me started on the valet trash, spotless gym, attached garage and walking trail around the pond. I’m in my happy peaceful place here!

I went for a tour a few weeks ago. Kaliyah was amazing and made the process super easy. She has since been a great communicator during this process.

We went to check out these townhomes for the first time today and the service was hands down amazing. We met this lady named kaliyah she was very helpful and sweet and at the end of our tour we received goody bags! Who doesn’t love a free treat?

This is a beautiful community and I've enjoyed living here! Since Miranda started, her and the staff have been so helpful and accommodating. If you are looking for a great place to call home, you have the right place!

If i could leave 0 stars i would. I dont know if its the front office or just maintenance but they do not address issues pertaining to leaks or MOLD. After numerous tries to call the office to get it fixed before it turned into MOLD, it was never truly fixed. For such a nice place that charges a pretty penny is ridiculous! DO NOT RECOMMEND :)

As a current resident here, the staff is very helpful. Very quiet and peaceful residents. Monthly events and the complex is very well kept, i cant complain at all!!

I have lived her for almost 5 years and I can't say enough good things. Since the new team has been here, things are slowly getting back to how it was when I first moved in. The staff that work here are super nice and helpful. My townhome has a nice trail that is nearby and love walking my dogs around the lakes. It is so peaceful at night and rarely do I have any issues. I really love my townhome and plan on being here for a long time.

I've enjoyed my time living at Townhomes at Lake Park. The location is perfect; I love being so close to Tom Bass Park and the easy access to 288. The floorplans are great (attached garages are a huge plus) and the amenities are well-maintained. There have been minor issues (like with the gates and valet trash), but the community manager, Victoria, does a great job of communicating and keeping tenants updated about the property. Jerome and the Maintenance Team are very respectful and professional. I can tell the new management is working harder to improve the landscaping and look of the property.

Qualifications for this review: I have lived here for 6 years! I am the first person to ever live in my unit and have been along for the ride through all of the different management companies. Please know I am being completely honest when I say Victoria and her team from Venterra have made living here a wonderful experience! The previous management was terrible and really let the property go but Venterra has stepped up and have brightened up the place (fresh paint, fixtures, signage, etc)! Maintenance is fast, reliable, respectful and actually care about the residents. Venterra took over the property during the disastrous clean up/repairs of Hurricane Beryl after the property was left with tarped roofs, plastic walls and ceilings for over 6 months. They showed up in November of 2024 and most of the property was completely fixed by the time 2025 came around. The community is quiet, very clean, and everyone I have interacted with has been nice! The gym and pool are taken care of and there are lots of sidewalks for you and your pets! I know I am probably missing some information but overall it has been a really great place to live!

Very happy overall. We are absolutely loving the new team, efforts, and requirements that are being made to ensure our happiness!! Victoria listens, responds & is making a huge difference in our surroundings. We are more than pleased!!!

I've really enjoyed living here, especially after the property management changed to Venterra. The complex is well-kept, communication with management is easy, and overall things are smooth. Everyplace has their quirks and this place isn't an exception, but the things I've experienced are pretty minor and you'd experience them (or worse) anywhere. I was having communication issues with maintenance staff and expressed my frustration, and they really made an effort to be more communicative which was so nice! I love taking walks around the lake and will really miss it, as well as the food trucks when they come through.

I've been living in my new apartment for about six months, and I’ve noticed some positive changes in the community. It’s generally quiet, and I truly appreciate the peaceful atmosphere and feeling of safety. There are a few areas that could use a little extra attention—trash cleanup can be a bit chaotic at times, and the grassy area around my door could be better maintained. I've also noticed a few ant piles that need to be addressed, and it would be great to see more consistency in pet waste cleanup. That said, I see the potential here and appreciate the efforts being made. With a little more focus on these areas, this community could be even better. Thank you for working to improve our living space!

Update: Since the Townhomes at Lake Park came under new management things have significantly improved. The new property manager, Victoria, is simply amazing. I was on the verge of breaking my lease due to the poor management style of the previous company. When Victoria took over, she was unaware of several ongoing issues. However, after discussing them with her, she immediately took action. Victoria genuinely cares about the residents and goes above and beyond to ensure everyone is happy. I truly appreciate her attentiveness, quick response time, and active involvement in the community. —————————————————————————- I gave the community 3 stars because the rent has increased every year, but nothing warrants the increase. The gates are always broken. There have been no additional amenities, nothing. With the outrageous amount we pay, it seems they could have bought a new gate and had it installed.

I love to walk at night, so I love the fact the property is well lit and maintained.

Just had an amazing introduction and apartment tour from the Property Manager, Victoria! She was very accommodating and knowledgeable about the property/leasing process, and a very fun person to talk to on top of that! I was excited to move in before, but now it will be very hard to wait for my move-in date! ☺️ **Edit: After living here for about two weeks, I am in love with my apartment and the gorgeous community here at Lake Park! My only gripe is that people should pick up after their dogs 🐕

I have lived here for roughly 1.5 years now which outlasts venterra as property management. Compared to the previous management Venterra has given way more effort into the appearance of the complex, actually trimming bushes and painting the buildings. Mikayla and Victoria are both extremely friendly and helpful. The goods outweigh the bads and some "bads" are uncontrollable so that's why I keep 5 stars. Some negatives on Venterra themselves is while I commend them trying to enhance the appearance of the complex I wish they would've spent the money they spent on painting on fixing the receiver for the gate operator, my motorcycle does not have enough metal to trigger the gate and you have to be directly next to the call box on the front to get your remote to open the gate, so I get stuck behind the gate waiting for a car to come. They told me it was too expensive to fix. Most people won't have a problem with this but the distance that the remote triggers the gates is definitely a problem as you have to be within what seems like a 10 foot radius. The "bads" if you will about this complex that aren't specifically Venterras fault is the attached gym is really small and the location of the complex is not ideal as its 15+ minutes away from most everything. Otherwise the units are well kept with nice appliances and counters with responsive and quick maintenance team and friendly staff. Would recommend living here!

Have been living here for a month now and I absolutely love it. It is a quiet community everyone is very friendly. The community is well kept and grounds always clean. My onboarding was smooth Mykayla assisted me and was very helpful on answering all my questions and was very through on my tour.

I’ve witnessed such a positive transformation at Lake Park Townhomes over the last six months. The property is cleaner, better maintained, and finally feels like home. From pressure-washing and painting the units to installing smart locks after a power outage—this management team truly listens and acts. Special thanks to Mr. Jerome for the attention to detail (that algae-filled well is now spotless!) and Mrs. Victoria, whose compassion when I hit a financial hiccup reminded me that kindness still exists in business. Shoutout to Mrs. Mikala and Mrs. Amber for always being welcoming in the office. This team is doing an amazing job—and as a resident, I just want to say: I see it, I feel it, and I appreciate it. Thank you for making this community better every day!

I love living at Townhomes at Lake Park. The friendliness of all the staff members on property are very nice and kind. I have never experience anyone in the office or maintenance staff coming at me rude or unpleasant. Also, I love the social lounge night we just had with the staff and the apt complex. Never had an apartment complex show their gratitude towards the residence so very very nice! My plan is stay here for a very long time.

I have lived in other complex before & the Townhomes at Lake Park by far is the best. I thought things would change once management changed but I was very wrong. My lease is coming to an end in May & if I did not have to leave for personal reasons, I would be staying. Thank you Victoria & team for always being so kind & understanding. I will definitely miss living here once I move!

I moved in about a month ago and had a very pleasant move in experience. Victoria assisted me and answered all of my questions, when I had a minor service request it was completed quickly and my apartment was spotless when I moved in. My neighbors are also very friendly. I really want to say thank you for the communication from management during the freeze. We received text and email updates about the weather and tips to navigate through it. It was 20 degrees and I saw maintenance driving around on the golf cart looking at the buildings to make sure no pipes were burst. I really appreciated the extra effort.

Management has been responsive and professional whenever I’ve needed anything. The on-site maintenance team is efficient, and I’ve never had to wait long for any repairs or assistance. The community amenities are also a nice touch, including a well-maintained pool and walking paths.

We have lived at this property for a year and have experienced bad management from both Greystar and Venterra Living. Living at this property has been an exhausting and frustrating experience from start to finish. The leasing staff consistently fails to prioritize residents, maintenance requests often go unresolved for weeks, and the amenities, such as gates and fobs, rarely work as intended. The front gates remain open for extended periods, compromising security, while the back gate has been permanently closed causing unnecessary inconvenience. Trash frequently piles up in the dumpsters, creating unsanitary conditions and attracting pests, with valet trash service being inconsistent and careless. Since moving in, we’ve experienced a slew of issues, including a growing pest problem. Despite submitting pest control requests, they often go unaddressed for weeks, leading to infestations of termites, roaches, spiders, and other unidentified bugs. The problem has only worsened over time, with nests forming in the corners of ceilings. To make matters worse, pest control once lost our house key, leaving our home accessible to strangers for months without our knowledge. Management only notified us during an audit and took weeks to change the locks, despite repeated calls and complaints. Customer service from management and staff has been dismal. Complaints are dismissed, and accountability is nonexistent. For example, when I reported an inappropriate comment made by the manager, Victoria, she was the one assigned to handle my complaint. She was nonchalant, refused to take responsibility, and outright stated that my concerns were not a priority. It was clear that the residents’ needs are far from the staff’s focus, despite us paying expensive rent. Maintenance is equally unreliable. Requests for repairs sit in the system for weeks with no updates or communication. Even basic issues, like malfunctioning fobs or gate access, remain unresolved. Only one phone can be connected to the gate call box per unit, making it extremely inconvenient for households with multiple residents. The trash situation is disgraceful. The valet trash team often fails to pick up during the scheduled hours and haphazardly dumps trash into the dumpsters, leaving trash scattered everywhere. Residents are threatened with fines for improper trash disposal, yet the staff responsible for maintaining cleanliness faces no accountability for the mess. This property has been a complete disaster. The high rent does not justify the constant headaches, lack of professionalism, and unaddressed issues. After enduring all of this for over a year, we are finally leaving, and it can’t happen soon enough. Save yourself the stress and look elsewhere for a place to live.

I have had an amazing experience staying at the Townhomes at Lake Park and what makes it so amazing is the management and staff! Jason who is the property manager goes above and beyond for the residents even when it is not required of him, he truly cares and it shows. Omar who is head of maintenance always shows up when I have any troubles and also goes above and beyond, he is professional and always kind. Both Jackie’s in the office are kind, knowledgeable, and are always welcoming, their decorating skills during resident events should be studied! Thank you all for being an amazing team, and making my stay here a pleasant one! ❤️

Jacqueline our leasing agent has been absolutely amazing. She is so sweet and tries to get us taken care of the most she can. Overall the property and units are beautiful, lots of amenities and activities to do near the property.

Overall it was ok, roaches in the garages, little bugs all over the cabinets and ants everywhere. I feel for the price you could do much better , get charged extra $100 for lakeview. Trash was always over filled and nasty and had lots of issues with neighbors with the thin paperwalls, Staff is kind. I believe there’s a lot of miscommunication and if you move out prepare to wait exactly 1 month to get your deposit back. I had a lot of wrong info went from 3 days to 8 to maybe next week to a whole month. For $1.8k a month it’s not worth it. I think it went down to a 2 star for me after the deposit took a whole month for absolutely no reason. But when you move in they need their money NOW , greystar overall is not a good company but thank you to the staff for making the stay accommodating

I have had a great experience here at Lake Park. The leasing office staff has been nothing shy of amazing. The grounds are kept extremely clean and any maintenance requests are completed in a timely manner. The property is very quiet and so are the residents that are living here. I wholeheartedly recommend this place to call home.

Love it here! I've been here 3 years and have no plans moving. Very quiet. Office and maintenance staff are superb. The fitness center, available parking, and the walking trail are all icing on the cake.

I’ve been here since July 2022. Overall I think it’s a great place to live. Jacqueline has been the manager that has helped me the most and she is amazing. She really makes the place great. Pros: -Management is pretty good. All staff is very kind and is very welcoming. I feel very comfortable talking to them. -The staff host events on Holidays. -The community is very safe. I haven’t seen anyone get their car broken into. The staff has been putting in more effort to fix the gate when it’s down. -The townhomes are very clean. I never really see trash when I go on a walk. They change the trash cans near the mailboxes everyday. I always see the staff clean and pick up the trash around the area. -The townhomes is right by the tollway and 288 so you have easy access to get to where you want. It’s only like 18 minutes from downtown Houston. -Packages don’t get stolen. Everyone here is very nice. If they accidentally have your package people here usually return it to the front office. -Food truck every Thursday at the front which helps out a lot because my partner and I don’t have time to cook after work at times. -Big personal garages and personal driveway. -Updated cabinets, stove, dishwasher, washing machines. -Trash valet always take the trash on time. On holidays there is no trash valet which is understandable. -Maintenance is VERY FAST. I thought they would be slow because I read the reviews last year before moving in. For example, one night the AC stopped working at 12 AM and the maintenance staff showed up 30 minutes later. There was another time the disposal got clogged and the maintenance staff showed up and completely fixed it within a day. If the maintenance is not urgent they will usually show up the following morning after you submit the maintenance request. Cons: -Although it hasn’t flooded in the townhome areas or inside the units, the streets Mchard Rd and Cullen Blvd does tend to flood easily but drains after a few hours. -The walls are pretty thin. I can hear my neighbors doing laundry sometimes but I lucked out on having pretty quiet neighbors. -Some of the flooring in my unit are spaced out and not touching to where I can see between it. -There is a lizard problem. It doesn’t bother me much because I have cats that catch it but it might bother other people. -The gym is pretty small. -Not sure if it’s just my unit but the water that comes out in the shower has pretty low pressure so it was a little difficult getting use to. I think the price for these townhomes are quite fair considering you get a personal garage and driveway.

I only saw the main lobby and reception area, however it is a wonderful facility. They had amazon boxes for their residences, starbucks coffee machine and a nice reception area. It is centrally located to Beltway 8 for quick travel to Clear Lake or Sugarland.

Will be leaving at the end of my current lease, but I’ve been at the Townhomes since 2019. Pretty quiet complex; residents are typically young professionals or families. I’ve never experienced any issues with crime. Have had some incidents with pest control though (ants/large ant hills, spiders, swarming termites), and it’s s usually difficult to tell if there’s actually been any treatment completed. There’s been a revolving door of management in the past but the current manager (Jason) seems to have really turned things around for the better and improved timeliness of maintenance and office response. Reasons I will not be renewing my lease: 1. The amount they increase rent each lease doesn’t feel justified with the location, quality of construction, appliances, and amenities 2. was really excited to move in, then was told to hold off on my deposit, didnt hear back so i found a new place i was told i would get my ad fee back and since they didnt get back to me in time im not getting it back. trash.

I've been living at Towhomes at Lake Park for 2 years now. We are looking for a home so it was time to leave, sadly! This is an incredibly well managed complex. The location, floor plan, and amenities are top notch. Every detail of the property is attended to. The streets, common spaces, landscaping, and even the grills are always looking fresh and tidy. The greatest differentiation, in my opinion, is the team. Every member of the staff treats the residents with the upmost respect. I've had repeated experiences where different staff members have gone the extra mile to ensure my needs are met. Living here has been such a great experience. The quality of the complex and the staff who manages it makes the cost of rent well worth it. I'd recommend Towhomes at Lake Park to anyone!

I’ve lived here for 3 years now and as my time comes to an end I will say this : This place has come along way. When we initially moved here in 2018 the management was HORRENDOUS. Absolutely rude, unhelpful, couldn’t be bothered. It was a revolving door where they couldn’t keep the manager seat filled for more a few months and they were all bad. Along with that we’ve experienced about every headache you can name. Had to have our ceilings cut out and repaired due to mold (due to bad design.. I’ll get to that), our floors had to be completely redone due to condensation from the bottom and top floor causing the floor to peel apart , HIGH water bills for months on end due to a faulty water meter that went undiagnosed for months (received $300-400 water bills for months and previous management did almost nothing to help our case), leaking toilets that also contributed to high water bills. In summary, these townhomes were built INCREDIBLY cheap. They were 100% built to maximize profit and absolutely cut every corner to cut cost and it showed in our 3 years. Many, many structural headaches. That being said, however, I have to give a lot of credit to Jason Faras, the current manager. He really cleaned things up when he arrived and definitely added an element of customer service that hasn’t existed since the place was built. This place is far from perfect , but I will say Jason does a nice job of trying to resolve issues that tenants have and almost always come to a reasonable solution. This has made our last 15 months here MUCH better. He seems to genuinely care about the well being and upkeep of the property and that’s definitely a nice touch. Overall, I’d still say it’s an overpriced cheaply made “luxury” town home, but in this market you’re not going to find much better. For the most part it’s a safe place to live with overall really good neighbors and some nice amenities to match. Good luck!

Now that I am getting settled into my beautiful townhome, I want to give a SUPER SPECIAL THANKS TO YOU LUCY! From the first moment I walked into your office I just KNEW this was a place I would soon be calling HOME! Thank you so much for assisting me with this New Chapter in my life. I will make sure to bring you a cheeseburger when we do our first cookout at your beautiful pool....lol :)

I will be moving in this month, and I will say that Lucy, the assistant manager made the process so easy. She was fast and efficient. Much appreciated! I am anxious to move in, and get situated.

Maintenance is understaffed. It often takes weeks or months to have a work order completed. The assistant manager seems to be the only one that knows what is going on- the leasing agent is new since the other fantastic employee left. The manager seems checked out, and doesn’t seem to prioritize resident concerns. He often acts like he doesn’t know us. Overall, it’s a pretty good place to live but the experience is not worth market rent. At this price point you would expect events of some kind and socialization, and all they have done is have a dumb basketball gift card giveaway in the last 6 months. There was also a food truck one time, but I’m not sure that’s a event or benefit since it was at our cost. Our previous property frequently gave away breakfast at the gate, sometimes pizza in the afternoon, and snow cones. None of that happens here. I also frequently have to remove other people’s trash from the back of my truck.

Not only mine but three other trucks were stolen from people in the community while living here. The front office replied that they “can’t stop crime.” How about put cameras up and do something to help mitigate theft within your living area? I’ve also had around nine packages stolen and they refuse to investigate. I tried to report this on the community wall but they won’t let it be posted. I am moving out soon but I wouldn’t stay here again. Good luck, I hope your time here is better than mine was.

The place is amazing!! Me and my family decided to apply as soon as we did the tour! The whole application process was super quick!! Lucy Torres was the one that helped us the most!

Updated! Management changed fully since I moved in 5 months ago. So I believe it needs a new review. New management is very efficient and present in the community They are managing the freeze damage from the storm in a very efficient way. Even during the storm, Jason (the manager) was sending us constant e-mails with updates on power and water shortage. Very efficient. The community itself is really good. Has great space for walking and exercising, it's quiet and fell really safe here. The houses have good finishing and appliances. I had very few maintenance need, and they were all quickly addressed. I see a lot of comments about missing packages, but in my experience this is an issue with the delivers that are just dropped in the wrong place and not at the package room where they should be. I had a couple to packages dropped be the door of other houses. I'm even renewing my leasing for another year as I need to stay in town for longer then I expected. =================== First review from September 2020. So far not good at all! I've been trying to go through the application process for more then a week and it has been very messy and painful. The website showed a unit available but the system would not let me apply for it. After 2 days trying to talk with someone in the leasing office, I was able to talk with someone that send me a link by e-mail do apply. I filled all the information required, they charged my credit card, 2 days later I received an e-mail saying my application was approved and I never heard from them again. I was supposed to move-in next Saturday (26th), called the leasing office several times, the leasing agent was never available, I left about 3 or 4 messages she never called me back. I also sent an e-mail, never heard from her. Only today I was able to talk with the leasing agent, so I asked about move-in procedures, she said my application was not approved yet and requested all the my personal information again. Also said the paystub I submitted on the application (the most recent from 10 days ago) were not enough as proof of employment, so I have give her my director phone number (???). So, 2 days before the expected move-in day I still don't know if I should go to not to the place, if the unit I choose is still available and what is the procedure to move in. It's by far the worst leasing process that I've ever done. I will update my review if they ever manage to get this done properly.

I have been living in the Lake Park community for about 3 months now and love it! The staff, specifically Evalene, is always so helpful and willing to answer any questions. Since moving in, I’ve had a few issues with pest control but what I can appreciate is that the office is always on top of it and my concern gets handled immediately! The price is higher, but you are getting the luxury you are paying for. The community is always so neat and tidy and I’m loving all of the amenities!

The Townhomes at Lake Park was my first choice & I am a very happy resident. The staff is very attentive and friendly; they always fix any problem I have right away, and even check up on me to make sure it was done to my satisfaction. The townhomes have high expectations so you will never see any trash, loitering, or parties going on at the pool (unless it’s the weekend). If you have a family the townhomes are a perfect place to live! The price is higher but it is “luxury living”. If you’re complaining about the cost then don’t look in this price range, simple as that. Also, every time I call or email the office they answer right away. People must be calling the wrong number. Anyway Lake Park is a great community with great people, don’t let the bad reviews with the fake names make you over look them!

Terrible! Absolutely terrible! Water leaks power outages poor construction outrages prices it’s horrible. They are price Gouging! They went up 300.00 on a unit. I have so many issues with construction and management I want out of this hell hole!

We have been looking for a luxury town home community for months now, and we finally found them. Lake Park have everything we have been looking for and look forward into moving there! The staff have provided great customer service and information for us to make our final decision. The area is peaceful and quite but not far from the busy city at all which I love. Also the prices are reasonable, you get what you pay for and we believe these townhomes are worth the money.

I had the opportunity to visit this location for a relocate within Houston [moving closer to work that is]. At first I was hesitant as I was still locked out the office on first impression and not realizing an office staff had returned into the office the door was still locked... which was later explained due to proactive safety. Great thinking. But please pay attention. I was quiet impressed with the environment. Stephany was very helpful, informative and the customer service is worth the thought of moving into this place of residency. I viewed the TA1 [model] and also had interest in the TA3. The presentation was on point. I was ready to move. My main concerns were amenities, internet service provider(s), safety, service call turn around, parking and surrounding resident activity(ies). AND specials. There was only one "uh no?" expectation - The gym didn't have a leg press. So, then that's where the stairs come in. Anyway, I look forward to making this place my resident.

The prices are ridiculous for the small footage wow!! You can rent a 3-bedroom house for the same price as a one bedroom from this place. They should be ashamed of themselves. Only people who don’t pay attention to the sq footage will think the prices are a good deal. They’re plenty of other beautiful apartments around Houston where you get THREE bedrooms for 1300 a month.

I can understand the tele # listed is not accepting calls at this time... is there a date when this location will start accepting applications? Will this complex be income restricted (based)? Thank you

I was so excited to see construction at this location. I would love to live in this area. Hopefully they will have availability when my lease is up.

These seem to be really nice townhomes, with attached garages. Really curious to see all the amenities, and the floor plans.

I think it's great to finally have townhomes in Pearland outside of Shadowcreek and Pearland Parkway. The proximity to Tom Bass and 518 are appealing. I can't wait until they're finished!
