We used Koala (Ryan and team) to remove old insulation and install new blown in insulation. Ryan is super responsive and his guys show up ready to work to exactly what was quoted (no surprises), work hard (dont think I ever saw them take a break) so the job gets done quick, are very respectful, and gets a quality job done right the first time!

Very pleased with my new installation. My house is nice and cool. There was a hiccup with my AC wiring getting disconnected, but the company remedied the situation the next day, so I had one hot night but I am good!

Koala wasn’t necessarily the cheapest, but it was thorough, fair, and reasonable. Communication was on point. The office team was courteous and professional. I had questions later in the evening on the quote. Ryan responded within minutes when most people would wait until the next day to reply. They sent an email out a day or two before letting me know what to expect. They also sent me a text the day of letting me know the crew was on the way. The dumpster came early, and the insulation crew arrived well within the timeframe. They told me the job would last two days, but they got it done in one. They never stopped working. The crew took their lunch in shifts, not all at one time, which allowed them to continue to work. All in all my wife and I are very happy with our choice. All the staff I interacted with was courteous and informative. They listened to my concerns about different areas in the attic and informed me of all the things they would do. I have since had to go into the attic for repairs and found trash they left behind under the insulation they blew in as well as the fact that they didn’t finish putting in the barriers that help keep the airflow in the attic as they said they would. I am hoping to get the issues fixed because they seem like they want to do their best for the customers.

Great service. Quick, complete, educational quote and walk through of my attic. Gave me the ability for progress updates by going to see the work, listened to me both when quoting and while doing the job. Doing the job the guys were all professional, considerate and not intimidating. Had an issue they addressed it, and made sure I was completely happy. The guys worked hard , kept the areas clean during and after. I didn't see damage due to any of thier gear or techniques. Also had quality products. Ladies/ Elderly they were well identified, noticed given when arriving so you knew who you were allowing in.

Several good pros and a large con with my service for replacing insulation in my attic. Pros: Work was very well done. Insulation that was installed looks great and works great. Significant reduction in electric bill as a result. Work was done quick. Communication was great. Con: One of the technicians went through my medicine cabinet in the upstairs bathroom. There was nothing worth taking in there but he did steal a bottle of cologne.

All these folks were fantastic. Daniel, David and Cuba worked hard in a hot attic to make sure every aspect of the job was done well. They showed us before and after pictures of everything they did. The house was already cooler before they left. This was a tough situation for this franchise because they were doing warranty work for a franchise that went out of business (and had only done half the work we paid for three years ago). Amanda in the office was very helpful and good natured about everything. The corporate office stood behind their warranty and helped make everything happen. I highly recommend Koala and this franchise.

Everyone on the team was great from start to finish! I was having issues with the rooms located above my garage swinging with the temperature outside (hot in the summer, cold in the winter). Ryan explained everything, answered all my questions, and offered up solutions I hadn't thought of like insulating the garage door since it receives direct sunlight. David and his teams did fantastic work, and even checked in to see if there was an improvement when they came for a second visit to patch the drywall. And they left everything super clean for how messy/dusty this work was. The insulation has made a huge improvement to the temperature of the rooms. we live in Sterling Creek in a four year old house. There was no blown in insulation over my attached garage or the exterior walls . After the initial inspection we found out we were shorted 2-3 inches over the living space because the depth ruler for the insulation started at 2.5 inches. Today Koala insulation did a great job correcting this. We are now ready for the Summer heat. Thank you!

Great process overall. Offered several solutions to my problem with good pricing. Was flexible on the time they could come out and the crew did a great job. Did the work faster than the original estimate and they even threw in a little extra insulation for the same price.

We have a very old house, built long before A/C, with high ceilings and zero insulation anywhere. During recent cold snaps, we were unable to heat the house even to 60 degrees Fahrenheit. We collected four quotes for attic insulation. Koala was the 2nd-least expensive but had by far the most detailed estimate. Ryan noted, among other things, that our old attic required special batting near the unvented soffits. Koala's two-man crew completed the work in about three hours and cleaned up thoroughly afterward. Since a cold snap came two days later, the difference in the indoor temperature was immediate. It was also dramatic. We kept the thermostat at 69, and that's where the temperature remained. The central heating unit even cycled off now and then, which it never did before when temperatures dipped below 30. We're very happy. It won't take long for the savings on electrical bills to surpass the expense. One surprise: When the technicians asked for my credit card authorization afterward, a screen showed the option for a tip. I reflexively punched 10% and immediately regretted it. I've never been asked to consider tipping someone who worked on my house. I emailed Koala five minutes later, and they removed the tip. Maybe Koala offers the tip option as a favor to their technicians, but it caught me off guard.

From free estimate to project completion, Koala has been professional and thorough. Crew finished our attic project in 3 hours. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and left a clean work area. I highly recommend this company!

Daniel Martinez and team did a great job installing an Attic Depot 30 watt solar fan and blown-in insulation to raise the level of insulation to at least 14 inches. Looks like a winter wonder land in our attic. Ryan Adams, franchisee, gave us a very competitive fair quote. Although they offer financing, he did give us a cash discount. Make sure you ask about senior citizen and/or military discounts as well. Amanda back in the office makes sure the lines of communication between all parties is top notch!

It was a two day job and after the first day they cleaned up before they left as well as after they finished the entire job. We had some wood in our attic which they removed without charging more. The group of workers from Koala Insulation who came to my house and did the job were an amazing team of professional workers. These folks were fabulous. They did everything they said they would do and kept me informed at all times. They were polite and helpful. Ryan and Amanda are amazing. Ryan even met with the local historical society for a recommendation on the insulation to use on our historic home. Great service from great people! Highly recommend!

We had blown in insulation added to our attic. Great experience with the company from start to finish. All workers were professional,knowledgeable, friendly and on time. Workers cleaned up thoroughly after project was completed.
