I had an excellent experience with a consultation and ultimate installation of a Rinnai tankless water heater. Brennan Pilson was thorough in the original consultation and efficiently and effectively replaced our aging tank heater with the tankless. And left the worksite in excellent condition. Price was reasonable for the work performed. I would use R.S. Andrews again for future work.

Luis came out to check our system for a possible issue. He found the problem quickly and corrected it. He was professional and very knowledgeable. He answered all our questions and was very pleasant to deal with. We’d be happy to work with him again!

I had a leak in my ceiling directly above my garage. I called RS Andrews on a Tuesday morning and was able to get someone out the very next morning to take a look at my issue. Someone could’ve came the same day, but next day worked better for me.<br><br>Robert came out the next morning & was amazing! This review is based on a home visit. RS Andrews provided a plumbing estimate to my husband yesterday morning. We were very pleased with the experience with our tech, Mohamed. He came out to our home first thing Friday morning and provided a quote for a major plumbing repair. Zoned HVAC was running non stop, not cycling off and one zone was not distributing heat adequately.<br>Terrell arrived as scheduled . He was very thorough in investigating the issues I was experiencing. His troubleshooting efforts identified the problem/resolution which required a part to be ordered.<br>Terrell answered my questions and explained next steps after order placed. .<br>This was my time using RS Andrews. I could ask for better service than I have received from RS Andrews Electrical. Starting with setting up the appointment with Drew. He was pleasant and professional. He handled my concern with compassion and explained the process as it would transpire. Come the appointed date and time, I received a call from a dispatcher. She continued the professional and courteous tone letting me know my electrician was on the way. Travon, I simply cannot say how pleased I am with his professionalism and the high level of customer service he provided. He seemed to know where the problem was but checked all other elements that may cause problems in the future. Finally, the cost of the service was below what I left, estimated. That is always a good thing. Yes, when Travon left, I had a R S Andrews smile on my face. Could not have asked for better.

Furnace was acting up this morning. RS Andrews fit in a technician to come out as available. Quick call back and response with friendly and courteous staff. The technician, Andrew F., arrived in a timely manner, was extremely professional and friendly and corrected the issue. Highly recommend.

Blake responded ahead of a deep February cold spell. He was personable, knowledgeable and responsive. Unfortunately R S Andrews does not repair Bryant Furnaces that are 55 years old like mine. Blake did agree to inspect the unit and attempt to identify issues. After our joint inspection he said he concurred with my efforts to maintain and keep the furnace running, said he thought it would be safe to operate under careful surveillance, but he recommended replacement. I scheduled a date to prepare an written estimate.

Robert H was quick with his problem solving and resolution after my pipes burst after freezing. He was also very kind to share with me his supervisor's information in the event that I need to follow up for expert testimony due to irresponsible development on my home and in the neighborhood. Same day service for a very old ruptured tank. New tank installed and is much better than the one that came with our house.<br>Service tech was quick, efficient and friendly.

Very good job! But charging me $413 for less than two hours of inspections and some work seems pretty high. I should have listened to my wife to get several estimates first.

I want to extend a huge compliment to RS Andrews for immediately arriving at my condo following to repair request. Luis installed a (really $$$) thermostat a few weeks ago and now I have a rattle behind it when the fan comes on. Today Luis listened to the rattle and we discovered it was the metallic frame of a picture I had next to the thermostat. We removed the picture and sure enough the rattle stopped. I am personally a professional with 2 Masters Degrees and I am somewhat mechanically inclined. How embarrassing? The education did not contribute to simple logic and Luis proved it. He was here for 10 minutes and then was out the door with a huge smile. I sincerely appreciate Drew for sending Luis out so quickly. Luis deserves a huge reward for exercising his professional mannerism and simple problem solving skills. Thank you sir!

We had an emergency and Ezequiel showed up quickly and did a great job. He kept us updated along the way, and when he was done he asked if we wanted him to look at anything else. It jogged my memory about something else. He took care of it, which saved us another service call. Highly recommend!

Harold Lyon is so knowledgeable in his work, care for his clients and knows how to educate about the work that needs to be done. We are satisfied with the work he has done for us. We will definitely use RS Andrew's again and you should use them too.

Had a check done on heater. He changed the filter and said all is well with the heater. Since my husband has a smart thermostat Ivan said to check the connection. Only charged for service call and we also signed up for maintenance plan.

They were prompt, courteous, and presented well. No problem when I mention to wear shoe covering (booties). They checked out all they were looking for to start and complete job. Luke is a great, skilled, and to the point guy. Amir listened, took notice to what Luke requested of him, so the process was thoroughly done right. Luke did not mind me asking questions and answered extremely well. He made me aware of a possible hazard he came upon in the chimney. He was able to relay information over the phone to homeowner, Mr. C., who was on his way home. He also told Mr. C. he had tightened a loose wire on wall by dryer. We thanked them both. We were/are pleased with R. S. Andrews service and we will definitely refer them to others. Superb technicians and service today. Thank them for respecting me and my home. Originally, had RSAndrews install our HVAC system almost 10 years ago. They have maintained it since then. We are very happy with their professionalism and expertise. They arrive on time and complete the work expeditiously. They make suggestions for improvement and alternatives. In an ocean environment, we are especially happy with their performance.

Disappointed that I chose RS Andrews to install and maintain my HVAC mini-split system. The installation was plagued by their failure a long mix-up in the ordering and delivery of parts. I was prepared to let that slide but the warranty and maintenance has been a nightmare. Now, I have been lied to by the maintenance department. After claiming that they were experts in mini-splits, they keep sending out "technicians" who have received ZERO training on these systems, which require specialized knowledge. Not only did the first one refuse to crawl into a very clean, dry crawl space to check the unit in there, but he attempted to charge us for something that was clearly under warranty, saying "we'll see about that" before being corrected by his office. A return visit was required because the part needed to be order, and I was told by customer that the next time that would send a qualified, trained "supervisor." I told them I was willing to wait for the right person. The young man clearly isn't a supervisor. He came admitted he had no training on mini-splits, and was unable to figure out something via the manual. He asked me questions about the system and expressed exasperation. This is a total joke.

We called RS Andrew’s for a second opinion as the first HVAC company told me we have to replace the split a/c unit as the cost of repair vs the new unit is almost the same. Luis came and indicated the issue reported by the first HBAC company was not even an issue. He looked into the circuit board and thought it might have gone bad, but once he did some reset, everything was working as expected.<br><br>Super impressed and will not hesitate to hire this company for any of my hvac needs.

Very nice, very professional. He knows his stuff. He gave me a lot of information and suggestions on what I need to do. Unfortunately the tankless hot water heater was not repairable and we had to get a new one. But now I know how to service it.

Spending thousands of dollars on a replacement water heater and connected pipe work is not high on my list of desired expenditures. Howvever, thanks to J’amie expertise and thoroughness I have only positive things to say about my experience. I have been a customer of RSAndrews for 11 years, and have always had exceptional and professional service. Toilets fixed, showers fixed for no hot water, eventually a hot water heater replacement, fixtures replaced, always immaculate. This week I discovered from my utility company I have a leak alarm. Monday, Brennan arrives to diagnose, recommends leak detection company, Tuesday leak company recommends a line replacement but detects very (dangerous) pressure in my house. I reach out to Brennan, and he reassured me I will be on his Wednesday schedule to address. He arrived on the afternoon of New Years Eve to replace my expansion tank and resolve the danger. Next week they will be back to replace the water line and resolve my leak. I’m very thankful to Brennan and RSA for making me feel safe in my home this week. A++ for company and the expert plumber Brennan!

Garage door opener outlet changed to GFI to protect in case of power surges. Harold arrived promptly, listened patiently to my concerns, & completed the installation quickly -- checked everything to make sure it was working correctly. I am delighted!!

Jon did a great job of replacing my hot water heater! My hot water tank is located in a closet at the end of a hallway, leaving very little room to work around. Jon was extremely knowledgeable on all aspects of this job, and his workmanship and dedication to his profession was very admirable. There were several challenging situations that he handled, and the finished install looks great.

R.S. Andrews 10 year warranty on my sewer line repair proved they go way above and beyond to correct a problem caused by one of their employees.<br><br>It's too long a story. Readers Digest version.<br><br>We had a major Sewer line line repair done in 2022.<br><br>It stopped working correctly and we had to have the line redone and added 2 additional components to finally make it work correctly.<br><br>it took 4/5 weeks to get it fully corrected and repaired but we are now good for the next 50 years.<br><br>RS Andrews is a totally trustworthy and extremely honorable company and they 100% per cent warranty their jobs for 10 years.<br><br>I can highly recommend them for both major and minor jobs.<br><br>Melvin Winograd

I called for service at 9:00 on a Saturday and the technician was here by 9:45. He called before he came and I received a phone call from the RS Andrews saying he was on his way. He was professional, thorough and competent. The repair was done quickly and heat restored. Great company with highly trained technicans.

We have used RS Andrews services for over 30 years at two different homes. Whether HVAC, plumbing or electrical, they always are on time, friendly and competent. We have an annual HVAC maintenance contract that includes a discount on any other service we have them perform. Very responsive and reasonable pricing for anything from having an electrician come just to change the bulbs in our ceiling lights to replacement of our water heater and furnace. I can't recommend them enough.

Brian did a great job and was very respectful.The only reason I didn't use the service is because it's just too expensive. It shouldn't cost $534.00 to replace a simple garbage disposal that cost about a $130.00. He does not set the prices though so I do not fault him personally! If I had a more complex issue going on something that required real plumbing expertise, I would have definitely considered using Brian and RS Andrews if they were somewhat competitive with their pricing.

Plumber review<br>I contacted RS Andrew’s plumbing service requesting they send out a technician to troubleshoot and resolve a water leak that had been running all week in my garage. I had previously contacted my warranty company who sent out a plumber who could not find the source of the leak and who determined that it was not a plumbing issue. He suggested that it was an HVAC problem and I wasted valuable time and money having a HVAC technician come out to look at it without any resolution. It turns out that it was a plumbing leak after all. Neil the plumbing technician for RS Andrew’s did an outstanding job quickly uncovering the source of the leak and resolving the problem within minutes of his visit. I was very impressed with his knowledge and his ability to resolve the issue so quickly. Kudos to Neil for his professionalism and skills and to RS Andrew’s who made my problem a priority by sending out a technician on the same day of my request. I can now sleep at night knowing that this leak has been stopped and I can now move forward with repairs. I will definitely use this company for my future plumbing needs. RS Andrew’s staff is the best!

All the Techs that R S Andrews has sent were very courteous and professional. All details for the repairs were explained along with any follow up visits. Any costs were explained before the Techs came out. I would recommend R S Andrews to anyone who needs home repair.

James Roche Jr, was the service tech that came out to my house and he did an excellent job. He was replacing my water heater, but ended up facing numerous obstacles while trying to do the job. He was able to conquer each one without complaining, and he worked straight through the day without taking a break. I’m sure he could have used some help because it was a lot, but he handled everything by himself and got it done. I appreciated his persistence and dedication to his work. What a phenomenal employee!!

I called David at RS Andrews to help fix a leak caused by another plumber. He immediately knew what the problem was and helped fix the issue. He was very professional and I would definitely use him again. I will not make the mistake of using another plumbing company.

Jonte did a great job. Arrived according to the expected time, found the problem quickly, explained the problem (dirty flame sensor pin), fixed it, and was on his way. The company also sent texts on the arrival time. The initial customer service interactions when I called the service number was great as well!

Absolutely the best experience I’ve had with any home service technician. He didn’t know it but another company came the day prior to assess my air conditioning system and told me the entire system needed replacing and would cost over $14k (saying the entire blower motor and blower fan were shot and the control panel doesn’t work any more). Terrell came in, located the actual problem, a faulty capacitor, and had the system running within minutes for THOUSANDS less than I was being asked for the day prior. His honesty and integrity have instantly made me a life long customer. He’s amazing.

RS Andrews was great to work with. They assigned a technician, Richard, and he came out on schedule. The company was very communicative with regards to his arrival status. Richard was very thorough in his work. He diagnosed the the issue and made the necessary repairs. Michael Powell was prompt, courteous, and very professional. He was very respectful, in regard to covering his work shoes, upon entering. He answered all of our questions and made sure that we understood how to maneuver our thermostat before leaving. We were very pleased with his service.

Dispatch had a plumber out the next day, inside the time window they provided, and with a call to say our Plumber James R. Jr was 30 minutes away.<br><br>James was an extremely knowledgeable professional. He explained everything he did clearly so I could understand my options and his professional point of view. The service tech, Waqas Shafqat, from RS Andrews performed winter system maintenance on our two HVAC units. We received a courtesy call about 30 minutes before he was due to arrive and he got here right on time. After a brief review about what to expect today, he got right to work. He was careful to put on shoe covers so as to not track in any mud or grass and checked the electrical portion of our downstairs unit. He also cleaned the thermo whatever it is that determines when to turn on and off the blower. He set the thermostat to a very warm temperature and let the furnace run. He then went to the upstairs unit and repeated the process. By the time he had finished with the electronics upstairs, he was able to return to the downstairs unit and determine that it was heating properly. When he had finished and closed up the downstairs unit, he was able to check that the upstairs was heating properly too. I followed along with him through the entire visit. While I may not know the names of all of the parts, I have seen enough of these visits to know that he checked everything and did all of what was expected very well. This is the second time that Waqas has been here. I was pleased to see that he was going to be performing our maintenance check today and would highly recommend him for any HVAC maintenance, service or inspection.

I’ve used R.S. Andrews for a couple years now and have their maintenance plan. Reasonably priced, proactive appointment setting twice a year for furnace prep and AC prep, and you get prioritized service which is a bonus. Their technicians are always kind, professional, and very knowledgeable. They never oversell and always make good recommendations and provide options for when you have specific repair needs. I’ve yet to have a bad experience and would recommend them to anyone!

I contacted RD Andrews to inquire about getting the attic above my garage insulated. Terry Taylor was assigned and he come to my place and gave me a very thorough opinion of the need and what I might consider. By the time he was ready to leave, I had decided that I would definitely move forward with the work as we discussed. I was pleasantly surprised to learn that the work could be done the following day and that Terry would be the installer. As promised, the next day Terry and his associate arrived when promised and within 2.5 hours, the work and all associated cleanup was complete. He provided me with photos of the "before and after". RS Andrews I've used before for HVAC. This was my first time using them for plumbing. I had a significant job of replacing the whole water line from the meter to the house. They got it done in less than 4 hours. Very professional and knowledgeable team! I highly recommend them. The technician even helped me put the grass back down.
