USA Insulation franchise in the Houston Tx area is just down right awful! Unwilling to take responsibility for poor installation and coverage with photos to prove it! Lack of energy savings, no change in electric bills X-9 months, strong persistent odor in one area of home. The Houston franchise woman representative down right lied repeatedly! I disproved each and every point she tried to make and she still continued to lie. Woman on the phone stated for someone to come out on a service call and inspect and verify the photos are real of the removed sheetrock exposing an entire wall with studs, it would cost $500.00 upfront, 2 inch holes would be cut into interior walls with the homeowner responsible for repairing. Absolutely terrible company!

Had a great experience with USA insulation of SE Houston. They gave me a free estimate with different options at different price points. I picked one of the options and got an appointment for a few days later for the work. They kept me informed by sending texts and the day of the job they sent a crew of two efficient, competent and friendly techs. A few hours later the job was done perfectly. It was easy and painless!

Very poor job and service. They no showed 2 times before showing up unannounced when we were not there. We discovers they missed sections of our house. Additionally they spray the foam all over our belongings, concrete, house and neighbors house. The owner did nothing to correct the problem. Very unprofessional when we called him. We spend hours cleaning the mess. The yellow puke looking stains on the concrete where there equipment broke still will not come up. Had to hire another company to finish the job. Save yourself the aggravation and don't use this company.

The crews removed our water damaged insulation, then reinstalled new insulation after roof repairs. They were on time, did excellent work, cleaned up, and were very professional. Highly recommended!

We had usa insulation do our walls and attic. Gerald and his crew were the most professional contractors i have worked with they made sure we understood the procedure and when they were done the finish work was so good in the brick you could barely see it. they were very careful not to damage the surrounding and did a great job of cleanup. i highly recommend them

****BUYERS BEWARE******Had them come out and install spray foam insulation in a bedroom, living room and children's play area. They quality of work was some of the worst I have ever seen. The amount of over spray up and down walls, flooring, furniture, and outside my home took days to clean up. Paid for 3in of foam and in many places only got 1/4in. Foam is now pulling away from rafters and wall studs. Called rep to complain the next day and he advised they would come back and correct. Three weeks later still getting ghosted by rep. Received a call from the manager he advised they would only come back and fix if I would pay for them to do so. Had second company come in just to see their opinion on the work and they said it all needs to be ripped out and redone. Should have done more research on this company to find out there is an entire Facebook page dedicated to this companies failures.

These guys are wonderful! The crew (Dylan, Jason and Kishaun) came in and were so efficient in their work. They were so polite and considerate of our home and kept us informed every step of the way. You'd never know they'd been here, except my house is already so much cooler! I highly recommend this company!

I used USA Insulation to “renew” my attic insulation. After 25 years, it was flattened out and settled and doing little to insulate. They offered the best deal and it included an attic door entry insulated “tent” opening. Dylan was the primary tech. He worked hard and did a great job. I couldn’t be happier with the work and the price. We already notice the difference on how much better the upstairs maintains a good temperature during the hottest part of the day. Looking forward to seeing a reduction in our electric bills! I highly recommend USA Insulation.

Had them come out for an estimate and was surprised how cheap it was. Scheduled the work for a week later. They arrived on time and did the entire attic in less than two hours. Everyone with the company was very nice and professional. Wish I’d called them years ago. It stays so much cooler without the ac fighting to stay on all day.

Same thing to say as just about everyone else - Marius came and was very straightforward and polite with me, talked about what would happen, gave me a straightforward quote that was extremely reasonable - I talked with Laura at their office, got it scheduled. One week later, the crew was here. Again, very polite, got my attic fully insulated, managed to get places I didn't think would be possible. Nothing to say except great things across the board. I didn't bother asking anyone else due to the reviews and confidence I had after talking with Marius. I'll update this review if anything suddenly goes wrong, but I doubt that'll be the case. Had 2 areas of my house done with 15 inches of blow-in insulation. The team was very efficient and on time. The Team leader was very informative and knew his stuff. The best part is I never felt like I was like I was talking to a "salesman" at no point did they try to talk me into something I don't need, and provide advice on which areas of the home I shouldn't and should not worry about. 10/10 Highly recommend. We originally had a quote from another company that was advertised in a local home improvement magazine, but decided to check around for other prices after we received that quote, and that is how I came across USA Insulation. Their booking process was super easy, they were very communicative throughout the process leading up to our installation, and our installers were ahead of schedule to our appointment time. Additionally, once they arrived and started working, they were quiet, non-invasive while they worked, very professional, cognizant of my dog (so she wouldn't take off on an adventure), and when they left, my house was just as clean as when they arrived. They also addressed my husband's concerns about a couple of bathroom vents potentially being covered by taking extra care to make sure that they were taken care of properly. We were not only impressed with the price, but with their service as well. We will, for sure, be recommending USA Insulation to family and friends, and we appreciate the great job they did!

I got 3 quotes from 3 different insulation companies. I chose USA Insulation SE due to price and because Marius from beginning to end was never the pushy salesman like the others were. Marius explained different options with different prices and not once did he keep calling me about my delación. From beginning to end I had questions and thanks to Laura the office manager and Marius they would answer them quickly. I decided to remove all my insulation in the attic , have foam put on the attic floor and I did the garage ceiling due to the upstairs rooms always being extremely hot or cold. Had a great experience with Marius and USA insulation. Marius was very responsive with his quote and questions I had. When the installed the insulation they were very thorough and left a clean workspace as they left. We had an area without an access and worked with Marius to minimize the access hole and impact to our house. I was very pleased with their service.

I am tardy in writing this review. In December 2022 we had foam insulation sprayed under our house which is elevated about 6 feet from ground level. I was impressed with the Owner/Manager Marius and his crew of young hard-working guys. From start to finish it took about 5 hours. The job was very well done and the cleanup impeccable. I am sure that many people like me are concerned about insulation companies, and whether you are going to get what you pay for. I was concerned about this, but I can say that this company is not one of those companies. They are the REAL DEAL. During the freezing temperatures this past winter we noticed the difference. Most impressed that Marius came for initial assessment of our insulation that was in place and he gave his honest opinion and did not try to up charge us. He showed temperatures with a FLIR temperature camera which showed the hot spots. Pricing was very fair, and they offered financing and within minutes we were approved. Our home got insulated within the following week. We are very pleased with the service and the hands on management that Marius provided. I definitely recommend this company for your insulation needs.

I cannot say enough about USA Insulation of SE Houston! I was quoted a very fair price and the installation was a breeze. Marius explained in great detail what services would be covered and what to expect on the day of service. The two gentleman that performed the work were not only on time, but extremely courteous, very quick, and cleaned up after themselves perfectly. I hardly knew they were there! Outstanding work! Insulation between my cabinets and exterior wall was bad and caused the cabinets to sweat during summer. They showed up on time and had 4 guys working within minutes. Very well trained and everyone knew what their job was. They were done and out quickly well worth the money!

DON’T WAIT! PROFESSIONAL, COURTESY, KNOWLEDGABLE and AFFORDABLE!!! I did my research and requested free quotes. USA Insulation was the only company to come through. Spoke with Ms. Laura Monday morning and met with Marius that afternoon. Scheduled my appointment for Dec. 15 at 1pm and the job was completed by 2 pm (small home). In making his assessment of the requested job, Marius took the time to explain the difference between Spray foam and Blown-in insulation, making sure the right service was used for the job. His Staff were very courteous and took pride in their work while performing the service. Can’t stress enough to make sure you at least get a “Free Quote” with USA Insulation, you’ll be glad you did.

I could not be more pleased with the insulation work Marius and his crew did for me here in Santa Fe. From start to finish, everything was completely professional. Marius explained to me how I could keep my existing attic storage (which had been boxes sitting right on boards on the joists) even though we were adding many inches of new insulation above those joists. I was able to complete a big job of laying twelve 2 X 8 boards on end across the joists (with special brackets) prior to the insulation, and then installing plywood platforms across the top of the 2 X 8's after the insulation was blown in. I have much better storage now and a noticeably cooler house! Marius was very generous with his support of my carpentry skills and equally generous with the insulation. This is a fine group of people, knowledgeable and articulate and yet so reasonably priced.

Super friendly guy and he explained everything I needed to make my garage more comfortable. The price was very fair and his crew installed the insulation a few days later. Quality of work was the finest, i am 68 y.o. in bad health, sensitive to odor , and i personally did not smell any odor from the foam injected in my walls. My home is 52 years old, never could get the heat or ac regulated. My electric bill was $280 for 980 sq ft. Could feel drafts coming from areas of wall, plugs etc , now all gone. I received a quote and was walked through the process. They explained what was going to be worth my money and what was going to be marginal improvement. My home was built in 1910. Minimal existing attic insulation and absolutely no wall insulation. Electric bills in the $500-$600 range (per month in summer) and two 3-ton A/C units that NEVER stop running! I was changing out the condenser motors every year they would run so much and burn out the bearings! As you can imagine, gaps and leaks everywhere. I could run my AC 24/7 and during the heat of the day, the AC (all 6 tons of it) could not get my indoor air below 78-79 degrees. I saw an ad on TV and decided to see what USA Insulation could do for me. Within a couple of days, they were out and gave me a great quote. I figured that I if I saved $150 per month on my electric bill, it would more than pay for the cost of installation. They explained the process thoroughly and I decided to blow cellulose into the attic and inject foam into the walls. BEST DECISION EVER!!!. My walls are now R-30 and my attic has 12-15 inches of blown in insulation and an attic stair tent. For the first time in 15 years, my AC units stopped turning for most of the day (cycling on and off as you would think they should). The humidity in the house has dropped 30-45%. I set it a 74, it's 74. I set it at 70, it's 70. Before, I could have the thermostat set at 70 and it would be struggling to get down to 78 degrees. The entire process was painless and took only two days (8am - 2pm each day). Absolutely the best service I have had from any contractor I have had work on my house... prompt, informative, POLITE, and hard-working. I can not stress how happy me and my family are right now. Would do this again in a heartbeat every day of the week and twice on Sunday! Why did it take me so long to do this?

I called USA Insulation for a quote on attic insulation. I had called 5 other places and they were the only one to call me back and schedule a prompt consultation time. The one other place that responded required a $35 quote fee. When USA Insulation came out for the quote they were on time, professional and detailed as to my options. They told me what I could expect with new insulation. They explained what the different types of insulations were and what they each offered. The pricing was what I expected and the consultant was very knowledgeable. He didn't try to upsale me, which was nice. After the quote I moved forward with the process and they came within a week to do the job. They were here on time and set up quickly. They were respectful of my property from beginning to end. They cleaned up everything and left it as it was before they came. They had me come up in the attic after the process and showed me the completed product and gave me more information. I was very happy with what was done and how it looked. They were very thorough! After the insulation was complete we could tell an immediate difference in the temperature of our upstairs and are very pleased with all aspects of the job. USA Insulation of Houston I called USA Insulation of Houston because gaining and maintaining a comfortable interior temperature was always a problem. In addition, road noise has a constant irritant. I read their Google Reviews and liked the quote. The three-man crew arrived on time. They inspected of my home in an experienced and professional manner and set a work-plan in place. I was so glad I could be home during the process because they explained what they were doing and why. They showed me that there was no insulation at all in the walls. I guess it wasn’t a priority in the late nineteen-fifties. Five hours later the job was finished. Normally, by one in the afternoon, the interior south wall of my home is hot to the touch. The sun is blazing outside, and my interior wall is cool to the touch. Everything was cleaned up and locked up just as they found it. I am very pleased with USA Insulation of Houston and highly recommend them.

He helped us prioritize based upon our needs and budget and explained to us various options with an honest and expert assessment of what would be best for our house (in terms of comfort, efficiency, cost and resale). He and his team came over to do 2' underfloor spray-in foam. We have about 1700sqft with very easy underfloor access. They completed the job quickly within a single morning. They were highly professional. I would happily recommend them.

I really do not lije doing rating but we wer not please how this turned out. A little over year ago we had then do our Mobile Home and did not have a great experience. We had them come out and come to find out there were so many places that were not done and it was suppose to be 2 in and when we had to have A/C man out he showed us where there were many other places not done right. He was there because thought something was wrong with A/C . We were told this would keep anything from coming in under the house like bugs , rodents and would keep house cooler but it was worse than before. Also we were not explained the process. Appearantly spraying the A/C ducting was not included or they just didn't do it. Owner thought I am sure we didn't know what we were talking about telling them it was 80 degrees in my home. We called out the second time for touch ups they showed up and still didn't finish correctly. So the owner came out and one other person crawled under house and the owner Marius seen several places missed again. He was not happy with his men but he got under there too. And still a year later the heat just rises up in my home. So I don't recommend this.

I wish to highly recommend Marius and his crew for their professional installation of a quality product. They worked diligently and quickly and left a large work area clean every day. It was a pleasure to meet professionals who take pride in their work and the product they deliver. Stellar customer service!

The crew applied the spray foam insulation underneath my 100 year old, pier and beam house. The house was built with no sub-floor under the original, long leaf pine floor boards. The difference is amazing! The floor seems more firm and is definitely more quiet when you walk across it. The A/C is able to cool the house down more quickly, noticeably so. Marius had explained exactly what the application would do and what I could expect. It does exactly that! The price is very fair, communication was prompt, great experience all around. I have a lot of work done renovating these old houses, and highly recommend this outfit for this type of work, Thank you Marius, Laura, and crew!

Both I and my tenant felt that Marius Cuzmin knew what he was talking about, and that his crew was competent and efficient in taking care of the insulation requirements in my attic. They moved quickly to find a time slot for us during a very busy season. He spent time to educate me to the options available. Mr. Cuzmin even came by the next day to help us diagnose other heat leaks in the house, which enabled us to speak with authority to an unhelpful A/C technician -- his help resolved other issues, as well. My tenant is much happier: USA Insulation of Houston has helped me to look good for my tenants, and I can't say that about all contractors I have worked with.

I used USA Insulation Houston to take care of insulating my work area in the garage. They were patient with me rescheduling for months as things got in my way of completing the tasks I wanted to do before getting ready for them to come and do the work. They came on time and did the work in a day. Part of the area insulated was quite dark and needed to be touched up later. They came back and touched up the small area I asked them to without complaint. They went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. Very friendly staff! Highly recommended!

I love the fact that the product is much safer than other alternative products on the market. Not to mention not having to leave my home while product is being installed. We were one of thousands that flooded during Harvey in Brazoria County. Of the many contractors we used to rebuild, Marius was the ONLY contractor who honored EVERY promise made. Marius showed up on time, cleaned up afterwards, made sure we were aware of what was going on through the whole process and answered the many questions I had. He was on the job the entire time, watching his guys every step and even pitched in working to make sure the job was done correctly. Our job was required to be done in two parts since we were not ready for the attic to be blown and one wall still had to be injected. Even tho there was a few months before we were ready for the second half to be finished, Marius remembered better than myself all that still needed to be done!!!We can diffidently feel a difference in the temperature of our home now. Marius even followed up to make sure the temperature had gone down as expected and just to make sure we didn’t have any other questions. Wished all the contractors were like Marius. Then our rebuild process would not have been so hard or taken as long. I would recommend Marius and his crew along with the products to ANYONE.

***UPDATE*** The USA Insullation franchise that this review is for has gone out of business. The new franchise owner called me yesterday to see what he could do to to make it right, even though it wasn’t his company that did the previous work. He sent someone out Immediately to do repair work at his expense. I’m not going to change what I wrote about the company. But the new company is pretty good so I will give them five stars. I used to work for these guys! I thought it was a great product. So I decided to have injected into my walls. The installers over filled one wall causing it to blow my wall out. They never fixed it. They also didn’t finish half of my house, and they left the brick full of holes. I would never recommend this company to anyone. The product itself is great when installed correctly. But the company and owners don’t care about anything but lining their pockets. When I sold for them EVERY job had one problem or another! I’m glad to say I’m no longer associated with them. DO NOT USE THESE GUYS UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR HOUSE MESSED UP! If I could add pictures on here I would so y’all could see for yourself what they do to houses. And to get out of fixing their mistakes they just close one franchise and open another. Then say they can’t do anything about it. The company doesn’t stand behind their work.

I'd give him a 100% on communication and he gave us good tips on other things we could do in our attic in addition to insulation in order to get the most efficient use of our system. What I liked was how personal the salesperson/owner was in dealing with me. The job was done rather quickly and the crew was friendly. The only (minor) complaint I have is that they should have blown the debris out of my garage when they were done. That said, I can certainly recommend doing business with USA Insulation, the price was right as was the work.

Marius the new owner came and gave us a quote for spraying the foam insulation under our home after Harvey had caused our home to shift and wet the insulation we had. He also had his crew come and remove the old insulation at a very fair price. We had 4 quotes and Marius at USA Insulation offered the best price and the service was great. His two crew members Jonathan and Sheldon were very professional, they worked very hard to make sure that my wife and I were happy. Marius contacted us after the job was completed and even came by a couple days later to inspect the work. I highly recommend this company.
