The team who arrived was fantastic. They removed water from a broken hot water heater. Removed carpet, baseboards, damaged drywall, and so on.. everything they planned to do was clearly explained before they began. They hauled all of the carpets and damaged drywall out and took it with them. They saved any baseboards that can be saved. The crew was very friendly, which was important to me because I am a chatty person lol. They also returned a few days later to check the moisture levels and ensure the equipment they left was drying out the rooms. Thank you so much, I am truly grateful!
