Unfortunately I have to write a bad review about this company. When doing installation they did not complete their work. After weeks of being lead on that I would get a refund it never came. Please do not use this company as they do not do honorable work.

SCAM SCAM SCAM!!! The Owner is a terrible con man and liar. Said would do the job for $3,000 then tried to double price after I already paid them over half and they were 1/4 done. I paid for full radian barrier and blow in insulation to R38. (R38 should be 12-14 inches. In my case my home already had 4 inches but they only blew in 4-6 inches of their stuff in the downstairs except thicker right around the access to attic so if you looked up you would think they did it properly the entire way. They are ripping people off and when I called him out about it he cussed me out on the phone, said he would come and beat me up, and made his crew leave even though I paid in full for the job. I have sent his info to my attorney and am going after him personally and the company. The attached pictures were taken after they said they finished this room to R38 (12 inches plus the 4 inches that were already there should have been 16 inches) As you can see after they blew in it's less than 9 inches. Just disgusting.

The guys were great! Came out the next day when I needed them and prices are beyond the best! The go above and beyond also, I had so much blown insulation that I felt like I was in the clouds! Thanks guys! This is my 3rd time using them and will continue to do so!

DAMAGED OUR BRAND NEW HOME & shorted us on insulation…. 0 stars weren’t an option!!! Christian quoted to place 3” or closed cell foam on our metal roof deck. On the first day foam was sprayed all over the front of our brand new building. They started to spray and I noticed it wasn’t nearly 3” & let him know. He assured me it would be 3” & they would do another layer. We have been waiting for over a month for him to come back & do the 2nd layer & he hasn’t attempted 1 time to clean off the overspray on the front of our building. His staff showed up to our home for payment because he hadn’t paid them, so they came to us to ask if we had. We STUPIDLY paid him because he SAID he needed the remaining balance to pay his crew & buy more materials. We’ll promise after promise he has not been back to complete the work. So now we are left with attorney fees & paying another company to complete the work & clean up his mess SO UNPROFESSIONAL & honestly sad because we have been so patient & allowed him far too many opportunities to correct this easily avoidable situation.

Owner made an appointment with me to do the install 6/28 at 830am. No call No Show #1- owner did not reach out to advise he was not going to be able to make his appointment. I had to be the one to reach out on 6/29!!! Owner apologized as he got tied up on a job and that he would be there 6/30 at 8am. No call No Show #2 on 6/30 owner once again Owner did not reach out and I had to reach out to him.. He apologize and advised me he would be there 7/1 at 830. No Call No Show #3.....7/2 I reached out to the owner he advised he would be there on 7/3.... Well to my surprise at 3pm (2) young men showed up to do the job. I was on my way home so I went ahead and opened up my garage for them... I have a camera in my garage. Needless to say they were in and out and less than 40 minutes. I thought this was quite strange that this process took less than an hour to do... Within a few weeks I had noticed no difference in my electric bill or sustaining temperature within my home. So I had my air conditioning company come out and do a full service. When they went into the attic they felt cold air blowing. He advised me the ducts hadn't been repaired. He also advised me He would have to charge me $1,250 to have the insulation removed And to get my ducts repaired. I reached out to the owner of the company and to my surprise once again he gave me the runaround telling me he would show up and didn't show up. Now he won't even answer my calls text messages or emails. I HIGHLY advise you take your business elsewhere. I feel taken advantage of and I'm quite upset. I should have just paid the extra money to go with the company that's more reputable and reliable 😔 I have screenshots of all the messages and times that I have tried to reach out and get this situation rectified.

I had my ducks replaced and I use this company to blow in insulation R38 into my attic The duck guys were running late and that made me basically a pain in the butt customer because I wanted it done before the weekend the crew arrived at 3:30 on a Friday and let's face it you can expect somebody having an attitude that close to quitting time instead they were friendly polite professional played with the dogs explained what they were doing showed me before and after pictures took their time and did probably one of the best blown in insulation jobs I've had done and this is probably the third or fourth I've had done in my life The price was more than fair I'm extremely happy with the workers the company and the whole experience especially them working around my schedule so they didn't have to go a whole weekend without Insulation at all when we're having record heat indexes good job guys keep it up

Unprofessional & unreliable make sure they do what they said they would do before you pay them because you will never hear back from them. Very nice company until you have an issue or not happy with the job. Had to pay another company to come out behind them to finish the job, also what ever time frame they give you throw that out the window. Typically dont ever write a review if is not 5 stars but I feel future customers should know what they can expect from this company. Gave this company weeks/months to be able to make it right they decided that ghosting me was easier than finishing the job correctly.

I cannot say enough great things about Christian/Valentine and the team! They went above and beyond to remove the old cellulose that was 2-3 inches/sanitized the attic then added all new blown insulation CertainTeed InsulSafe SP R38-R44. They made the house feel better and the garage had 0 insulation but now has more than enough to make it feel 10-20 degrees cooler. I appreciate everything your team has done and they’re awesome people!

Christian was beyond above board, which I always appreciate as I'm new to Florida! He was honest, forthright, impeccable at his word, thorough and his communication was off the charts! I would not have hired anyone else but Christian to do this job I Feel So Satisfied with the job he did and the pictures he took of our before and afters! Was 5 hrs late he said he used 20 bags of insulation but I took before and after pictures not much difference in depth then he tried to get a second payment saying check would not clear but my bank paid.

Called Christian on Tuesday afternoon and he was at my house the next day!! Very professional and passionate about what he does! Made sure he got in all the cracks and crevices and ensured I was satisfied. it was a great price he gave me but communication was vary poor and we set a date and his machine broke down but I gave him the benefit of the doubt and we reschedule then I had and emergency and had to reschedule again and tried to reschedule again and message him and never answered any of my messages and I dont think there Licensed and insured also
