Insulation in unfinished area under my house was trashed and falling out. Bill at Eco Insulation came out to inspect, gave a very reasonable estimate to remove and replace the insulation, and set a date. The crew was here exactly when stated, and they did a superb job. The area is still unfinished, of course, so it will never be pretty, but it looks a heck of a lot better and will undoubtedly improve the energy efficiency of my home. The entire project was done in a highly professional and efficient manner, and I would not hesitate to recommend Eco Insulation to anyone.

Bill from Eco Insulation came out and blew insulation in the attic space over my garage. The pricing was very fair, he showed up on time, and he was very pleasant and professional to work with. He took great precautions to keep the area clean, worked efficiently, and did an excellent job with cleanup once finished. He also took the time to advise me on a quick and easy method to check for insulated walls, which I really appreciated. Very high-quality work and service. Great work & fair price with minimal inconvenience. Bill also did a great job of laying out the various options and not pushing one way or another. We ended up having the old (46yrs) insulation removed and the attic resealed before laying in the new. Already a noticable difference.

Sprayed in lots attic insulation to top off for better house temp control . . Best price quote I recieved from four . . The owner supervised and they were careful and did a great job . . Some companies wanted a fortune and with these folks the price was much better.

We had a consistent temperature problem with our main bedroom. It was consistently 7-10 degrees warmer or colder than the rest of the house. It was upstairs and has a vaulted ceiling and just assumed "well that's the way it is". We had Bill and his team take a look. We found several sections of the ceiling where there was little no insulation coverage throughout the house. Bill and team came and removed all the old 30+ year old insulation, sealed the attic, insulated the attic. Honest, the difference was IMMEDIATELY noticeable. My bedroom is now actually comfortable and has a consistent temperature with adjacent hallway and bedrooms. Great work Bill, thank you.

He quoted me a price and we adjusted because he realized some of my walls were already insulated and didn’t need to those walls. He could’ve just proceeded and charged me the regular price as quoted. We recently used Eco Insulation and soooo glad we did. Our energy bill was really high, so we called Eco. They were so nice on the phone and explained everything so that we could understand the process. We set up an appointment and he was on time, easy to talk to, and no mess after the job was completed. I just had my attic insulation upgraded in my 35 year old house. Bill have me a very reasonable quote and they did a teriffic job.

Our house is 34 years old. We had a reroof performed a while ago and when the roofers were finished they left my attic insulation covered in debris. After inspecting I also realized the insulation was powdery and poorly distributed. I decided I wanted to have a complete attic overhaul, but knew it was not a DIY job. I called up a few companies and got some bids. After speaking with and then meeting Bill from Eco Insulation , I immediately felt comfortable with his knowledge and passion for this type of work. He explained in detail all of my options and the cost to benefit of each one. Everything from adding more insulation over the old, to taking out the old and doing a complete reseal of the attic space. After seeing my past PG&E heating bills I opted for the compete reseal. This included sucking out all the existing 34 year old insulation (including all the roofing debris) sealing all joints, perimeters, entry points etc.. Additionally all canned lights were boxed off and sealed with a fireproof bucket style cover that was also sealed to prevent leaks. My dead space above our kitchen that was uninsulated was also foil sealed and insulated (which made a big comfort difference). Custom eave vents were created to ensure proper airflow with the new denser insulation. I mean they thought of everything. One of the side benefits that we did not even think about was after having the new insulation and the complete attic clean-up, on hot summer days we noticed our whole house smells fresher upstairs. Now when we get our SMUD and PG&E energy bills and the have the little chart at the bottom telling us how we compare to our neighbors we are always in the efficient zone. And the proof is in the comfort. Our house stays cooler in the summer and warmer in the winter without changing our thermostat settings from the past. In fact we've actually been able to adjust to be more efficient due to the changes. We are very happy and highly recommend them.
