These guys were awesome. Armando, Carlos and Daniel were super professional and got our disgusting attic all clean and set up with new insulation. Very attentive to details and answered all our questions. They were so polite and considerate of trying to keep things clean. Would recommend!

DO NOT HIRE, THEY ARE OVERBOOKED, OVERPRICED AND POORLY MANAGED. Got quoted $5K for extermination and cleaning of my attic and crawl space, as well as new attic insulation and only accepted it because they said they could schedule me within that same week and do the job in one day and not only did they not finish on the day because they didn’t have the necessary materials, but they wanted to finish it until the following week. I had to coordinate that they come the following day by calling management and the person in charge of the job. Additionally, during the follow up visit two weeks after, it came up that they didn’t clean the crawl space or install rodent traps (incomplete job) and they had to yet again come another day instead of doing it on the spot.

Jose Olguin came out. Checked attic traps. Determined a few places the rodents could be entering and wire meshed said areas. Great job.

Jorge Martinez came to my home this morning and did a great job of sealing all the openings in my crawl space, under kitchen and bathroom sinks. He was friendly and respectful. I recommend him to everyone.

Jose Olguin has been to the house a few times and has done a complete job! After a few inspections detected a new area of penetration. He fixed the issue on the spot and will return in a few weeks to check it again. Happy with the service.

Jorge Martínez from Attic Pros was incredible. He inspected bothe the inside and outside of our home thoroughly. He found several openings where rodents could enter and sealed them. He was prompt, thorough and friendly. I recommend him and Attic Pros extremely highly.

We need old insulation removed, rodents removed, the crawl space and house pest-proofed, and new insulation installed as soon as possible. AtticPros replace a 40 year old attic last week, doing a great job. They worked hard for 81/2 hours and removed all the trash. They needed to come back today to replace a vent duct. It was done well again. If you have an attic problem AtticPros is call to make.

Roy from attic Pro, tackled my crawl space and workshop with expert skill and professionalism. I can't recommend him highly enough! Roy not only installed new insulation but also did a fantastic job identifying and sealing up the entry points where pesky rats had been getting in. His solution involved securely closing these holes with wire, which truly gave me peace of mind.Roy execute the work efficiently, but he also took the time to clean up thoroughly afterward. Appreciate the hard work from Jose Olguin trying to help with the chronic mouse issue! He identified there are gaps that mice are burrowing holes and sealed them up with mesh and foam.

First phase of our attic job went well, Oscar and crew worked like a machine, arrived on time and went right to work. They sucked the old insulation out, bagged and hauled it away. Secured every possible critter entry point. Repaired, cleaned out and insulated all the ducts, fixing many weak links in our HVAC duct system. Excellent communications, effort and clean up. Nice guys too! They’ll be back in a few days to install new R38 insulation. Excited to improve our home environment!

Osman and his team are extremely professional and reliable. They worked very hard to remove the old insulation from the attic and the crawl space, thoroughly cleaned and sanitized the space, and set up traps. Before starting the work, they carefully protected the floors, doors, and walls, and they cleaned everything up once the job was done. They even worked late to make sure everything was completed with high quality. They will return in January to install the new insulation, and they are making sure there are no mice before doing so, which is absolutely the right approach. They also do consistently gave us advance notice and followed up before each visit, which we really appreciated. Highly recommend Attic Pros for their professionalism, work ethic, and attention to detail.

Jose Olguin came out to our home, and I just want to express how grateful we are for his help. We’ve been dealing with ongoing rodent issues, and Jose was incredibly thorough checking the outside of our home, the garage, the crawl space, and even using cameras to inspect our duct system. Update: Melesio and his team came out to our home to rodent-proof the crawl space under our house. They first went underneath to repair and replace holes the rats had made in the ductwork, then sealed and rodent-proofed the area by installing mesh and concrete where the rats had been tunneling. After that, they thoroughly cleaned all the rat droppings under the house and finished by cleaning the ducts inside. The team did an amazing job and took extra care to protect our home by wearing proper boot covers and laying down cardboard to protect the floors. Great job, guys we truly appreciate all the hard work you did.

Update: Attic Pros came through with two guys who worked 10 hours on a Saturday to get the job done right. Thank You. Do not let them insulate your walls. They don’t have enough “handymen” to complete the job in a reasonable time so the workers must take shortcuts. I was lied to every day about workers arriving. I was promised 2 guys each day but always got 1 guy for a half day. Find someone local instead of these guys.

Tom Best was on time and completed the inspection quickly. He gave us an estimate within a couple hours along with several options to encapsulate our crawlspace. He answered our questions quickly and was very helpful in guiding us through the process

Rodent intrusion and the associated damage they cause is the worst! After reading reviews, I decided on Attic Pros because they have great reviews and because they specialize in the work I needed. I was not disappointed. Within a few days of reaching out, Tom came out and did the estimate. The work began only two business days later! The work was scheduled over two days but they did it all in one! The guys arrived on time and were cheerful, polite, and pleasant to deal with. Kevin showed me pictures and video periodically throughout the day so I could see the work, start to finish. He answered all of my questions and explained everything clearly and patiently. Before they left they made sure there was no trash or debris left behind. The crawl space now looks like it belongs under a brand new home, it’s that clean and tidy. I highly recommend Attic Pros for all of your insulation and rodent elimination needs. I came back and edited this, removing a star. The work and workers were great. However, a few days after the job Julian from their business office messaged me that they had not received payment and the invoice was overdue, even though they were paid IN FULL THE DAY OF WORK. Proof of payment was provided and he messaged me that a receipt would be sent when the payment was deposited. Very disappointing and unprofessional of them to go after a customer for payment when the problem lies with their accounts receivable.

Great service, fast response! Omar is very good at what he is doing. He is knowledgeable, very helpful and hard working. My crawl space is old and hasn't had any real thorough cleaning. He sealed all of the rat entry points and clean and sanitized the crawl space very well with the specific detergent. My crawl space looks amazing and smells so good. I really appreciate his hard work. Now with his help, the crawl space becomes a better place that is not so attractive to rats and pests.

I had rats in the garage and was getting pretty stressed and annoyed about it but Jose and the guys made the whole process easy. They checked every corner, sealed several tiny gaps I didnt even know existed and followed up twice to make sure everything stayed clear. You can tell they actually care about doing the job right and not just rushing in and out.

Marvin Ayala was the foreman. He and his crew worked hard to clean up the attic and installed new installation. He. Loses all the gaps to prevent wild animals to get in the attic. Excellent work! Upon completion he took pictures of the attic and sent to us. The crew was on time and completed the work in one day.

What an outstanding job the main lead Rodolfo and his other colleagues Fernando, Alex, and Juan cleaned and replaced decades of bad attic and crawlspace insulation, installing encapsulation, cleaning and sanitizing animal damages, ducting, and did general related work without hesitation. I cannot say how impressed I am with Rodolfo (and his colleagues) work ethic, respectfulness, and attention to detail. Over the course of 5 days, he calmly and patiently addressed hundreds of concerns I had explaining well the issue and the process. He went above and beyond and I cannot further express how happy I am with his work. Attic Pros do seem to live up to their name. Although it'll take time for me to absorb all that has been fixed, I know I'm well on my way to enjoying a warm and safe home especially with Winter here. I am deeply thankful for his and his team's work and I wouldn't hesitate a second to recommend him in the future.

Guys were quiet and efficient and worked hard to clean up old vapor barrier and put in new insulation. They protected everything with plastic. Hopefully they’ll return after rats get in traps and they have promised they would check-in with us in 1 week. I like that there’s a warranty also. Update: They did send someone out, Jose Olguin, to empty traps and do a re-check for any holes or openings. He cleaned out traps and rat excrement. He was so thorough checking around the perimeter of the house, the garage, and again under the house. Very pleased with the work!

Had Attic Pros do rodent proofing and clean up of deteriorating and shredded crawl space duct insulation. Technicians were courteous and did a thorough job. This is the 3rd time I have used them for attic and crawlspace work and would recommend them. Fair pricing.

They did a fantastic job of rodent exclusion, covering up every possible entryway and setting the traps. They were able to even temporarily remove some roofing to get positive evidence of rodents in a ceiling with no attic space. The technicians were polite, professional, and all work was done cleanly. Called Attic Pros to have them remove the old blown in insulation from my attic space and install R38 rolls of insulation. Rodolfo and his crew arrived around 9:30, put in plastic protection for the floors and sealed off the area so insulation would so insulation material was contained. They vacuumed all of the blown in stuff, sealed gaps and disinfected the attic space. They rolled in the R38, cleaned up the area and sent me pictures of the attic space throughout the process. They finished up by 4:30. The workers were quiet, efficient and very friendly and polite. Overall quite pleased w/ the work and results.

Alex and his crew were great. Everything was covered with plastic and floor protectors. They did a great job at every part of the job. I wish I could say the same for the office staff. They kept sending me review request for people that weren't at my house. We had a 2 phase job, first removing the old insulation then after my new a/c was installed they were to come back and install new insulation. However after the a/c was installed I tried to schedule the install and it took 4 times of contacting them to scedule. I had to threaten to sue them for Breach of Contract before someone finally sceduled my install. During all this they asked for payment for phase 2 even though they hadn't even scheduled it yet.

We hired AtticPros to remove all the existing insulation from our crawl space and rat proof our crawl space, and rehang all ducting as needed, and rewrap ducting as needed. My biggest complaint was lack of communication as the work was being done, none of the workers spoke English, or very little, never knew what the plan was or what they were doing, different workers everyday, no one person in charge, never spoke with person who I met with at the walk through or contract signing, never heard back from anyone in charge, I had to take the workers word on what they did as I couldn’t go down in the crawl space because of a bad knee, now almost a year later I’m having to hire someone to check on there work!

Attic Pros responded promptly to my inquiry and set up an appointment to look at the site, take measurements, etc., and gave me a reasonable quote same day. Work was done on time and of excellent quality. Would definitely hire again!

All of the Technicians from Attic Pros worked very hard to locate and secure all of the possible entry points for rodents. They were willing to listen to my concerns and attempted to answer them to my satisfaction. Should yhe need arise I would hire Attic Pros again.

I highly recommend Attic Pros. They responded to my request very quickly, arrived on time as scheduled, were unexpectedly quiet as they swept my crawl space to clean and sanitize using pet safe deodorizer and did not use vacuums that would have stirred up the dust and rodent debris. Raonel from Attic Pros recently did a follow up inspection to address rats in my crawlspace and attic. He was an excellent technician. He was prompt, very articulate and knowledgeable. He did a thorough inspection and found a new entry into the attic. Rats had chewed through a shingle and then through the roof itself. It was not easy to spot. He fixed it with heavy duty wire mess and placed traps in case any rat was trapped in the attic. Attic Pros are always great. Raonel was exceptional.

We had a great experience with Attic Pros, from the first visit of Asad, the sales person, all the way to asbestos abatement and installing new ducts and a thorough cleanup of two attic spaces. The crew was hardworking and fast, the foreman was polite and nice and they accommodated everything the way we agreed. Would highly recommend them. The attic looks great! The services provided were primarily the removal of crawl space rat urine smell, as well as substantial redo of crawl space insulation. The person I dealt with primarily was José. He was wonderful to work with, and did a great job with his crew. I have to say, all the people I interacted with at attic pros were wonderful. I would say it was a somewhat rare experience for me to be served this well by a company.

Roy did a great job. Very professional and clean. Attic Pros vacuumed out all the old blow in insulation and then replaced it with R-38 batt insulation. We recently moved into a “new” old house and after inspecting the attic where I had hoped to use for storage I was appalled at the condition of the space. Dirty and completely settled blown in insulation, pieces of roofing material, and worst a large amount of rat and mouse feces. Before I could use the space I needed help. After doing some online research I called Attic Pros for an estimate. Najim showed up on time and reviewed the area. He explained what services they would perform and provided a fair estimate. We opted to include an attic fan installation and a new attic ladder. They were able to perform the initial removal,cleaning, sealing and rodent proofing the very next day. Armando and his crew showed up on time completely walled off the work area and took care of business. They were tidy and kept our house clean. The next day the ladder and attic fan were installed . I wanted the crawlspace cleaned up and insulation restored after treatment for rodents. Attic Pros gave me what I felt was a fair price and did all the work required in a single day. They were careful to protect our floors and all debris was cleaned up after they finished. They even took the time to strengthen the screening the pest control company had installed to prevent further intrusion.

So far - so good! Omar was very thorough. He was the hardest-working guy who has ever done a job here. He is also very personable and interesting and knows quite a bit about the habits of mice. It has been only two nights but our traps have been empty each morning and our wildlife camera is recording no activity in our crawlspace. We didn't tell him but we substituted the traps he left with our live traps because after 4+ months of trapping these same mice they seemed like pets. Nevertheless, we are so happy they are gone from under the house. We also appreciated the advice he gave us about keeping them out of our car. Thank you, Omar! EDIT: the wrap up went well, and met another extremely talented handyman noé, who refashioned a plywood path out to our furnace. Long story. Stays at 5 stars. Great crew! Polite, professional, and finished earlier than proposed 3 days! It’s a big unfinished attic with a a couple conundrums. Wesley, the Attic Pro rep is a very talented intermediary who can communicate the concerns. We also had a new attic fan installed which was a speedy affair, and the fan is great! Attic Pro’s handyman is very skilled, and handled the 12’ height of the attic. Highly recommend! I also recommend the option I had for financing, which I hadn’t planned on. A dog’s recent operation necessitated this, although I’d been given a great price and good terms by the company itself.

Rodolfo and his on-site crew at Attic Pros did a fantastic job. They removed the rat-soiled insulation and contamination, sealed leaks and entry points inside and on the exterior, replaced the rat-compromised ducts and filled the attic with the equivalent of R-38 insulation. The crew found that the roof-exiting dryer vent (a big blunder by the house builder) was clogged and cleaned it. The crew sealed off the rest of the inside of the house from the crew’s path to the attic. Noticed the increased air flow from the heat vents immediately on trying the furnace back on.

We recently hired Attic Pros for a large home project, which still had the original attic and crawlspace insulation and ducts from 26 years ago. This work involved installing a new pull-down attic stairway, removing the old attic insulation, cleaning and sealing the attic (including rodent-proofing), canned light insulation, blowing in new fiberglass foam to make the ceiling R-38 rated, replacing all the ducts in the crawlspace, and replacing all the under-floor insulation. All this work was completed in 6 days, at a price that we considered reasonable and fair, especially considering the challenging working conditions in the attic and crawlspace. The Attic Pros crew, led by the experienced Marvin Ayala, were excellent - very easy to work with, always on-time, and keeping our home as tidy as possible. Marvin explained all the steps and materials involved, and kept us well informed all the way. Eric and Johnny, who installed the attic stairway, did an outstanding job, and the end result looks great and works perfectly. Our home is now much better insulated, stays much warmer, and the heating furnace runs much less often. I recently had the pleasure of working with Attic Pros on a multi-phase home project, including rodent-proofing (rats), attic insulation replacement, and A/C duct and plenum work. I was particularly impressed by the project manager, Tom, who was exceptionally responsive and knowledgeable. He quickly handled adjustments to the project, connected us with another professional company for asbestos removal, and coordinated the A/C duct replacement smoothly. The on-site team was professional, friendly, and respectful of my home. They took great care to protect the property, and their communication ensured we were aligned on most major steps. Their commitment to quality was evident; even when we encountered a minor issue with the A/C after the duct work, their office promptly dispatched an A/C expert who resolved it right away. The only area for improvement is in time estimation. Initially, I was advised the work would take around two days—one for insulation and one for the duct and plenum. In reality, it required four days. While I’m very happy with the quality and understand that no time was wasted, I would have appreciated a more accurate initial estimate. A heads-up would’ve helped with planning, but I genuinely appreciate their hard work and attention to detail throughout. Overall, I’m highly satisfied with Attic Pros’s service and would recommend them to anyone looking for quality and professionalism in home projects.

Jorge Martinez and Erminio Lopez corrected radiant barrier installation to allow for proper airflow in my attic, put in baffles, and blew in insulation. I recently had Attic Pro install new air ducts and insulation in my attic and crawl space. I was very impressed with the process and the quality of work. Jeremy (sales) was very professional and knowledgeable and explained to me in detail how Attic Pro's quality is different from other contractors. He stayed in touch throughout the entire process and provided very a competitive bid against another contractor. The installation went smoothly. The lead installer Nico was courteous and detail oriented. He covered the hallway and built a tunnel to avoid any contamination of the living space. The other guys also worked really hard to get everything done in one day. I was stunned how bad my old ducts were, some had rusted out completely. I wish I had had this project done years ago. Really happy with the process and outcome.

Attic Pros provided one of the best customer satisfaction service. We had our attic cleaned, sealed, and replace insulation. The team did an amazing job at sealing off the service area from rest of the house. The team did an excellent job of vacuum cleaning the attic to its core after removing the old insulation, sealed off openings/crevices, and finally installed new insulation (smells like fresh paint), which was all done in one day. The team also sealed off any openings in our garage/roof/exterior wall to eliminate pest invasion. During the work, one of the ceiling lights popped out, but their handy man came in the very next day to fix the issue (obviously at no cost). Attic Pros is fast, efficient and gets the job done. - easy booking for a free estimate: go on their website, click the button, put in your information, pick a date and time frame and you’re set. - fast inspection: Jeremy came by on a Thursday and inspected the house. He was able to give me a quote on the spot. He sent me the estimate detailing everything that will be done including the price, their warranty/policy/cancellation agreement and the most important thing; they are insured. - scheduling: I talked to Jeremy on Friday and he was able to fit me in that coming Monday. - the job: We needed the attic, crawl space and garage cleaned out, sanitized, rodent proofed. The old insulations and air ducts are being removed. All the debris and garbage are removed. We also needed a new crawl space door installed. Sounds easy but it was actually a GINORMOUS project. Basically those areas were infested. ‘Nuff said. - day of the job: Lugeiro and his crew came and knocked everything out in one day. 9:30am-7:15pm. They are a godsend! Super friendly and efficient. I didn’t have to be at the house the whole time. I ran errands and came back from time to time to check everything. Attic Pros vacuumed out and cleaned/sanitized my whole attic space which was soiled by rats. Jose and Luis were very professional and hard working. They were also very detailed in the rodent proofing work that they did to close up all possible holes. Najim helped coordinate and schedule the work and it was done on the quickest timeframe of all the companies I was in contact with.

Attic Pros did an excellent job with the removal of the blown-in insulation in our attic. They also allowed us to delay scheduling the installation of the new insulation so we could do other work in the attic. The rest of the job was less satisfactory. Our attic is a a cramped, horrible place to work, so we understand the difficulties the workers had. However, one of them stepped in the wrong place and put a three x three foot hole in our ceiling. The drywall and a 2x4 board put a dent in our tongue and grove flooring. Attic Pros took responsibility and even sent out their handyman the next day, Saturday, as we were leaving town. Unfortunately, the handyman dropped his tools twice and put two more dents in our floor. None of these dents can be truly fixed, only filled and the wood re-varnished.

We have a fairly large attic that had pretty shredded dusty insulation, and a lot of junk piled up. Wais Amiry came by to give us an evaluation an estimate not only to clean up and re-insulate, But also to secure some plywood across the Ceiling joists, so we could access equipment up there without risk of falling through. Wais also very kindly evaluated our crawlspace, though since it has recently been encapsulated, not much work as needed down there. It’s still not fun to call around in! And he reassured us that all is working well. We had a written quote that afternoon, and took a couple days to think it through because this kind of work is an investment. The quote was fair we felt, and they were able to begin work immediately. Throughout the process, Attic Pros was very communicative, letting us know by phone and text when we would expect the workers to arrive. I was always able to get somebody on the phone and their whole team was helpful. The first folks to show up, or the cleanup and insulation crew led by Dennis. These guys really worked hard and efficiently. Dennis communicates diligently with us through the process, Coordinated with Wais Amiry on timing to get electrician up there to make sure none of our old wiring was live before adding the new insulation. The guys carefully wrapped the path up to our attic to keep it clean and we’re careful around our things. And they cleaned up every night so we had our house back until their return. They do space near the house for their vacuum truck, And luckily, since we are a slow street, there was not a huge problem with them blocking a lane, but I recommend getting that sorted out ahead of time. We went with batt insulation because the blown in is not a good plan in an attic you want access. We’ve already noticed our heat coming on much less often, so it is working! And it feels so great to have everything tidied up. We had to wait about a week to sync up with the handyman (Noe) , who installed the plywood on our floors. He also very generously Installed the grab bar at the top of our attic ladder to make it easier to get on and off the ladder. It only took him half a day, and I can’t believe he was able to finagle all those sheets of plywood into the attic by himself. He cleaned up after himself, and I very much appreciate that this is done. I’m very happy with the job done. It’s something I’ve been wanting to do since we bought this place. We needed our attic cleaned out due to old insulation, new roof debris, and rodent droppings. I met with Najim Ahmad for an attic inspection and estimate. He provided the assessment, worked with me on insulation type, and offered to seal up an old unused whole house fan. He gave a competitive price, and the work was scheduled for the next day. The attic was throughly cleaned out, sanitized, and they sealed air gaps, including wire mesh on a gap where a rodent could enter. They installed new Owens Corning next gen Pink R-38 at my request. Roy and his crew did excellent work and delivered exactly what I wanted in one day. We're looking forward to saving money on heating and cooling the house and federal tax credit.

Jimmy and his team were the absolute best. They did such an amazing job. The attic was a mess with a bunch of dust and debris, wood chips from first reroof wood shingle removal over 25years ago, the blown in insulation was almost nonexistent, and another area had batt insulation that had water damage from a roof leak. We just got a brand new roof and wanted to clean out the attic space and have new insulation put in to protect the new roof from aging faster while making inside our home more energy efficient. 50years of attic grime gone, disinfected, sealed, and new insulation. From my first call to the finished job was less than 48 hours. They got me in the next day. They cleared everything out, they protected the walls and the floors with bubble wrap. We could notice a huge difference The change was immediate and I could not be happier. I highly recommend just look at before and after pics. It is such a cramped space and unbelievably hot I just appreciate this service everybody worked so hard customer service fantastic.

I started my search for a company to help change out the old insulation in our attic and add in new ones as well as a solution to our crawlspace water issue. After calling service businesses, I decided to work with Attic Pros. Najim was our lead project manager. He took the time out to come on a Sunday to meet with us and do a walk through. Throughout the whole project, he was easy to communicate with and quick. I spoke on the phone, through text and email. What I appreciated was Najim doing a walkthrough with me the week before the project started to ensure I know day by day the plan. The day of, the lead would call me and throughout the day send me photos of the project progress. Attic Pro is also helped us with payment plans as they know these types of projects can get expensive. The lead also hang up our ducts that was done by another group -service champions since they had left it on the floor of the attic. Attic Pro made sure to hang it up so it doesnt sit on the insulation. Attic Pros also moved two of our vents out from bathroom which Service Champions said was fine but 3 other vendors said it was not. They also sealed a gap that I asked Service Champion to help with twice but ignore. So glad I found Attic Pros! Also, Najim was responsive after the project was done! Which doesn't happen often when sales reps are done with their projects. At this point, we have not tested out if the NEW water system works for the crawlspace yet since its not raining season but Attic Pro does offer a 3 year labor warranty!

The time to completion with Attic Pros was just incredible. We contacted Attic Pros on a Friday to ask for a quote for adding insulation in our attic and crawlspace. Jeremy came the next Monday for inspection, gave us some advice, and provided the quote right away. We made the decision to go with them on Tuesday, asking if there's any way to complete the job before the end of the week - and they arrived with a crew and completed the job the next day (Wednesday)! The whole thing took less than a week between initial contact to job completion! Marvin was the lead on-site. He was nice, professional, and easy to work with. He had years of experience and answered our questions patiently. The crew pretty much worked the entire day, with 5 people split between the attic and the crawlspace. They warned us about the noise level (of the vacuums), but we ended up staying in the house while the work was going on. It wasn't unbearable. To be honest, it's difficult to tell the quality of the work right now without the test of time and weather, plus I'm no expert, but everything appear to be fine and relatively neat (see pictures attached), and the price was reasonable. Jeremy said that he can send out a guy in a few months when it rains to see if we are getting too much moisture in the crawlspace, and just to make sure everything's alright. Hopefully this makes our non-AC'ed house livable this summer!

For my Attic Insulation project, Attic Pros are legitimate professionals. I requested an estimate on a Thursday, Samim, shows up on a Saturday, looks for 30 mins, I get a pdf invoice immediately, I book for 8 days later, they show up at 9 am, cover everything in plastic, and the entire job is done by 5:30 pm. They left the property as they found it (insulation brand new) and sent me pictures during every step. It's not often that you get this type of efficiency for a job on the house. Pricing, speed, courtesy, information. Solid, Solid performance. 10/10. Ricky ran the job on-site, he deserves a name drop as well in addition to Sergio orchestrating from the office!

Omar was the foreman on site, he and the rest of his team were also incredibly respectful and worked diligently over the course of 4 days to finish up the project. Omar did a great job communicating work that had been completed each day as well as any observations he made in the attic and crawlspace. He and his team did a great job protecting the property while they completing their work. We utilized Attic Pros to clean and replace our roof insulation and duct work. They also installed moisture barrier plastic in our crawlspace. First the estimate was done by Jeremy who was on time and very detailed on what needed to be done. Jeremy was extremely helpful and professional and the quote was reasonable for the work needing to be done The crews showed up on time and worked extremely hard. I typically don't provide endorsements or reviews of businesses but felt compelled to do so with Attic Pros. A little over 2 years ago I engaged the company to clean up my property in Monterey. After a thorough inspection, it was determined that my attic had been previously infested by rats. The old spray in insulation was contaminated with rat feces, urine, and carcasses. The Attic Pros team (including Uriel and Jose) were fantastic. They removed the old cellulose, cleaned and disinfected the attic and sealed all locations where the rats were getting into the house. In total, they removed 17 VW sized bags of materials (see pictures). They were professional, courteous, and timely. When they were done, they cleaned everything up and provided a guarantee against any future rat incursion. A year later I caught a rat in a trap in the attic. At no cost, the company sent someone down from Oakland who spent a full morning re-sealing the attic. I've been rat free ever since. Given the time that has passed, I have no hesitation fully endorsing this company.
