The methods ATCO uses truly is the best since the problem is getting solve finally after trying other service.<br>These are true professionals that have provided solutions to a problem that's not easy to manage.

I have been working with Atco for my father's house for 6 months. I contracted with them for rodent exclusion in the basement. They did an inspection, some mitigation repairs and set traps. Months later mice were still being trapped in the vacant house. There have now been 3 inspections, multiple visits to empty traps and still I am not confident they are gone. I do not live nearby and can no longer check the traps myself. Atco wants to charge me $75 per trap check even though this should have been finished months ago. I do not recommend them and neither will my real estate agent who initially sent me their way.<br><br>1 star for coming when they say and being polite.

Avoid these people at all cost and don’t trust online reviews — they lure customers to leave positive ones (see screenshot). They have no clue how to manage vermin. Hired to get rid of heavy vole infestation in my garden and they caught 1 (one!) in 4 months… $750 install + $160/month, you do the math if they are worth it. Every time there’s an excuse for why they haven’t been able to improve the situation.

technician was on time and very professional. for rodent trapping i think they didn't do anything someone could not do themself: wooden spring traps with peanut butter. they did spent a lot of time mapping the house and came up with a $3500 solution, again something that everyone could do themself for $100-$150.

This is for the San Diego branch. DO NOT USE! I was a longtime customer of Atco in the Bay Area, and when I moved to San Diego 2.5 years ago, the company told me they were opening a branch here and asked if I'd support them. The SD branch is run by Nathan Estrada, who identifies himself as the owner's son. I signed up for bimonthly service including outdoor spraying and outdoor rodent bait boxes, and my last service was last week. (I'm generally not home at the time of service, so I didn't see the technician.) Yesterday, one week after that visit, I noticed a few mice in the house, so I reached out to schedule treatment. That''s when I found out from an Atco receptionist that the SD office closed a few months after I signed my contract, and that Nathan only visits the area once a month. Part of the paying for a subscription is the company's commitment to scheduling an appointment in a reasonable time when issues arise, so at the very least I should have been made aware of this change. The receptionist also told me that they do not work with any local companies, and they would not provide recommendations of anyone I could call. Luckily, there are many great pest control companies in the area, so I was able to have a technician from a different company come out today. When he checked the rodent bait boxes outside, he showed me that they had not been serviced in a long time. None of them had any bait and they were filled with cobwebs, empty snails shells and rodent droppings. This technician's assessment was that no one had serviced my property in some time and that this lack of regular pest control service resulted in mice entering my house. When I called Atco to ask for a refund for some of the service visits or to cover the cost of the mice abatement, they flatly refused. I spoke to Spring in the accounting department and Stella in management. I sent photos of the abandoned bait boxes and the new technician's write-up of his assessment. Instead of simply apologizing, each of them became defensive and accused the new technician of lying. Stella, who I think is one of the owners, actually told me she thinks Nathan is the victim of a smear campaign. Who knew the pest control business is so cutthroat! This would be really funny if I hadn't paid thousands of dollars to them over my many years as a customer. Please stay far away from Atco.<br>Edited to include photos of 2 bait boxes that Atco claims were cleaned and rebaited last week. They contain no bait and appear to have been abandoned for awhile.

On time, knowledgeable, friendly and effective. Nothing but good feedback and praise for the work from Novale and ATCO Pest Control at our beloved Mill Valley Scout Hall. I would highly recommend.

Jerae from ATCO was very professional and knowledgeable for treating my dry wood termites I had on my deck. He inspected under my house and was thorough and provided pictures of issues he found. I will definitely use ATCO for my pest needs.

Our ATCO Technician Kevin did his usually thorough insect and rodent treatment as usual. My only concern is that the spider poison may not be a strong enough mixture because the spiders are still our most persistent pest. Perhaps a stronger solution should be used to prevent them coming back. This is the only reason I did not give hime a Five Star rating. Otherwise, I do want to commend Peter on his diligent attention to all aspects of treatment, and his pleasant manner when engaging with me and my wife.

We called Atco because we heard sounds of noisy rodents in the crawl space which was very scary. Joshua was exceedingly professional in addressing our concerns over the possible rodent infestation. He climbed into our crowded crawl space and again into both our attic spaces for a full inspection. He also walked the perimeter outside to check that the crawl space vents that we had recently fixed were intact. Fortunately no evidence of live infestation found and our vents were intact. He found and removed remains of rodents that died under the house probably after we fixed the vents<br><br>He gave us sound advice on what to look for in the future, and believed the fixed vents will prohibit rodents from getting in

Omar came for a termite inspection and he was great. Explained to me that termites are active this time of year and seeing them outside probably didn't indicate an infestation. Although he wasn't pushing me to proceed at all, I decided it was worth the fee to check. Omar was efficient, professional and courteous. Highly recommend!

Corey did a good job once he arrived, but we wxpected him much earlier in the day and we were told by the ATCO dispatcher that he would be arriving no later than 3 PM. Instead he came during our dinnertime so it was disruptive. ATCO needs to organize their timings much better. Their technicians seemed hard pressed to stay with a schedule.

Working with ATCO was professional and easy from start to finish. Our service tech, Henry was personable when he came to the house, informative, answered all my questions, and took good care to do an excellent job. He warned me to be careful about the dog going outside after treatment multiple times which I appreciated.

Some pest was eating up our garage. Ian, the technician came and did the most thorough inspection throughout our property for carpenter ant infestations. With his expertise he found carpenter bees instead. He quickly and skillfully treated the infected sites. We found Ian most knowledgeable and Informative and the nicest guy to work with. Joshua arrived on time (a bit early, actually-which I appreciated) and explained everything he intended to do to find out where the mice were entering my house. He was very efficient and found several possible entry points. He told men where they are located and proposed a fix to prevent them from returning indoors. He also proposed a price for the work and before he left he got a specific date to effect repairs.<br>I was totally satisfied with the job he did.

I’ve used ATCO’s services before. Omar has been to our property for our initial call and he is great! Very knowledgeable, very professional, but also so helpful with what ATCO’s process and “next steps”.<br>I highly recommend ATCO; they provide all pest services such as, rodents, ants, spiders, termites, etc. what I also appreciate is that there are separate departments and workers that specialize in each of those categories. Omar is very thorough about his work. He performed limited inspection of my house for termite infestation, took pictures and reviewed everything with me. He patiently answered all questions I had and I found him very knowledgeable about the situation.

Friends had recommended ATCO to me for a termite problem. Omar was sent over to do an inspection and offer to fix the problem. He made a very detailed inspection of the area that I was concerned about and then continued checking the whole rest of the house. When he finished he told me that there was no evidence of any termites beyond the space that I had called about, and gave me a proposal for treating that area that I was happy to accept. He was thorough and friendly, and I felt that I had be well taken care of.

Ian is knowledgeable, courteous and communicative about his arrival time, plan for the project and how he has met that objective. Great working with him and I highly recommend ATCO as a company.

Nathan is always super pleasurable and super efficient. If you have any questions he is more than knowledgeable. Overall, I’ve had him out to my home to do monthly service and every encounter has been pleasant and thorough. Would recommend the company and employee five stars down across-the-board.

Beware of this company – they are a scam!<br><br>I scheduled an appointment for pest control at my house, arranged by Leah from the new business department. She quoted $325 for the initial service, which included only the exterior and garage, with subsequent services costing around $60-$68. However, she was not transparent about the pricing structure. It turns out that even for bi-monthly service, the cost is ~$60-$68 monthly, effectively making it $120 per service. This deceptive tactic is used to make the service appear more affordable upfront. Leah never clarified this, despite my repeated inquiries about the bi-monthly service costs.<br><br>The service itself is grossly overpriced for what they provide. Nathan, the technician, spent less than 30 minutes at my house, during which he inadequately cleaned spider webs and performed the treatment. The spider webs were not thoroughly removed, and Nathan's excuse was that subsequent services would improve the situation. Two haystacks above my front door were left untouched, despite our explicit request for their removal.<br><br>I had to call Leah again to send Nathan back, insisting that I would not process the payment until the job was completed. He returned and removed only one haystack, claiming he didn’t realize there was another one, even though they were in close proximity.<br><br>Overall, Nathan's work was subpar, and I do not recommend him or ATCO. They are dishonest, and their service quality is exceptionally poor.

used ATCO for about 4 years and generally pleased. For this visit I had asked tech to call or contact me before he came for his scheduled visit on Sunday as we had a mouse issue (he did not)... saw tech on security cameras and he did very little and did not do anything in front area... called office on Monday AM and advised tech would call me soonest (he never did).... cancelled service and asked to have tech pick up 3 rat bait boxes... no response.. now tech says he will pick up boxes in about a month...

ATCO/Nathan have been great. We've been using them for almost 2 years now. They are very professional and leave the place smelling nice. Love they use eviro friendly products.

We have been very pleased with ATCO Pest Control for several years. We had a pesky problem several years ago with carpet beetles and ATCO immediately identified the issue and completely cleared them out to our relief.<br><br>Recently, Emily conducted our quarterly outdoor spray and did an excellent job - she was thorough and answered all of our questions.

Joel called in advance as requested in the beginning of the expected time frame, arrived in a clean uniform, put shoe covers on for the house, and respectfully asked for access to areas if in question. He also ensured he asked about pets (which I totally forgot about to quarantine). Joel also was so quiet and unobtrusive that I worked during his inspection. He was knowledgeable on all of our questions at the end. I would completely recommend!

Very pleasant experience from the moment I contacted the company! We found an infestation Friday morning and when I call Friday, was able to book ASAP Monday morning. We had a great experience with ATCO. During booking, they answered all our questions in detail. They provided a checklist to prepare our home for the technician. The technician, Joshua, arrived on time and did a walk through of our home explaining exactly what he would be doing and what we should expect. He was courteous and professional and left our home neat and tidy after the treatment. We highly recommend ATCO.

I hired ATCO because a middle unit in a 3 unit SF building had mice. They came out, inspected the whole building, looked under the kitchen cabinets of the affected unit and said everything looked good. We had previously sealed all areas around pipes. They set traps, and the mice continued to enter. This went on for almost 2 months without success. They charged me over $700 dollars.<br>My tenants were fed up so I looked to the competition, and found a sole proprietor business rather that some large "family owned business" which I think is somehow supposed to mean they will provide good service. NOT.<br>Mice can enter a hole the size of a dime and my sheetrock had a 3 inch gap they failed to seal. Basically a mouse freeway into the apartment. The competition sealed the hole in a bombproof fashion. No more mice. No more complaints.<br>I contacted ATCO regarding reimbursement as they clearly had not performed adequate sealing of the unit. I received one VM, and called back, but they never returned my calls.<br>My advice, find a sole proprietor business who's success depends on their own efforts.<br>Below are photos of the hole ATCO left, and the repair by the competition.

My review is for one of the technicians, Teddy. He was visiting my property off duty for a different reason. He did an excellent job of selling the company to me by sharing all the reasons he thinks ATCO is a superior choice. He was the only reason I called the office. Ultimately I received a better offer from another company but he impressed me with his salesmanship. If the other company doesn’t work out, I would try ATCO next.

Norman was VERY knowledgeable! He had to be a little creative to close the gaps and he did a thorough complete job. We are extremely happy with the results He also gave us a few tips which had nothing to do with pest control and they were quite helpful!!<br>He was efficient, cleaned up after his work and was respectful of us and our property. This company was recommended to us by the Condo Management Company. I called them quite upset and they sent out a wonderful guy to do the inspection - Omar,. They said that they were swarming termites and explained what the treatment consisted of. I told them I was really in a hurry so could they do it as soon as possible. They were most helpful and did their best to get someone out right away. A few days later another really nice gentleman came and did the work. He did all the applications, cleaned up really well, explained it all to me and like a miracle all is well. Thanks to a great company with wonderful people working for them. I highly recommend them.
