Getting our family home insulated turned out to be such a surprisingly quick process. I called on a Monday, had Manny over for an estimate by Friday, and the actual service was wrapped up by the following Wednesday. He was super professional and gave us a great quote while breaking down exactly what needed to happen to get the best results. Manny and the crew were efficient and made sure everything was sealed up tight without leaving a mess behind. It is a huge relief to have this done before the weather starts changing, and I’m honestly just thrilled with the price and the turnaround time.

My house had no insulation much like many of the old houses in my area. I contacted Neo and they were responsive and sent someone out to give us an estimate. They had very reasonable prices and great reviews and after talking to them they really knew what they were doing. I insulated 3 rooms in my house from the inside and the sub floor and all the installers were very professional and super clean. On the interior there was some residue which I expected but the installers really did a great job cleaning up. We got spray insulation in the interior and they also patched the holes. I was really impressed on their professionalism and would highly recommend them! If your house isn't insulated I highly recommend them especially if you live in a place that gets extremely hot or cold. In the long run it will save you money

Manny came by to see our attic and explained everything in detail and thorougly. Took before and after pics as well to show us the difference. I called several attic companies and they had the best service and best price. They had a whole team working hard through the whole time and cleaned everything out and addded new insulationa and rodent proofed house as well. They were also able to remove some asbestos we had and also added new ducts as well. They did a great job and I would def rec them!!! Neo Attic rodent-proofed our attic and replaced the insulation with a higher R-value material. Aaron, Manny, and others worked hard to finish the difficult job. Although it took a bit longer than anticipated from start to finish, it was worth it to now have a pristine attic with better whole-house temperature efficiency. Additionally, they are a professional and trustworthy group. For example, Manny alerted me that we had accidentally overpaid him, and he quickly refunded the amount we were owed.

This is the second time I hire Neo Attic Insulation to replace my attic insulation. The first time was after we moved in, they've done an outstanding work cleaning the attic from ALL of the old insulators and reinstalling new batt insulation. I honestly don't ever write reviews but I felt like this company deserved more than five stars. I have been dealing with a rat problem in my attic for several months now so I finally decided to do something about it and called a few companies for quotes. I spoke to Aaron on the phone and the next day he came to my house to give me an estimate. he was calm , polite, respectful and took his time to explain everything to me in detail. his patience and price was what sold me. the following week his crew came and did the job. the head guy Rudy , made sure that my house would be clean once they were done and they did an amazing job taking care of my home with plastic and taping everything off. the job was complete within six hours and they did it in this brutal heat so happy I hired these guys and I really appreciate their hard work.

Excellent and thorough. Explained each step they do and protect your house with sheets of plastic. The team has many jobs and they work hard from 8am until it's done. Removed tons of debris left by the roofers and sealed all the seams and joints so no hot air can escape into the house below. They used R 30 fiber glass matting as our attic is very tall and our furnace is also up there so it's a better fit for us. He explained everything so well when he gave us our estimate and had pictures of each phase. He is an x navy man and his partner was a marine. He threw in a free ceiling fan and louvres and when it gets to 90 up there it will automatically start the fan blowing the hot air out the louvres. Very precise at finding all the holes where rats and other small critters were getting in. Used sharp wire mesh and stuff that hardens after he sprays it on top of that. He checks every corner and sells every little thing. There were 20 bags of debris left by the naughty Galaxy roofers and he took care of it all Witt his efficient team of men. So pleased and also gave us a 100 year guarantee. Anything gets old and hard or discolored he Said they would start all over and redo the entire thing again. Very professional and true to his promises. I feel cleaner and safe from the heat just knowing what he and his team all did. And all in one day!!! So kind and smart and knows all about construction and used to be a contactor so he knows more than most other roofers and it shows! Neo builders was fantastic becuase they explained everything and they were very clean. they covered all the furniture and boxes. they also inclosed the whole living room which was nice.
