I am writing this review to commend our pest control technician Laron on his absolutely stellar service at our campus. This man is a true professional and takes everything he does very seriously, yet remains incredibly personable. Solid work quality often starts with organization and this proves true with Laron, especially if you take a look inside his truck. Everything is neatly and cleanly divided into individual totes and I don't think I saw a speck of dust back there. Any issues we may have had have all but been completely solved by Laron and his attention to detail and quality work. He is always clear and concise in his communication and timely with his arrivals. He always spends enough time to address whatever issues may be present, as well as proactively identifying potential future issues and addressing those as well. He is a true go-getter and it is apparent in every communication that I have ever had with him. He is destined to greater things in life, so I recommend trying to book him at your property now while you still can.

Laron was very personal, professional and informative during the inspection. I was happy that he put on shoe covers, not all workers are considerate when they enter my home.

Called Good Life Pest Solutions to get help on my termite problems and my mice/rat problems in two homes. The termite problem was addressed quickly through installment of stakes around the garage where the termites had infested. The mice and rat problems took longer as they set up traps in the attic as well as under the house after they plugged all of the holes and entry points for the mice/rats. They kept catching numerous mice and rats until finally after three weeks no more were caught in one of my homes. The second home took nine weeks and 23 eaten baits before the mouse was finally caught using a motion sensitive camera and adjusting the size and the placement of the traps. Who else but Good Life Pest Solutions would have kept coming out here week after week, setting up traps and adjusting the traps after the baits were taken without the employees complaining or telling me that it was my problem? They worked with me and my schedules. They called or texted when they were on their way. They called or texted if they were running behind schedule. Thank you very much for your diligence Riccardo, Igo, Jordan but especially David. All of the people who came to the house were very polite and respectful of my schedule and my homes. I hope that I won't have any more mice or rat problems this winter but if I did, I wouldn't hesitate to call Good Life Pest Solutions again. I wish that they had a monthly maintenance service but they don't. Thank you Good Life!!!

We recently used the services of Good Life Pest Solutions to resolve a rodent problem at one of our rental properties in midtown Sacramento. They were extremely responsive in setting up an appointment, very professional and they submitted a detailed plan to resolve the issues. Throughout the entire process, they kept me informed and notified of the work they were performing. We were very pleased with the service they provided and we would definitely use them again in the future.

We found Goodlife when we needed an urgent pest service including repair of entry points, trapping and fogging. They were available, prompt, friendly, professional and resolved our problem in a few weeks. Now the inspection showing that we had a mouse problem has been rectified. The office manager, Carissa, and our tech lead, Ivan, were helpful with getting us documentation even months after our service was completed. Would give 10 stars if possible.

He's earned my trust and continues to show why with every job. Six months ago he was careful, thorough and detail oriented enough to find a beetle infestation that another company had overlooked in the crawl space of a home that my clients wanted to buy, and even thought they sellers thought they were on the verge of having a clear pest report after another pest company had tented and fumigated the home to kill termites they'd seen, they had not fumigated it long enough to kill the beetles! So our inexpensive 2nd opinion inspection saved my clients at least $28k of repairs, not to mention the more extensive damage that would have accumulated over the years until another inspector went down in the crawl space. WOW!

Gene is great! He's been servicing my home since June 2022. Amazing customer service skills and very knowledgeable. I have a spider issue at my home - sometimes yellow jacket wasps. He ensures I have no webs or wasp hives around. Tech, Dimitry M., serviced my home and pointed out a leak from outside. He assumed it may be an HVAC leak and advise I have someone come look at it. Sure enough, I looked into the issue and found that the sprinkler system in my home cracked in the attic. The builders completed the repair over a 3 week period. If Dimitry didn't point this out, I would've had a massive leak because it was on the verge of bursting. So I truly appreciate Dimitry having concern about the leak he seen on the side of my home. The admin assistant, Carisa, is amazing! She handles all my requests immediately and always provides great verbal or written communication.

Dmitry Melichuk did a great job at listening to my concerns, and addressing them. He sprayed everywhere, all the base boards, windows and around the doors. He treated the areas,and explained what kind of ants we had and looked everywhere to make sure we were getting the best treatment. We will be getting service again.

I spent the time at my daughter's house while the rodent proofing was going on. Gene, Mr. Spivey, arrived punctual; I like it when people follow the "early is on-time, on-time is late" rule. Gene and Aaron came by to perform a bug/spider extermination. They were friendly and professional, I highly recommend there service. They brushed the existing Cobb webb and sprayed the perimeter of foundation and eves of roof. I will update in a month to give another review of the spider extermination.

We had a rodent problem. We called Goodlife Pest Solutions Based on good reviews. Jeff came out and found 30 entry points around the house. He sent Dmitriy to seal them up. Dmitriy and another worker were here for hours. They were very meticulous about sealing up every entry point. They even went under the house and sealed it on one side where the access was hard to get to. The price was very good. Dimitri came back several times to check the traps. Once I pointed out a few spots inside of the house and he immediately took care of them at no extra charge. Then I asked him to do the same service at my rental property. He spent a lot of time during the free estimate looking for every single entry point, in the attic and under the house. He was always very polite, respectful, courteous and professional. We recommend this company and will use them for every pest control need now.
