I’m extremely disappointed with the service provided by NextGen. They’re subcontracted by my community, yet after four separate maintenance requests about a severe roach infestation, nothing has been effectively treated.<br><br>Each visit has been careless and unprofessional. They left multiple insect trap and moisture boxes scattered across my countertop—not even set up properly, just tossed there as if my home wasn’t worth the basic courtesy or effort.<br><br>At this point, the infestation is still ongoing, and the so-called “treatments” have done absolutely nothing to improve the situation. This has been a complete waste of time and shows a total lack of respect for residents and our living conditions.

Roberto from NextGen did a great job with pest control in our home. We have been seeing the occasional roach come in from outside and he was very thorough in treating the exterior and interior and explaining how the treatment works. We opted for a one time treatment for $179 this time.

Roberto from NextGen pest control was very informative, proactive, and personable, as well as efficient but comprehensive. He listened to my concerns, checked common issue areas, and provided a clear plan for next steps when communicating with my apartment leasing office.

I recommended this company to my parents because they were veteran owned and seemed to have a good reputation. However, they are not thorough at all and the workers are very lazy . There are better companies. I usually never leave negative reviews but because these service are usually very expensive I want to save someone from spending their hard earned cash.

Davis was extremely professional. He was on time and explained what he was process thoroughly to my elderly dad. He sealed all access points into the home that rodents had been using to enter. He also set traps. We have not seen any more signs of the mouse and found a dead mouse 3 days later in the crawl space from traps he set. I would definitely recommend their services! 10 out of 10!

Rico checked my traps 5 days after they were set and the exclusion work was done. He was professional, incredibly personable & super friendly. He and the others I’ve encountered at NextGen work together well, which makes for a seamless transition as they come to my home to rid it of rodents and fulfill the contract. Initial visit technician was excellent!. Technician weekly visits are awful with given you an estimated time of arrival. If I didn't work I could sit around all day and wait for someone to show up but I do and the technicians have no respect for that.<br>All I ask is give me a timeframe and I can work around that. Since this is weekly it affects my income when I lose a full day of work just waiting.

I was given the NextGen Pest solutions website by my roommate and was contacted the same day about setting up an appointment. I received a text to confirm the appointment and received other texts throughout the day. When James showed up, he was very nice and informative, and he answered any questions I asked. He was thorough with the inspection and let me know that if I had any other questions, don't hesitate to reach out. I feel much better after the visit and appreciated the customer service I received from the initial call all the way through to the end. If I ever need an exterminator again, NextGen will be the first ones I call.

We can’t recommend Nextgen enough. We just switched from another pest company and started using Nextgen to spray for pests around our house every 2 months. Within a week of switching, we saw a raccoon on the roof of our deck and hired Nextgen to help with that too. The raccoon issue ended up being more complicated and difficult that we initially expected but Jason from Nextgen made everything as easy as possible and really helped us resolve the issue quickly. We look forward to using Nextgen for many years to come!

Nextgen Pest Control, and specifically James, the technician that came out to help us, was professional, friendly, and effective. They managed to complete a retrievial from our extremely challenging crawl space. Same day scheduling and a timely arrival was great. Would absolutely recommend to anyone in the area.

Our dog dragged in a possum at 11 PM one evening and it got trapped in our bathroom.<br><br>We called Nextgen the next morning (which was a Sunday) and they were on site less than 2 hrs later in a professionally branded van.<br><br>I can’t say enough about James, our technician. He was professional, good-natured, and handled the issue quickly and efficiently. The possum was humanely taken and relocated. NextGen is run by Vets which makes me happy to work with and support them. The technicians are patient and thorough and very willing to talk through your case. I appreciate the responsiveness of the main office too. I feel like they know me as a customer and design strategies to fit my needs vs a formula. I look forward to a more robust digital system (appointment calendars for instance) but overall very happy I left one of the big national brands and started working with them.

We contacted NextGen to treat our home inside and out for bugs and to remove mice which we discovered had chewed through our HVOC wires. They immediately answered the phone, patiently listened to our need and scheduled to come out the next day. When David came out he went through the entire house inside and out assessing where the mice we’re getting in and then spent over FOUR HOURS sealing off all of the entrance areas on the roof, crawls space and exterior baseboards of our home so the mice could not get back in; and then set traps in all of the areas. He stayed and worked even after dark to ensure every area was secure. He educated us on what to do during the week, reassured us and the scheduled to come back in 7 days. The price for this removal was better than any other companies I contacted; and good for an entire year of rodent or any wildlife removal!! My neighbor used a different company that he spent considerably more with, disliked and said he had to keep calling to come out. Loved David!!!!! Loved the company owner who first spent time with us on the phone!!! And love the thoroughness of their work!!!! Best choice ever!!! Thanks NextGen!!

Nextgen has serviced our building for 2+ years. During that timeframe, I have found them the be very pleasant and courteous professional. The building had been dealing with a small pest problem prior to their services starting. They were able to remove all traces of the pests, and I have not noticed a single instance since. I’m very pleased with their services.

My condo was infested with roaches for YEARS. No other company was fixing the issue. Very quickly after nextgen started treating the building, we saw a drastic decrease in the number of roaches. They still come regularly for maintenance and we never see roaches in our unit anymore. So happy with the quality and the employees are very nice and courteous.

I have been using NextGen for almost 5 years for my home and business. Every person with this company has gone above and beyond to provide excellent service. We have used them for monthly pest control, mosquito control, issues with pests in the attic and rodent control and mitigation. We have an older commercial property located near a restaurant that has needed mitigation in the crawl space on multiple occasions. They have been there to handle the situation quickly and quietly with no issue to the business. I can’t recommend NextGen enough.

Dave was great. Came to our home and quickly identified the issue with rodents in our crawl space. He took the time to seal every single possible entry point and that…was not easy. Our crawl is no more than 1.5-2 foot tall where the rodents were gaining access. Regardless of the challenge…David got it done. He was professional and respectful. Had squirrels in the attic. Fast and easy appointment. First visit, came to access the situation and immediately started working. Lots of patching done to block squirrels from getting into the attic. All done the first visit! Once done, set traps in attic. Came back a few more times to make sure no more squirrels. Wonderful, professional, nice!! Will definitely recommend to all our friends and family!!

I contacted Nextgen last weekend, they are available 24hrs. Messaged nextgen through their website on Google and Amy Foster setup the call promptly, wrote up the contract and I signed it on Sunday itself. Nextgen Scheduler called on Monday and since we needed it asap. Received an appt for Tuesday afternoon. David was very prompt and professional. He did a thorough investigation of the property inside and outside and went about sealing the property from rodents, meanwhile explaining possibilities of incursions at various points in the house. He was meticulous in sealing holes/crevices and setting up traps. David is a gentleman who loves the work he does and it shows. Arrived at 5:30 pm and wrapped up after 9pm. Great work so far and model for customer satisfaction!

Nextgen provided the clearest, most comprehensive service with no “Buts” or “ifs.” I am confidant with this service and will follow up on this review if anything changes.

We called Nex Gen at 6am and they promptly got back to us. We spoke with James who was very informed and professional. He knew his stuff! NeXtgen is definitely the company to call for any pest or wildlife service. I had a big problem with a dead wild animal that had gotten trapped in my attic. NeXtgen not only had a quick response, they were very reasonably priced. Their service guy, David, was thorough. Locating the carcass was difficult, but David stuck with it and was able to locate and successfully resolve the problem. I originally called NeXtgen because they are veteran owned. I will call them for any future pest or wildlife problems because of their quick response, excellent service, affordable price and service guys like David who get the job done.

Called this morning and received same day service as Dave continually contacted me about his progress to get to my home, before time of his original estimate. Upon arrival he was very professional in examining the exterior of my house and discussing a couple options. He was completely polite made sure that there was no other damage to my home and took less than 45 minutes to complete the job.

The house I recently bought has a large builder's gap and no gutter covers, and rats decided to take up residence in my attic a couple weeks ago. NextGen gave me an affordable price over the phone and got my service scheduled for a couple business days later. Dave was my service guy, and he's great! He's very friendly, professional, and communicative. He and his helper stayed until dark on my first appointment installing a drip edge barrier to my attic, and he came back on a Saturday to finish the work. We're only a week into the trapping, but I haven't heard a single noise from my attic since the night Dave put out traps, so I'm confident that his work will keep them out. Very pleased with the service and cost!

About a week ago, my wife and I began hearing strange sounds in the attic of of home during the middle of the night. Each night they became more vigorous and alarming as they scratched and bumped around. I knew that something beyond my abilities had to be done. I located NeXtgen Pest Solutions on the internet. I took a chance and gave them a call. They were able to work me into their schedule within 2 days. David, a technician with NeXtgen, showed up on time and was able to quickly evaluate my situation, which turned out to be a flying squirrel infestation. .David went to work and found all of the places where a creature could sneak into our house. With his coworker, Robert, they sealed all of the critter leaks. David and Robert were courteous, friendly, and professional. as I observed them go about their work, it was obvious to me that they were very capable and knowledgeable in their field, paying attention to all of the details. I want to thank David and Robert personally for a job well done, and I appreciate the service that NEXgen provided for us upon such short notice.

After some fruitless attempts to rid my deck of some raccoons, I contacted the folks at NextGen for help. I was especially drawn to the fact that they humanely trap and relocate them. We ended up trapping four raccoons. Each time I called them to alert them of the latest trapping I was kept full apprised of when someone would be out to get the latest. While I do hope we’ve seen the last of them I know who to call if I need more help. Highly recommended!

Nextgen completed wildlife services for my residence. David and his coworker were very friendly and personable! That is an added bonus when dealing with contractors and companies! We had raccoons in our attic. David and Manny inspected the whole outside and found all points of entry, closed all of them, and set traps in our attic. They were so nice and thorough. We’ve had several people come back and check the traps and remove the raccoons. Thank you for your help!

They were on time, very thorough and very professional. I called on a Wednesday night and they were here by Friday afternoon.<br><br>David and Manny spent almost 4 hours going through my crawl space and around the exterior of my home sealing up places where rats were coming in. They then set traps for any trapped rats, and even removed 4 that had been caught on traps I had set previously.<br><br>They were respectful of my property and very professional. Only time will tell how sealed everything is, but they showed me pictures of everything they closed up so I am hoping for great results.<br><br>Nextgen also backs their work for a year, so if anything else comes up, they’ll come back free of charge within that year.

Great company to do business with. These guys text a reminder when it’s time for them to come out. They send Veterans out and do a thorough job, bill your on file credit card a fair price and then send a receipt to your e-mail address. Seamless and unbelievably convenient. AND, the annual service comes with a termite bond. What more could you ask for?

When we discovered that my daughter had bed bug bites (which she was concealing), I was frantic to get the problem taken care of. Nexgen came over the very next day and treated the room. The house inspection revealed that the problem was strictly in one room. These folks are knowledgeable, efficient, and effective. Hudson did a superb job of ridding our problem and letting me know what to expect every step of the way. Terminex didn't even keep their appointment with me. As it turns out, not all bug folks will deal with bed bugs. NexGen is a step above and a world beyond other companies.

I had a miserable bed bug experience. This company was very responsive, timely, came back several times to make sure they were gone and sort of played therapist too ha ha. This is an emotional thing to deal with and I really appreciate their patience. They gave me a lot of education too, what to look for when I travel. It’s not a cheap service, but they guarantee it for 3 months. Don’t try this yourself.
