Absolute professionals. I called Attic Kings and they responded immediately and scheduled a free inspection. It was evident that squirrels had invaded our attic. The solution provided made sense and I decided to get everything repaired with them. Attic Kings provided progress repair pictures and a full run down of what work they did to prevent squirrels from entering the attic. A professional company I highly recommend. All exterior gaps and holes were discovered and sealed. Thank guys!

Called Attic Kings as I heard squirrels on my roof or in my attic. I had a large commercial wildlife exclusion company come out the day before him who said they saw trails and evidence of squirrels in my attic and gave me a qoute. Johnathan came out and told me that he was not seeing any evidence that squirrels had made it into my attic. He gave me a quote for what it would cost and told me to wait longer to see if I kept hearing squirrels as he didn't want me to spend money on work that I may not need. This review is not of his work but his honesty which is greatly appreciated. If i do end up needing to fix a squirrel problem I will be using him.

We found a squirrel stuck in our basement fireplace at around 3:30 pm on a Sunday afternoon. We called our normal pest control company and 3 others and none of them could get here on Sunday. He did an amazing job. I would do business again with him in a heart beat. His company did my exclusion and remediation. He was extremely communicative and had a fast turnaround. The insulation they used was laid very thick so I have amazing protection and also included some pest protection to avoid bugs or pests trying to live in it.

I came home to a squirrel stuck in gutter.it is Saturday night Labor Day weekend. What do I do????!!! Well, I called Attic Kings! Not only did they send someone immediately (within 40 minutes), they released the baby squirrels and their mother. The agent that came out said that they were likely not trapped and were tucked away in there intentionally, but I was relieved to have them out so they weren’t tempted to burrow into our home. I had a squirrel issue and called Attic Kings. They came out same day. They installed one way door to the hole the squirrels made so they could exit and not return. They also installed a have a heart cage to catch the one in the laundry room. This was the best experience with an animal control company I’ve ever had. Attic Kings is the best. Attic Kings are the best!! I heard lots of LOUD noises in the attic above our room after it snowed in Snellville, GA. I had seen a mother raccoon with her family on the porch previously. However, I did not know they would get inside our roof and hang out when it got cold. Attic Kings guys came out and assessed the situation and set traps. They got the first two raccons in three days and the last one a couple of days later so fast, and they were great about checking the traps and then coming right back out when I called them saying there was one in the trap. They did not make me or the raccoons wait. No noise since they trapped them and then sealed the holes so they could not get back inside. Very nice people and helpful. I can’t say enough positive things about Attic Kings. Jonathan treats our home like his. We had squirrels, rats, and a snake that got into our attic. He secured the outside of our home, removed all rodents, set up traps, and gave us our attic back. He conducted a full wildlife exclusion insuring that no more wildlife could enter our home. My experience with Attic Kings was very positive. The installed tunnel worked really well in removing the squirrels humanely from my attic. I did have one sneaky one find a way back un, but Attic Kings came very quickly and ensured he didn't have his entry way. I appreciated how quickly they responded both times i called them.

Attic Kings Jonathan provided excellent service of identifying squirrels in my attic. I was hearing scratching noises for a year and tried peppermint sprays and ultrasound devices => these did not deter these squirrels from coming into my attic. Jonathan identified the holes in my roof edges and sealed them with steel guard to prevent squirrels from entering and funnel to let the squirrel leave but not enter. I would like to recommend Attic Kings for attic pests removal.

I noticed that we had some type of animal droppings and wasn’t sure what it was. I had my pest control guy come out and it was determined that we had bats in our attic vent. We immediately called The Attic Kings and they set us up an appointment for the next morning. They came out and removed the bats and placed an outside protected screen. I love that they were very prompt and got the job done quick. They were very professional and I would defiantly recommend them to others n need.

We had two new AC units installed and we were told by our HVAC install team that they saw two bats in our upstairs attic. They responded quickly, even on a Sunday in the middle of the day, which was a huge relief since I didn’t want to wait until the workweek to deal with it + work around mine/my husband's work schedule. The person who came out was courteous and thorough. He inspected our house from the outside, including both attics, and quickly found where the bats were hiding. He even took photos to show us the damage and gave us a quote that was really competitive. He didn’t waste any time—cleaned out all the droppings, disinfected the area, and installed a bat gate so the bats could get out but not back in. What really stood out was their warranty. If the bats ever do manage to get back into the same space, Attic Kings will fix it at no charge. Warranties are a big deal for us, so this was a major plus. Overall, everything was quick, smooth, and now we’re just relieved to have that problem taken care of. Highly recommend Attic Kings!

I agreed to what he would do, he then proceeded to eradicate these raccoons from my attic . He was courteous, he was very professional , he kept me informed during the entire process . He ended up removing seven (7) raccoons from my attic. There was no upselling. As of today, there has been no noises in my attic for 4 days. We are hoping and praying that the invasion is over. I had Attic Kings come out and diagnose what I thought was a squirrel problem, that turned into a Racoon Problem. They also inspected a previous total Wildlife Exclusion and pointed out issues that may have been missed or developed since then that need to be fixed. I appreciate it!

When the two Men from this company came to my house, my first statement to them is BATS ARE COMING OUT OF MY CHIMNEY. And I also showed them the opening I noticed on the side of my house, they charge and I paid immediately but I didn't have time to see what they did because I had to go to the airport so I trust they will seal the chimney and side of my house. But they only seal the opening by the side of my house and I did not know they did not seal the chimney. I even sent a video to them when I arrived from the airport in the evening of the same day they did the job which is on the 24th of April 2024 and they see clearly that the bats are coming out from the chimney and they said all the bats will be gone by 14 days. So I text them today to let them know that the bats are still coming out of the chimney and they said I have to PAY ANOTHER CHARGES for them to come and seal the chimney, that I told them in the first place that bats are coming out from, which they did not seal because I wasn't there to make sure they did what I paid for but trust that they will do what they said they going to do. And that the 1 year warranty is on the job they did on the side of my house. Please be very careful and every vigilant when you given these people any job and make sure you read their paperwork very well before signing it because they will use it against you.

The squirrels have been successfully evicted! After 2 weeks of hearing scratching on our roof we looked in our attic and saw a couple squirrels. So we called attic kings. Recently had Jonathan inspect our house because we saw rodent evidence in our basement. He confirmed the activity but instead of trying to sell us much more than we needed he assured us our house was really in good shape and only had one small area to fix. He suggested our pest control company could do it for us. We were really impressed with his integrity and just wanted to relay that to other prospective customers.

I had a problem with roof rats getting into my attic through a construction gap. Attic Kings came out the same day that I called, sealed my house, and set traps. They also continue to come out regularly to check the traps until there's no more evidence of rodent activity. Called to schedule a estimate to be done and left a message. Call was returned about 2 days later and estimate was scheduled . Since that time they have called 2x to change the time of the estimate visit. Due to this, we decided to simply cancel. They are either swamped or very unorganized. They were not apologetic at all just said," Fine, we will cancel." and hung up. Not sure I would want this company working on a large expensive job at my house due to this. Had high hopes for them since the google reviews were positive.

The team is friendly and professional. They went the extra mile to make certain my basement will be free of rodents (e.g., installing a screen over the sump pump hole where rodents were seeking water). I no longer see evidence of rodents after nearly a year. I highly recommend Attic Kings!

I had a squirrel problem in the soffits of my new townhome. It was really disturbing that they had gotten in their. I called Attic Kings over the weekend and received an immediate response. They were able to come out and fix the problem early that same week by installing mesh barriers across the soffit roofline preventing the squirrels from entering and then creating a one-way exit. Last night, was the first night and their were absolutely no sounds of rustling squirrels last night or this morning. I am very impressed. Attic Kings assured me that should the squirrel problem re-emerge, they will come out and get it fixed. Their entire staff to include technicians and installers are very professional. I had squirrels in the attic and called attic Kings. The 2 gentlemen who came out were nice enough. the work they did to try to get the squirrels out of the attic was not guaranteed - a fact I did not know until 2 weeks later when the squirrels were still in the attic and I read it on the form I signed. I was probably too upset about the squirrels - this is my first home - to notice at the time. Luckily, the second service - a local company - came and did work that they guaranteed and followed up with me afterwards. Do not use Attic King if they cannot guarantee their work. It's alot of money for no guarantee.

I greatly appreciate the work Attic Kings did for me and their customer service. They were able to come out quickly and were on time. The work comes with a warranty as well. They came back 2 weeks later and removed the trap and finished the job. I have a problem in my attic that we have been dealing with for weeks. i called Attic Kings that came out 2 days later and did a full inspection outside and inside the home that discovered potential areas. I found 2 bats and squirrel in my attic. They came out to give me an estimate and I was very impressed with the service that I hired them that day. They immediately started to work and finished that afternoon. They were very fast and hard workers. I would highly recommend them.

Attic Kings returned calls promptly and were able to provide an appointment on the day of my choosing. They inspected the interior attic and exterior of my home. A squirrel had decided my attic was a warm dry home. The technician explained the best course of action to exclude the squirrel and prevent further infestation. I liked the fact that they use safe one way traps which do not hurt the animal and do not attempt to solve the problem with poison. Guard netting was installed under the roof shingles to exclude animals and this is not visible from ground level. The work was completed promptly and any refuse cleaned up. The best part being that in the two weeks since their visit I have not been troubled by noises from the attic. I would use again for a pest problem. I was able to gain a very acceptable price for all the work involved.

Hearing noises in the house is one thing, but to hear noises in the house when you’re a first time homeowner is a TOTALLY different ball game. When I heard the scratching noises in the chimney along with walking feet in the attic, I needed someone to come as soon as possible. When I called Attic Kings, the representatives were very kind. Attic Kings came to my house on a holiday weekend to assess a yellow jacket problem, where I had dozens entering my home. In 30 minutes time they were able to remove the large nest and seal the holes they were penetrating. Very professional, kind and understanding. 2 weeks later and the remaining jackets appear to be gone for good! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! No other provider was evening willing to come out until Monday. A while back, we had a squirrel to try and set up a nest during their breeding season. Once we discovered this, we reached out to Attic Kings for help. Keep in mind, it was during the Holiday Season and I didn’t have great expectations for a quick response. They were prompt (1 star). We called them at 5 PM and showed up the same day; which was awesome because I have a pregnant wife and an infant at home. The guys did a great job sealing the house (1 star). I don’t really hear “a lot” of critters in the attic anymore (1 star). Here’s my issue. After paying for the services.... things got rocky. It turns out that we have rats in the attic; misdiagnosed feces (-1 star). For the ‘removal’ of the animals I paid $300, but I’m being asked to remove them? This was never part of the deal (-1 star). I will update the review once the job is ‘completed.’

I had a problem with critters in my attic. After calling Attic Kings, they showed up on time to give me an estimate. They spent considerable time showing me the problem areas. They came out on a Sunday and did the entire repair. Excellent service and extremely professional at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend using Attic Kings.

Attic Kings came out in May 2017 for squirrels in my home. Jimmy R was FANTASTIC and thorough. The job cost me $1000. I contacted Attic Kings BEFORE the end of my 1 year contract. FOUR appointments were made and cancelled. The last cancellation came today from the owner. His exact statement was “We are not coming, we sold out business, you live too far and dont want to renew, I am not coming and that is all I have to say about that”. I said really? His response “yeah really, and that’s all I have to say” and then HUNG UP. I am PISSED and extremely upset that he would handle himself in such an unprofessional manner after he called me and told me that the business had not been handled right and that he had fired his general manager for not handling the scheduling appropriately and that he would PERSONALLY be coming to see if I had an issue that needed to be resolved. I would NOT recommend this company now that Jimmy is no longer there. The owner was more focused on whether “others” were bad mouthing the company vs. taking care of his customers. DO NOT USE this company, as they DO NOT stand by their contacts or warranties. And apparently dont stand by their own scheduled appointments. Again DO NOT use you will be highly disappointed.

Outstanding service and quality of work! Good, honest , local tradesmen using **humane** methods.. clearing out wildlife without causing injury and preventing their return! I know who I will call next time I need this type of service. feel free to reach out to me for a reference.

My experience with Attic Kings got off to a rocky start. The staff, though initially very friendly, proved difficult to work with. The owner rectified it and made good on everything that I needed. At this point I would recommend them to anybody who had a pest problem as he appears to have solved his staffing problem.

UPDATE: Once the owner got involved, I was provided with the paperwork I needed. The squirrels are gone from my attic...they did a great job on that part. Nothing should have taken as long as it did but I understand there can be issues with employees...although that shouldn’t be an excuse for poor customer service. Hard to get someone to answer the phone. Everyone seems nice but the follow through is just not there. I have been waiting for 4 months to have the 'clean up' portion to happen of my squirrel removal and I've been waiting just as long for a copy of my paid invoice so I can submit to my HOA. They were quick to cash my check... 1st time they were supposed to be at my house, their truck broke down but no one called to tell me. 2nd time they came and did repair and put tunnel in - I called the employee like I was told to - found out later he no longer worked there. 3rd time they came out was supposed to be to remove tunnel and clean up AND bring a copy of my paid invoice...instead traps were put in and NO INVOICE - spoke with Trish at office and was guaranteed that I would have the invoice in my email by end of day Monday (it is Thursday) 4th time they came out the job was finally completed...I STILL DONT HAVE A COPY OF MY PAID INVOICE - Each visit was after I called your office number - dont tell me "my fault". I dont appreciate being told to remove my very VALID review of your company...especially when I still dont have what was promised to me

Very professional and thorough. One trip and they had the entire roof and attic protected. After having numerous critters up there over the years I am free from them for 8 months so far!!! Had no idea Raccoons were such good climbers!? And they are gone now! Asking them about beaver trapping now as my creek has a dam! Highly recommended.

Terrible service!!!! I paid 1000 dollars to seal my house. Still had critters in my house. Called many times with no reply. For months called, left messages, no call back. My wife threatened legal action...they came back and did nothing and the guy kept calling my wife "Honey"...wish i had been there. He said that he would have the owner give us a call..he never did. 8 months of critters in my house I finally hired another company to take care of problem. It took the new crew 6 hours to seal my house..Attic kings took 45 min. The new company saw the initial work and said "Attic Kings huh!" yup i had to admit....This is the first negative review i have ever posted for anything but these guys took me for a ride and now im out 1000 dollars.Attic Kings..All you had to do was "make it right" or refund my money but you have my money and now you dont care!! shameful!!! I will post reviews anywhere i can find. Now im putting in a call to the BBB. Update.....I am a real customer with a receipt and the cage you left hanging on the side of my house.

Thankful for attic Kings for getting rid of the animals in my attic. Prompt service, friendly, and professional. Even came back within the year warranty to check my attic again for animals & fixed something that wasn’t their responsibility. Highly recommend this company.

Excellent and professional service! After dealing with squirrels for 2 year scratching and disturbing our sleep, Attic Kings is the Real Deal!!! The crew came out, sealed the holes and set the traps. After about 3 days....peace and quiet!!!!! No more noises in the attic early in the morning! No more squirrels jumping from the roof! Just peace and quiet. We had a snake in our laundry room today. We called attic kings around 10am this morning and they were here within an hour!! So professional and so knowledged. They knew exactly what type of snake it was, where it came from and even showed us stuff that we didn't even know! And tomorrow they are coming to seal up our house. I am a Realtor and have used this company for the past at least 20+ years. They have ALWAYS provided great service and top notch quality work. I have used them for clients and all of my personal homes. It seems that there may be a disgruntled past employee or maybe a competitor trying to give them bad reviews. I will always call them when I need any type of critter removal or prevention. Also did a great job for a client with complete attic clean up.

We had rats in out attic and basement ceiling that was chewing on electrical wires and causing a huge problem. Johnathan and his crew of Jimmy and Calvin came out and took care of everything! They were very professional and even worked in the heavy rain sealing up all of the holes and ways that these rats were getting into our home. Outstanding customer service. We had a bat under our deck in between our plank boards for a few months. We called 2 companies out prior to working with attic kings. Each company quoted us approximately 400-450 to remove the bat and place the bat trap. We called attic kings and spoke with Mariah who was lovely. She was in constant communication and sent Jimmy out to our home. Jimmy was able to retrieve the bat, install the bat trap, spray disinfectant and inspect our attic for critters all for under $300.00 total. Very reasonable! Highly recommend! Attic Kings not only came out the same day I called them, which by the way was a Saturday, but beat Arrows price by more than $3,000 for a full attic restoration. They came out and gave them a quote to install metal around their roof. That was to keep the roof rats out. They also trapped every rat and took them out of the house. I had a great experience with Attic Kings getting rats and squirrels out of my attic. I got quotes from 4 companies and Attic Kings matched the lowest. They were great with communication and scheduling. They covered the roof line gap and holes chewed around the roof. They also cleaned my gutters for a small additional fee. They left traps in the attic for critters trapped in there and came back to check them later. We've caught one rat so far and all the attic and wall noises are gone!

I had a great experience with Attic Kings for squirrel removal. Attic Kings was extremely responsive, professional, efficient and cost effective. They were very thorough and guaranteed their work to ensure the entry for squirrels was closed off . They also found where birds were coming through the gutters and took care of that as part of the cost of the squirrel removal process. They were in and out within 2 hours and thoroughly went over every aspect of my home to ensure the squirrels could exit and not enter.
