DO NOT HIRE THESE GUYS!!!!!! Read the fine print. I signed up for the package but had to cancel after the first service. They showed up even after I cancelled... talked to the tech who came to my house and told him I cancelled this service. He got on the phone, called the office and came back to tell me the service was already paid for so he would like to proceed. So I said, okay since it was already paid, but please make sure this service is cancelled going forward. Long story short, it was not paid so they are now billing me for a service I did not want AND they are not trying to charge me an EARLY TERMINATION FEE OF $160!!!!!! BAD BUSINESS PRACTICE!!!! DO NOT USE THEM, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE WITH NO CONTRACTS AND NO EARLY TERMINATION FEE. CROOKS IS WHAT THEY ARE!!!!!

I was not at home during the services so I do not know what and where services were performed. I don’t know that your employees have consistently been polite and efficient.

Service scheduled. Called twice and got put on hold for 10 minutes when the tech did not arrive in the window of time. Tech randomly shows up 5 days later with no notice. I called to cancel service contract and they refuse and have charged my card again.

Their reps asks questions and ensure me that they are available whenever needed even if it doesn't fall within their regular visits. I am very pleased with the service.

He let me know what he's treating for each time he comes, because each season brings new creepy crawlies that we want gone. Every time this company comes out they are thorough, friendly, eager to help. We've been using them for over a year now so glad they knocked on our door would highly recommend them to absolutely anybody!

Scammers! This company is more disgusting than the bugs they claim they will get rid off! Just wants money. Update: we already told them we are cancelling and said it will be terminated with early termination fee and we have to wait. Guess what! We waited and they auto renewed according to the policy so we have to pay early termination fee! They just steal money from people and they make sure you pay not with your credit card so they can keep stealing!

Treatment was completed without proper notice. The result is our sanctuary was contaminated. Compromising dozens of endangered animals. Haphazard spraying into openings that harmed delicate species under USFW and USDA guidance. Resulting in emergency veterinary care and sickness for animals protected under the ESA. This is negligence as our account is flagged for direct notice prior to any service. This company is neglectful and dangerous.

We have been using Saela Pest for a couple years now and have always been happy with the service and our service guy Coty. We even moved and they moved our service to our new home without any issues. I highly recommend Saela Pest.

2024 update: Saela's remarkably responsive help with new mouse problem -- HVAC service uncovered a mouse infestation in our crawlspace & our Saela team responded immediately with a solution. After a diagnosis with the branch manager, our technician, Coty, was dispatched to set us up with a rodent control to be followed by a permanent intrusion control plan. We have every confidence that the problem will be solved and the crawlspace cleaned and sanitized. it's great having a pest control partner of Saela's caliber! 2nd year update September 2024: It's been 2 years being cared for by Saela for protection (pests, mosquitos, termites) and handling of pests that occasionally show up. Termite baits are holding termites at bay, mosquitos are under control, Saela is quick to be here treating any pests that do turn up. This year spiders were troublesome and Saela was all over the problem sparring no effort to get rid of them. Without a doubt the most responsive and professional pest control company EVER! Go with Saela and pests will positively hate you. Pesky wasps return to one location in roof line/gutter and called to let local Saela office know. NEXT DAY a technician was here, investigated further and reapplied treatment in area where wasps revisited. After 20+ years with other providers, I can tell you that this sort of response is absolutely amazing. Go with Saela if they're in your area. If they're not in your area yet, hope hey will be soon. Professional, Effective, Responsive.

KC is friendly and well educated on prevention of pests. He takes his time and ensures the house and garage are protected. He lets me ask questions to educate me on what he is doing and why. I am very happy with his support.

We’ve been with Saela for our pest control needs, going on our 3rd year now, and they’ve always been so responsive and reliable and thorough in their work. Isaac always texts me before he heads my way, he will knock on the door to say hello and to address any concerns we may have, and he always texts me afterwards to give me a run-down of what he saw, what he did, and any additional issues that he thinks we may need to know. We love that.

Coty was very polite. He asked if there were any special instructions, and he did his work quickly and my wife came home just as he finished up. He told her he didn't want to knock on the door, and get the dogs riled up.

Technicians with Saela are always extremely professional and informative. When they show up, even when no one‘s home, they complete their job to the fullest. Text messages with pictures are always included with every service and I’ve never forced to pay for extras that I don’t want to. Hands-down, best pest-control company I’ve ever hired.

The first visit was great. Since then the original quote has gone up. I asked them not to come as I know the entire payment was not in my account. They came after ignoring text and calls any way to provide service. They were polite enough to inform me that payment was not processed after the job was done. Biggest scam ever.

Please keep Salespeople out of Stonebridge in Lebanon. They are being harassed by pushy sales people. Needs to stop, the subdivision is a no solicitation. Please allocate your resources else where. We only have to have Saela treat the outside perimetet of our home. The barrier they apply effectively keeps the pests outside so no need to treat the inside! Their pet friendly products do not seem to bother our fur babies!

Coty was a pleasant person; however, I think he was in a hurry. All the webs were cleaned on the front but the back has barely been touched. I have several pictures to show the large amount of webs left! I will watch for further activity in these areas! When I asked if he was doing the inside as well he replied that he didn’t do his own house inside. ???? I was contacted the next day by the company concerning this review. Saela salesperson Devon caught me as I was leaving for work & returned in the evening to discuss pest control in my home. I found him to be sincere w/answering my many questions. The next day, Coty the technician was prompt & incredibly skillful in removing wasps' & spiders' nest in the eaves. I have plants around the home & inside, he took special care when spraying. I just recently signed up and have only had the first application. This review is a bit premature but Coty and Kieran were very courteous and professional.

This is a new service for us and thus far we are very pleased with their professionalism, knowledge and commitment to making sure we are happy and rid of wasps, ants and bugs around our house and yard. So far all looks good!

Making door-to-door sales calls at 8pm on a Friday was incredibly disturbing and unprofessional. He even had the nerve to criticize me about how I told him he was interrupting my family time.

Terrible experience. Driver texted me saying he would be at my house within next 30 to 45 minutes. 5 minutes later he shows up and stays there for 5 minutes and leaves. Doesn’t even call me to say he’s arrived early. Poor service. I specifically told the manager a week ago that I would like them to call me so I could be there when the man comes but nope didn’t get a call or the inside of my house sprayed. This has happened multiple times. Don’t know if I’ll ever use this pest company again.

The young man who came is the most professional! Smart & he anticipated my needs! He listened & was attentive! I could not have asked for more!!! Please keep employees such as him available! Please pay them/ compensate them their full value, Your company charges more than other exterminators so please appreciate your field workers to the max. I will only support a business if their employees are valued. I will research your company & will quit you if you do not honor them or your customers. I expect a response. July/ 2022. Do not do business with this company. They called me last Wednesday ( it was pouring rain) to do our service. I asked for them to reschedule the service, the tech said that wasn't a problem they would reschedule. The next day I had a charge for the service on my bank account. I called customer service to tell them about the charges and that the service was never performed. I asked for a refund for the service that wasn't performed and to cancel and further services , I was told to send video footage proving the tech never came, I sent 9 videos and they said it wasn't enough proof. After arguing with customer service and 3 managers they finally did refund for the service not performed but they will not cancel my remaining contract unless I pay over $500. This company will steal your money and call you a liar.

My neighbor had an extreme rodent problem. I had my house checked and rodent activity was found in my attic. I had my attic treated. During the treatment a breaker in the attic was tripped and it controlled my heat. I called the service tech and he came out within a couple of hours to check. The salesman also called and told me he was trying to get their HVAC service person to come to the house. He also told me if the HVAC service person could not get there that night, they would pay for a hotel room for me. My original call was at 3:45pm and it was fixed by 7:00 pm. I was really impressed with the immediate response. I was also called the next morning to make sure everything was still okay. As to the treatment, it was professional. The service techs were polite and cleaned up after the service.

The representative that originally came to our house was dishonest about the price of the service.When we noticed that there was a difference in the price I called customer service. The representative told me that the price we were given was not correct and that the service would cost more than we agreed on. I asked if we could cancel the the service because we were quoted a different price. The customer service representative said that there would be a $400.00 cancelation fee. I asked to speak to a supervisor. The representative said that the supervisor was not available at that time. I offered to wait until the supervisor became available. The representative did not want me to wait she got upset and hung up the phone in my face. The customer service that I received from Saela was horrible and dishonest.

Both the Gentelman that made the initial contact with us and the young man they sent out to spray our home were wonderful, polite, very informative and respectful of our home. I'd also like to add that the call center I had to contact was also very kind and helpful. I appreciate the communication as they prepare to arrive for the scheduled appointments. Amazing service.

STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!! The salesman conned me into a 5 service contract when he told me it was only a trial. This resulted in me having to pay almost $200 to get out of my contract with this AWFUL company. The con artist they employ as a salesman also assured me SEVERAL times that the products they use are pet safe. This was also a lie as my dog started having seizures after they serviced my property. Even further, after they serviced my property, I had MORE bugs & pests than I've ever seen in my life. Everything about this company is a disgusting predatory scam & all they care about is money. DO YOUR RESEARCH! There are several incidents of pets getting sick & several incidents of the salesmen completely scamming people into unknowingly signing contracts that are very costly to get out of.

I would rate 0 if possible. The sales agent came to my house and convinced me by giving me a attractive offers and signed me a contract without full info. He said I will not be charged for 3 months but then i was charged after 1 month only. He didn’t even told me that if i will cancel the service I have to pay 50%. I feel like i have been scammed by providing half info about everything. Beware if somebody comes to your house and ask for pest control service from saela.
