Much better than the “other pest control” company. I’ve used both and these guys are great. 2 days before my scheduled appointment, I needed to reschedule and they got it done, no issues. They’re fast and I haven’t had a big problem since I joined.

Seth came by to do my regular treatment. He is always professional contact me when he’ll come and when he’s here, he always ask questions to make sure that he can address whatever my needs may be at the time of his visit. Should I meet him in between visits. They always make a convenient appointment and come out as scheduled. They are a little pricey, but I appreciate their service and they’ve been very helpful in recommending my pest issues.

Jonathan is EXCELLENT!! He’s very thorough!! He listens to what we need and ask for. Very pleasant, respectful guy you’ll ever meet! Orkin is the best and so is Jonathan.

I’m waiting to see if it does anything! I guess the one spray kills everything! So I’ll know in a week if I just wasted my money and need to go with another company!! I thought y’all said y’all get all the spider webs from inside and outside the house! If I’m still seeing nats and spiders and ants after a week, do I get my money back? It’s been a week and I see why I haven’t heard back from yall after you finally got me to pay! Y’all don’t do what you advertise!! Spiders and bugs and rodents still running around my house!! I will be calling and trying to get a refund, so I can call the pest company!!

When we discovered we had a rodent issue in our attic, we called Orkin for help. Within an hour Alex Welch (Orkin's Home Services Inspector for Williamson County) called and came to our home that same afternoon. After a comprehensive inspection, Alex accurately diagnosed the cause of the issue and recommended a plan to permanently fix the problem. The very next day his crew (Mark, Lucas and team) showed up and removed the old attic insulation, blew in new insulation and encapsulated our crawlspace and set traps. Alex personally has come back to the house multiple times since to check on the status, check and bait any remaining traps and make sure the problem is totally fixed. We highly recommend Alex and Orkin if you are having any rodent or other pest issues and give them "Six Stars" for their excellent, professional work.

Orkin Nashville was great! Couldn’t have asked for a better experience from start to finish. From the initial phone call from my web inquiry to schedule, to the initial inspection, to service. Went on the website on Friday at 8am, service was done by the following Monday before 9:45am. I wish I could recall the person I spoke with on the phone! She was fantastic and deserves a shout out. Reid who came out for the initial inspection was top notch! Quick to be out for the inspection. He did a thorough inspection and got us set up with exactly what we needed. Steven was excellent our technician! One of the best people I’ve ever worked with or met. Talk about going above and beyond. Steven is THE example of that! I don’t think his service could be topped! Highly recommend Orkin. From start to finish completely satisfied! 10/10

I was grateful to see Seth again Seth previously served our home and is familiar with our needs. Also Seth offered comfort and encouragement in the recent passing of my daughter,that made it more than a service call

Do not hire for insulation. We had Orkin come out and replace the insulation in our attic and crawl space in July. Paid a large chunk of money for the service. Now, in September, we are working to sell our house. The inspector came out and looked in the crawl space to find insulation hanging down (old and new), the old insulation that Orkin was supposed to replace with encapsulated insulation still in sections of the crawl space, and damage to my vapor barrier from Orkin's service workers being down there. After paying as much as I did and having 5-8 service workers in my yard at any given time, they didn't even complete the job. I called this week and had the district manager come out who then scheduled someone to come fix it this upcoming week. But truly that shouldn't have needed to happen because the job should have been completed right 2 months ago! So if I didn't have an inspector out, I would have just been stuck with an uncompleted job. Orkin and their workers knew the job wasn't completed and that it wasn't completed correctly. This service is a scam. Do not trust them to complete the job. Double check everything. What a nightmare!

I couldn’t ask for a better pest control person! Jay is the best at what he does and so polite and always kind. He’s great too working around my dogs!! And best of all he found a pest control treatment that will not hurt my dogs. Amazing guy!

Whatever you do, do NOT make the mistake of hiring this company for insulation. They charged me just shy of 10k for a job that should have been 6k max, had to come back multiples times to fix things, and still didn’t blow enough insulation in. They should stick to pest control.

Last year when I was pulling out my Halloween decorations from my attic I discovered mouse droppings on and around them. I called Orkin to check out our situation and found out that we had mice living in our house for years. They had invaded my attic and crawl space for so long that we needed our insulation replaced. We hired Orkin to evict the unwanted guests. They sealed entry points, replaced the insulation, placed traps etc. It was around the holidays when they replaced the insulation. I’m not sure if they were in a hurry to get home but, there was a spot missing insulation. I called their office and the manager came out, apologized, and immediately completed the job to my satisfaction. Since then we have had routine follow-ups and Jonathan has not seen evidence of mice. Jonathan is always very thorough and it’s been really great having someone I don’t have to nag to get rid of unwanted bugs. He is also very professional and polite. Glad we decided to go with Orkin!

We loved Lloyd! He’s helped us figure out a carpenter ant problem and we feel really taken care of.

Joel is excellent at his job!!! He not only gets in there and takes care of the issue, he lets us know how we can improve our situation if we are, by chance, doing something to exacerbate the problem. My father's home was taken over by roaches due to a leaky fridge and a large leak underneath the house. Dad spent months in the hospital, and during that time, roaches took over the kitchen. Everywhere you looked you could see them. I refused to cook in his kitchen until they were eliminated. But after Joel entered the picture, he has knocked them out in just a few months! I hope all other Orkin workers are as professional, kind, funny and all around great just like Joel! Now, back to cooking for me. Thanks Again for such great service!

Orkin is one of the few service companies left that I have complete trust in. From crawlspace repair to regular pest control, they’ve always worked with me in a positive way and had great customer service.

Started using Orkins about 3 years ago after finding a Brown Recluse in the house. Had cave crickets in the crawl space for years as well. Going on three years now without any issues. Lyyod did the last treatment on my house, very helpful and went out of his way to help and answer some questions I had.

Seth is the best! Super cool and knowledgeable. He comes in, gets the job done, and always makes sure I’m getting the service I need!

Orkin is great! I switched my service to them last year and have been nothing pleased. Priced about the same as every other company, but the service is top notch. Seth it the technician that always comes; he knows his stuff and is always kind and personable. 10/10, would recommend to anyone.

The guys from Orkin came early and worked all day to seal the perimeter of the building with flashing and spray rodent repellent. They all introduced themselves and explained what they were doing and were very considerate, answering my questions and addressing any concerns I had. Very professional, polite, and hard working. They say they will follow up to ensure the effectiveness of the treatment and encouraged me to contact them immediately if I have any pest problems before then. So far so good.

Orkin representatives were very courteous, explained what needed to be done. When they came to do the treatment they were knowledgeable enough to change drilling holes in my hardwood and instead drilled into the Sheetrock which could be repaired easily. I m having a hard time with seeing spiders, my nefew has been recently bit by a what appeared by house spider twice, I recently put all the bug traps out so the tech can see all the bugs that were on the traps for the monthly, our tech didn’t throw them away just left them there with all the bugs on then. The tech is nice just ineffective, about ready to cancel my service

Super easy. I put some stakes out that detected foraging termites. Called Orkin, inspector came the next day. No up-sale, just arranged the service I wanted. Installers were out 3 days later and it was completed while I was at work.

The Serviceman Nathan was very professional and knowledgeable of the issues we were dealing with. He went out of his way to make sure he took care of our job. In addition, he advised us to contact Orkin if we had any further issues.

Orkin has helped us with a persistent flea problem after a family of raccoons had lived beneath the deck of our covered porch. Orkin came back 3 times to treat the problem since there is no easy access under the deck. Very pleased with their service and the friendliness of their office staff too.

We had a cockroach problem when we first moved in to our historic home. Cory with Orkin has been amazing and we’re happy to say that the problem is solved with our monthly treatments. He’s always friendly, on time, and thorough.

My inspector was Josh. Amazing service. He showed up on time, walked through every room and did a thorough check of every furniture piece. Very friendly and answered every question I had. Customer service over the phone was quick, and I was able to get the right service for myself with no problems. Would definitely recommend ORKIN

Eric, our initial rep and inspector, did a thorough job inspecting the crawl space, taking pics, and explaining what we needed. He was great to work with. Then our service men, Dwayne, Mark and an Apprentice, were on time, answered questions and did a good job. It took two days, but we were told that upfront as well. We will have several recheck, but it looks like they thoroughly addressed the problem areas.

I honestly could not be happier with the service we received from Orkin. They were at our home within 24 hours of our inquiry to begin taking care of our issue. To find mice in your home is horrifying. But they were so thorough in their explanation and plan that it immediately put my mind to ease. They were kind, professional, on time, and thorough. I am pleased with my experience and would highly recommend them.

The technicians are very friendly and knowledgeable. We have used them for years. The only thing that what’s frustrating was being balanced from service tech to service tech over the last several years. Once you create a relationship with and employee, they get reassigned somewhere else and you get someone new. I’m not sure if that’s how it’s supposed to go but it’s nice Knowing the person who is doing the service. Anyway they are very responsive and professional and care about what they’re doing. I highly recommend them.

I have been with Orkin for years and I’ve had the same service technician and she is amazing. Sylvia is always on time informative and responsive. The customer service is what has kept me as well and keeping the mosquitoes and other middle TN bugs at bay.

I called at 830 PM because we saw 3 brown recluse spiders within a few days. They were quick, professional and concise. They were able to schedule someone to come out as soon as between 8-10am, I had an appointment so I requested an arrival of 10a-12pm, it wasn’t a problem. I called because I realized I would not be at the house until about 1030, I was told that wasn’t a problem, the office person attempted to call the tech but he did not respond, he told me that when they drive they are not allowed to answer the phone but he would send an email to let them know I would be home shortly. The tech, Mark I believe, called me at 1136 and advised he would be about 35 minutes. He arrived about 1215- this later arrival was not ideal, however I did appreciate the call. He was quick, thorough, and friendly with my dog. He explained what he would do and said the spray was non toxic to dogs once it was dry so he suggested we don’t let them roam until it was dry. He was also careful in the room where our baby chicks are. Overall, prompt, professional and friendly.

I enjoyed working with Shane. His inspection was very thorough and I like the idea of checking 2 areas under the house to see if the moisture level is a temporary problem with all the rain we have had. He will come back and recheck in July. All in all, a good experience and informative.

Our technician Corey is wonderful! He is friendly to my kids and let's my 4 year old follow him around as he does his work. Very friendly and the stuff they use lasts between each scheduled treatment.
