I am notified before the team comes to work in my yard. The technical tells me what they are treating for and asks if I have any problems indoors. So far, I haven't. I would, however, like to remind Moxie that if you go through a closed gate to access the backyard, PLEASE shut the gate and be sure it is latched when you finish. My little dog did enjoy sitting in the front yard surveying the neighborhood and no harm was done.

Dustin Mears came out today to complete a termite inspection. We received a call reminding us of this service which is included in our package. Dustin arrived and went through each room as well as the crawl space. He was thorough, professional, as well as friendly. We were impressed because Moxie called us to complete this service, they could have just waited until we called them. We're satisfied customers.
Mike has always been on time and is a very pleasant guy. He has always taken good care of our pest control issues. He is very customer service oriented and knowledgeable of the pest control industry..
I am unable to rate this technician. For the last three quarters, I have not received a call or a text from my technician to announce his ETA. There is also no calling card on my door to show he’s been here. Since I am working, how am I to be confidant he has even been here?

Awful experience with this company. Completely unethical tactics to get you on contact for 12 months. Within 3 days of the first property treatment, we noticed the spiders and other bugs came back. They came and resprayed the house due to their "guarantee" of no bugs within the first two weeks. After two additional treatments, the rep informed me it's common to still see bugs due to living in a new construction home. Utter waste of money.
Michael came out and was super friendly, helpful and very professional. Answered many of my questions and just seemed like an all-around great guy Who seemed like he enjoyed what he did for a living! Will continue to use This company as long as they continue to produce employees like Michael!
London Hammonds allegedly completed service at our house today. The report mentions treating interior baseboards, but we were not home, the house is locked, and unless the tech is able to pass through brick walls or crawled through a window, we're pretty sure interior baseboards were not treated. I'm disappointed in the service. The previous times Moxie has been at our house, it's been near the end of the day. Their announcement that they'd be out today gave no time range, leaving their arrival open-ended. Assuming it would be later in the day (as it has historically been), we ran an errand before 9:00 AM and were home by 9:30 AM. We had issues we wanted to discuss with the tech, but could not because we weren't there. If Moxie is reading this, allow me to suggest you give some sort of time range for a tech's arrival so that we don't need to put the rest of our lives on hold all day waiting. Even a 4-hour range would be helpful, and if the tech will be earlier or later, they could text us.
He was a very respectful and hard working person. I was glad to have him service my house.
Always happy when Patty comes to take care of our pest control. She does a great job, but is also extremely friendly.

Benjamin did a great job today! Very friendly and polite! Gave us some suggestions on bug issues we were having. Only thing is we had no idea he was coming. Not his fault . We usually get a phone call and text message at least the day of. That’s not ideal either, but at least we know when someone is coming.

Earlier in the week I called and made an appointment for Saturday 11:00 and they confirmed it and this morning they called me again and confirmed 11:00 a.m. appointment however, right 15 minutes before 11:00. He calls me and said his technician called off while this morning his technician did call me and confirmed it himself. Something shady going on there. It's a waste of time for me and for both of my tenants who took off from work and stayed home so they can allow the technician to spray Oliver for the pest control. It's a shame do not hire them ever. !!!

Ladarius was our technician and was a wonderful guy. Great customer service and hopefully will get to have him service our home again.
Their technicians were always professional and friendly but our ant problem never went away. It was pricey for what we would pay quarterly and still had ants throughout the year. we would constantly have to call them back to let them know we still had ants, which they did come out and re-treat free of charge. But never completely exterminated them. We ended up switching companies to someone more local to Clarksville in hopes they can fix the ant issue that moxie did not.
Reid was great. Very professional and attentive. He walked the perimeter with me to show what he was going to do and answered any questions I had.
Dakota was very professional and easy going. He was very pleasant to talk to and competed his job in a timely manner. So far so good with the pests, we have not seen any in the house and only a couple outside since the last treatment.
TERRIBLE!!! BUYER BEWARE!!! Had them come out last year to install termite prevention... everything was fine. Fast forward one year. They came back out to refill the system without letting me know they were coming and then put their hand out for payment. When I spoke to them they were very unprofessional and rude. They said they sent a notification they were coming but I didn't get it. Told them I didn't want to work with them anymore and then was told I don't actually own the system I paid $1700 for them to install...in the contract...nice little point no one mentioned...so now they are coming to remove it. So yes, my bad for not reading the fine print to know what I was getting but $1700 to dig a few holes, drop in some liquid and then I don't even own it. What a rip off.
Today Patty came and treated our yard and was so nice to work with during our first treatment with Moxie. She treated the areas of concern we had and weathered the rain to do it! Overall a great first experience!
Scott did a wonderful service on my home! Was covered in webs and had orb weavers EVERYWHERE. First service my house looks so much better and I have no doubt the issues will improve. Very kind and professional.

This place is a complete scam. I would never use them again. You signed up for services you pay for it. You don’t receive services. They have proof that you don’t receive services and they’re trying to force you to pay over $200 when all they’ve done is spray the outside of your house one time if they decide that they don’t feel like spraying your house or yard anymore, they will still charge you and then force you to pay a huge cancellation fee. This place is a Scam!!!!!!!!! DO NOT USE
Cedric showed up to our home today on time, courteous, and professional. It was joy to speak with him and his smile let me know that he took pride in his work. Shout out as well to Vic for an easy process in getting the service set up. So far so great! Update: Benjamin was another 5 star provider👍🏼

OUR BUG PROBLEM HAS GOTTEN EXPONENTIALLY WORSE SINCE WE HAVE BEEN USING THIS COMPANY. Their sales person showed up at my door almost 2 months ago. We declined their offer multiple times stating that we didn't want to pay any big upfront costs or cancellation fees and that for the cost they were asking each quarter, I could buy very good pest control equipment and chemicals myself. Eventually the sales guy dropped the upfront cost and said they didn't have any fees to cancel and cut my monthly to about $20/month. So I agreed. After the first time they came by we saw a much larger insect presence, we knew this would sometimes happen so we waited and it continued. We called to get a free service for them to come back. After that nothing really changed. So we gave it a few more weeks. They just came back out for their 2nd scheduled service (3rd time for us) and threw granules around in the yard and then packed up and left. While mowing last weekend I saw 15-20 ant hills throughout my yard. Took pictures of multiples of them. This is the second time we had a bug infestation out in the yard that was magnitudes worse than it had ever been. I sent pictures and asked to cancel my service as it was not doing anything and it actually seemed to be even worse than before. This is when I was told I would have to pay a $101 Early cancellation fee to cover the initial cost that they didn't charge me for the first service. The same thing that I said I didn't want to sign up because I didn't want to pay for that. Unfortunately my doorbell camera doesn't go back that far and I didn't save it because I was naive to trust this place. Save yourself a massive headache and your money and DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. At this point I can only assume the reviews are paid for. Because we were douped by them a long with all the people that left bad reviews that had similar issues with MORE bugs. I have more ants, spiders, crickets, beetles, hell I even had a praying mantis in my yard 2 days ago. Bugs in my house and my sidewalk and driveway and all through the yard. Nothing has improved, but I guess I will be using their unlimited free return services to have them come out and spread more snake oil around my yard.
Been with Moxie for almost a year now and have been very displeased. Finally today we got a new technician named Corwin McCarthy and he was phenomenal. Very knowledgeable, very polite ad customer service oriented, which I did not have from Moxie before. If I would’ve had Corwin all this time I would not be planning to leave Moxie.
Pedro Lopez was our tech. He literally risked his life by knocking over (and spraying dead) three of the largest wasp nests that were hiding very high up in our rooftop overhangs. His approach was methodical and he was just fearless! After those dramatic moments he just went on with fully treating the entire house like he wasn’t a conquering hero! We kept thanking him and he nonchalantly said it was his job. Well Sir, job well done Pedro!…our family of six plus dog are experiencing time on our porches without bees in our faces.

Today I was serviced by Billy! Unlike other times in the past, he actually came and introduced himself. Let us know what he was going to be taken care of and offered to service the inside of our home (which is where we mainly have issues) and backyard. Very similar to our first technician to ever come out, Shea, who also did an amazing job! If I can continue to get serviced by technicians like them two, that would be great, thank you!

Pedro was our tech today and he was truly fantastic. Every tech we’ve had has been great, but Pedro really took his time to explain the process, noticed some extra ant hills and treat them. He was friendly, professional, and thorough.
Moxie Pest Control has been completely deceiving from the start. The salesman told me their treatment was organic, “just as good as the other companies,” and that’s what made them different. That’s the only reason I signed up. But when the technician came, he admitted it was NOT organic — and even said organic “doesn’t do anything, it’s like spraying orange juice.” I was told my first visit would be $39 for everything. Instead, they charged me $39 plus $79. I had to call to get a refund. I signed up for quarterly service, but just over a month later they showed up saying it was time again. I refused the service, and then they tried to charge $129 when I thought quarterly visits were $79. Nothing has been correct since day one. When I called to cancel, the rep told me I had to pay them $160 back for “discounting” the first visit. I said no — because nothing was as promised. Moments after hanging up, she charged my card $160 without my permission. I will never do business with them again. If you’re thinking about signing up, don’t. The price will not be what they told you, and they will run your card without consent. Totally unprofessional. If you’re looking for good service go to servall!
A sales rep came to our door saying that it would be $50 a month for a visit every month and we signed up. The first month went good even though we still had some bugs we knew it take time. No one came out the second month and we were charged so we decided to cancel. On the third month we were charged again. And when I called in, the individual said that he could see, we called to cancel and he would get me over to a supervisor to have it canceled and refunded. I spoke with David, who tried to say the cell which I can understand by offering us another visit for the next month for free but once I told him we have already. He advised me that I would not be getting a refund that I actually have to pay a $250 fee that was supposed discount At the beginning of the service that was not advised to us and that they only come every three months. He said it was all broken down in the little agreement we signed on the iPad. So the fault on me for not reading agreement and just listening to the sales rep, but I do not advise Moxie to anyone.
Everyone I have spoken with at this company has been very nice and professional. Matthew who I met a few months ago, Henry the guy who came by. Quinton who is our technician he is so thorough and very nice. I recommend this company.

I was very pleased with Pedro's service. His level of service was much more like what I have had in the past and had been asking for. So please keep sending him!!! He understood the degree of treatment inside and out that I had been missing but needed in order to maintain control of the Brown Recluse spiders and wasps. I was also overjoyed that he offered to help me with mosquito control, too, which I have definitely needed. His social skills were also impressive, exhibiting friendliness, ability to communicate the procedures well, professionalism, and his eagerness to be sure he thoroughly treated any individual areas where I had seen pests in the past. I asked about sticky traps to enable me to assess how well we our efforts are working. He went out and got those and placed them immediately. He both bombed and sprayed the garage and attic areas, which arey two primary sources of infestation. I could not be happier with Pedro's work and the friendly, respectful way in which he went about it. 5 stars may not actually be enough!!
Love Moxie! Only service that I have encountered that service the eaves as well as the lower portion. Their mosquito program is amazing! I normally attract mosquitoes like sitting water, and I have not had one mosquito bite in my yard this year. Customer service is top notch! Mason is always so polite and thorough.

Andre Shishkin came out to service our termite pods. Two pods had been damaged and he replaced them right away and made sure everything was in good shape before he left. He was professional, thorough, and took the time to explain what he was doing. Excellent service from start to finish.
We started service on July 4th bc the salesman going door to door said they would spray that day on the outside for our party that we had going on. Later that day was told the technician was busy & could. Not in fact spray that day. When we signed up we said we really needed the inside serviced. They said the outside & inside were both included in the $120. Fast forward to today. We got the notification that the person was enroute, then one saying service was provided, and account debited. The technician NEVER knocked or came inside to provide service. Now we’re waiting on him to spray the inside of the home. He walks in & doesn’t even speak. I was raised to speak when you enter a room especially if you’re in a professional setting. I’m not impressed.
After a rocky start, Moxie has truly stepped up. Marquez, my service technician, has done an awesome job for any requests I have had. He truly has turned me around to trust in Moxie!

It began at 12:50 PM. The sun was at its peak. Oppressive. Unapologetic. Already baking the mulch into a future crusty HOA grievance. Humidity shimmered off the driveway. The wooden porch swing creaked without being touched. Even the wasps were sluggish. But high in her web, stretched between pillars on the back porch, sat Perplexus, a magnificent Argiope aurantia, known to the pest world as the Writing Spider, the Orb Weaver, the Glyph Lord of Ashes and Secrets. For three summers, Perplexus had ruled the yard. She governed a tight syndicate of ground wasps, roaches, stink bugs, silverfish, and chemically jaded carpenter ants. From the back patio to the mailbox, she reigned. She was feared. She was honored. She was terribly patient. But at 12:50 PM, a blue truck pulled into the alley beside our home. And everything changed. The vehicle bore the mark: Moxie Pest Control And from it stepped a man. Calm. Collected. Gloved. Shaded. Armed with a backpack sprayer and righteous intent. Quinton. Known to the pest underworld as Quinton the Just. A man who sprayed not in anger, but with conviction. He wasn’t rushed. He wasn’t loud. He nodded at us upon arrival. Confirmed service. Then turned to the yard. Quinton did not hurry. He rounded the porch post with the ease of someone browsing a farmer’s market. Except instead of gently selecting strawberries, he was ending generations of territorial conflict. Perplexus watched from above. She had trained for this moment. She had warned her colony. She had, however, underestimated Quinton. Upon her command, a squadron of yellow jackets launched from the eaves. Quinton was quick to raise his wand. A single pulse of mist. Four of them dropped mid-air. The fifth apologized. Politely. Then vanished. Quinton never entered the house. He didn’t need to. This was a surgical open-air campaign. Targeted. Intentional. Devastating. He moved to the base of the foundation, working clockwise with a technician’s precision and the emotional presence of a man who’s seen things. Brutal, "pesterous" things. The sprayer hissed again. That was his trumpet. Within seconds: * Ant colonies collapsed mid-forage, dropping breadcrumbs like bad investments * Crickets abandoned their choir * Stink bugs, always dramatic, simply flipped themselves over and accepted their fate Perplexus twitched in her web. She had heard of these moments. Tales whispered in ductwork. Of technicians who didn’t stomp. Who didn’t miss. Who simply ended... things. Quinton sprayed the porch posts. The landscape beds. The fire pit lounge. He made eye contact with a lurking wasp. It turned itself in. Behind the hydrangeas, Beo the Wolf Spider emerged with righteous fury. Beo leapt. Quinton strafed slightly. Just enough. Beo slammed into the birdbath and disintegrated emotionally. Above them, Perplexus rallied. She stood firm in her web. A silk fortress. A pictograph riddled tapestry of symmetry and spite. Quinton approached slowly, spraying a fine barrier of mist just beneath the web. He did not disturb it. He did not insult the artistry. Instead, he spared it. With the same gentle indifference one might show a garden gnome during a tornado. It wasn’t mercy. It was strategy. And it worked. Perplexus didn’t move. Couldn’t. The kingdom was gone. The Confederation disbanded. And Quinton? He was already finishing the perimeter. At 12:57 PM, it was done. Seven minutes. No drama. No chaos. Just execution. With moxie. Quinton returned to the blue truck while giving us a confident thumbs-up. Tapped a note into his tablet. No fanfare was given. No exit music heard. He didn’t even take a sip of water. He just drove off like a man with somewhere else to save. Thank you, Quinton the Just.

Dan did an excellent job, he actually showed up early. Was extremely pleasant and nice to talk to, very informative and helpful. He answered all of my questions and was happy to walk through the house with me while covering any areas that I was concerned with and also going above and hitting spots that I didn't realize would be needed. His customer service skills are pretty phenomenal. I hope this review doesn't set the bar too high for him! Also, this all took place on a Saturday! (Saturdays fill up quick so you have to order in advance but it was worth the wait which was only about a week and a half I think)
Matthew did a great job! This was our second service and he went above and beyond for us to make sure everything was covered. Would definitely love to have him come back out!

Moxie is great! They are quick to respond and are beyond thorough in taking care of us. Mason was right on time and took care of all of our spider and tick concerns.
Great service and products, they de-web and spray inside and out with each visit. The kindest people everywhere! I especially love the flea and tick treatments for my animals and the mosquito treatments for my back patio. Reasonable price and worth every penny!

They always take care and do such a great job, I’ve had their service for years and been very happy. I never have pests in my house and if anything does happen to pop up they are quick to come out. All their techs are so professional, knowledgeable and nice. Great company.
Late or last minute notifications for service reminders (even bold enough to notify you of service the day of and hours before.) Sentricon service removal took place yesterday without any notification and the technician left a bunch of holes around my home where the stations were. Canceling was a pain but glad to know how they operate after they gain up as a customer.
I have had a great experience this far with Moxie! I recently switched to them and they have come out three times for me already. Twice for the initial sprays and termite bait filling and the third visit was requested by me because I was noticing flies around the home and a new spider web outside even though they had done the spider control already (I do not fault them for this). They were extremely easy to contact, made a quick appointment, always show up when they say they will, and had no problems redoing the spider control and adding the indoor fly spray in a timely fashion. Everyone I have dealt with over there has been more than accommodating and friendly. I wish I could give a shout out to the sales guy as well as the other technicians but unfortunately I have forgotten their names but I can give a shout out to our most recent technician who was timely, friendly, wholesome, quick, and just an overall great guy to talk with. He explained everything he was doing and got the job done quickly and efficiently. His name was Nate Vassar and I would recommend/request him as my technician any day of the week. 10/10 for Nate and the whole Moxie crew. Thank you!
Moxie has been great to us! Reasonable rates, listen to exactly what we need, and if we need a callback between treatments, they schedule without issue. Mike let us know he was about to treat the yard and reminded us to keep our fur-babies off the yard for a few hours of dry time. We appreciate yall!
My experience with Moxie has been pleasant. Billy was the first technician to come out for our first service with Moxie; he greeted me and explained what he was doing, and to let me know he understands we have outdoor cats w/ food/water bowls outside and he will avoid treating that area. Henry in sales is bright and friendly. Good personable service!!
It’s always nice to deal with professional and courteous people these days. Andre S. was out this morning installing termite bait stations and was just that…. Professional and courteous! Completed the job quickly and communicated what the entire process would be. Thank you for taking the time to provide excellent customer service. It was appreciated!
On 3/17/2025 I called to cancel service as I had a lot of weeds and a mole infestation. I was told by Briana that service would call me back. I called 3/20 to again cancel and ask why they charged me $87. They stated that I had service done on that past Friday. No paperwork or lawn stake so I had no way of knowing this had been done. Again told someone would get back to me which I declined and asked that they do not return. They said they sent an email after the alleged service but that email acct..had been closed, Of course, one is notified when you send an email to a non-existent account which was either not followed up or was not done. Please see pics of my lawn 7 days of the alleged service. STAY AWAY from this company. Did they do the service? Who knows!
