We had water damage after the bad snow storm here in Franklin, TN and Lightspeed Restoration of West Nashville was great to work with. They removed the damaged drywall, dried everything out, and put it all back together. Sasha was especially helpful and walked me through the whole process step by step, which I really appreciated. They kept the work area clean the entire time and did a great job overall. I’m no longer worried about mold, which is a huge relief. Would definitely recommend them.

We highly recommend their services!

Sasha and his team were wonderful to work with. He came out quickly to assess some mold issues and worked to get it taken care of quickly and efficiently. Sasha went above and beyond to help me navigate an icky situation and helped me know next steps for the renovation.

Sasha and the team did an excellent job at assessing the job, providing an overall scope on mold remediation, crawl space cleaning and dehumidifier situation. Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience with this company. After initially engaging them for a restoration project, they completely ghosted me, no follow-up, no updates, nothing. When I finally reached out, they told me to contact a different company instead of completing the work themselves. To make matters worse, they didn’t even get the scope of the job correct, which made it clear they hadn’t taken the time to properly understand the project from the start. I expected better communication and professionalism. Would not recommend based on my experience. In response to LR’s response of not having served me as a customer and checking national call records lol. Of course you did not serve me. You sent someone out and they ghosted me after saying they would give me an estimate for services within 48 hours. I have records and texts, not sure what records you are searching for.

Lightspeed is the real deal! Sasha and the whole team has been nothing but kind and helpful. They have done extensive work on my house - attic, crawlspace, HVAC cleaning, etc. They have been honest and transparent through the whole process. I honestly don’t know where to start with a recommendation on this Company. Each member became like a part of our family. The owner, Rodger, helped me through so very much & answered every question I had throughout the whole process. He became a great friend & helped with design choices. He was so patient with every schedule change. His crew first remediated our Crawlspace & put in a Radon Mitigation System. Once they Remediated the Mold, they Encapsulated the crawlspace & stopped all of the water from coming through, because of a previous Mold Contractor, that did nothing right. Rodger’s team corrected all of the issues & made our space safe & completely dry!! After they remediated the Crawlspace, they remediated inside the house. It was a big job & they took their time, followed the guidelines, made sure our house was safe, before letting us back in. I honestly don’t know how they do all of it! The team is the best around. Sasha is a very intelligent young man & extremely polite. He was so helpful throughout the entire process, explaining every step along the way. He always answered my questions, saying “no such thing as a dumb question”. He was more than a joy to work with! He calmed me down on more than 1 day & always reminded me to drink water! That’s what I mean when I say, these guys become your family!! Michael is precious! He is always in a good mood & always so polite. If Sasha was underneath & Michael was bagging, outside, he always stopped to explain what was happening & what Sasha was doing. It was refreshing to see his smiling face every morning. I could never say enough good things about Dustin. I love that man. He’s 1 in a million! He is seriously so very knowledgeable in every area. He explained certain types of Mold, where they were in the home & what they were using to remove it. He made sure to tell us exactly what to use & exactly where to use it, so, we should never encounter this issue again.Great man, all around! What LightSpeed did, was give me a fresh start- over on my health (majorly declined due to Mold). If you have any of these issues, please call LightSpeed Restoration. I could not be more happy with the work AdvantaClean performed when remediating and encapsulating our crawl space. From helping to specify the proper dehumidifier, to battery back-up for our sump-pump and building a new custom access door. The encapsulation was a major project requiring removing lots of trash, mud and installing a French Drainage system. Roger was in constant contact with us as we were in the process of moving to TN while the remediation and encapsulation project was underway. He made my wife and I feel very confident in the work being done under a very difficult timeline. Rodger and his team have done two different jobs for me now in the past 18 months. They are extremely professional, do great work, and are very good at communicating the timeline and cost of a job. They have done both a water and mold remediation job and also a flooring change and bathroom remodel in a master bedroom. I lost a half day of work for nothing. I made an appointment and was told they would charge an extra 75 because I am two hours away, I agreed. I called today 1:30pm because no one showed up. They said Roger didn't want to come and he left a message (not true) UPDATE: I received an apology, they thought I would still try to honor appointments made even if I didn't want to drive.

The team provided several services for me. They were very professional, friendly, resourceful and considerate. When faced with previously unknown challenges, the team was quick to develop solutions at one point going to 4 different stores to find a replacement part. When a panel in the kitchen cabnets had to be removed to replace the dryer air duct, a team member carefully did so and replaced it without damaging the panel. The team considerately worked around the master bedroom while my husband (who works at night) got a few hours of sleep. Through out the day they did not track debris through the house even after it started raining. After the work was done, the team cleaned up and removed the rubbish accumilated throughout the work. I highly recommend this company.

I recently had several services provided by Advantaclean. They got rid of mold in my crawlspace and left the space dry going forward by installing vapor barrier and a dehumidifier. Then they cleaned my air ducts after inside air testing they performed showed less than good air quality results. They were very professional and kept me updated throughout the process. I would highly recommend them.

Man if you have ever had the misfortune to come home to a house full of water then you will know it is hard to describe the feeling. However, in life you have to play the hand that is dealt and having the right people around can either help or hinder the process. After calling the usual ServPro guys and no response, I had to move on. I called these guys at 6 o'clock on a Friday evening and they where there quicker than I would guess they could have gotten in their truck. They had the damaged material out in no time and saved me tons of money by getting it dried out quickly. They brought in professional workers who I had confidence to put everything back probably better than it was to start. I trusted them to even work in my home when I was not there. All in all I don't with water damage on anyone, but if it happens, these are the guys to call.

If you are needing a company for any type of water and/or mold remediation, you have DEFINITELY found them. Not only do they do an excellent job, the customer service is top notch, very trustworthy, and go over and above the expectations. Also, if you need your Air Ducts cleaned or are having a problem in that area, they are wizards and can get your problem solved and better than ever in no time at all.
