Honor Guard Pest Management has taken care of pest control at our house, bi-monthly, for many years. Since they began treating the outside of our house, we have had very little trouble with pests—amazing, considering that this entire area seems to have been built on an anthill. The ants did find us one year, but Honor Guard made them go away, being careful not to jeopardize our health or the health of our cats. For the last few years, we have seen only a few of the Japanese lady beetles and the stink bugs that used to visit us regularly through the summer months. We used Honor Guard to encapsulate our crawl space and install automatic vents which helped to reduce the moisture levels in our house. The techs let us know when they are coming and check in when they get here to ask if we have anything going on that they need to address. If any concerns arise between regular visits, we can call to have someone come out. Very pleased with Honor Guard’s services.

Service was great. Matt took the time to explain what he was doing while replacing the termite traps bait. Would definitely recommend for your pest control needs.

Tim is a professional! He always gives plenty of notice of his coming to spray. He has treats for the dogs and does a thorough job. We have recommended him to several neighbors. He is also very quick to respond when we have unwanted pest show up- shows up the same day or the next morning.

He is prompt, hard-working and what I like is that he explains everything to us. He answers my questions and lets me know if there are trouble areas around my home. He also advises me what to do in case of a problem. He is also very personable and I enjoy meeting with him. I have some disability issues so am not too fond of talking to people at the door but Matt is a different story. He is definitely a smile on a cloudy day.

The service I requested was to spray for spiders and remove all the cobwebs from my patio. My patio has very high ceilings where I can’t reach the cobwebs myself. The patio was somewhat cleared of cobwebs, but not worth the $199 they charged me. Then when I told the company that I wanted the job completed before I submitted payment they just sent me this review to complete.

We’ve had Honor Guard and our tech Lanny for about a year. He’s been great to work with. We recently had a serious ant problem (still resolving) and Lanny has been very responsive and attentive to the situation and our concerns.

My guy Lanny is fantastic! He is responsive on any ad hoc requests I’ve had and always does a great job of explaining what he is doing and seeing, as well as offering advice on how to keep pests away. Most importantly, he does what he says he is going to do. I sends me a note to say he will be performing a service, tells me when he’ll be here and he always delivers.

HonorGuard has been great to work with. They arrive promptly and the people who service the houses are friendly and send a text in advance of their arrival. I have used several pest control companies in the past and can’t recommend this one enough.

We have had a lot of wasps -and other unpleasant bugs- around our house. Honor Guard came and did both an attic treatment and took care of our outside perimeter. There was also an active wasp nest at our barn, which was treated. Besides being easy to work with, HonorGuard eliminated the wasps. We look forward to having a more pleasant spring and summer now that we have “uninvited” the bugs. Thank you Kyle.

Tim, who is my pest control manager, & is with the company entitled Honor Guard is friendly & takes care of business. I think that Is a good name for their company as Tim did exactly what he said he would do in the garage and on the outside of the house. I also like Melissa who handles Honor Guard’s appointments. You can tell from her conversation on the phone and her happy manner in which she speaks to you that she actually cares about your satisfaction.

We have been a customer for a long time and today we had the pleasure of having Matt Miller come out and spray. I told him what we were having issues with and he was very thorough and did a fantastic job for us.

We had white faced hornets, a very aggressive, and potentially deadly hornet. From experience, I can tell you they are extremely painful. (and that was the young ones!).The tech came out the that day after my call and eradicated them all and their nest. as I watched the technician, from a safe distance, it was obvious that he was doing an extremely thorough and comprehensive job of making sure that they were all gone. A tremendous relief. After picking up all the wood that had attracted to hornets, he showed me there was the beginning of termites. The tech came out the next day, inspected, then treated my home with a one year warranty and reasonable fee to renew the warranty

They have been treating my home for over 10 years, and have kept it bug free. They also put mice traps in the garage to combat that. On the rare occurrence we have had ants get in and they come out for a special treatment as needed. I highly recommend them!

To everybody who read review, please understand that I have service with Honorguard Pest Control about 2 years and this people are go above and beyond to make sure all corners of your property pesticides and even they clean spider's web outside of your building with dust remover. Too detailed to share, but basically, poor service and lack of communication from our tech, zero feedback from his supervisor, Kyle. Melissa at the office was always fantastic. However, it's the service which we paid for and did not get. We had grown to appreciate certain things over the past 15 years that just slowly deteriorated. And with that disappointment, came the decision to cancel with HonorGuard Pest Management. ORIGINAL POSTING: We've used Honor Guard for YEARS. Quite honestly, I initially chose them for their affordable pricing. But stayed with them because of the quality of pest technicians they've had over the years. Professional and they've always addressed any issues quickly and always made me feel validated.

I’ve used Honor Guard for 16+yrs, and they have been always on time, responsive with good communication and most of all effective extermination service for a great value. As soon as we switched to Honorguard, we received prompt service, access to our service rep, and very complete and thorough service/treatment both inside and out. Not to mention, they beat the price! We have used Honor Guard as our exterminator since they started in Nashville Tennessee. They have always been responsive, done a great job, and the technicians are knowledgeable and easy to work with. He was very polite and friendly, and as luck would have it we were wanting to get the house sprayed and treated anyway. While the technician was working on the home, The other owner guard employee actually helped me unload some boxes. These guys did a great job, and I appreciate their friendliness and speed of service.
