Hawx pest control is great, the technician Dalton who has come to my residence numerous times always does a great job, he is polite courtesy informative and helpful. I highly recommend this service, all my insect issues get resolved quickly

These people sign my dyslexic mother up for something and didn’t fully explain to her what she was signing up for, they claimed to come by twice, but they never actually came by and then my mom and her husband got charged for their “visit”, my mother requested a specific person on their team, not come back to their house and she tried to cancel her “plan” with them and they talk to her until they were offering her a “free” visit and they scheduled it with her first time she’d be home and everything and then on this “free” visit not only did they come by at not the scheduled time, when my mother was not home, they let someone who Isn’t an owner of this house let them in, and then insisted that the dogs would be fine for the spraying because it was just in the kitchen (they offered a full spraying), and just last night they charged my mother $205.23 for that “free” visit. So keep it short and sweet they took advantage of a dyslexic woman, Signed her up for something she did not agree to, Lied about visiting her house Twice, Entered her home when she wasn’t here, Tried to kill her dogs, now trying to charge her for something they claimed would be free. My personal opinion is that this place is not worth your time even if they are good at pest control because they don’t come by they take advantage of people and they lie.
I am so happy to have Seth as my returning professional. He is so very friendly and I ALWAYS enjoy talking with him for a few minutes about our pets before his service.... You really need to make sure that he is fully rewarded for his professionalism, friendliness and his work. HE IS A TRUE KEEPER!!!!!
Unfortunately, this company has not delivered the pest control services they stated they would. Appointments and treatments were not completed as promised, and when I tried to cancel due to the lack of service, I was told I could not. This feels very unfair and misleading. I would advise others to read contracts carefully and proceed with caution. Altogether, I recommend going with a different pest control company that can actually perform the task that they say they can. When I called to cancel, they sent me to an account manager and refused to let me talk to higher up management.
Dalton with Hawx Pest Control does an amazing job taking care of our property. Appreciate his hard work and excellent customer service.
If I could leave a negative star review. I would. This company is the worst, most unreliable, lazy, money sucking company I’ve ever seen. Charged me over and over again, and a tech ever only showed up one single time. They lied to me over the phones. And refused to cancel service. Never ever use this company. Hawx pest control is a scam for the following reasons: 1-inappropriate solicitation-the sales rep came into my backyard on a scooter to solicit me when I was relaxing in private 2-once you sign up you will never hear from them again. The number you call is invalid, they don’t let you leave a message or call you back. It’s really difficult to cancel. I found out there are many law suites over this with other customers. The email address is invalid and they won’t reply. If you wait in hold it will be for hours. 3-the service is just bad. The treatment they used washed away a few days later after the first rain. It was a total waste of money and it kept me from actually getting the pest control I needed for a long time . I had to live like that until I was able to end the contract . 4-Don’t do it, save yourself!
WORSE COMPANY EVER. Will trap you into contracts and will pull old traps out and reuse traps on new customers SAYING THEY NEW TRAPS. End of contract and I cancelled services and they are coming and pulling the old traps out after being installed for 3 years. The house was built and sold with some already installed, they pulled out the old TERMITE traps and took them with them and will not return the old if they are pulling the installed TERMITE traps. So, they are trying to come to my house and destroy my property pulling traps out the yard because they say I signed a contract for 2 services in which the contract ended on Dec. 13th 2025. I was never provided a copy of that contract after I asked plenty of times. Worse company ever! If you don't want to be trapped in a life-time contract PLEASE DO NOT USE HAWX PEST CONTROL.. I have filed a complaint with the BBB as well.

If I could give less I would’ve. I had called to get an estimate for services and was quoted a decent price so I booked the service. Well 24 hours later I get a call saying the price they quoted and services wouldn’t help my issue and that I needed a different service that was $700. I told them I couldn’t afford that and I would be contacting another company. Next thing you know someone shows up at my home creeps around outside speaks to NOONE and now I’m bejng charged over $200 for services I canceled and did so bc they said it wouldn’t help my pest situation! I’ve disputed the charges and it’s being denied. I’ve contacted by email and they refuse to communicate any other ways than phone and that way provides me with no record of conversation plus I have severe anxiety and they know that bc the initial salesman dealt with me via text and email bc if my disability!
Minus 5 stars They will hit your account illegally. And they will hit small amounts so as to not be noticed or viewed as lawsuit worthy. Even an employee warned us after we paid off and closed account. Our bank is investigating this now Beware.
Our service technician, Seth, was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. He also scheduled a follow-up appointment for next week to continue addressing our gnat problem.
This company is a HUGE FRAUD!! Service person stated he was servicing my home today and then I get a text stating he’s done. I was at home all day today also, unless he’s the invisible man, my cameras never show him actually at my home. This is the 2nd time this has happened so I call the corporate office to cancel my services. I get the , “ if you cancel then we have to charge you an early cancellation fee.” Why am I paying for services that your technicians lie about?? I’ve only had the services since September and already they are scamming me out of my money!! I asked to speak to a manager and of course that didn’t occur. When I told the person I was recording the conversation, they hung up….which is weird because they record customer calls “for quality assurance!!” This company is HORRIBLE!!
Servicemen loiter in or around their cars (picked up by security cameras) rather than performing the actual service I paid for. Their time per property is logged. I contacted the company to rebook the service and nobody ever came. Lady, I spoke to today seemed to not take the complaint seriously at all. They absolutely do not perform the service that they are supposed to guarantee. Dalton, however was great. The rest of the company has been a really low standard experience so far.

Hawx has been doing great. The tech today, Dalton, went above and beyond by working around my schedule.
I was only notified a day in advance that someone was coming so once again I was not prepared to be home to let him in. I had spoken with a representative months ago about this and thought this was taken care of, however it was not.
Literally will schedule them to come out a week in advance and if there is a cloud in the sky or seemingly if they just don’t feel like it, they will not show up. They want you to pay for services you’ll never get. They will entice you by lowballing whoever you’re already using and once they have you under contract they will make it very difficult to cancel and again won’t come out when needed. Avoid at all costs! In response to their response: No, I will not be reaching out because I have no further interest in being in contact with your business. We have given you several chances to improve your work quality, specifically for more than a year, and there has been no change. Moreover, when we scheduled a week out in advance for your service during this month, nobody showed, nor even gave a reason or apology for not showing. However, when we canceled with your company and advised we would not be paying for this month because no services were received, you were very quick to threaten us by turning us over to collections. So don't worry, we know how to keep our side of the deal, and we paid it. Who doesn't enjoy paying for something they don't receive? My spouse literally said the only silver lining is we won't have to deal with you anymore. Lastly, I rarely leave reviews, but the service was so horrible with this company that I felt it was warranted to take my time and advise/warn others who might consider using your business. Respectfully, a very unsatisfied customer.

Kevin was a super nice guy. He was very informative about the critters I had and sprayed and put out traps for mice and other critters that might want to come in for the winter. So glad I got to talk to him

The employees are great, They are kind and courteous, and our Representative , was very up front with us on the service , about how the contract would work. They’re always on time with their appointments. We have not had any trouble since we have signed on with them ever . if there is anything that is wrong with your service they will try their best to fix it. Dalton was professional, polite, very understanding and kind to my very active and friendly puppy. I have been having ant and mosquito problems really bad this summer. Let’s just say my neighbors aren’t so tidy. Here’s hoping that my pup and I remain bite free today.
Do not let these folks get near your home. They didn't apply the treatment we requested, the treatment didn't do anything for the bugs here and when I called to cancel, they kept me on the phone for an hour and honestly it was worse than trying to cancel cable. I will have to pay nearly $400 to cancel and I can't believe how happy I am to know they won't be around again.
Mikey came and did a full house treatment, focusing on spiders. He was extremely nice and professional in explaining what he was doing and even provided us with a few spider traps to put in places my children wouldn’t be able to get it. 10/10 recommend Mikey Ingram at Hawx.
Would not recommend worst pest control the salesman came to my house would not take no for an answer and stayed at my house until 8 pm and wouldn’t shut up ….. finally he said he would pay for the start up then when the first service came the tech kept blowing my phone up while I was at work asking all these questions when they could have answered themselves… then currently trying to cancel and they are saying I have to pay the cancellation fee…. I will not be doing that and contacting a lawyer…10/10 would NOT recommend
My first appointment was today. JazRen was very polite and on time. He sprayed everywhere. However, he sprayed my garage door sensor and the garage door opener would not work. I had to have a garage door tech come and fix the sensor. Cost me $149. Going to cancel my contract & get a lawyer if necessary. It was an accident, but still. Alex was wonderful. Respectful, thoughtful and thorough with s how I would describe our meeting with him. Unfortunately we needed extra services but that’s because our previous company was negligent.
Mikey was very polite very sufficient. Did his job made sure to ask if we had any questions. Made sure to ask us what we thought were the main areas infected. Also was very aware about our dogs to keep them safe and away.
DECEPTIVE LIARS! Know this. For every bug they are spraying for, you have signed an INDIVIDUAL contract for. If you try to leave the company, you will be charged $200 per BUG! I have to pay $400 to exit my contract. They charge me $60/month, and have not come to my house in months. This is thievery. I have already complained to BBB, and I'm just getting started spreading the word of this deceptive business malpractice. People deserver to know before signing up.
I have used them for several months and still had spiders and other creatures. I called and cancelled them and then noticed a $398 charge. Never again. I was never told about a, I guess you can call it a cancellation charge. I do not recommend this company.

We've had hawx for about a year and had them come spray and remove bee/hornets nests from the corners/peaks of our house. They sprayed, but didn't remove the nests but assured us they would have someone come out to remove them for us. It's been a year and they have still have yet to be removed, after calling several times to have someone come out they always "forget" a ladder. and now the bees/hornets have come back to the same nests because of it. We called and asked for them to come take care of it, again for the final time and made sure to request them to bring a ladder and told them where it was. I get a knock on the door and was told that it's against their policy to climb on ladders, but will spray them instead. truly, if it was a policy we should have been informed the first time, when we asked/got a quote or when we kept calling to request them to bring the ladder. I'm very frustrated with them and will be canceling because this was why we signed up with them in the first place, they said they could remove our nests and that was not the case. I wish they were more up front about their policies especially when we ask direct questions and they lie straight to our faces.
The company came out, talked us into a termite control which he found no termites. Scheduled the service 4 days out. My husband called and canceled the service 2 1/2 hours later after the guy left our house, at which they had already charged our card, $1950. They will not reverse the charge, and are holding our money for 7-10 business days which they claim is how long it takes to refund a service never rendered and cancelled. BEWARE of the Termite scam.
Kevin was my technician today. He spoke with me and listened to my concerns. He was also very aware of our pets and made sure they were safely out of harm’s way while he treated the yard. Outstanding customer service!

I had a terrible experience with Hawx Pest Control. A sales rep named Jasper Yallop sold us on switching to Hawx and he said that he would terminate our account on our behalf with Urbanex, current pest provider, if we agreed to sign-up with Hawx Pest Control. We wanted to give it a shot and signed-up. Additionally, he claimed he would be available whenver we needed him. Since the sale, I've attempted to reach out to him multiple times because we are still being charged by Urbanex and the quality has not been there. I'm now attempting to cancel my account with Hawx and the rep I'm speaking with is claiming that I have an early termination fee and that the agreement was for 12 months. This is the epidemy of Fradulent Sales Practices and is illegal. Jasper on behalf of Hawx Pest Control claimed that he would cancel our Urbanex account on our behalf and now we are being double charged. Additionally, he never referenced that it would be an annual agreement with an early termination fee.
Some kid came to my door, sold me on 1 trip for them to come out to spray for mosquitos. I wrote him a physical check, he took my account and routing number off the check and signed me up for quarterly and reoccurring charges. Will never recommend these guys. Scammer (I NEVER write reviews, I’m not a Karen but this crossed the line)
I canceled the service after the first month because I didn’t notice any improvement in the number of bugs. To make matters worse, they charged my credit card almost $300 for no apparent reason. This company is a scam, so please stay away from them.
I would not recommend this company to anyone. The sales people who solicit are friendly, but deceptive, and dishonest. They will tell you anything to get you to sign the service contract, leaving you believing you have made a good decision. Once the contract is signed, it is very difficult to cancel without huge unexpected charges and fees beyond reason. I had a small roach problem I spoke with solicitor about and showed him the roach. I was told they would be able to exterminate them with this service contract along with other insects and bugs. When exterminator came within a few days, he said it was a German roach (which is a type not covered) and there would be extra $600 charge. When I called customer service to cancel service all within days of signing contract. I was told I’d have to continue paying until contract was up even though I was told the extermination would be covered initially. I actually showed the salesperson the type of roach I was having the problem with! The Customer service representative was rude and not at all helpful or understanding of the situation. He was Sending me the fine print of the contract and basically telling me I was unable to cancel without paying the annual amt. I got extremely upset and told him I would call back at the end of my contract to cancel and would not recommend Hawx to anyone! At the end of my yearly contract I called and canceled. I was told I had one last service schedule. I was adamant about cancellation on the phone. The following month I got a bill showing I was still being charged. When I called back I was given the run around again saying the last service call was a chance to keep the service and cancellation could not occur when am active service is scheduled. I told representative I wanted to cancel and now it can’t be canceled until I pay for the last service which I was told was due to me as a no charge in my understanding of that conversation. It’s a crooked company. Guys who do the servicing are good and honest. People who solicit, sell, and work in customer service are not trustworthy and will continue to trick you into remaining a paying customer regardless of how adamant that you are that you are not happy and want it cancelled.
Hawx agreed to do work. Charged us 5000 and then won't answer our calls. They set out termite baits, but did not do anything for rodents, and we still have cockroaches. We have called many times ro no satisfaction. All we get is excuses and delays.this has been going on for 4 months.
Not really happy with our service so far to be completely honest. Was unaware this was a “contract” and “subscription” prior to being charged a start up fee of $170+… and then a monthly charge of $60. The sales people def need some training on their words and should be up front with what is exactly happening and what you are agreeing to. Service is subpar. They are on time with scheduling and always show up, we just aren’t seeing the results we were hoping for. We still have ants and spiders which is why we decided to give Hawx a try. They were supposed to remove wasp nests, spider webs, etc etc and they have in some areas but not all of the areas. After our year subscription is up, we absolutely will not resign. We will definitely be doing something else. Do not see an added benefit of using this company again.

I just had my first service done by Hawx Pest Control, Mikey Ingram gave me a well ahead update of his ETA when he would arrive, and took plenty of pictures of the work he did. All webs were taken down, foundation was sprayed, and the whole .7 of a acre yard was sprayed. Awesome work Mikey, very satisfied customer and anyone I run into that needs any Pest Control done I will be letting them know about Hawx. Thank you very much!
Dalton was an incredible technician. Came prepared to answer every question I might have about treatment as well as telling me what he recommended for treatment for the pests. He was very well informed about every bug and insect he came across on my property. 10/10 would have again
I cannot believe this company still sends people out to bother people at their homes even after all of these one star reviews. My neighborhood has a no solicitation sign at the entrance and my entire street is registered on the no solicitation list. Do you seriously think that ringing my doorbell at 5:30 PM when I just got home from work is going to make me want to use your company? We are on the registry for a reason! When I asked the salesman why he is knocking on my door when I am registered, his response was, “ we don’t really read through the names on that list.” Pathetic! Leave us alone!
UPDATE: From reading other reviews, I noticed the same email for Sydney in customer service. I reached out to her and explained the situation. She has kindly agreed to refund the termination fee. Thank you, Sydney, for your help. I will consider Hawx once my current service contract expires. You have saved the day! POST Unfortunately, I cannot give this company a good review. Dominic, their local sales guy, stopped by the house and convinced me that I would receive better service than my current provider. After explaining I am in a contract, he proceeded to tell me that he can get me out of the contract. I agreed to make the switch as his offer sounded great. One week later, the contract with my provider had not been cancelled and Dominic is nowhere to be found. I have attempted to contact him several times with no response. His calls go straight to voicemail. Not wanting to get charged for two services, and only being one week into the new service, I called Hawx to cancel. I was informed that I would be charged $199 for cancellation. When I advised that they never cancelled my previous provider as promised, I was told they cannot cancel service for anyone. So, I was lied to. Now I have to call my bank and dispute the charge. I also recorded the call I made to customer service and have them on the line stating that they did not cancel my service with the previous provider and that I was misled by the salesman. DO NOT let this company convince you that your current contract can be cancelled. You will end up paying for two services.
I recently used Hawx pest control service and had the pleasure of working with Brittney. From start to finish, she provided excellent communication—keeping me updated every step of the way through continued text messages. It made the whole process smooth and stress-free. She was prompt, professional, and very knowledgeable. I appreciated how easy it was to ask questions and get quick responses. Had my first service today. The young man who came out was an absolute sweetheart, listened to my concerns and addressed them accordingly. He did a very good job applying the treatment to my areas of concern. Now I just need to wait and see if it works.

Tyler did a a fantastic job removing spider webs from our home exterior which has extremely hard to reach areas. Also treated our home interior and exterior for other bugs and critters and dig a though job and was pleasant and very respectful as he learned the layout of our home and property. Highly recommend this company.

In general- Hawx has dropped the ball on a few occasions that I've had to ask for greater customer service be performed- But, Mikey- performs his job professionally and efficiently. So if you're lucky enough to get him for service- I recommend you request he be permanently assigned to your home. 5-🌟Mikey
BEWARE: Had a sales person come to our house despite the no trespassing sign and it was very possible he was potentially casing the property. Approached three times. The last time coming to a different door after doubling back from the neighbors (they called the police after he wouldn’t leave) he did this despite being turned away and asked to leave. The whole time he was peering into windows and arguing with us. And before anyone disputes this we have irrefutable proof across multiple systems and cameras. Called the company yesterday and they promised to take action/call me back. They never did. I have all the videos and receipts. THREE TIMES Again: BEWARE.
Great experience with Hawx. Dakota walked me through the details and made sure all our needs were met today, including ensuring all pets (dogs, cats, chickens) and folks working on the house today were safe. Highly recommended.
Dominic Cardoza came to my house soliciting services. Multiple times I declined to proceed. I asked for more information in writing and instead got a "signed" contract after just giving my name, phone number, and email. I NEVER agreed to the services. To cancel, I had to send a signed form to an address in Utah. I am a busy professional and upset about these almost predatory tactics.

Dishonest company from the start. All they can say is we have a contract regardless of what the salesman say; no integrity company. Those salesman are representing your company and training is not being done well if that may be an issue. Urbanex is the company my neighbors have used for the last 5 years but I figured id give these guys a chance. George at Hawx still charged me another 39 bucks without providing services because “the billing was processed”, just a few minutes before he was willing to credit my account to make it right. Time to give Urbanex an opportunity. Summer field in Clarksville TN.

My husband called to cancel the services because we just felt like we did not need the services anymore. All the guys who came out did a great job and were very nice. However, when calling to cancel the guy on the other line was extremely condescending to my husband. My husband said that he’s making the decision to cancel the service. He dropped the price to 30$ a month and after my husband asked me again if we want to cancel. The guy on the phone laughed in his face and said oh I thought that you made all the decisions. Why are you asking her? and just kept laughing and making very snarky remarks throughout the entire conversation. Even if we were going to decide to take the discounted price, the way that the guy was talking would make me not want to stay working with the company. Very rude customer service.
This is the worst pest service I've ever experienced. They scheduled us for two different dates / times and never showed up. Their treatment does not work - we would have insects in the house within a week of treatment. They require a 1 year contract but keep that in the fine print when signing up. They are the most expensive service by over $50/mo compared to other services of the same treatment type that are more effective and always reliable. We attempted to cancel soon after booking due to it being ineffective and were locked in for a year.
Devin treated our yard and home today. Cleaned all the spider webs down, and there were way too many to count! He was professional and explained what he would be doing, came back to the door when he was finished and showed us the ant bait he had put out, he made sure to tell us not to let our dog out without supervision as he will eat the bait. I was very happy with the service provided today. And I will recommend Hawx Pest Control and Devin to all my friends.
Glorified scam artists. Hustler of a sales person strong armed me into a year contract by coming to my door multiple days in a row and eventually paying for my first month “out of pocket,” (I’m sure they have a budget for this trick.) Didn’t notice even a small difference between having their service and not, except the money coming out of my account each month, and when my contract was ending, they further tried to strong arm me into keeping my account. Had to literally tell the account manager multiple times to stop asking me questions because he refused to talk about my account and instead demanded to know why I was leaving. You have to call exactly 30 days before your contract ends to end auto-renewal. Would leave 0 stars if I could.
Kimani was professional and courteous. Hawx provides great service. They take the time to listen to any concerns and do what they said they would do when we signed on. Hawx makes sure we are satisfied every time they come out.

I had my yard treated for pest control today, and Devin from Hawx did an absolutely fantastic job! He was professional, friendly, and took the time to explain exactly what he was doing and what to expect. He was incredibly thorough and paid close attention to the details, making sure every part of the yard was covered. You can really tell he takes pride in his work, and it shows in the quality of the service he provides. Devin made the whole process easy and stress-free. Highly recommend both Hawx and Devin if you’re looking for top-notch pest control!
JUST AWFUL!!!! If I could leave 0 stars I would. First off, The door sales guy took advantage of me and basically forced me to sign up for a membership after i told him no and that i’d think about it. He literally wouldn’t get off my doorstep until i signed the paper. Then, I had financial issues back in January, I called to try and cancel my membership and they said i had to keep it and they reduced my cost for 2 months - then i called to schedule service because i had spiders and ants, I was told I was going have someone come the 30th instead the customer service person scheduled it for the 1st. I called and told them that it was wrong. They had no resolution besides scheduling someone to come 2 weeks from now…instead i was told they would call me back and shocker they never did. They had no sympathy for the fact i took off work to be home to let them in - they suck. don’t get roped into this awful company!!!
They only treated my front yard. Would have done more of the property, but they gave me a 15 minute heads up they were about to arrive, so I couldn’t let them anywhere else. The appointment should have just been rescheduled. They also charged me for a mosquito treatment which is really back in the backyard, so the value for this service was very expensive with almost no benefit. I can’t recommend.
David Tracey came and did a great job. He is super friendly and through in the treatment. I highly recommend. Kendra was my sales lady and she was great. She answered all of my questions and concerns I highly recommend working with both of them! I believe they should be compensated at the highest possible value since they did such a great job! Ty did my follow treatment, he called before arrival and did a great job! Micheal C was great for first treatment of the year.
Chris is the man! There’s really not much else to say! Except that I respect his timeliness and professionalism. It’s always an easy to understand process working with him, and at the end you receive a quality back brief of the work completed. My family and I enjoy working with Hawx all thanks to Chris. I will always recommend this wonderful Pest Control Company to any and everyone in need of quality services done professionally.
Our inspector was Alex. He was awesome. His customer service skills were great. Alex was patient with us. He thoroughly explained everything and he was honest. We appreciated that so much! I hope everyone gets Alex as their inspector!
I had an unfortunate bug situation delivered into my home but Hawx and Mikey got to me the same day I called and immediately began treatment. Mikey talked me through everything and answered all my questions. They didn’t limit their visits or treatment, nor did they charge me extra for it. The fact that Hawx was WAY more affordable than others was an added bonus! Thank you, Mikey and Hawx for everything!!
Definitely WOULD NOT recommend they are money hungry they DON’T CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS NEEDS they just want to sign you up for a service and keep billing you the worst experience I’ve ever had even the service rep on the phone was HORRIBLE they sent Devin out for something totally different then what i explained in detail what I needed over the phone with the rep that signed me up for the services! He tried calling them twice and advising them of the mix up and they hung up on him both times their own technician! On the other hand Devin was amazing and very knowledgeable he’s better off getting his own company because this one is TRASH!
Alexus did a great job with our pest control service. He’s very knowledgeable, professional, and helpful. Took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure all our concerns were addressed. Highly recommend his service!
I’m not one to usually leave a review, but I have been incredibly dissatisfied and disappointed by my experience with this company. I hardly get any services at all from this company. Most definitely not worth the hundreds of dollars I have paid. Hundreds of dollars, and I have received one single treatment for the inside of my home, the day after I signed up. I am grateful to the technicians who have come by and done a few outdoor treatments, but truthfully, I don't even know if those are even being done. I am sure they are, as I like to believe the best in everyone, but I have no way of knowing, as this company schedules them without contacting me, or confirming that the dates and times work for me or my schedule, so I am never here, and they are always a surprise, which is an issue in and of itself, as frankly, I'm not all that comfortable with strangers walking around my home when I am not there. Not only that, but I have called before because of these issues, and was told they would be rectified, yet nothing has changed. I was given a link to schedule my own appointments, just to find that I couldn't schedule out any further than 2 weeks, a small window that doesn't work with my job. Frankly, I feel that Hawx is a scam, and if I could, I would cancel my contract, except I would be required to give them even more money you haven't provided services for in order to buy it out. I will not be renewing. This company feels predatory at best, and it seems to me that they make it intentionally difficult to do anything, except pay for services you never receive. Again, I hate to leave a review like this, but I have already attempted to solve my issues with the company, and, full transparency, they did waive my payment for a month, but in my opinion, that doesn’t make up for the multiple missed services, appointments scheduled without my knowledge, and overall attitude of this company. It is clear to me that my last attempt to solve these issues just resulted in me being told lies in order to placate me, and I fear any further attempts would be met with the same. **UPDATE*** I have added an extra star based off of my recent interaction with Sydney. I reached out to her as requested in the reply to this review, and she was very prompt, professional, and offered a kind and reasonable resolution to the issues outlined in this review. She is definitely the person to reach out to if you have any concerns, and the bad taste in my mouth has been lessened by this.
Mikey was great! Appreciated his professionalism and how he went the extra mile to answer every question and gave information for the continued service that would be needed. I will be switching companies based on his and Dave’s efforts!

This company has been the best pest service we have received this far! They are very thorough and even send pictures of everything they did after your service every time. We had Devin today who did an awesome job and was very nice! Thank you, Hawx Pest Control!
Great service overall. Each service professional has been very helpful. Our latest service had Ethan come by. He was very thoughtful electing to call rather than knock, knowing that we have dogs. He also explained the purpose of foundation ventilation, and offered to close all of our vents. Little things like that are very much appreciated.
Great company! I’ve been with the Hawx family for a few months now and let me tell you, their treatments work! Kevin was very thorough with the treatment for my home. He was also very kind and asked meaningful questions to ensure that I was getting the service I needed! Although we have had no issues since our first two treatments, it has been nice knowing that they still come out every quarter just to double check and make sure nothing comes back. Very glad to be in the right hands for pest control!
I was with another pest control and agreed to let Hawx buy out my contract and give them a try. Hawx is a little less expensive. Two treatments in, So far so good. Both techs have been super polite, knowledgeable and take their time. I couldn’t ask for better than Wes. He asked more than twice if there was more he could do and offered suggestions without pressure. I’m happy I made the switch.
He apparently steeped in dog poop and then proceeded to wipe the rest of it off on my concrete. Which in turn my kids stepped in and my dogs tracked in. Just let me know or attempt to wash it off next time! I told them to stop spraying my bushes directly seems like it was killing them. But the pictures they provided he did exactly that. I’ll be looking for a monetary return on that for sure.
Very satisfied with the work completed! Brandon was amazing! He came and serviced the inside and outside of our house! He was extremely professional and very kind/helpful! Highly recommend having him coming to service the house not only was he very knowledgeable about every question I had but he also explained what he was doing and how it would help. Amazing job done!
