I really wanted to hire these guys based on their reviews. But when the sales rep came out and I asked what their covid-19 policy was for their crew, he couldn't guarantee their workers would wear masks while working in my house. He then argued with me saying the mask mandate in their county had expired so they didn't need to wear one. I have a high risk individual in my home, so my request wasn't unreasonable. I don't appreciate being told that my needs for MY home are unreasonable.

First I'll start by saying that everyone we worked with was very nice. That was not at all the problem. There was a communication issue both with us and among their team the entire time we worked with them. Scheduling was a nightmare and basically was non-existent. We would have to reach out to them every time, and the response was usually that they'd "maybe" be able to come out sometime tomorrow. Then tomorrow came and they would just show up. What if we weren't there?? This happened over and over again. They also messed something up that we had previously talked about (because of a lack of communication between their team), and it took weeks for the problem to be fixed. What started as what should have been a simple job ended up taking months of our time and energy. Too much time has passed now (because I didn't want to leave a review while I was still enraged) so I can't list specifics here, but it was a horrible experience, and I felt misled by the other very positive reviews of this place (which, upon reading again, I am pretty sure are written by friends and family of the owners). I wish them all the best, and hope they figure out a better system of communication soon.

Thank you Foamworks! Came out immediately and gave me a quote. Returned promptly to get the job done! They did my home 2 years ago and it stays amazingly cool. Recently sprayed my office and I’m truly impressed with how cool it stays on 90 plus degree days! I should have done this ten years ago!
