While the services are strong. They are very difficult when it comes to the "contract" The sales rep gives you incorrect information related to a cancellation fee and then no response. This is a consistent issue with the company according to their file on the BBB. I must say, I have never written a bad review for anyone. I only write positive reviews, but the lack of transparency by this company has brought me a clear indication to share. The sales people are extremely push to get you to sign but do not follow up on promises. Bad business.

Llloyd was awesome. We have been using Ecoshield for about 6 months. This was the first time we had Lloyd helping us out. He was far superior, more thorough and knowledgeable than anyone else we have met with. Would gladly welcome him back.

Ecoshield has been very reliable and satisfactory. They always provide reminders and are flexible if I need to change appointments. They have been very responsive when needing treatment between quarterly treatments. Daniel has been an excellent technician and is always communicative, professional, and efficient.

Jacob was very kind and accommodating. Rain was coming in and I asked to just treat the indoors and reschedule the outside treatment. He graciously agreed, and EcoShield will finish next week.

Not only do they relentlessly knock on your door after repeatedly asking them not to open the gate and let the dogs out. They will then relentlessly pressure you until you "sign" I SIGNED NOTHING. They had us switch to their services and during that time our house was infested with roaches that we are still trying to get rid of with a reputable company and they still charge me $250 for canceling a "contract". I signed nothing. Beware of these scammers

well I moved to another state and called to cancel my order with them and was told by there salesman that I could get a 6 month service and low and behold they only offer 12 months of service so......but after calling and talking to adi she restored my faith in amazing customer service...

I am a current customer and spoke with Chris on the phone. He was able to resolve my issue immediately and he was very professional. I would recommend this company for their customer service.

James came and sprayed our home in Portland after moving from Gallatin. The company offered a moving plan to help save costs, and James was awesome! So friendly and professional.

Tech fid an outstanding job. We found a nest of mice in garage and he took preventive measures to ensure we would get them again. All on top of normal service.

Tony came out here and did exactly what I needed and more. There was a wasp nest disrespectfully attacked to my house. Tony took one look, knocked that nest out, power washed the wood, and then made sure to provide full-house treatment service. I definitely recommend highly.

Buyer Beware. I was working in my front yard when an Ecoshield salesperson entered my yard and told me that they work with my neighbor and that the neighbor suggested they speak with me about treating my property. I was open to it, and I fell for the story about them working with my neighbor. In reality, they were just canvasing the neighborhood using this scheme to gain trust. They came to treat my property, which was supposed to be done both inside and outside. The technician did not offer to treat inside and did a poor job of treating the outside, and numerous cobwebs were left around my property, including no treatment to the garage. I called to complain, and they sent out another technician, who was supposed to be a manager. This technician told me that the first technician should have also treated the inside. This second technician, after hearing my complaints about the first technician, treated my property, including the inside. He did an equally poor job on the outside and again left numerous cobwebs on the buildings. I called and canceled the service, as it is not worth $159 a treatment. They then tried to charge me $250 for canceling their inept service, which I refused to pay. They then sent the account to collections, but used my wife's name for collections, as her credit card was used for the payment. My name is on the agreement, so now we have to go to court to contest this and prevent their unethical practices from impacting the credit of someone who didn't even contract the service. I spoke to several people at the company, and these people are the worst. Do not use Ecoshield for anything. They will not only rip you off, they will try to harm your credit if you don't continue paying for them to do substandard work.

Thomas is an excellent employee. Very kind, and nice. Always has a smile on his face. This is the second time I’ve had him spray my home. People like him are great to have around.

Allante provided great service today; he went through all details and didn’t miss any spot. EcoShield folks are always nice and care for customers; they also pay attention to details and cover the whole house. They just don’t rush things and miss anything. And their pest control is effective inside and outside the house.

While others had overlooked it, Jacob spotted termite activity in a pile of old logs in my yard and explained everything clearly so I could understand the next steps. What really stood out was his initiative—he volunteered to check the crawlspace under my house, where he discovered a hidden mice infestation that could have caused major issues down the line. He was professional, thorough, and went above and beyond to ensure my home was protected. Thanks to Jacob, I feel much more at ease. Ian, the tech that provided my service was polite and efficient! He made sure to address the areas I requested and made sure there were no other needs. The overall service/company is overpriced and locks you into a 2 year contract which I was mislead into. (Only able to get out with a LARGE fee, customer service line also not helpful in navigating this).

Ian is by far the best tech your company has sent out. He actually did the job I expected the first 2 crews to do. Great attitude and solid attention to what he was here to do. There are 10 wasp nests he found on my front porch that were left behind with both previous attempts. And that’s just the front porch. Great work Ian!

Ecoshield sales man lied to my husband saying I wanted the service which was a lie also told him we could cancel at anytime with no problem which was also a lie cost $200 something to cancel. This is ridiculous! Yall need to tell the sales people no means no and to not be lying to folks.

Norman went above and beyond! Definitely 5 Stars :-) This was our first service with EcoShield and he was go good about explaining everything, answered all of our questions, very professional and kind, and very respectful of my husband’s sensitivity to chemicals… outstanding service all around!!

In spite of some negative reviews, I moved forward with this service. Initially thorough de-webbing and treatment were both done. I can say that they did an excellent job of the web removal in my garage and on my front porch - and it really needed it! They sprayed and spread granules to kill insect and spider eggs. I felt they did a very thorough job and would recommend them.

Troy was on time for the appointment and was consistently courteous and polite. He spent a lot of time thoroughly cleaning and ridding my garage of ALL spider webs, spider eggs and other such debris and also cleared the front porch of the same. Also treated garage, porch and outside area including mulched areas with necessary granules/spray to rid the area of all insects and spider pests. Excellent job!!

I’ve been using Ecoshield for a while with zero complaints. But they sent the coolest tech ( not sure if that’s what you call them) to my house. It’s strange to meet someone so friendly, and double checks with you that everything you needed was completed to satisfaction. Customer service isn’t dead lol. Lloyd reminded me not all people are dissatisfied with their service industry jobs.

He was highly professional, courteous, very polite, and took care of some added details where I wanted extra coverage inside the garage and on an upstairs rooftop. Seth showed extremely good attention to detail, was prompt, kind and courteous. He went out of his way to make sure areas were treated that needed special attention, as well as all other areas. Seth possesses strong product knowledge and a great attitude. He even cheerfully went down to treat the garage on a hot, miserable afternoon. I also appreciate the scheduling window (and the even more narrow window the day of service) - that is very helpful. I look forward to seeing Seth again, hopefully at our next service!

Been using them for about half a year and won’t be renewing a i am unimpressed with their performance. The only treat my side porch when asked (despite being told it is easily accessible from the exterior of the home) and all they do is brush the spiders away which always return later that evening. Have had ants return between their appointments.

SHADY SOLICITORS!!! Rang our door bell and proceeded to lean on our home and take photos while out of town. I’m on the cities “no solicitation” list. I’ve emailed them as requested, they replied that the local branch manager would be notified and that is all I heard from EcoShield.

Max our service tech was outstanding even in 111 degree heat. He got more webs and muddoppers done than I care to share. He took time and he let us know when he needed water (which we offered and told him to let us know - and he did!!!!). Not only that, but he took the time to explain things and was not in a rush like other companies. Ella the sales person was wonderful!! We had this company before we started our remodeling but couldn’t remember who it was. I am so glad she came back and went through everything again! Very transparent and she gave us her number if we are unhappy about anything! She said she will personally make sure we are taken care of!! Fabulous all the way around!!!

TJ was great!! I was running late getting home— after he went ahead and treated my home’s entire exterior, he so patiently waiting for me to get home so he could treat the interior as well. He was beyond kind, understanding, helpful, and just all around a lovely human.

Roan was knowledgeable, efficient and very friendly! She made the process easy and fun. She scheduled my first service for two days later which I appreciated cause of our spider and ant issues. She sent quotes when I asked about mosquito services. Great experience so far.

Used to be really happy with EcoShield but I’m looking for a new company. Asked our tech to check our mosquito bucket last week and just went out to find it in several pieces. Not happy being charged for something that’s not being done. Update: after calls with several reps we were able to cancel the account. They claim this mosquito service was done on 10/21. These buckets are empty and should be full of mosquito treatment. I sent video of their employee hanging around his truck and eventually spraying something on our trees, then filling the sprayer with his water hose. They take no responsibility for this. Stay away.
