The staff in the office are professional and takes the time to explain the process to you. When the technicians come out, they are respectful and explain everything they are doing. I would definitely continue to use them and recommend them to others

This business is not good with Customer Service and they continue to charge me for services that are not provided. I called and ask to speak to a manager to stop service and they told me I was locked in for a year even though they never show up. I have been in Middle TN for 24 years and would never recommend using this business.

I love this pest service. The guy who does our house is so polite and respectful. The customer service representatives are always helpful and it's really affordable. I haven't seen one creepy crawler since they started spraying for us.

Caleb did a great job today and also told me that my bedroom shouldn’t be sprayed because of my CPap machine. First I have heard of this!! I am very grateful for his knowledge!!! 👏👏👏👏 I have a plan with the company for $53/months and they come quarterly. But they are available for xtra visits if there is a need. Seems expensive but their service is great. Would highly recommend them.

They are always quick and courteous. Their treatments are very effective. If we have any issues they are always very responsive.

After all the experience I've had with these guys over the year, today they exceeded my expectations. These are wonderful people and every single bug guy that has come through here has been extremely nice and kind. Today talking to the manager and what he did for me, was beyond anything anyone has done. I can't say enough good things about this company and I definitely recommend them to everyone!

This company is awesome! I'm a customer service representative at my company, and the service I receive is just as important to me as the service I provide to my customers. This team is reliable, friendly, understanding, and they will not stop until the problem is solved. Their CSR is always friendly when I call, the techs I have met have been friendly and professional, I'm honestly sorry I didn’t find them sooner. My 2 year flea nightmare is coming to an end thanks to this team! I've tried 2 other exterminator services and spent thousands of dollars on over the counter products that just weren't working. If you have a Pest problem, this company is who you want. I strongly recommend, and will be telling all my friends, family, and co-workers the same. Aaron was great today! He took his time and checked all areas of the house and explained where we could make fixes on the outside of the house to help eliminate our Brown recluse problem. He made sure to spray all areas of concerns and felt we should be covered until next treatment.

They were able to fit me into their schedule when I needed their assistance and were able to answer my questions thoroughly.

They send people to your door over and over again after you tell them to stop coming as you already have another service. I had to tell the guy to please walk away as he woundn't. They need to stop doing this.

Ethan has been our technician from the beginning of our subscription. They have come out promptly and always take care of all our issues as best they can. If they can keep people like him, I’m sure their business will continue to grow and thrive.

Updated: I spoke with Jeff and he explained that there was an error on the system and he explained it all and updated everything for me. I will updated in a month or two to share if everything is corrected. Please BEWARE. I spoke to an agent on the phone we agreed upon monthly service at a specified price. They are charging me monthly but not coming out monthly. They also tried to trick me into signing a 24 month agreement after we agreed to 12 month. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT HIRE ECOGUARD PEST MANAGEMENT. THEY ARE ARE TURNING OUT TO BE A BIGGER PEST THEN THE BUGS. Even says it in my contract.

Shouting out Chris Knowles, our go-to technician who has been an absolute champ in helping us tackle a winter mouse situation in our very old home. He’s crawled through tight, creepy corners and burrowed into our crawl space just to make sure every nook and cranny was handled. Chris even came back to retrieve the poor little guys after a successful catch! He’s professional, respectful, friendly, and efficient—and his brother-in-law (who covered for him while he was out on a short leave) was just as great. It truly feels like we’re working with a small, family-run team that genuinely cares. So grateful for this crew!

Caleb was thorough, sprayed the effected area for the 3rd time. I asked him to check under the house crawl space for a nest. He did as I asked but came back with pictures of fungi growing under the house and informed me that problem would have to be ameliorated before he could continue his investigation. He did well.

These guys are awesome...called with a wasp issue in the attic, Nathan came early the next morning...crawled around the space, found four huge nests and zapped them all, then treated to prevent further infestation...top notch company!

I greatly appreciated how quickly they responded to my first call and the success with my problem. I was impressed with Chris the technician. He was courteous, professional and knowledgeable. He told me I would need a follow up visit and again they responded quickly to my call. My wife was having some ladies on our screen porch and when I told them that, they adjusted their schedule and came the day after my call. While I’m a new customer, I have been very pleased with their service and would give them the highest marks.

Technicians are always on time, prompt & courteous. I like how they email a report at each visit to let us know what product(s) they used & where they treated.

This company kept giving us different information such as yes you're in our service area, being northern Bedford County while looking at Google and telling me what cross roads where we're located, to calling back and saying we're 1 mile outside their coverage, to saying they would send someone; Blake, out yo give us a quote who never showed up and never called to let us know to us having to call when he was an hour late only to find out he wasn't coming, to finally getting a quote of $750 by a text message, to us calling them to verify the amount to speaking with DJ who finally set the date that Blake would come out, give us a quote, then stay to do the job which it was PLAINLY explained to DJ what we needed done and when which was October 31st. Blake showed up, never went inside our garage only saw what was blocking the garage door which was on purpose to deter anyone from coming in to steal if they saw the front garage door blocked. Our junk removal company was running late and Blake refused to wait even though it was PLAINLY explained it would be an all day project. I called DJ, he had seemed to forget put discussion previously and said Blake had other customers to service. So Blake left without doing any decontamination services. Thank goodness we had not prepaid the quoted $750. BUYER BEWARE. THEY'RE NOT SURE WHERE THEIR SERVICE AREA IS AND CAN'T REMEMBER CONVERSATIONS WITH CUSTOMERS! After reading your response again more things that were not true. I never told Blake to wait that long. I never said I had no intention to pay your company. If Blake had done his job, I would of paid you, your comment made it sound as if I never intended to pay for your services. I said I was glad I did not pre pay the $750 texted quote. So don't make me, us, sound like bad people. We're good, honest people, all we wanted was a service to be done. Another example, your response, is why we wouldn't ever choose to use your services. Of course Blake and DJ are going to cover themselves. That's ok, we'll handle our own decontamination.

Devin is consistently pleasant and attentive; he listens to issues and makes an effort to resolve problems with detailed explanations. He possesses a strong knowledge of his job. I also want to thank Ecoguard for keeping my home pest-free.

I came home from travelling and had a spider outbreak on my front porch, it was absolutely horrifying. I called EcoGuard and they were there immediately first thing the following morning and now I am spider free! Super professional and lovely to talk to.

From the time I called EcoGuard I had a good feeling. The representative on the phone was informative. And answered every question I had. And a couple days later Devin came for full service. He was not only friendly and informative, but he did a very throughout, outstanding job. I would highly recommend this company to anybody. And if they're lucky enough to get Devin, that's even better.

A little overpriced for what it is compared to other pest control services. I called to get billing reduced and they started charging me $128 a month. Their bills don’t include their service dates, so I’m not sure what services I’m paying for and I haven’t seen them at my house in a while. Their billing portal looks like it’s from 1998. They are more communicative about collecting money than about the service itself. Don’t recommend. Good news is there are a LOT of other options for pest control as this must be a high margin profitable business model.

Setting up with them was easy, smooth, and they were so nice and professional and knowledgeable of any concerns we had. Our technician Ethan came for the first time and he was very nice and professional. He let us know we had 3 wasp nests we were not aware of and took care of them! This is our first time using this company and they definitely made a great impression.

Caleb Bush is this technician who serviced our home on 9/10/2024. I saw a roach in the house and called the pest company. They had Caleb out the next day. Very professional and polite. We truly enjoyed this technician as he is one of two technicians in our home.

Blake was like super man all dressed in his super power protective gear to handle our ground hornet problem. He took time to see exactly where they were nested and took care of the situation. He was very professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!

Cowboy Chris is the best and only person I let touch my house. It was hot this past time he was over so I had him step in for a water. As we’re chatting he starts to tell me that he refuses to use anything product or chemicals for his clients that he hasn’t already used on his own house. That’s he uses his own house a test pilot for all new products and equipment. It truly shows when someone cares about the work they do and Chris is an amazing example of that. He really does take time to get every single nook and cranny. If you’re looking for someone to take care of the monthly maintenance and keep your house pest free I HIGHLY recommend Cowboy Chris.

Super friendly and helpful! My tech was able to help me find solutions for a mice living in my wall and knock down a growing wasp nest for me. He provided good tips for protecting my house moving forward and answered all of my questions.

Nick came over and treated out place for pests using their natural products. He was extremely thorough and friendly. He spent as much time as i needed to feel comfortable and walked me through all of his processes. Can't recommend more!

So my parents and I had a problem with carpet beatles. We had never heard of them, but we sure know a lot about them now. The process of getting rid of them has been arduous, but without getting the assistance we needed from EcoGuard I'm not sure we could have resolved this problem on our own....we tried. Aaron was a great technician. He was very patient with us and answered all of the multiple questions that my parents and I had. He did a great job.

Carlos was very cordial and had a lot of very specific, relevant information. His inspection of the property was quick and efficient and he reported what he found very professionally. He established himself/the company as being very willing to accommodate any needs we had gong forward. Only issue was a discrepancy about the "bait" and it's transfer-ability to other rodents after returning to the burrow ~ and that they would eat the dead rodent. This concern was negated by your Quality manager, however not before my daughter, a Vet Tech was very concerned about her cat ~ that is very proficient with capturing/eating rats! We are sticking w/you based on the info from your Quality guy and Carlo's super attitude!

Aaron was very professional and responsive in fully and candidly answering our questions. He was knowledgeable and thorough. While my first appointment scheduled for Wednesday was abruptly cancelled, Aaron was right on time today (Friday) and even called before coming.

Paul was great! Very personable. Explained our options and how everything works. Told us how to keep our pets safe from the spray. Would request him for every treatment if possible.

Paul was absolutely amazing and helped us identify our issue and solve it. He went out of his way to squeeze us in and help us when he didn’t have to and he truly cared about helping us solve the problem.

One hundred percent recommend these guys! Blake specifically came in first session and second session! Probably be gonna be our guy from now on and we love working with him. Comes in, makes us feel at ease and very professional about the work he does for us keeping the roaches away!
