Jack came out timely for a review of our Crawlspace and debriefed with us and answered any questions we had. We got on the schedule to replace our vapor barrier soon thereafter. Toy performed the work and was polite and efficient, showing us before abs after videos of the space.

Crawl Space Brothers is truly the best. They have the best team of employees, the prices are excellent ( half as much as some bids), they get the job done, then stand behind their work. Best customer service too! We had our crawl space partially encapsulated 5 years ago, and it is still going great. Came out today to replace a part that was under warranty, and I was again reminded what a quality company this is!

Crawl Space Brothers replaced the vapor barrier beneath my house recently. I appreciate that they didn’t try to “upsell” me on more expensive solutions or unnecessary equipment (I.e. sump pump) like other companies did. They were fair and honest. The work was done by a crew of friendly, efficient and professional people. All trash and debris removed. They also put insulation back where it had come down in a couple places. I have to agree with all the other one star reviews. They did my crawl space right before I bought the house and I had to split the payment as part of the deal. It's in a wet area. They cleaned mold and put plastic down. Here we are a few years later and I notice my floors are getting soft spots so I go under the house to find a nightmare of rot and pools of water on top of the plastic. Investigating further I notice the plastic isn't even screwed to the block in a lot areas. I just busted my rear sucking all the water up and it decides to rain. I look under to find loads of water on the plastic again! Like 100 gallons a lot and when you push the plastic it's like a waterbed with the amount of water under it. Maybe the seller told them to do the bare minimum so my review is completely objective of the work they actually did and it is shotty at best especially for $7000. It's crazy that I'm just a nobody homeowner and can figure out that this is ridiculous. I could have done better for $1000. Seems like the days of trusting a company to just do good work for an honest buck are over.

Did not seal my crawl space door correctly I have call several times finally someone comes out but did not fix my door. Also paid over $8,000 for the encapsulation not satisfied with the work dehumidifier always have something wrong with it.

We're really please with our experience and the finished product. The salesperson, Jason was very professional and continued to respectfully follow up after we initially put the project off. We had a lot of moisture down there and were starting to notice some swelling in the hardwood floors at the end of last summer. We finally decided to move forward and are glad we did. Jacob and his crew were super meticulous and made everything look seamless. If you're considering an encapsulation, these guys definitely have my endorsement.

Crawl Space Brothers did an excellent job with our crawl space clean out and encapsulation! Our job was more difficult than originally expected b/c of how old our house is (nothing is ever simple in a “charming old house”!). There were tons of old lead pipes and rock and other debris that was “hidden” under tarps but the guys didn’t complain (or up-charge me!) - they just hauled it all out (despite how incredibly heavy it all was!). Also, our crawl space access is very tiny and on the day that the dehumidifier was supposed to go in, it was discovered that it wouldn’t fit through the opening. Instead of just taking the easy way out (for them) and charging me more for 2 smaller units that would fit, the project manager called me to discuss and offered that they could remove the access window completely (not an easy feat with it being built/cemented into the old stone house at floor level!), get the humidifier in, and then totally re-cement and re-install the window! This was probably a lot of extra trouble for them, but they did it - again, with no complaints or up-charges! Also, every person I was in contact with during the process - sales person, project manager, guys doing the work, dumpster pick-up guy - was 100% helpful and communicative and kind! I would HIGHLY recommend Crawl Space Brothers to anyone! Thanks for doing great work - and being great to work with!!

I had high hopes about this company after the initial inspection. The gentleman who did the estimate was open and honest with me and encouraged me to research the company and licenses. However when it can the day to begin install no one arrived after calling to see what was going on I was told they were finishing a prior job and would begin mine that afternoon. Well fast forward 2 days and they finally arrived and worked about 6 hours before leaving for the day. The following day they work a full day and then Friday morning no one arrives. I called and spoke with Stephen the project manager who assured me they were arriving shortly and would have my project done except for the dehumidifier that day. This was the second lie from him. They worked approximately 2 hours on Friday and left about 3 saying they would finish up Monday. Monday morning no one arrives. When I call the office I am told it would be Wednesday before someone could get back out as they had other jobs scheduled. So then after the job is finished and an invoice has been sent I get an email that is supposed to contain pictures of all work. The support jack was not shown in any pictures. I questioned why and did not receive an answer. Then I found the pieces of the support jack laying outside my crawlspace entrance. It had never been installed. It then took multiple calls before getting Stephen out to see about it. Supposedly he is on his way this morning minutes after I called the office to complain once again.

We're unfortunately having the worst experience with this company. A simple 2 day projects is now on to month 3. We've been in put in contact with 8 different people within the company now, none of whom can give a truthful or accurate update of what work is being done or the status of our project. The communication is sadly the worst I've ever experienced. I am the one having to reach out daily to figure out what is going on, often with no reply or yet another excuse. A third team came by today and ripped out everything a previous team had done after we were told the project was 90% done and looking in tip-top shape. I am truly at a loss. We're spending a very large sum of money to have our crawl space encapsulated and would go with any other company if we could go back and do it over. I can not recommend Crawlspace Brothers and advise against using them regardless of the other positive reviews.

TOY, with Crawl Space Brothers did EXCELLENT work for us! His team removed old insulation, cleaned wooden beams, encapsulated the entire crawl space, sealed all exterior vents and installed a large dehumidifier for future protection! We also were VERY PLEASED with Jack who performed the initial inspection, gave us a competitive bid and followed up until the job was completed to our satisfaction! My experience was very poor. I noted high humidity in my crawlspace. Never had any water or leaks in our crawlspace, but the air was reading at 75-80% humidity. I asked Crawl Space Brothers to advise me on what should be done about it. Their "Inspector"/sales rep did an under house free inspection. His conclusion was that the basement was indeed too humid and the best solution was total crawlspace encapsulation + 100-quart dehumidifier. I asked if this was necessary since we never really noticed any water or leaks, just some moisture from condensate on our HVAC ducts during summer months. He assured me that the encapsulation and dehumidifier was the best solution. We proceeded with the job at a quoted cost of $11,150. The job took about 4 days to complete, with 3 of those days involving only 1-2 hours of actual work time. The 2 man team was very late the first day and only dropped off some supplies. When the 2-man crew “finished”, I went down to look at work and was disappointed to see that they had left a lot of mess near the entry area (dirt and snippets of the vinyl encapsulation material) and they did not tack up falling insulation throughout the work area (as I requested before we signed the contract). I was also disappointed in the way they drilled thru my foundation for the dehumidifier drainage tube. They went from the inside-out which resulted in a large and unsightly chunk of the external painted brick chipping off on the outside. No foam or caulking was used to seal around the new hole either. I did complain to the Supervisor, Steven. He came out and cleaned up a little, and said that his crew was inexperienced and that they needed to come back to finish the job right. Steve knocked off $1,000 from the job to compensate me for the various issues to date. The original 2-man crew came back the next day, but did not vacuum out the dirt or fully tack up the rest of the insulation. There were still snippets of vinyl throughout the crawlspace. I requested a revised invoice with the $1k credit multiple times before it was sent. Frankly, after giving up hope that anyone from Crawl Space Brothers would come back to do a final walk through inspection, I went down a few days after they "finished" to clean up the mess myself. As I went deeper into the crawlspace, I noticed something disturbing to me. There was a broken $7.99 vinyl bathroom fan vent tube hanging down that should have run thru the crawlspace to the outside. The vinyl tube had broken apart and was letting all the warm humid air coming from our bathroom get exhausted directly into the crawlspace. I strongly suspect that this was the basic cause of the problem in the first place. In other words, even if somehow, there was a need for encapsulation and de-humidification, it would have made more sense for Crawl Space Brothers to fix the simple duct issue first and see how that affected the humidity problem before dashing into a 5-figure repair. So, the sales guy/"inspector" clearly didn’t inspect the whole crawlspace to find the real issue for our problem. The crew who was working on the job was so poorly trained or lazy so as to not recognize the hanging broken vent tube as it was hitting them on the head while laying down the vinyl vapor barrier in the same location, and finally, when other quality control issues in the job were identified and the Crew Supervisor was asked to come out to look at the job, he didn't see it either. Very, very disappointed in Crawl Space Brother’s competence and work quality. They -were late showing up and tied up 4 days of my time -communicated poorly -didn’t fully fix the insulation hanging down problem -left a mess -didn’t do a good job when they came back to specifically clean up that mess -didn't come back to do a final check on the job -didn't provide the itemized receipt that I requested multiple times -did address my problem with the most complex, most expensive way possible.

Toy did an amazing job finishing our crawl space in a single day, and Houston did a top job in setting up the wiring for the dehumidifier. We went from having our home smell musty, even on dry days, to de-humidified and pleasant smelling. Even after days of rain came through with Hurricane Helene, with 97% humidity today, our doors are not sticking, and everything smells normal. Two weeks out, we are so glad that we invested in getting our crawl space encapsulated. If you are on the fence about doing it, do not hesitate!

Crawl Space Bros was competitive in price but were the only ones that besides spraying to remove the mold, actual scrubbed it off. They removed the insulation, and old vapor barrier, sealed the vents, added additional support piers, added new vapor barrier to the walls and floor, and installed a high performance dehumidifier. Good experience with CrawlSpace Brothers. Toy and his crew were very quick to encapsulate my crawl space and were done in about 10 hours. They fixed any issues I raised regarding the trenching and waterproofing and installed a sump pump and dehumidifier. Would highly recommend Toy and his crew for future work.

Had a great experience with them. They even came out in the poor weather conditions to service my crawl space. The pricing was also very affordable. I had gotten an estimate from another company that quoted me 11k dollars to clean the mold, add a dehumidifier, and a new vapor barrier. We discovered an emerging mold situation the in the crawl space under our home the same week I was going out of town for several months for work. So, my wife and young children were home and I was one state over and unable to attend to the problem. I contacted Crawlspace Brothers and 3 other companies about getting a preliminary inspection, remediation costs, and a timeline for how quickly the work could be started and completed. Crawlspace Brothers were the easiest to communicate with, offered the best price, and were able to begin work 2 weeks earlier than anyone else I contacted. I don’t normally write reviews online but I’m making an exception here. Crawl Space Brothers did a microbial growth remediation and new vapor barrier replacement in my 15 year old crawl space. Before their work, I contacted several leading companies in my area. They were not the least expensive nor the highest priced but they quoted better quality materials and their price was fair and reasonable. They remained responsive and cooperative throughout the process and the quality of their work was excellent. After the work was completed they even had their quality assurance supervisor come out to ensure that their workers had completed the job properly. I highly recommend Crawl Space Brothers to anyone needing crawl space work.

I had a lot of mold issues in my crawlspace and decided to look into encapsulating it. I contacted Crawlspace Brothers and Jason came out to do an initial inspection and quote on doing the work. I was really impressed with him and also the price was within the expectation from my research. I had 1 quote prior to that and CSB was much less. Getting the contract going was easy. They came when they said they would. Toy and his crew were excellent and communicated with me the entire time. He sent me pictures of the crawlspace when they finished up. He let me know when they arrived and when they were leaving. Patrick came out to do a final inspection and quality check about a week after finishing. He went over all the details on the equipment and the warranties. CSB does a great job in communication, value, and work. I recommend 100%.

Crawl Space Brothers did an excellent job encapsulating our crawlspace and installing a dehumidifier and pumps. It is super clean under the house and we can tell the difference in how are water is drained after a hard rain. They are also super responsive even after their install - came today to inspect to make sure everything was working perfectly as a house a couple doors down was struck by lighting. The whole team was great. The quote process was very professional. It didn't have any pressure sales tactics like if you sign today you get a discount otherwise not. The install crew did great work keeping everything clean during the removal part and was very good with the install. The post install inspection team was very good and customer oriented. You should hire them. We interviewed 6 other companies and we are glad we did to get a perspective of options. The Bros are well worth it. I never give perfect scores because everything could be better. This was close to a perfect score.

Great experience started with the front end staff taking my call promptly and being professional and courteous. The staff member followed up with a text and email. Jason came out to do the estimate and was texting me pictures of the crawl space damage while under the house. He thoroughly explained the damage and made recommendations of how to fix the issues. He discussed financing options and helped walk through the necessary paperwork. Kevin was available for my additional questions and lined up the electrician for the necessary electrical work. Tyler, Isaiah and crew were professional and worked hard cleaning and removing the mold and old debris. Lastly, Patrick completed the final inspection and explained the warranties. I contacted Crawlspace Brothers to do a basic cleanup and inspection of my crawlspace due it being flagged by a home inspector related to a home sale. They scheduled the service within a week, got the work done that was in the inspection report, and provided a report of the work and findings so that the buyer was comfortable moving forward with the transaction. I could not be happier with their service and will use them again if I have any issues at my new house.

I called the Crawlspace brothers about doing an encapsulation in our Crawlspace. They were very friendly and were able to come out fairly quickly. They quoted me a very fair price and did an awesome job. I would recommend them to anyone looking for those types of services. I researched for some a business that could remove what smelled like a deceased critter from the crawl space. Isaiah arrived from The Crawl Space Brothers, who I found online via their high ratings. I wasn't sure if they would be a good fit, but the inspection was good, and the price was fair and consistent. I needed a vapor barrier and mold spray. We set up the time, and the crew arrived when promised, performed the work (after finding a good ole' deceased neighborhood possum), and cleaned up well. As promised, Patrick arrived on another date to inspect the work, and I even got into the space with him to see for myself. They'd installed the vapor barrier under the entire house, and everything was clean and clear. We had crawl space brothers incapsulate our crawl space and they were fantastic! Jack who came and did our initial quote was so sweet and responsive. The entire work crew were awesome and kind as well. The whole job was done in 1 day! They also came back a few days later to check on some work I had another company do that I wasn’t too sure was done correctly free of charge. Hands down the best quote I got out of the 4 companies I had check it out, and they also had the highest ratings so it was a win win! Everyone I have worked with from Crawlspace Brothers has been amazing! They had some delays with getting products last year and were super communicative of the minor delay. Every appointment they have had / they were extremely punctual. The team worked late to complete the job knowing we were going into cold/wet weather the next few days. I’ve had a couple problems (my old house, nothing on their work) and all times they replied to my messages super quick, sent someone out, fixed up the little thing at no charge. I was very hesitant in spending what I did for my crawlspace encapsulation + dehumidifier but I’m SO glad I went with crawlspace brothers because they really care and do great work and stand being their product and support after the project is done.
