They live up too their name and do excellent service.

Arrived on time. Explained what he was going to do. Listened to my concerns. Answered my questions. Allowed me to follow him while he was inspecting and pointed out areas to keep an eye on.

Management is negligent and money hungry without regard for customer service. Despite good pricing, go else where if you want a reputable company. I will return as a customer once current management is replaced.

I enjoyed meeting David. I appreciate that you were thorough, professional and friendly. You perform an important service protecting our homes. I hope you can continue to service our homes. Thank you! Bill E

We were not home when he came for the service. When I read the service notes sent via email, I had a question, which I texted to him. We had an exchange in which he explained to treatment question I asked. He was very helpful.

Cook's takes care of whatever I need. They came out and got rid of a yellow jacket nest the same day I called. If I ask, Cook's delivers.

Warning to new home buyers. Despite previous home owners’ paying over $1,400 (plus quarterly monitoring services) for underground termite abatement, all bait systems will be removed if you do not allow Cook’s to continue inspections, at a higher than necessary frequency and at a higher cost than competitors. While it is technically Cook’s right to remove the stations once service is canceled because the previous homeowners did not technically “own” them, this is not typical industry practice because the used stations hold no value to Cook’s.

Christian is great. He is very thorough and always listens to our needs. We're in an older house so he is accommodating when we have occasional issues. There were mice when we moved in. The previous residents tried everything. The tech from Cook's figured out how they were getting in and put mesh under the door. Nearly two years later and they're still gone!

Took time to provide through treatment and answered all the questions we had.

Have had different technicians, but they are always nice, polite and efficient. They do a very thorough job.

Excellent customer service, Cook’s sends notifications about next visit usually a week out and the technician notifies you when they are in route. Awsome.

Very upset that after repeatedly informing both the technicians and the company that my garden is being sprayed and should not be. The garden bed is against the house, so they spray the house and the plants below the window. I was floored one day to see them covering my plants along with the wall with the pesticide. I can't believe they didn't connect the dots. A garden full of herbs, vegetables and edible flowers should not be sprayed with pesticide. I can't believe that needed to be clarified, but it did. Yet, upon clarification they continue to spray the area. When I total up the cost of the plants that are now inedible and the contaminated soil I am talking hundreds of dollars of loss. 60 cubic feet of soil costs between $300-400 dollars alone! Then all the perennial herbs and flowers on top of that. Not to mention the possible health issues. How did this happen in the first place and why does it continue to happen? Answer: They don't care. They don't care at all. UPDATE (3/20/2020): Adding a star back . . . Cooks has called to try and remedy the problem, offering to do a walk about to make sure the problem of spraying the garden will no longer happen. I am hopeful that this review has given them the motivation that the phone calls and verbal request did not in the last six months. Fingers crossed they follow through. UPDATE (8/26/2020): Cook's did follow through. In March/early April, a manager, along with the individual responsible for treating our home, came out to do a walk about to clarify which areas that are not to be sprayed. Additionally, I put up two DO NOT SPRAY signs in my garden area. I have not seen any Cook's employee spray my garden this spring/summer. The problem appears to be solved. So relieved! Bumping them up a star for this. UPDATE 1/302025: Happened to be home today when Cooks came to the house. They sprayed my garden again. I went out immediately to tell them to stop. The employee was very nice and apologized. He acknowledged that he did see my signage that said no spray zone and had stopped short of completing the full spray. He said he wasn’t aware of the request. I explained to him that was shocking given the very long and thorough communication with Cooks over the last seven years about this no spray area and that it just can’t be possible that it’s not in the notes. I told him that a manager showed up after my initial review back I 2020 to make sure this was documented and would not happen again. Upon hearing this he called his manager and told them to put it in the notes. So how many years have they been spraying my edible garden? I was told by the manager in 2020 my request was well documented in the notes. Found out today it was not in the notes at all. Wow 🤯 Very Disappointed 😔 I am taking back some stars for this. Everyone I have met has been very nice, so I believe this is just a terribly disorganized company that probably pays its employees too little and asks to much of them and things just fall through the cracks a lot. Not sure what to do at this point. After all my communication and even placing signs up in the no spray areas …. It’s still getting sprayed.

I’ve dealt with Terminix in the past and was greatly disappointed when they failed to correct termite damage while I was under contract with them. With cooks never had any problems with service questions or anything they’re a great Company to work with and I appreciate them a lot

Unfortunately, I have not had a good experience with cooks. Not only has it been in unsatisfactory service. It has come to a ridiculous Into my contract. Number one please make sure that you read your contract agreement who knew that you had to read a contract agreement so closely with a pest control company I am I’ve canceled or they canceled my pest service which was not quality service. When I just asked them to cancel the termite portion, they are coming back out to pick up the traps so I didn’t understand that I paid for installation. The traps which are plastic are not officially mine so they have to come back out to the house and dig up all of the traps. I imagine they’re gonna leave little holes all around my yard. As far as the pest service, one of the key things that I asked for help on was with mice in my house, the and I called ahead of time to ask them to be prepared to help me with this issue, but the pest control technician showed up without any proper tools. He only had a couple of Traps two set said he was going to drop by more traps never did he stuck skill wool didn’t do any other follow up, and I still had mice that I went and bought trapped myself caught mice myself because they did not do it for me fast-forward, and after being hit with fraud, my credit card did not work. I would highly suggest that you work with a company that has a better billing system. It’s amazing how AT&T can still get payment for cell phone Comcast can still get payment for our Internet, but they continue to pester me throughout the entire holidays their billing system when I got these phone calls or messages cause they always called while I was in meetings Was not up-to-date. I went online several times to try to make this payment and all that information did not come up so when I went to go pay, it did not even take the service amount off of my bill and it did not cover the the pest piece that apparently is still outstanding so I just paid my over $200 bill, which is no problem if that’s what I owed but when I’m trying to be self servicing my my own account, I was not able to get in and do that. I understand that the representative was calling to get an update, but when I tried to give feedback on the bad experience that I’ve had with their billing system. I just got a lot of excuses and then she was so hurt. She just hung up at the very end again I just don’t think that people will be 100% satisfied with cooks and I will leave reviews wherever I can

Cooks does a great job! You can depend on the technicians to get rid of your pests. I had issues with paper wasps last year. They came immediately and removed the nest. The wasps returned. Cooks came back! Cooks won in the end! Staff are friendly and give you notice when they will be in your property. Give this company a call!

They refused to look in my crawlspace where the rats were obviously entering from. They refused to do any exclusionary work. For sure a waste of money. Could have bought the same traps and bait they used on Amazon for short money. Had to the do the exclusionary work myself, which was the time consuming and labor intensive part of it all. And what’s this about only offering a SUBSCRIPTION SERVICE. I just cancelled straight away once I realized what a waste of money the services were.

My tech Phillip that I was fortunate to have come to my home is a knowledgeable tech. Very comfortable to be around. Did a great job inside and outside my home. Easy to schedule with. Explained everything well even the payment plans the company works with you. I recommend Cooks. I called several companies Cooks by far has the best prices and I recommend them.

They are the most honest and professional company I have ever seen in this industry. I am so happy to have found them and have gotten rid of all my pest problems: ants, mice, mosquitoes and termites! Plus I was told they're non-toxic, so my dog is safe from any dangerous chemicals. We used to have tons of mosquitoes, because of all the big trees in our yard. My friends would get eaten up, just waiting for me to answer the door. And now, there is not a mosquito in sight, and we can enjoy sitting on our front porch again. Thank you Cooks!!

Cook’s Pest Control offers an excellent and thorough service. After the initial treatment, they treat the outside perimeter of your home so well that there is seldom, if ever, a need to come inside.

This company has gone down to bad service. Their new standard is that they do not spray they first leave stickiy home depot insect catchers cartons. If they come back and find substantial insects or spiders sticked to the cartons them they will spray. I called and complain and their manager Joe was the worse he was very quick to cancel my account. Avoid Cooks, no longer good.

This company is very reliable and helpful in getting rid of my pest issues. I have them on auto-pilot at this point to come out on a regular basis. Very easy to work with. They also are willing to answer my random questions about stink bugs, carpenter bees, etc.

I’ve used Cooks for a couple years now for quarterly pest inspection/control. They are very organized with their visits. I always get a text from our tech the day before to confirm (and we always have the same tech, which I also like). If I have questions or if something needs extra attention, it is taken care of right away. Very friendly business and I would definitely recommend!

We have 70 rental houses in Dickson and Hickman County’s. Cook’s handles all of our inspections, various types of exterminations as well as termite prevention. We’ve been doing business with Cook’s pest control for around 15 years and have maintained a great relationship with them. They’re very prompt and professional and we feel fortunate to have them.

Let's start with the fact that this entire fiasco started as a dispatch from a reputable company that I had used for a long time years ago. THIS IS NOT THE SAME COMPANY. They no longer provide anywhere near the customer service they used, they don't answer the phone, act like they showed up when they didn't. ( I have cameras that cover every square inch of my property. The price has gone up and they are no longer worth doing any kind of business with. I have had 4 different pest companies over the years and this is by far the worst experience I've had with one and it does stem from 1 incident that was never resolved after the company was paid close to 6 grand for services.

I had two Cook's Pest Control technicians out to my property, Stephen for pest control and Ethan for termite control. Both were on-time, polite, communicated clearly, worked efficiently, and promptly got me the documents that detailed everything they had done. Cook's was recommended to me by family and I'm glad they did, the service was excellent.

We had a problem with sugar ants in the bathroom and Jessie promptly came took care of them and I’ve had no reoccurrence he’s thorough and uses the right products to take care of the problem the first time so you don’t have a reoccurring problem! Jessie always calls ahead the day before and let me know what time, because I have pets and he takes care of my place 100% I don’t have to worry about anything with him taking care of my home!

Everything that I have asked of Cook's has been answered and taken care of! Inspections are according to schedule. Termite stations are maintained and checked regularly, spraying for pests is done thoroughly and reported in detail, wasp nests and spider webs are cleared, all inspections are thorough and well explained. And everyone is friendly, knowledgeable and responsible.I have had Cook's take care of two different properties, and have been completely satisfied with both, from identifying problems to treatments to ongoing maintenance. I can call for a technician any time I see ants or other pests, seven days a week. Cooks is a great value; it's the only pest control company we've ever used. Also, it's located in the southeast, so the technicians are well-educated on the particular issues we have here in Nashville, for example.

We ended up with a mice infestation after some major landscaping in our backyard. Cooke’s came promptly to help us out. They were such cute little things but had to be evicted. We have children and pets and the methods of extermination were sensitive to our family life. Our technician Jesse has been a welcomed monthly visitor and we are so thankful to be under such knowledgeable care. Highly recommended.

Phenomenal customer service! The company knows who I am over the phone and my technician is very friendly. We have had the same technician for almost three years and I feel so comfortable with him around. He greets our dogs and always checks in if there are any problems or changes. He also informs me of any concerns. The service prices are incredible and the quality is spot-on.

We got their service about 2 month ago for rouch removal. They said they will be in once a month and they will be gone within 3 months. Horrible seevice they never came back after the first month and just gave us bill without the service. Just horrible service will not recommend this at all.

Integrity: just today our service guy came by and sat in the driveway wrote the bill and suck it in the door and left. Not to mention I was told that the sales rep would call about the bill. I think I've been had!
